Hi team,
After 6years of being hdfc prime customer, there is a bad experience.
On 8th dec, 2018 the fraduelent transaction had happened after changing the atm pin at city union bank atm for the newly received chip based debit card from hdfc bank at chennai (Tamilnadu, india).
Fraudelent transaction details:
Debited amount - rs. 8610
Date/time - on 8th dec, 2018 around 5:30pm ist
Proof received - sms message and netbanking account.
Complaint number - mump [protected]
Reference case number - 8493674
Last update - investigation department from banglore told they are deeply analysing and will be refunding on 26th dec, 2018 but no update yet.
Dispute form submitted on 10th dec, 2018 but so far amount is not refunded nor the hdfc bank takes any step to keep me posted on progress till jan 2, 2019.
Kindly refund at the earliest as 9k is not a small amount of money for a normal middle class person. : (
