    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2401 without my concern on date:31/12/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

      I have called multiple times to hdfc customer care and i was either been given wrong information, wrong expectations on or been hung up on.

      Issue : i have moved from bangalore to pune and i lost my debit card last month and requested hdfc for a new card. Because i don't stay in the bangalore address anymore i asked them for possibility of sending the card to the nearest branch. They have taken my request to send the card to the nearest branch in pune but sent it back to bangalore address. I have called up for this again and again and they have again taken the re-direction request. And now i am hearing that they don't have a progress or can't track the current card status whereas one customer executive had told me that it has been sent to the nearest branch already. Different customers give different answers or modify the answers to satisfy me but never give the right information. They have also told me that i could take an instant debit card which will not cost me anything and it will be valid till i do 1st transaction from my permanent card. When i walked to the branch it was quite the opposite what i heard. It seems that card is the actual permanent card and it is chargeable. I have requested for a manager call many times it was either denied. I was either transferred to a different team or was hung up on.

      I am very disappointed with the kind of service i received from hdfc since the last one month or so.

      If somebody is going to take ownership of this case please email me.

        I am holding my salary savings account since 01/07/2017 in HDFC Bank Andheri Branch - Mumbai. Subsequently was offered credit card on 01/07/2017. Against this card, I made purchases of rs. 3000. On 15/09/2018 I cleared all the dues/outstanding and submitted the card closure form in Panvel and Mahape Branch by physically visiting the branch. We also had received the acknowledgement of card closure, and the card is displayed as In-Active in my account.

        The first time we had to visit 2 branches just to close one single credit card. Now the bank should have de-linked my savings account from my credit card account.

        But again the bank has linked another credit card which we were neither applied nor delivered to us (as seen from the system of HDFC Bank, some other credit card which we have never received copy enclosed). When contacted with customer care of the credit card department, I was told that these are my financial charge (1100 rs), even if no transaction has taken place and no credit card has been delivered to me. This was the 3rd time I personally visited the Brank.

        When I applied for a housing loan in one of the nationalized banks, they issue sanction letter, but when they verified my CIBIL score, it is severely getting affecting due to these FRAUDULENT credit card and financial charges of 1100rs which HDFC is levying on me every now and then. (No fault of me)

        Even after clearing dues against second FRAUDULENT card on 15th Dec'2018, and submitting the card closure form in 3 branches viz Mahape Branch, Vidyavihar Branch and speed post to Chennai Branch (Copy enclosed). I had to visit again at 3 branches to close the fraudulent card. But still, on 04/01/2019, I can see the charge against my credit card of 3rs and the card is still active affecting the CIBIL score.

        Because of your careless and lethargic attitude and deliberate attempt to mental torcher, I have got no other option but to go to the court because nobody is guiding us properly.

        WHEN HDFC BANK HAVE TO SELL THEIR CREDIT CARDS ANYWHERE, THERE WILL BE YOUR EXECUTIVE OR PERSONAL BANKER TO HELP. BECAUSE IT IS IN YOUR INTEREST. BUT WHEN WE HAVE TO CLOSE THE SAME, THEN EVERYTHING IS ONLINE/CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE WHICH NEVER CO-OPERATES (BECAUSE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR SYSTEM LIKE THAT, SO THAT YOU CAN PROTECT YOUR OWN INTEREST AND YOU ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. BECAUSE OF YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE ACTS, MY CIBIL ACTION IS GETTING IMPACTED/DETERIORATING INSTEAD OF IMPROVING.

        YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CLEAR THE MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AND WRITE OF LETTER OF APOLOGY SO THAT MY HOUSING LOAN CAN BE FURTHER PROCESSED.

        REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER PERSONALLY AND CLOSE, DE-ACTIVATE, DE-LINK ALL THE CREDIT CARD WHICH ARE LINKED TO MY SALARY AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT.

          I have loaded 5000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my credit card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

          I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

            On january 4th i tried to add an amount of 4100 to my payzapp wallet with credit card.

            Amount is debited from my credit card. But not credited in my payzapp wallet.

            Please check my transactions once and revert the amount to payzapp wallet or credit card.

                Amount of rs. 6000/- (Through hdfc atm card in sbi atm), dispute on 12th nov'18 at sbi atm at mgm hospital opp. Warangal after that i informed to hdfc customer care center and nearest police station of mattawada, warangal-dist.

                1. After that hdfc bank risk control team asking the some of documents, i arranged the same except police compliant copy (Fir copy),

                2. This police compliant copy (Fir copy) to ask the police station they are not respond. They inform we are find out the crime person after that we will give the police compliant copy (Fir copy)
                3. Hdfc customer care persons are informed to me with out police compliant copy (Fir copy) we cant do anything.

                As per above police persons and hdfc customer care persons both are not responding from last 2 months. So please suggest how can i get the dispute amount of rs.6000/-.

