My last working day was on 27th november 2018. Till now i haven't received my relieving letter, i need it urgently many times my mentor has updated my details to hr exit team but they didn't gave satisfactory answer. Could you please help me out with this situation.

    There have been serious issues with my credit card account since a double transaction message i got. Following are the sms messages i received on my registered mobile number from the bank.

    7th january 2019 - monthly bill payment - i paid the full amount as per the last month bill.
    Dear cardmember, payment of rs. 35603.00 received towards your credit card ending 2770 through autopay on 7-1-2019. Your available limit is rs. 62472.37

    8th january 2019 - this is one of the duplicated messages.
    Alert:you've spent rs.24500.00 on credit card xx2770 at raz*razorpay software in bengaluru on[protected]:08:04:13. Not you? Call [protected].

    8th january 2019 - this is second of the duplicated message.
    Alert:you've spent rs.24500.00 on credit card xx2770 at razorpay1310722 in bangalore on[protected]:08:06:48. Not you? Call [protected].

    8th january 2019 - online payment made by me.
    Alert: you've spent rs.1385.00 on credit card xx2770 at amazon pay india priva on[protected]:17:50:24. Avl bal - rs.60829.00, curr o/s - rs.14171.00. Not you? Call [protected].

    8th january 2019 - online payment made by me.
    Alert: you've spent rs.1342.50 on credit card xx2770 at amazon pay india priva on[protected]:18:01:18. Avl bal - rs.59487.42, curr o/s - rs.15512.58. Not you? Call [protected].

    10th january 2019 - online payment made by me.
    Alert: you've spent rs.102.00 on credit card xx2770 at amazon pay india priva on[protected]:12:54:45. Avl bal - rs.-14282.00, curr o/s - rs.89282.00. Not you? Call [protected].

    Now my account balance is shown a value of rs.-14282.00.
    Please explain this. I tried to make an online payment but it got rejected followed by a telephone call telling that the transaction failed because of insufficient balance. I have settled the last month bill on time and have not utilized my 75, 000 rs monthly credit in my card. Still, my balance is shown as a negative value. Expecting a prompt response from your side. I need a detailed bill for all the transaction made from my credit card from 1st of january till date. I suspect some online fraud as the numbers don't add up considering all possibilities like - the transaction of 24500 was made twice wrongly or my last moth bill payment was not successful. So kindly send details of all transactions made on my card since january 1st, 2019 and explain the reason for a negative balance.

      4 years back, in my earlier company for a colleague
      (Late mr abhinav thakur) hdfc card provider given my contact no as refence by saying it is just a protocall.
      When i left that company irequested customer care people to remove my no. As refence.
      Even after 3 years the no is mentioned there.
      Last year the card holder expired in an accident.
      Now their customer care executives are time & again call me rather harrasing me 3-4 times in a day for paying his bills.

      My contact no is [protected]. They haven't varified from me as his refence while providing him a card.

      They are regularly massagiing me & theatening me to raise a warrent against me.

        my salary account shows negative balance

How can you debited my salary without my permission and also without intimation. How can i living with my family without salary. I will give my account details below.         I bought samsung galaxy s9 on 5/10/18. There was a scheme going on purchase of samsung handsets if purchased via hdfc credit card or consumer durable loan. You get 5000rs instant cashback and rs6000 cash within 3 months/90days. I was informed this by the hdfc representative at the store who showed me offer information. I myself checked about it and found it is true as i am attaching of same offer which continued in dec also. I have already paid 3 installments and it has 97 days but i have still not recieved cashback of rs.6000.
        I contacted hdfc consumer durable helpline but waiting for average 15 min multiple times no one picked call. Kindly help in this issue as i feel cheated by the hdfc bank.

        HDFC bank has still not replied. How poor their service is treating customer like this. Raised complaints and called multiple times but they don't even care. Will never use their service or recommend anyone.

          I have salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds. But i didnt maintain sufficient balance in two months. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 413 in feb and rs 885 in march 2018.

          I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is sip. How can you inculcate habit of regular savings if you penalise so harshly for not having balance.

          Hdcf bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

          Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also!!!. Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me on the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

              Hi,

              I have opened salary account with HDFC (Name- Uvaraj, Acc - [protected]) and i am using the account for the past two years. And this year, I was charged for Rs.885 as annual debit card fee. When i contacted customer care and i got misleading information.

              Rep1: It was a mistake by HDFC and the debited money will be credited back to the account in 90 days. when i asked for escalation, she deliberately disconnected my call.

              So i again called your so called customer care

              Rep2: It was the corporate card so the charges are applicable. But i have raised a request for reversal, it will be credited in 10 days.

              The above two information are misleading and till now i didn't received any information regarding above.

              Please let me know how can they debit my account without any intimation and i didn't received any SMS regarding the debit. They robbed me of Rs.885.

              If i didn't received any proper reply even after this post, definitely i close all of my account with HDFC immediately by stating this reason.

              I would like to make a complaint regarding the annual debit card fee on my account, i m not happy about this charge however i am getting charge everytime which i am not happy to pay and i am looking for a refund of rs 885 on my account. without my permission you have update my debit card, when i know this i have called to Customer care she said, this is annual Chars free Card and etc...

              i am receiving continuous call from you. Regarding to up date the debit card and credit card and also increase the credit limits why is doing. if this harassment not stop i will close the all my Account and cancel the cards .

              i did not required this type i required only simple debit card annual fees which is very low

                The first premia of two ten year sap policies were subsequently reduced. On maturity hdfcsl is very systematically disowning any credit to the policy holder for the differential first premium of rs 3lacs for two policies. The two policies were issued by hdgcsl on 8th march 2008 and the last premiums paid on 8th march 2018 and due for maturmaturity on 8th march 2019. The two first premium of rs 1, 00, 000.00 and rs 3, 00, 000.00 were reduced for next 9 years to rs 25, 000.00 and rs 75, 000.00 respectively. Hdfcsl is conveniently disowning any credit to policy holder for the differential first premium of rs 75, 000.00 and rs 2, 25, 000.00 respectively for the two policies maturing in march 2019.

