installment pay. transfer from casa.

I have a salary account in hdfc bank opened on nov2018. The first month salary got credited on 28thnov18. On checking the transaction history on 26thdec18, i am able to see that theat there has been an deduction on 6thdec18 with the description as "installment pay. Transfer from casa."

But i don`t remember authorizing any payments as such.

Please let me know the details of the above deduction in hdfc bank asap....

deduction of amount for one assist mfee

Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

I have applied a credit card from your branch with the application number 18L[protected]S5 as per the continuous phone calls from the branch employee. cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8435 without my concern on date : 17/12/2018. I am not interested about this service & don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

money transferred to a account that is inactive

I have transferred money to one of my accounts with sbi ([protected]). My account () is debited but the other account ([protected]) is not credited with the amount. I have contacted phonepay regarding this and also sbi customer care. Phonepay says bank should provide a resolution, hdfc says sbi will give a resolution and sbi says it does not take care of the issue. I want to know where my money is....

didn't receive debit card

My bank account number is [protected]. Yesterday (24th december) at 9 am i tried to withdraw 5k from atm. Money didn't dispense but got deducted from my account. lethargy of hdfc person

Myself suraj visited chroma store for purchase of washing machine for discount person they suggested emi of hdfc bank, but due to lethargy of hdfc person mr. Nayan, bodakdev, [protected] me and my family suffered for an hour up to closing of shop today, first time he denied emi without any justification and after some time he again approved loan.
So i want justification for the same....

money debited from account but transaction has failed

Hi,

I was investing in an lic mutual fund but the payment failed due to incorrect answer of authentication question.
However the 75k has been debited from my account even though the page showed transaction failed.

The money has been debited even though lic has not received the payment as i have not received any information from lic confirming the receipt of money.

Please help reverse...