                  I am alok balkishan, two years ago, i was working in any private company. They opened my salary account in hdfc bank. I leave that company after one year. My company staff said that it was salary account it will close automatically but it still open. I got a sms of rs.600 min. Balance charges.
                  When i go to my nearest hdfc branch, the bank staff said that it has delhi branch u have to visit that branch to close the account. Before close ur account u have to pay ur pending rest amount approx ten thousand. My home branch has very far from my current address. I am not able to pay this amount.

                    I had got a call from bank executive for personal loan, since i already had d personal of icici, i thought doing balance transfer from icici to hdfc as interest rate will be reduced. Initially i was asked for my documents and after background verification, a hdfc bank executive was sent to my home to collect 3 blank in name of hdfc bank and to sign a agreement which was blank. I refused to sign on the blank agreement as mentioned in instruction on the agreement front page.

                    Later after some i got sms that my loan is approved as got loan account no. (Without signing the agreement). And informed to the same. Again a the hdfc bank executive came to get the d agreement signed. Since there was 5000 rs more than the actual balance transfer i refused again to signed and now requesting to stop the further process of loan. But now they asking me cancellation fee of 5000, without i agreeing or signing the any agreement/form.

                    Please help on that how can they charger me that cancelation fee before i sign any agreement/formality of the loan.

                        Sir, myself purnima garg having regalia credit card ([protected]) recieved bill of amount 2170 rs... I didn't use this credit card for a single rupees... Then how can bank arise this bill of such amount... I am not able to understand.. This is very irrensposible attitude of bank towards customer... Sales man told me that this is lifetime free of charge then how this bill arise... Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and maintain the image of bank.

                          I have purchased an iphone 8 plus from imagine store on may 3rd 2018. I was told to get a cashback rs 10000/- after 6 months. Now 11 months have gone but still i did not get any cashback. I went to the consumer loan office in indiranagar bangalore and they have given me the contact number of the sales executive +[protected]. She talked to me once and told she will look into this matter and give me a call back 2 days back. Neither she called me back since then nor she is picking up my call.

                            Don't invest in hdfc products, they will speak to you very politely when you will buy a policy. Afterwards you will get no response to your queries about your policy fund value, hidden charges etc. You will have to run behind them again & again. They will sell the policy without informing you the actual charges & later on you will come to know that there are many hidden charges due to which your policy fund value is not appreciating. Better not to go with these kind of companies whose main purpose is to loot customer hard earned money. Beware.

                                negative balance in my account solely due to non-maintenance charges

                                In 2016, i joined a company which opened my salary account in hdfc bank. Later i left the company. Now, the hdfc bank is charging me the non-maintainence charges and i opened the account through mobile banking it shows me a negative balance of rs -9038.81. There is even no mention of these deductions in the account statement. I will not pay this negative balance. Please help me close my account asap....

Intially i didn't believe but they shared me my address mail id everything. I got otp from hdfc only. After i sharing otp they did unauthorised transition 8739 on 28th dec 2018. After that they retrieved message also. How it is possible without my consent. How they are getting my personal details. I sent a mail to you people. No use please help me

                                    I am using hdfc credit card since a long time but havent misouts any payments.. But due to some circumstances i m not able to pay even the minimum amount.. I asked them to convert my outstanding into simple emi.. But they refused and asked me to wait as and when the offer will come they will give it to me.. But by that time i will got bankrupt by high roi of credit cards..
                                    They people even have this much courtesy as i m approaching them it means i got some huge inability to pay the bill.. I m not such type of person who misouts on the payments...
                                    You people just dont know the problem when someone faces the financial crisis how it feels.. It just feel to just be out from this world.. But we cant as people behind us, we always think about them.. So i request the banking system that you have given me this credit limit becoz i deserve it.. But now due to some problem i m not able to pay them back.. You people have to help me to get out of this.. I m just asking you people to just make simple emi of my outstanding, and you are not helping me on that.. So let me know what should i do..

                                    We wish to clarify that we offers like Smart EMI conversion, Insta loan, Balance Transfer, etc., will be available on the card account from time to time basis the usage and payment pattern on the card account and the same is not a standard product offering. Currently, there is no offer for EMI conversion on your card account. Hence we regret to inform you that we are unable to accede to your request for conversion. However, we request you to check with the merchant at the time of transaction for offer availability. You have an option of effecting a payment of just the minimum amount due on or before your payment due date. You can revolve the balance of your outstanding. You can effect payments for the same according to your convenience by paying the prevailing interest rate on the outstanding amount. In view of the above, we request you to continue using your HDFC Card and make your shopping and entertainment more pleasurable and convenient.

                                      Hi.
                                      I have taken a credit card applied through hdfc sales person Mr Yogesh.
                                      On first day he promised that there is no charges at all like annual charge or subscription charge or no minimumm purchase.
                                      Now, just 2-3 months have been passed and Rs 1000/- charged as subscription fee and it will be charged every year ( inforned by customer care of hdfc ccd.
                                      HDFC STAFF IS MIS SELLING THE PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT GOOD.

                                      Please resolve and reverse the fee
