Hi!
I was using credit card of hdfc from last 1 years but due to some emergency i was not able to make payment but was depositing minimum amount on the card account.
So regarding amount to be paid or lien i have not received any call.

I tried contacting credit card team no. Of time as well as my relationship manager but no solution was provided by any of them.
Even i have personally submitted 6 installments cheques to hdfc bank against pre-ndc letter which i received from mr. Jigar parmar - collection manager on card immediately but

I asked for way out from this to my relationship manager even he behaves like a general executive who won’t ready to cooperate which shows the stupidity of preferred banking program of bank.

Please release the amount you hold in my saving account asap.

We don't have any Debt manager contact details also they have not removed my lien marked.

Also it shows 95000 total outstanding where as HDFC issued 87000 Pre-NDC letter.

HDFC has been deducted approx 35+15 k from my salary through Lien marked & it is pending 95k.

Kindly advise to close that issue

    I was ready to make the full settlement toward my credit card balance and requested for the closure of the same. Hence I called on the customer care number and was assured of a call back. Since then, I did not receive any call from Credit Card Department of HDFC. I fail to understand that you get behind my ass to make the payment and when I am ready to make the payment, you just vanish.
    This leads me under impression of the bank's intention of just sucking money out of our pockets. Give me a call and I will explain why I have made this statement.
    Also, I would like to get a rebate, since I have made the complete payment of INR 55, 000 against overdue amount of INR 59, 415. Kindly schedule a call back as it is urgent.

    I have used hdfc credit card on petrol pump of amount 77.53 rs and for same i have got notification of the same amount. When I checked in netbanking transaction details it is showing me 87.53 rs deduction. Please let me know why this is so? Thanks

      Pathetic service. Instead of gaining customer kindly work on manpower also please train csa to speak politely with customer. Train them for good etiquettes. They themselves are confused then how could they will help the customers. Please make sure you will deliver this message to there ceo or anyone from the management. So that they will hire proper candidate.

        noc request for cancelling hypothecation

        Repected sir,. We have take loan from centurion bank to make payment of my bike tvs victor gl in 2004 we had completed the full payment in 2005.. After that we didn't get noc from bank.. Till 2018.2018 january 14 is my alst day for reregistration of my bikes. I cant do the process because of non cancellation of hypothecation.. Sir please. Kindly do any actions to noc from bank as soon as possible.. Including form 35 and sign from the bank.....

        I have taken loan from centurion bank to complete payment of my bike tvs victor gl in year 2004. We had completed the loan in year 2005.. We havenot get any noc from bank till 2018..2018 january 14 last date of my bike re registration we cannot do the renewl process due to not cancelling the hypothication.. Please do actions sir..               As per My Understanding - MONDAY EOD Report of the SBI Bank ATM, BANGALORE should have definitely shown Excess Cash Balance in the Physical account ( ATM Cash ) when Compared to the Ledger Balances so the same should have been reported back to HDFC & the same should have been credited in My account but there is some Delay happening

              I would like to take in Loop all the concerned authorities & Nodal team of both the banks along with RBI also for the same...

              Need a Resolution on this asap... Seeking a revert from the concerned Team rather than getting an automated reply to My Mail ..

                I had purchased an Samsung galaxy note 9 in Samsung website using hdfc cashback offer on 27/09/2018.

                The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback of 6 thousand rupees will be credited in the bank account but it's already more than 90 days and yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details.

                  Hello sir/madam i would like to raise a complaint against one of hdfc bank employee name rishab, telling him self on ito branch his number is [protected]. He maid calls to my friends circle and told that my payment is due however there are no payment due on my end. He was trying to reach me for one another friend which payment might have due. He told my friends and relative that my payment is due later on when i called him back then he took another name of my friend and told me that his payment is due and he given my number in reference however i don't have any relation with the name he given. He ruined my reputation in my relatives and friends which impacted alot.

                  Kindly take strict action against this guy.

