I tried to place a order from flipkart at today morning through debit card payment. The debit card alert message came instantly and the order also placed from flipkart. But when i checked my bank balance at evening it seemed the amount have not detected. The same balance before ordering is maintained. So i checked in mini statement i couldn't able to find that particular transaction and i called the flipkart person to check upon order confirmation and they said amount debited order placed. But why is not reflecting on my account statement. Is that any server problem?

    Hi Team

    I have I applied for personal loan from HDFC I got the loan after deductions Charges, Processing Fee and Insurance. When I am applying loan on that time I said clearly I don't want any insurance but they charged and bal tra to my A/c. When I am taking topup loan on that time also I said clearly I don't want Insurance but Again they charged. Almost they charged 13 K from both the loans. When I am taking toploan executive said I will get back first loan amount to my bank a/c. Still i didn't receive any amount and Insurance documents under my name for the 13k. ECM got cancelled but they said after due date and I clear the loan amount on the same day. But they charge 640+ for charges. It's not my fault and I am clearing the EMI before due date and giving tra ref no to staff. But still staff are torchring for charges. I am getting calls from diff nos and each staff saying diff procedure.

    Please look and solve my problem

      I have savings account with HDFC, at the time of account creation the HDFC representative(employee) mentioned that is zero balance account.

      The branch also convinced me to take credit card (basic which is only 37K avail) and he also mentioned there is no monthly and service charge for the card they provided.

      Though there were no purchases on the card they started charging monthly after an year they started calling me and mentioned that I had 7K some due amount to be paid for the card.

      When I asked for the purchase details they could not give any details, But I still cleared that amount by paying it.

      Now they started charing on my savings account as well which has INR -8, 552.59 due amount.
      I walked to Electronic City - 2 branch to enquire the charges and to close the account.

      A lady who was representative for account was not even attending me and was not able to answer for the unwanted charges. She almost made me to wait 3 hours that she couldn't access the system due to some server issue.

      Finally I left the bank without the account closure, They have already blocked my account but still they charge non maintenance fee for account I have which is actually zero balance account.

      The type of account which I have itself zero balance account but I still charged with some fee.

      I even called customer care but did not had any proper solution or response from them.

      Please note that the due amount is not included in monthly e-statement.

        i need log a complaints on this from bank iam not getting any support to close this loan get the NOC for the same ..

        Customer we are facing issue but who will resolve it soon ..
        Still i am reminder on my due payment and they have closed as Pre-closed without any confirmation from my end .
        and now due to back HDFC bank issue i am facing lot issue no one try to solve my still due to this i lost my CREDIT SCORE.. bank is raising the penalty month on month 242 /- rs for same ..

        What bank team doing after i made payment of 242 /-rs to solve this still not getting completed .. now new SMS receiving from PAYZapp for EMI amount 11845/- rs started ...

Since the ticket was being purchased on line the book my show has not credited the amount to my credit card, so for pls do the needful immediately.

            This is the worst service i am facing from hdfc bank.

            I had opened my nps account online and given hdfc bank as the account for transaction.

            Its been more than a 15 days. Hdfc still didn't approved my kyc.

            Followed in my home branch as well as nearest branch but of no use

            Even sent an email to hdfc security but no reply

            What the hack of service they are providing

                Dear sir/mam

                My name is puneet kumar ahuja my registered phone number is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com.

                I am not able to communicate with the collection settlement team of hdfc bank and they are applying huge charges on my account.

                The customer care support team has given me some person called nasarudhin's numberf from past 10 days he's also not receiving my calls today after continues calls here received enter is out of station for some important work and he has no given me any alternate number to contact.
                I just request customer support for 6 emi settlement and they say that they are not authorized to you my account this extra charges really unbearable and something needs to be done.

                I have paid a lot of amount towards my credit card. But still the total outstanding amount is more than the credit limit given to me.

                Kindly help.

                  I have been charged annual fees in the 3 rd month without having information on same. I hold hdfc bank account and was told by bank employee that the their is bo charges for the credit card. The card was forced upon me by the employee without sharing what are the clauses to maintain the card without memberahip fees. Have filed conplains with the card authority on phone and mail but they refuse to reverse the amount also bank branch showed their helplessness for same and the credit card company is charging interest every month. This is undue and unfair on the hdfc account to lure customers and than charge them and levy interest if not paid.

                    I am not able to convert my payment to smart emi. When i tried it said "we regret to inform that your credit card is currently not eligible for insta loan."

                    Please do the needful, i tried contacting customer care twice. After waiting for 5-10 mins on the call, call got disconnected both times and no one called back.
                    This is very disappointing....

                          Having lost my phone i froze my bank account and blocked my credit cards on 27th dec. On 31st dec i visited hdfc bank, halasuru to reactivate and replace my accounts and cards. Neither i nor the relationship manager was able to do anything online or by phone, so forms were manually filled out and sent. On 6th jan i got a message that my account did not autopay my credit card bill. Nine days later i have not received my cards yet.

                          We would like to clarify that, your card ending 9383 was hotlisted, as per your request on 29/12/2018 and a new card ending 0288 was generated. However, physical plastic was not despatched, in the absence of your request for the same. Here, we wish to clarify that the statement carried the new credit card account number. We confirm that we are not in receipt of the payment for December 2018 statement within the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment of Rs.3, 800.00 to regularize your card and provide us with many more opportunities to serve you better.

                          I am shocked that you have not received my request for a new card. I personally visited your Halasuru branch and my relationship manager Prashob and I tried online and by phone to request for a new card. We were not successful. So I manually signed the required forms and as far as I know the application for a new card was made.
                          By the way your customer service phone is a waste of time. Even your bank employee could not figure it out.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,
                                I am suffering from credit card charges. Here is my problem:
                                My father has HDFC classic salaried account and I have my joint account in bank. My father has already free of charge card. so someone from the HDFC bank told about free of charge credit card. So i agree with them and issue a card. after one month we got 150 rs bill as docomo sim recharge. So i pay it through net banking but I cant get recharge so after visit of hdfc bank branch, Came to know that recharge was bounced and payment also bounced. So i thought I am not getting any recharge so why to pay and i didn't pay anything. After 2 month i got credit card charge of 2500 and that i don't know because we had must apply on strictly regulation that the card was free of charge. I also don't know I was facing this charges at that time. after visiting credit card recovery office on 7th January (today), we got to know that The person who issued a credit card he never give us any advise and always told us its a free of charge. I have also not getting pin number so I hadn't even activate card and make any transaction. so eventully I have not using any money from credit card and your charges are reached on 5700 rupees. Kindly request you to reverse my all charges. we are suffering this problem the amount was big because we didn't use even a single rupee. you can check on your records too. please help us and reverse back all charges. I went bank branch also they told us to email you. and customer care also delayed and didn't reply. we are only got trapped in this issue. and bank officer never give us proper explanation. he told us some 3 month process but after one month bank added charges. if he told us at least once that it is chargeable card, we never apply.
                                so officer give us wrong commitment and we are bearing this.
                                kindly please contact me back([protected]) or email and help me to reverse my charges. we are very grateful to you. It was a very hard situation for us to pay this much money without use a single rupee.