                  I transferred 20000 rs on 7th January from Payzaap. Money is debited from my account but it is not credited to party. I went in HDFC Bank in this regard, but there in Ko response from bank.

                    Myself is Reshma and has been using an HDFC credit card for the last five years. I could not make the payment on time because of my personal issues, where My in-laws were hospitalised and had to spend a huge amount for their treatment. Since we are hailing from Kerala, my husband, who was a journalist and now into media business also go affected in the Kerala floods, 2018.

                    I am working with Amplifon hearing aid company based in Ghatkopar. Since yesterday one person who identified himself as Deepak Mishra (Chandivli Manager - Mob [protected] had been calling me repeatedly despite requesting him to wait till the money get transferred as my salary dated between 8 and 10 of every month.

                    Today, when I am the only person present in the office, he had sent his associate named Jijaba V Yadhav (mob: [protected]) without even informing and made him sit at my clinic. I was literally threatened as there was noone in the office. I really dont know this is the way a bank treat a lone girl that too at office.

                    Mr. Deepak mishra was repeatedly shouting over the phone which was well recorded in the CCTV camera. My head office people asked me what is going wrong in the clinic. I feel really threatened that this would effect my job. Mr. Deepak mishra made that person to sit at the clinic until the payment was made, that too when my husband was in the queue at the HDFC bank dombivli. attaching the slip.

                    I was harassed and shattered by this man called Deepak Mishra. I am writing this letter under deep depression, being a humiliated woman.

                    Even last month also he did the same thing when my husband undergoing treatment for his burn on legs. I am going to settle the card next month at a go and surrender it, will make sure none in my circle will take HDFC credit card.

                    This is my duty to inform the authorities concerned with HDFC bank before proceeding legally then to women commission and human rights commission.

                      I tried to book ticket from machilipatnam to Secunderabad on 1st January, 2019, to journey on 2nd January 2019, ticket not booked, but my Amount debited from my account and still not yet refunded.                         Myself Mr.manjunatha v i was using HDFC credit card no : [protected] it was expired on aug-2017 due to some personal problem i was delayed payment,

                        On 30.12.2017 my card outstanding was Rs: 27, 310 as per Hdfc collection agent Mr : sidick ( [protected] ) assistance i made the payment
                        thru ICICI bank IMPS NO:[protected] dtd 30.12.2017 to HDFC collection a/c no :[protected],

                        payment was not accounted immediate by HDFC, it was accounted on march and HDFc is asking me to pay the late payment fee from January to march -2018, i am totally fead up with HDFC working style they are not try to close my call also More than 25 mail i write to HDFC and 3 time visited to branch also, no response from bank, i dont know how HDFC is working
                        i am thinking to go with legal about my case,

                          I lost my phone on 27th dec, and immediately froze my bank account and netbanking and blocked my credit and debit cards. On dec 31st, i went to hdfc halasuru branch and with the help of the relationship manager requested reactivation of my account and applied for new cards. It took 7 days to reactivate my account. But now, after 11 days and many complaints, messages and phone calls, i do not have a credit or debit card and cannot use net banking.

                            I already sent the letter but still they didn't close my card
                            I have applied for hdfc credit card in the online mode, it's been 3 days and it is still showing "application under review" so how many days it take to proceed for the further step
                            I bought a gift card from HDFC on December 14. It has been 15 days and I haven't received it. What has happened to it ?

                            You should provide some means for us to know whether the card is dispatched or not.
                            My Credit Card Application Status is In-Process for more than 20 days,
                            I would like to know what is actual status & by when can i receive Card or will i get a card or not.

                            I am a card holders for HDFC Bank. Card ending number is 7341. OneAssist membership fee has been deducted from my card even though I had already notified them that I don't want this members. Please revoke the membership and refund the amount deducted from my account as soon as possible.

                              My application no is[protected] & booking id is 98493984. I bought online hdfc investment plan. While filling form there was technical error. So i request to change gender in the form from male to female but not yet happened yet. I took policy on 04th jan 2018. Ms. Babita called me that she will take 48 hours to amend it but now no response. Ms. Amrita is the head of this dept. Mr. Saurabh is my financial advisor (Policy bazaar). He went to concern person 10 to 15 times but correction not yet done and policy not yet issued. What is the meaning of head of dept. Or also ms. Babita called me and told amendment will be done within 48 hours and policy will issue. Why not yet happened? Why policy bazaar (Hdfc staff) play with the customers. Why you are recruiting such type person in the organization when they don't know how to work. They directly doing loss of business and ruined organization name. Request you kindly take necessary stickt action against such type staff and request to issue my policy after amendment done.

                                I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth around 64k through my hdfc debit card on 9th september 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 4 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback. I have mailed customer care also but no reply other than auto generated email.

                                Please look into this & revert.

                                I have submitted fourclouser form of credit card at hdfc bank branch, nanpura, surat before 20 days ago but till now my card is not closed and branch manager is not listening my complaint and i have already paid total outstanding of my card before some days so please help me regarding closing my credit card...

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2115 without my concern on date : 15/12/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1399/-
