We wanted to open a nro account in hdfc mira road station branch. The employee showed no sign of proactiveness. It took us good 2 days to fill up the paper work. He gave us a number to contact. We asked queries and not a single time he replied. We were sitting down for good half an hour on the last day not knowing what is the time taking for. We deposited money draft and in spite of telling the person that we want the money as soon as possible, he did not inform us the cut of time to deposit a draft. We deposited the draft on saturday and today is tuesday and draft has not been cashed yet.
I would suggest not to open any account with the hdfc definitely not in mira road branch.

    I am a costomer of hdfc bank shujalpur m.p. In 2017 my soyabean fasal was totally damaged due to lack of water. And government annonce for insurence. And many members got insurence from this bank except me. Although i am eligible for the insurence. I also complaints in cm helpline but could not get any solution. The branch manager is not listning us

      Dear sir
      I am having account in hdfc bank, (A/c no-[protected]) kh road branch bangalore. On saturday 29-dec-2018 at 7.35am i tried withdrawing money from vijayabank atm in west of chord road branch of rs. 2, 500/- but i have not received the money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. I did not know how to get back the money. Can any one help the procedure to get my money.

      Dear Customer,

      As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint, we have raised chargeback on the acquiring bank vide reference number 1775479. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of the complaint. In case the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

        Cancellation of one assist membership
        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4829 without my concern in november. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

            Hello all,
            I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and and last year they did the same and i cancelled the membership, and again they charging for the same.
            And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. I don't want any kind of services, don't dare again to do this.

            Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                hdfc not receiving otp on international number

                I am staying for a longer period abroad and my indian number was not going to be active.
                So i visited my nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otps on my international number.
                However after coming over here i am not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries....

                  We clarify that, as you are aware payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, your credit card was invalidated from further usage on November 03, 2018 and upon invalidation, the entire outstanding became payable immediately. For further clarifications, we request you to contact our debt management executives at[protected]/67268002 for any queries in this regard.

                    It seems hdfc bank credit card team is purposely delaying my credit card closure. I have sent documents twice to thiruvanmiyur office for closure in december 2018. The first time i have sent documents on 12/12/2018 to close my card and they said signature mismatch and asked me to submit the documents again. Again i sent a set of required documents (Including signature mismatch form, closure form self-attested copy of pan) on 26/12/2018 with signature exactly matching as that of pan. But when i made a call to customer care on 01/01/2019 for enquiring about the status of the same, again they are saying signature mismatch. This seems to be totally intentional and they are stressing me to the extreme. I didn't expect this from a reputed bank like hdfc bank. They are torturing me like anything to retain me as their customer. Because of their behavior, i have canceled my recently purchased life insurance policy from hdfc too. Finally sent mail to grievance redressal officials. Let me wait and see what will happen.

                      This is akash singh. I have got a freedom platinum credit card from hdfc bank. At das honda showroom after purchasing honda 5g they also asked me to get a credit card. At the time of credit card application it was said that no charges are applied. While receiving the card it is coming with first year fee and taxes of rs. 590. So it is not fair to get sales based on falsehood. Now, i also want to deactivate my credit card. Please look into this matter & take necessary steps. Thank you.

                          I've purchased a topup of my existing personal loan for which HDFC account is required and hence, I've opened a Salary Account to my nearby HDFC Bank. It is India's No.1 Bank, but still it took almost 2 weeks for activating my account.

                          After so many calls, it was activated and then only my loan amount was disbursed to my account. But within 50 minutes after getting the money to my account, my aadhar was de-registered from my account and without any intimation my account was blocked.

                          After asking about the situation to the bank, they got an update saying that due to Aadhar verification failure my account got blocked.

                          I've provided all the required details with aadhar hard copy, driving licence. Also, i've given my bio-metric with duly signed signature but still it was the issue which was not fixed quickly. The un-blocking process of my account needs to happen by Mumbai branch only and they don't have a proper communication within the branches.

                          Till now i can't able to take the loan amount and already my emi date is nearing.

                          Several times i went to my account opening branch, but simply they will say i didn't receive any update from mumbai branch. [it is like another third party bank or so].

                          Now, i'm feeling why did i opened the account!!!

                            My load a/c no is:30104809. the ecs debited from my standard chartered bank a/c . 03/06/17 i receive the gentle remainder the due on 07/06/2017.
                            I deposited the emi amount on05/06/2017 but still it is not taken. On13/06/17 I get one sms from hdfc ECS for PL loan will redeposited maintain between 14/06/17 to 17/06/2017.
                            16/06/17 i got call from hdfc chennai she is asked to pay the emi amount to manually to the near branch.

                            On16/06/2017 I get one sms from hdfc ECS that please pay the emi and the fees and charges.

                            So the amount is ready from 05/06/2017 then why should i pay the extra charge? this is your mistake.
                            And one thing if i will go the nearby branch they will not receive the money if i am filling challan mention my loan a/c no. please provide any online payment method . or please allow to pay with filling chalan mentioned my loan a/c no only. this could cause unnessarily delay.

                              I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I got a message that an amount of 1399/- was debited from my credit card without my permission on 21st Dec 2018 for ONE ASSIST MFEE. What the hell that even is??!

                              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs 1399/- . Please deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer's info. If it will happens again then I will cancel my credit card.
                              Kindly refund in my credit card account.

                                Hi i am nagilla bhargavi and an user of hdfc credit card. I have made the payment of bill on october 1st of 15000 and on nov 30th i have made 1 payment of 45000 and now i said i need 20 days time to clear the payment fully but he is harrasing me to do thee payment before 6. P. M of today and i said its highly impoosible to dothat. So, he started blackmailing me stating i will call to your hr and i will call to your family members like that. Already he informed the same and spoken with my family now becoz of this issue my mother undergone with heavy health problem and my husband got angry and disputes has araised btw us. So please take an action upon him and give me the time till jan 20 to clear the bill. His name is kiran and he calls from "[protected]". I need a solution for this.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  My name is kathiresan. K my syndicate bank account number [protected] tirupur main branch in tamilnadu. I am 04 dec 2018 2.00 am onwards send the money to [protected] (Hdfc bank cumbam branch in theni district at tamilnadu). Unfortunately i wrongly typed [protected] and send it by my mistake. Kindly please block the money and rewart my account. I attached my screenshot copy. Please find it.

                                  Mail received from Hdfc customer service. But my home branch not supported to me. My money still has not credited my account.

                                  I already informed to the hdfc customer service and he freeze the account and same time he ask ease inform ur home branch use for charge back option. I informed my home branch but he ask can't able to process. Then only I report u directly. Kindly Please return back my money and rewart my account. I attached my screenshot copy. Please find it.

                                    Sir i cant think a guy holding a fake graduation degree we cant say it fake as its just a scaneed copy of someone else degree and edited that written his own name on that and started working in your comapny... Is this a joke how your multinational company is hiaring the employess... Ritesh srivastawa
