I have done a transfer on 4 jan 2019 of rs.4000 and the amount is debited from the card and not credited in the payzapp wallet. The icici customer service officer told me that the fund is not settled by the merchant and they can't able to refund. The payzapp have to decline the transaction. I am trying to contact from that time onwards and the call is waiting, not a single officer is attending. Kindly take this complaint and do the needful.
I need the refund of amount to the card at the earliest

    Hi,
    This is to inform you that i did a transaction on 5th jan 2019 from hdfc bank.
    I added 5000 rs twice from my hdfc bank credit card to my payzapp app money got deducted from my bank but there is no trace of transaction history in payzapp app, i contacted hdfc bank for the same the money got deducted from their end and they said there is a issue with a payzapp app and i contacted 20-30 times at the customer care of payzapp but the number was continuosly busy, i emailed then multiple times but did’nt got a reply back from them, such a pathetic app and services you people are providing us how can we people trust on such a big branf like hdfcccccc, please do the needfull on priority otherwise i’ll sue you peopleeee, when can i expect a reply back from you people i want this money to be reflected into my bank asap and on a priority basiss.

    Hi,
    I recieved a call from hdfc consumer court branch head bangalore and he asked my card no. I have shared that, he asked my expiry date i shared that too but he is asking for a CVV I DIDNT SHARED MY CVV I SAID BANK DON’T don’t allow us to share these details and I won’t share this for sure.
    He said amount will be transferred within 3 min i said ok but i’ll not share my cvv to him, i want an immediate call from hdfc bank ASAP on priority my contact no. Is [protected]
    I believe that this call is a scam.

    In response to your query post checking the details, we see that the load money transactions are done through card number 5241 XXXX XXXX 6576 on 05-Jan-2019 of Rs.5000/- twice and Rs.2000/- shows as failed with the error message as “Issuer Insufficient Funds” and hence the amount is debited from the card. However, we also see that the load money transactions of Rs.2000/- initiated on 05-Jan-2019 05:34:37 and Rs.1000/- on 05-Jan-2019 05:49:25 are successful and the said amount has been credited to your PayZapp wallet associated with mobile number XXXXX97929. The same loaded amount has been utilized for further transactions towards AIRTELMONEY on 05-Jan-2019. Hence, there are no failed load money transactions through the below given registered mobile number XXXXX37994.

      Hdfc bank has enqured on my cibil twice without even informing me. I have raised dispute on cibil earlier regarding this but bank denied that it's their fault. Now today also when i logon to my cibil, there is one more enquiry of rs. 1000 loan. It's unauthorized use of personal documents by hdfc. I want clarification regarding this and want hdfc to remove the enquiries. I will take legal action if it continues.

        I went for purchase and used my debit card on merchant machine. My amount 149500.80 accidentally debited instead of 1495 on otto showroom. Hdfc customer said like amount will be refunded within 2 hours. But still i didn't received my amount. Transaction is cancelled but amount is not credit to my account. Customer care should take immediate response.

          Dear sir
          From last October 18 every month Rs 911being taken from my credit card in 5th, today also it was happened by Amazon prime.. In my Amazon prime member account I have not made any transaction or given permission for this.
          Regarding this I told in my branch Preferred customer manager also. He told to report to Amazon prime. But it is showing no purchase. Even I called HDFC call centre and the told they can cancel only in that line, but can't stop the payment.
          I request you sir to make Stop payment and get back my money back.

            I have 9 years relation ship with hdfc bank ltd but unhappy with all the services and communication to the customer is very bad. If i visited the branch after all confirmation from the bank side to receive card, but bank employees informed as the card is returned back. This is one incident telling here, but it happened in many other services too. Overall the service is very bad i decided to change the bank and i did. To change the current address they took 2 months and that to after 3 times visited to the branch.
            U can't take the dd easily even if you visit your home branch, they will tell you many rules even if you have all the valid documents. Don't prefer hdfc bank for any kind of your emergency and if you give value to your time.

