hdfc bank received message for ashish securities pvt ltd

I am receiving the below message i am not sure this message is fraud or not. I have not placed any application to process.

Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ashish securities pvt ltd with value rs. 45000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch....

I have salary account in hdfc bank since 2015 and without my knowledge how hdfcemployee discloses my account information to others. I need clarification on this because this leak happens from delhi branch. The person which i don't know discloses my customer information to the unknown person. If required my account details i will share details to hdfc authorised person.

    Hi sir, i nalamasa Ramesh having loan ref no. 63725884.. i had a false commitment by the bank representative her name is Swetha begumpet branch opposite to shoppers stop. She promised me to provide me 5 lakh personal loan with 12% rate of interest.. but when the amont disbursed in my sbi account i was shocked to see that only 4 lakh amount disbursed and interest is 14% instead of 12%.. they have not informed me about this change in the disbursement, , i intially rejected this loan in case they cannot provide minimum of 5 lakh loan with only 12% interest. Necessarily step may be taken and cancell my loan without any charge as the mistake is yourside

      HDFC representative came up and took the sign on the booklet containing pages of more than 32 and nothing was explained to me regarding the insurance will be applied on my loan and the interest rates are same i.e. 10.5% on loan and insurance both. And Insurance page signed by me is till blank. Enclosed please find the same.

      Also they had not provide me any insurance policy. On asking they provided me on 15.9.18.

      My query is I want the refund of Insurance policy as well the interest charges on same on the entire tenure. Please help me.

        I had purchase a mobile, as promised by hdfc i was supposed to receive a cash back within 90 days haven't received the same. On top of this i cancelled an debit card emi transaction and now my debit card emi option is disabled. If i send a message of dcemi to 56767 there is no response at times and at times receive a response ok - yet we are being charged for the messages. I tried reaching the hdfc support team via call and ivr is an headache, inspite of following that and punching the right number they say that i have reached credit card department and they ll transfer the same to account related - in between the call gets disconnected. I am seriously lost my patience wasting my time trying to get in touch. What if we do the same by not paying loans/credit card bills will you accept and on top of that interest and lpc. Inspite of paying loans and bills on time this is what the service we get from hdfc. If this is not fixed i swear i am gonna close my account.

          I have done some wrong transfer from my hdfc bank to some citibank account in morning at 5.00 am and by 8.30 i realise that the same was wrong transfer of 55000/-, i contact ghatkopar branch for the help and they assure me that the needful will be done but till date not a proper answer is expected by them, only one line answer that it will take 36 working days to resolve the same.

          36 days mean the loss of 55000/-.

            ad hoc statement charge

                Applied for fastag on dec 19 2018. No reply from them. Send 4 mails with kyc documents from dec 24 no response. If i call tollfree number asking to send mail again and again. How many days have to wait or howmany mails have to send. Dont know what the concern team doing.. Or reject the application and refund the money. Time is so important.                   I (Tulesh verma) opened salary account in hdfc at sec 50 noida office. I switched my working company and not using my hdfc account since 10 months. But when i checked current balance it is showing 7900 in negative and salary account converted to normal saving account. Request you to take action and waiveoff this amount and convert this to salary account again so that i can continue using this account as salary account.

                    With reference to the reference number [protected] i have not received any response from your side on the below case. I had transferred inr 19446/- in order to pay my emis. Kindly note i am left with no choice but to proceed legally against payzapp. I am in touch with my lawyer to present my case in the consumer forum.

                    I am myself in the service industry and will definitely give bad and negative feedback about your service to all my customers. I work at the airport and i meet lot of guests who are frequent flyers and will share my grievance to all and recommend not to use payzapp from hdfc.

                            Aaptiv.com have deducted rs. 6400/- from my credit card today 8.1.19 thru google payments account. This is a fraud and i have never applied or given consent to deduct this amount from my credit card. This is a fraud by google and aptive.com

                            I noticed this today sometime back when i received the message that rs. 6400/- have been deducted from my credit card i

                            I request hdfc team

                            1) please investigate and do not allow to transfer any such transaction

                            2) immediate refund of rs. 6400/- in my credit card account.

                              I tried to place a order from flipkart at today morning through debit card payment. The debit card alert message came instantly and the order also placed from flipkart. But when i checked my bank balance at evening it seemed the amount have not detected. The same balance before ordering is maintained. So i checked in mini statement i couldn't able to find that particular transaction and i called the flipkart person to check upon order confirmation and they said amount debited order placed. But why is not reflecting on my account statement. Is that any server problem?

                                Hi Team

                                I have I applied for personal loan from HDFC I got the loan after deductions Charges, Processing Fee and Insurance. When I am applying loan on that time I said clearly I don't want any insurance but they charged and bal tra to my A/c. When I am taking topup loan on that time also I said clearly I don't want Insurance but Again they charged. Almost they charged 13 K from both the loans. When I am taking toploan executive said I will get back first loan amount to my bank a/c. Still i didn't receive any amount and Insurance documents under my name for the 13k. ECM got cancelled but they said after due date and I clear the loan amount on the same day. But they charge 640+ for charges. It's not my fault and I am clearing the EMI before due date and giving tra ref no to staff. But still staff are torchring for charges. I am getting calls from diff nos and each staff saying diff procedure.

                                Please look and solve my problem

                                  I have savings account with HDFC, at the time of account creation the HDFC representative(employee) mentioned that is zero balance account.

                                  The branch also convinced me to take credit card (basic which is only 37K avail) and he also mentioned there is no monthly and service charge for the card they provided.

                                  Though there were no purchases on the card they started charging monthly after an year they started calling me and mentioned that I had 7K some due amount to be paid for the card.

                                  When I asked for the purchase details they could not give any details, But I still cleared that amount by paying it.

                                  Now they started charing on my savings account as well which has INR -8, 552.59 due amount.
                                  I walked to Electronic City - 2 branch to enquire the charges and to close the account.

                                  A lady who was representative for account was not even attending me and was not able to answer for the unwanted charges. She almost made me to wait 3 hours that she couldn't access the system due to some server issue.

                                  Finally I left the bank without the account closure, They have already blocked my account but still they charge non maintenance fee for account I have which is actually zero balance account.

                                  The type of account which I have itself zero balance account but I still charged with some fee.

                                  I even called customer care but did not had any proper solution or response from them.

                                  Please note that the due amount is not included in monthly e-statement.

                                    I visited hdfc bank indranagar branch loan department discussed with Gopi manager he also not helpful to close the issue why I need to make payment of 242 additional from bank I need get the amount of 155

                                    Hi All, After registering Complaint still problem was not fixed then no use this site ...
                                    Customer we are facing issue but who will resolve it soon ..
                                    Still i am reminder on my due payment and they have closed as Pre-closed without any confirmation from my end .
                                    and now due to back HDFC bank issue i am facing lot issue no one try to solve my still due to this i lost my CREDIT SCORE.. bank is raising the penalty month on month 242 /- rs for same ..

                                    What bank team doing after i made payment of 242 /-rs to solve this still not getting completed .. now new SMS receiving from PAYZapp for EMI amount 11845/- rs started ...
