I am suffering from credit card charges. Here is my problem:
My father has HDFC classic salaried account and I have my joint account in bank. My father has already free of charge card. so someone from the HDFC bank told about free of charge credit card. So i agree with them and issue a card. after one month we got 150 rs bill as docomo sim recharge. So i pay it through net banking but I cant get recharge so after visit of hdfc bank branch, Came to know that recharge was bounced and payment also bounced. So i thought I am not getting any recharge so why to pay and i didn't pay anything. After 2 month i got credit card charge of 2500 and that i don't know because we had must apply on strictly regulation that the card was free of charge. I also don't know I was facing this charges at that time. after visiting credit card recovery office on 7th January (today), we got to know that The person who issued a credit card he never give us any advise and always told us its a free of charge. I have also not getting pin number so I hadn't even activate card and make any transaction. so eventully I have not using any money from credit card and your charges are reached on 5700 rupees. Kindly request you to reverse my all charges. we are suffering this problem the amount was big because we didn't use even a single rupee. you can check on your records too. please help us and reverse back all charges. I went bank branch also they told us to email you. and customer care also delayed and didn't reply. we are only got trapped in this issue. and bank officer never give us proper explanation. he told us some 3 month process but after one month bank added charges. if he told us at least once that it is chargeable card, we never apply.
so officer give us wrong commitment and we are bearing this.
kindly please contact me back([protected]) or email and help me to reverse my charges. we are very grateful to you. It was a very hard situation for us to pay this much money without use a single rupee.
please take care of this matter on immediate basis, else tell me if i need to go to government authority to make FIR on the bank officer chirag patel: [protected] who did not give us proper information about credit card.

Hello i have lost my cell on last month so i will change my mobile number on my hdfc credit card .
please concat me urjent basis