Aqua solutions services (जिसका जीएसटी नंबर 06cakps1770b1zs है) के नाम से कर रहा हूं | जिसका स्थाई पता दुकान नंबर 4, झाड़सा रोड फ्लाईओवर, प्रेमपुरी, सेक्टर 32 गुड़गांव हरियाणा है | पहले मेरा चालू खाता यस बैंक की सेक्टर 31 गुड़गांव हरियाणा ब्रांच में था जिसको मैंने अकाउंट से कुछ फ्रॉड होने के कारण बंद करवा दिया |

                उस खाते को बंद करवाने से पहले मैंने आपकी बैंक की ब्रांच झाड़सा चौक सेक्टर 31 गुड़गांव में नया चालू खाता खुलवाने के बारे में विचार किया और आपकी ब्रांच में मैंने मेरे एक एंप्लोई को चालू खाता खुलवाने के लिए सुबह 11:00 बजे भेज दिया | जहां पर उसकी अरुण कुमार (Arun. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) से बात हुई और उन्होंने बोला कि मैं अभी एक सेल्समैन को भेजता हूं और आपका चालू खाता खोलता हूं | पूरा दिन इंतजार करने के बाद शाम को 6:00 बजे मेरे पास अरुण कुमार (Arun. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) का फोन आया कि मैं अभी आपके पास सेल्समैन को भेज रहा हूं | 15 मिनट के बाद का सेल्समैन मेरे पास आया | जिसका नाम मनीष कुमार ([protected]) था और मेरे से डॉक्यूमेंट मांगे | मैंने मनीष कुमार ([protected]) को डॉक्यूमेंट दे दिए और मनीष कुमार ([protected]) ने मेरे को बोला आप इस फॉर्म पर सिग्नेचर कर दीजिए | जोकि भरा नहीं गया था | मैंने खाली फॉर्म पर सिग्नेचर करने से मना कर दिया और उसको बोला कि आप पहले इस फॉर्म को भरकर लेकर आइए | उसके बाद मैं इस पर सिग्नेचर कर दूंगा और साथ ही एक ईडीसी मशीन लगाने के लिए भी मैंने उनको बोला | सोमवार तक मेरे पास कोई सेल्समैन भी नहीं आया और ना ही किसी का फोन आया | मंगलवार को शाम को 5:30 बजे आपका सेल्समैन मेरे पास दोबारा आया और केवल ईडीसी मशीन का फॉर्म भरकर लाया | मैंने उस फार्म पर सिग्नेचर कर दिए | जब मैंने उससे चालू खाते के फार्म के बारे में बात किया तो उसने बताया कि वह अरुण कुमार (Arun. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) भरकर लेकर आएगा | 2 दिन के इंतजार के बाद अरुण कुमार (Arun. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) का फोन आया कि मैं फार्म लेकर आ रहा हूं आप उस पर सिग्नेचर कर दीजिए | इस दौरान मेरा दिमाग बदल गया क्योंकि जब फॉर्म भरने में ही इतना टाइम लगा रहे हैं | तो आगे सर्विस कैसे दे पाएंगे यह सोच कर मैंने उसको मना कर दिया और उसको बोला कि जब आप फॉर्म भरने में इतना टाइम लगा रहे हैं तो सर्विस कैसे दे पाओगे | उसके बाद उसने मेरे साथ बहुत ही बुरा व्यवहार किया और अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया | जब मैंने उसको बोला कि मैं तुम्हारी कंप्लेंट करूंगा | तब उसने बोला जो भी करना है आप कर लो मेरा कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ पाओगे और यह बोलते हुए उसने मेरा फोन काट दिया |

                इससे पहले लगभग मार्च महीने में भी आपके इसी वर्कर और एक लेडिस स्टाफ ने मेरे साथ ऐसे ही बात किया था | उस टाइम मैंने इस बात को इग्नोर कर दिया था | मैंने सोचा कि कोई बात नहीं मेरा आगे इस बैंक से कोई लेना देना नहीं रहेगा |

                अभी कल ही जब मैं मेरे एक ग्राहक के चेक को कैश करवाने के लिए आपके इसी ब्रांच में गया तो उन्होंने एक चेक को कैश करने के लिए मेरे 4 चक्कर कटवाए | जब मैंने उस मैडम से इस बारे में बात किया तो उस मैडम ने भी दोबारा अभद्रता का परिचय दिया |

                यहां पर मैं आपके सामने एक बात और डालना चाहूंगा | जिस सेल्समैन ने मेरे यहां पर ईडीसी मशीन इंस्टॉल करवाई थी | उस सेल्समैन को भी अरुण कुमार ने मेरे सामने ही बहुत बुरी तरीके से धमकाया | जिसमें उस सेल्समैन की कोई गलती नहीं थी | वह तो केवल अपना काम कर रहा है | अरुण कुमार ने उसको केवल और केवल इसलिए धमकाया कि उसने मेरे यहां पर ईडीसी मशीन क्यो लगा दी थी | क्योंकि अरुण कुमार मुझे एचडीएफसी बैंक की कोई भी सर्विस नहीं देना चाहते थे | इसलिए उसने उस लड़के को बहुत बुरी तरीके से धमकाया और मेंटली टॉर्चर किया और साथ ही उस पर इस बात का भी दबाव डाला गया कि वह मेरे यहां से इस मशीन को उतरवा ले |

