wrong amount charged to credit card

My latest credit card bill (Dec 2018) is 69225, whereas as per the calculation after the statement details - it come out to be 52182

I believe the systems are automated, so such errors can only mean that hdfc is intentionally duping its customers. I have seen such complaints previously too.

This is preposterous, and i am very much concerned now even about my previous statements

refund my one assist membership money

I have been trying to close the NRE accounts at Triplicane and R.K.Salai branches of chennai HDFC Bank since returning to india in December 2015. Both branches gave multiple reasons like there were links in my account and such. They also made me travel to different branches to close my attached accounts like DMAT, PIS, etc.. But the account was never closed. Now they are asking me to pay charges to close the account. Its like a pathetic government...

worst service from hdfc credit card customer care

request for closure and excess charges not being refunded

request to update my maid id with hdfc credit cards

I have requested to change my email id with hdfc credit cards division 2 months back. I have sent 2 requests in the past 2 months and the back end team has come up with different reason to reject my request.
1st time i sent my request they rejected it saying signature mismatch
2nd time i have sent my request with signature mismatch form and they have rejected it saying kyc not provided.
