It is a shame for us to say that a big entity hdfc doing the fraud with his customers.
So many times i have share my problem with hdfc but no action to be taken till now.
I want to surrender my both policies and need my full amount return back but hdfc bank debited the renewal amount in my account. Now i have lost my all saving running in financial crisis.

I have buy two policy vide policy no 19758723 & 19983091 from mr. Rohan sit at mayur vihar branch, delhi. His contact no is [protected] & [protected]. He told me that after buying one policy you will get cash back of rs. 10000 and buying 2nd policy you will get cash back of rs. 20000/- and you will also become a agent of hdfc life insurance and same he provide agent code r. S. R.5396d2c to me. Mr. Rohan told me that you will get the cash back after 90 days from the date of policy. After 90 days i continuously follow up to mr. Rohan but he is not responding to my calls properly. I have also received a verification call from hdfc life insurance that your case under process and you will get your cash back before 16 august-18. But still i have not yet received my cash back money.
I have also share the call recordings but still there is no concrete response from hdfc side this is really unacceptable from a big entity and i am losing the faith in hdfc.

Dear sir/Ma'am,

One week ago, I have share my problem with HDFC life at [protected]@hdfclife.com but still I have not yet received any reply from HDFC life. I am very disappoint from HDFC Life. They sold the product with false/fake information. I am humble request to HDFC bank please refund my money back asap.

    Hello hdfc bank,

    I have been leived the following changes for using the netbanking mutual fund account.

    When is this started to bang us with every quater, this is not a trading account:

    Isaqmc-rs. 295

    Tried reaching customer care and it is of no help they only ended up with sending us from banking section to mutual fund section and mutual fund section back to savgins accont.

    I know how can i stop this deduction as i am not availibg any such service and against my consent.

    Can you pay attention to it and advise why you are collecting this amount?

    If this is not resolved this month i will change my salary account to some other bank who are more customer oriented.

      Hi.
      Hdfc bank has put a lien on my account after its executives asked me to make the payment of rs. 4500 and assured me that i won’t have any issues.

      I have screenshots to prove that hdfc executives have contacted me and asked me to make the payment as soon as possible and assured me that i can make the payment by dec 31, 2018

      I made the payment on dec 28, 2018 but the lien has been marked

      I am going through a very emergency medical state and my dad is admitted
      I use the account to get the funds transferred for my dads medication

      I requested hdfc again and again, even through the emails to please remove the lien as i had already made the payment but then no action has been taken

      My salary will go completely into this lien marked
      I’m in a very serious state of mind if i don’t get my salary since my dad is admitted.

      Please get my lien removed today. I request you still.

      I have contacted Customer care and Credit Card department but nobody is willing to help me.
      Why wrong have I done? I was asked to make the payment, I have made extra payment instead and you have put a lien on my account.

      I want a total refund of my money if that is deducted in lien marking. Ideally I should have had the lien marked removed. My salary is due to be deposited tomorrow and I am going through a medical emergency. Who will repay me if my salary goes into this ? Just because of the careless nature of your executive to not respond to the case.

      I’m attaching you a screenshot for you to see how much I have followed up on this.

      Repay me for a what I will lose.

        I, dileep chandu had applied for online nps account and paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of hdfc bank. I had selected hdfc bank as one of empaneled bank for kyc verification since i have savings account in this bank for many years. However, i received a sms & email from nps/cra yesterday stating hdfc bank has rejected my kyc verification due to which whatever contribution i paid is frozen until i manually obtain the kyc verification from the bank and then submit the hard copy to nps/cra again. I want to know the reason for the kyc rejection by hdfc bank. No one from customer care is able to help to resolve this issue. Customer care told to visit home branch. Home branch staff not able to help and asked to visit the hdfc bank at richmond road, bangalore. The staff at richmond said to call hdfc securities customer care. They cant help in this matter. Why are customer care and home branch staff not aware of this process. The hdfc staff is wasting lot of time. Why bank didn't even call/sms me before rejecting my kyc verification

          I got a message that it will be delivered within one week. But still it did not come to my address. I informed the bank but they told to call customer care but i was not able to connect though them. I went the courier office and enquired about it but they said it has been returned back to the main branch in chennai. I have got many messages regarding the credit card. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

            My fast tag has rs:- 180/- still it is showing as black listed. I called hdfc fast tag customer care many times, still no resolution, they just ask me to call 1033 and those guys says authority to black list with issuer bank.

            Nobody is taking the owner ship of getting this resolved, every one is passing the ball to other court. Here is my customer id.

            Hi,

            As a customer I am aware of the toll free number. I have called them atleast 10 times regarding similar issue. But none of them so far have shared this email id. Instead all I have heard from them is that the request has been sent to back end team and that issue will get resolved in 3 days time. I think this is lack of proper training. Also there is no senior person in call center to whom I could talk. I dont know how to term this, whether irresponsible or ignorance.

            This is to inform you that in spite of amount being deducted at all toll plazas on the spot, the company is also erroneously manually deducting amounts (total amount: Rs. 755/- deducted erroneously) from my fastag account for no reason.

              I have applied for the closure of my savings account till now after 10 Days it is not closed and bank employees are lying and faking worst service... Very Disappointed

              Why the hell you just not true to the face what is the actual reason you are not closing it down.

                From last 3-4 days, my account balance is showing in negative 4lacs which was really shocking for me. I have registered a complaint for this and mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com keeping board of directors in cc but not getting any revert from your end.
                Customer executive are saying that this is a hold for a credit card which i have used, which is again a shocking statement for me as i haven't used any credit card from any bank till now.
                I don't know whom should i contact in this regards in hdfc bank.
                Please contact me @[protected] to close this issue asap else i will not pay any emi going forward.