                मैं एचडीएफसी बैंक को केवल और केवल सर्विस के लिए जानता था | परंतु इस ब्रांच को देख कर मुझे ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि इस ब्रांच में आपका सारा का सारा स्टाफ एचडीएफसी बैंक का ना हो कर किसी दूसरे बैंक ने रिश्वत देकर यहां पर भेजा हो | जिससे कि यह एचडीएफसी बैंक की सर्विस को कस्टमर तक गलत पहुंचा कर एचडीएफसी बैंक के कस्टमर को तोड़ दें | जिससे कस्टमर एचडीएफसी बैंक में अकाउंट ना खुलवा कर किसी किसी दूसरे बैंक में अकाउंट खुलवाए |

                इसमें मेरा कोई नुकसान नहीं है | मैं अपना खाता किसी दूसरे बैंक में खुलवा दूंगा | परंतु जिस तरीके से आप का यह स्टाफ मेरे साथ व्यवहार कर रहा है | हो सकता है कि ऐसा ही व्यवहार यह आपके दूसरे कस्टमरओं के साथ भी करता हो | अगर आपके बैंक का स्टाफ सभी ग्राहको के साथ इसी तरीके का व्यवहार करेगा | तो कौन-सा ग्राहक आपकी सर्विस प्रयोग करना चाहेगा |

                  I am sameer rajaram shelar my credit card no 8345 in 2017 my 7000 rs pending i paid 4500 in one month then continuous i paid 1500 every month but principle was increase by day by day i am not usong this card i told hdfc bank employee for settlement but they not given and lien my account rsaround 11984 without intimation. And my branch charge me3000 for not maintain a/c there after hdfc bank employee call me every month for payment if i am not using this card why i am paying this amt. I am mentally very disturb about your service there call me from [protected] jyoti kotak send executive without id card tushar gholap.                     I have been following up with hdfc bank for a long time that i am unable to reset my password using email otp + phone otp combination because my debit card is expired and i cannot use the other method. I called customer care multiple times and they keep redirecting me or hang up on me or bluntly say their email otp does not work and i have to apply for debit to do so.

                    Since i am a classic customer, i even tried to send an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and i got an automated email that issue is logged but no one cares to look into it.

                    I am stuck without netbanking unable to pay my bills and rent. This is totally not acceptable

                      I m using hdfc credit card since last 1year card number ending with 7953. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                      Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                      And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                      Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399 as soon as possible.

                      So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                          I am the customer of your hdfc credit card for last 6 months and my all due paid before the time and all status of your card is excellent even single due is not pending on your card but after that your bank chargey 500rs + 90rs gst it's very disappointed to see that when i paid before my bill due date and my usage is always good after that your bank give this type of regard your customer it's very disappointed so finally i decided to discontinue my hdfc cc so it's very bad experience with you because i suffer like of this type of trouble please waive off that wrong charges otherwise discontinue my card i'll be clear all outstanding of you hdfc card but i mentioned every where, what you did with your valuable customer and services. Because it was very bad experience to see that you charged me wrong charges in my account please waive off that charges otherwise i'll mention every social side my review & experience with all new user to aware like of these services.

                            I have taken money back policy from hdfc life monthly premium of 3202 in the month of nov after the payment i did receive any call or mail from hdfc or policy bazar. Due to this i requested for cancellation over mail even then no call from their end. On nov 19th i called hdfc to cancel then they said policy is issued. I requested not required cancel the policy, after that no calls or no message after continues mails sending to hdfc then fine day message me to fill the documents and send back, but no attachment documents were sent in mail. I again sent mail requesting for documents sp form, neft mandate form. Mean while send premium got deducted rs 3065.

                            On 18dec that is on last day of lock-in period of policy at 10:30am sent me neft form. I filled and sent immediately but they said money will not be refunded as policy was cancelled after lock-in period.

                            I have sent mails attached saying i have already sent mail for cancellation and i have not received documents from their end.

                            Then they came saying we have sent ur case to concern department wait for reply.

