I've purchased a topup of my existing personal loan for which HDFC account is required and hence, I've opened a Salary Account to my nearby HDFC Bank. It is India's No.1 Bank, but still it took almost 2 weeks for activating my account.
After so many calls, it was activated and then only my loan amount was disbursed to my account. But within 50 minutes after getting the money to my account, my aadhar was de-registered from my account and without any intimation my account was blocked.
After asking about the situation to the bank, they got an update saying that due to Aadhar verification failure my account got blocked.
I've provided all the required details with aadhar hard copy, driving licence. Also, i've given my bio-metric with duly signed signature but still it was the issue which was not fixed quickly. The un-blocking process of my account needs to happen by Mumbai branch only and they don't have a proper communication within the branches.
Till now i can't able to take the loan amount and already my emi date is nearing.
Several times i went to my account opening branch, but simply they will say i didn't receive any update from mumbai branch. [it is like another third party bank or so].
Now, i'm feeling why did i opened the account!!!