                I haven't used any credit card from any bank which you can check by my customer ID. Unable to do any transaction from my account and my 85000 are on hold from last 4days. If you want to do an investigation, please do but till the time kindly remove the hold from my account.

                    I have to deactivate my hdfc credit card. I trying the same for past 1 month, but could not able to contact your customer care officers. I tried in various ways and i m frustrated and tired of reaching you. Kindly accept this as a top priority and take necessary actions.

                      Pathetic behaviour by branch staff. Sitting idle but don't want to work. Just giving lame excuses for not doing work not even entertained properly even in personal visit.

                      M receiving n number of msgs for submitting kyci went to submit kyc in ur sec 25 panchkula branch. But they refused to accept saying only securities branch will accept. Whereas it didn't have any such kind of burdened job.

                      Really very sad of part of hdfc bank providing such useless service.

                          Two times automatic amount is deducted with out any inform. I have also account with other not any problem is coming. I don't no how he is work.

                            My name is tejal k, i have stopped using hdfc bank credit card from 5-6 years back... I am not getting any statement and the mail id on which i was getting statement was official mail id and i switch the company so mail id also not active.
                            Now i don't have any statement and hdfc credit card people suddenly started calling me for settelement and asking me to pay rs. 18, 000/ for settlement.

                            I am asking them for statement, but they are saying we cant provide statement to u. Pay 18000 or will mess ur cibil. I[censored] dont want us to mess up with cibil then pay 18000 or leave it.

                            Talking really very rudely like typical tapori language, bharana hai to bharo otherwise we will screw ur cibil record.

                            It is actual harassment and blackmailing.

                            Please suggest what should i do. Even after paying 18000, it will show as settlement. And the main part is i have not used this credit card for which hdfc is asking for payment.

                              Hello,

                              Hdfc bank service is worst. I have not seen these type of service from any branch for long now. If you go to branch they say they don't have any inform related to hdfc crdit card. If you call the customercare, they are also have no idea.

                              Issue : i want to upgrade to a new upgrade card. As my present card is expiring. I went to the hdfc bank branch, thubarahalli, bangalore for query they had no information. I called the customer care service. They also have no information. Lucky, i got the information from icici bank on they new offers and other details through phone, so i am going to icici bank credit card. After using the hdfc card for so long, i have understood, the worst service and disrespect to which they speak. Without my knowlegde, they have demoted my card from allmiles card to moneyback card (Newly issued, without my conciseness).

                              When i call the hdfc comsumer call.. They were not willing to take the complaint. The hdfc bank service is worst. They deactived my credit card without my conscience

                              Hello, How can i use the card when you have deactivated it without my knowledge... HDFC is worst bank...I called consumer care...and record the discussion..they are not taking the complaint...from branch and also using consumer care from phone...too arrogance and careless... without i receiving the new card, my old card is deactivated...and no complaint taken..

                                I have resigned my job 2 months back and this hdfc salary account is now showing negative balance i dont know what is the reason behind this negative balance this is the first time its showing negative balance i had used this account in zero balance also but no negative balance was shown previously and also i have given to change my adress but still the adress is not changed so please let me know the reason for the problems mentioned above.

                                    Do not raise complaints just for the sake of raising it. My complaint was closed without proper solution.. Just for the formality i received call and then they told they will call again to close it.. But no call and no resolution, received below messages today... How worst the service... You have worth less people in the system to handle case... You guys are becoming public sector banks now a days...

                                      Insta jumbo loan account: [protected]

                                      I am so desperate while writing this as i have got such a bad experience from the customer care as well as the other channels of hdfc bank. I apply an insta jumbo loan of rs.60000.00 on 05/07/2017. After one week i call hdfc customer care for insta jumbo loan she told me we are charge processing fee + preclosure charges around rs.3500, customer care executive discusses with senior person then she told me if you pay rs 60000.00 in your credit card within a three day (Also attached credit card statement july month), we don`t charge any processing fee & pre-closer charges.

                                      As per over discussion with customer care executive i pay rs.60000.00 on 13/07/2017 within five minutes in my credit card account. After three-month 20/10/2017 i receive an sms for insta jumbo loan card payment. I am totally shocked, then i checked my bank & credit card statements. During this 3-month i am very busy. After that, i call to customer care they told there is no request generated on july month. November month we don't find any positive responses they tell as the bank not reverse any charges & you need to pay all instalment. After that, i escalate this issue to hire management & visit bank, loan department & credit card office no one assist & they do not provide a piece of the right information. I trust hdfc bank service, but this time bank provides a very worst service in my banking experience.

                                      Currently, i have two hdfc bank account (Dwarka sector 17 branch a/c [protected] & meera bagh branch a/c[protected] both accounts are salary a/c. Jambo loan team blocks both accounts for rs 15000 + around. Please close both accounts we are not presently operating.

                                      Finally, your customer care executive misguides & not process all query time to time, why customer trouble every time???. Please reverse all charges & provide a clearance letter.

                                      I would like to have this problem resolved quickly. I will not pay the late fee, account maintenance charges & any stupid charges.

                                        I did transaction of 1500 on date 27/12/2018 for which cash was not dispensed. But amount was deducted from balance and not reversed since last 2 days. I have tried customer care number several times but unable to talk with any executive due to their ivr system. Finaly i have raised complaint via mail.in response i got only complaint number but nothing else. Then i have escalated this case to bank authority. But again in response i got complaint number only. Local branch is also not taking any proactive action.

                                        Dear Customer,

                                        Your request for customer dispute has been logged. The complaint id no. is 1769769. As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.