                            I have looped amitab chaudhary., but the mangement is so worst and irresponsible they do care.

                            Today is jan 5 till not no clarity wether i will got money back or not, i lost money around 6000+ so my request to all please never go with hdfc & policy bazar and be like me.

                            and keeping the status as resolved it doesn't mean you have solved the issue.Not even your HDFC team contacted me its not your responsibility once the payment or premium is paid and every month premium will deducted from registered account.

                            hdfc life waste no response and no responsibility, when we are alive u dont respond what abt the people for whom we took policy.

                                  I have called multiple times to hdfc customer care and i was either been given wrong information, wrong expectations on or been hung up on.

                                  Issue : i have moved from bangalore to pune and i lost my debit card last month and requested hdfc for a new card. Because i don't stay in the bangalore address anymore i asked them for possibility of sending the card to the nearest branch. They have taken my request to send the card to the nearest branch in pune but sent it back to bangalore address. I have called up for this again and again and they have again taken the re-direction request. And now i am hearing that they don't have a progress or can't track the current card status whereas one customer executive had told me that it has been sent to the nearest branch already. Different customers give different answers or modify the answers to satisfy me but never give the right information. They have also told me that i could take an instant debit card which will not cost me anything and it will be valid till i do 1st transaction from my permanent card. When i walked to the branch it was quite the opposite what i heard. It seems that card is the actual permanent card and it is chargeable. I have requested for a manager call many times it was either denied. I was either transferred to a different team or was hung up on.

                                  I am very disappointed with the kind of service i received from hdfc since the last one month or so.

                                  If somebody is going to take ownership of this case please email me.

                                    I am holding my salary savings account since 01/07/2017 in HDFC Bank Andheri Branch - Mumbai. Subsequently was offered credit card on 01/07/2017. Against this card, I made purchases of rs. 3000. On 15/09/2018 I cleared all the dues/outstanding and submitted the card closure form in Panvel and Mahape Branch by physically visiting the branch. We also had received the acknowledgement of card closure, and the card is displayed as In-Active in my account.

                                    The first time we had to visit 2 branches just to close one single credit card. Now the bank should have de-linked my savings account from my credit card account.

                                    But again the bank has linked another credit card which we were neither applied nor delivered to us (as seen from the system of HDFC Bank, some other credit card which we have never received copy enclosed). When contacted with customer care of the credit card department, I was told that these are my financial charge (1100 rs), even if no transaction has taken place and no credit card has been delivered to me. This was the 3rd time I personally visited the Brank.

                                    When I applied for a housing loan in one of the nationalized banks, they issue sanction letter, but when they verified my CIBIL score, it is severely getting affecting due to these FRAUDULENT credit card and financial charges of 1100rs which HDFC is levying on me every now and then. (No fault of me)

                                    Even after clearing dues against second FRAUDULENT card on 15th Dec'2018, and submitting the card closure form in 3 branches viz Mahape Branch, Vidyavihar Branch and speed post to Chennai Branch (Copy enclosed). I had to visit again at 3 branches to close the fraudulent card. But still, on 04/01/2019, I can see the charge against my credit card of 3rs and the card is still active affecting the CIBIL score.

                                    Because of your careless and lethargic attitude and deliberate attempt to mental torcher, I have got no other option but to go to the court because nobody is guiding us properly.

                                    WHEN HDFC BANK HAVE TO SELL THEIR CREDIT CARDS ANYWHERE, THERE WILL BE YOUR EXECUTIVE OR PERSONAL BANKER TO HELP. BECAUSE IT IS IN YOUR INTEREST. BUT WHEN WE HAVE TO CLOSE THE SAME, THEN EVERYTHING IS ONLINE/CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE WHICH NEVER CO-OPERATES (BECAUSE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR SYSTEM LIKE THAT, SO THAT YOU CAN PROTECT YOUR OWN INTEREST AND YOU ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. BECAUSE OF YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE ACTS, MY CIBIL ACTION IS GETTING IMPACTED/DETERIORATING INSTEAD OF IMPROVING.

                                    YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CLEAR THE MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AND WRITE OF LETTER OF APOLOGY SO THAT MY HOUSING LOAN CAN BE FURTHER PROCESSED.

                                    REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER PERSONALLY AND CLOSE, DE-ACTIVATE, DE-LINK ALL THE CREDIT CARD WHICH ARE LINKED TO MY SALARY AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT.