                      On 19th December 2018 I recharged a Jio no. at 10:35 AM. It was success at Payzapp but never came on my Jio number.
                      When I reached to Jio support after taking Operator ID (BR000212E9ED), they said that JIO HAS NOT RECEIVED any recharge request and is clueless about this transaction.
                      I reached to Payzapp again and they again keep on saying that Payzapp has successfully done the recharge and go and talk to Jio. J
                      io is continuously denying and have confirmed this in email also. Still Payzapp is not accepting its fault and not refunding my money of Rs.500. Please help me get the refund.

                        I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card on 24-Dec-2018, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number 18L[protected]N1. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile. But after 2 days while checking status in online it showed decline but without reason.

                        Then thereafter i tried to call the person who called me and asked for document but he is not picking. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. I dont know why application got declined while i am having credit score more 800 and i have credit card of ICICI Bank & Kotak Bank.
                        Every document they require i had provided to them .

                        I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service and Customer care support.

                          Till date I haven't received my Fastag even after many reminder on HDFC customer care no.[protected]. Even I Spoke my HDFC Relationship Manager also.

                          Till so far I did not received any Fastag.

                          I don't know how is responsible for this and to whom i need to contact, Is this the HDFC service.

                              Hi team,

                              After 6years of being hdfc prime customer, there is a bad experience.

                              On 8th dec, 2018 the fraduelent transaction had happened after changing the atm pin at city union bank atm for the newly received chip based debit card from hdfc bank at chennai (Tamilnadu, india).

                              Fraudelent transaction details:

                              Debited amount - rs. 8610
                              Date/time - on 8th dec, 2018 around 5:30pm ist
                              Proof received - sms message and netbanking account.
                              Complaint number - mump [protected]
                              Reference case number - 8493674
                              Last update - investigation department from banglore told they are deeply analysing and will be refunding on 26th dec, 2018 but no update yet.

                              Dispute form submitted on 10th dec, 2018 but so far amount is not refunded nor the hdfc bank takes any step to keep me posted on progress till jan 2, 2019.

                              Kindly refund at the earliest as 9k is not a small amount of money for a normal middle class person. : (

                                I have opened PPF account in HDFC bank online . I have saving account in HDFC bank in ahmedabad i applied for PPF for same branch but NetBanking show PPF branch as ANNA NAGAR I CHENNAI . How it possible my KYC AMalso from gujarat based then why branch is not ahmedabad .
                                Please change branch to ahmedabad hdfc ohter wise i will file complaint to cousumer form against hdfc for cheating and misleading to people

                                    1. I made a upi a/c - a/c transfer of rupees 28000/- on 17-dec-2018. The transaction is reversed by the receiver bank. However, i still haven't received the funds back in my account.

                                    2. I made a payment to amazon.in on 19-dec-2018 for rupees 12, 299/-. For some reason i returned the item and amazon refunded the payment made via my debit card. The refund was done on 22-dec-2018. Again the amount is not credited to my account. Amazon shared me with a refund reference number as a proof that they did refund from their side and the money is currently stuck with the bank.

                                    So a total of 40, 299/- rupees of mine is stuck with the bank and the bank's customer care representatives and employees are least interested in helping me.

                                    I raised a complaint with hdfc customer care - no resolution till date
                                    Escalated to grievance officer - didn't care to at-least reply
                                    Met bank manager - he's got no clue how upi works. Wrote some internal email. Only god knows what happened to it.
                                    Wrote to nodal office - didn't care to reply again

                                    I tried all the possible channels but with no success. I hope this forum might force them to take some kind action.

                                      Its been more than 20 days that i am waiting for my refund from jabong. Jabong support informed me that they have successfully transferred the money to payzapp wallet. But its been not credited till now in payzapp. Payzapp support is not picking up the call. I have the bank reference number given by jabong. The refund amount is rs 1210. The bank reference number is[protected]
