Savings account total available balance: inr -1, 148.89

How can u deducte my balance from my account and now apperring as - balance in my account. Deducted amount is 284.81.
Present balnce is :- -1148

So, requesting ut refund the amount immediately.

There was a ACH Debit return charges two times on 25th and 26th April.I lost around 800 and there was no intimation prior.Also 500 rps is in hold. This is completely rubbish and there is no solution provided by customer care.
Is there any other solution to redeem the amount?

    If I call to your cutstomer care numbers it is not giving relevant options and no use,
    I want to speak with your executives but there is no option to select.
    My issue is I have credit limit 300000/- I purchased 300000/- in last month the charged over limit charges and GST. I don't know why it is.

    because of your customer care service I closed my salary account and now I want to close credit card also.
    I frustrated with your services, you wrongly updated my mail id for my credit card so I am not getting mails.
    I applied so many times to update my mail id correctly with proper documents with proofs attested by your one of the HDFC bank manager from Hyderabad allwincross road branch. still you have not updated my mail id: [protected]@GMAIL.COM

    we wish to clarify that, your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your credit card account and hence over limit fee was levied to your card. To explain it further, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 plus GST would get levied.Being sensitized, we have reversed over limit fee of Rs.500.00 billed to your Apr'18 statement and this credit will reflect in your May'18 statement, however, GST for Fee & Charges / Interest transactions Billed on statement will not be reversed and the same remains payable by you. Further, with regard to updation of email id, would require a duly filled & signed MID ( Most Important Document ) seeking change in your address/contact details to enable us to do the needful.       I have used lounge access in month june 2017 to sept. 2017 as it was issued as free service. I got surprised after 3 months when bank charged with abnormal rates. Upon escalation randomly they reversed 3 transaction with tax. I wrote to them at least 20 times and meet my relation ship manager, branch manager and all assured for reversal of charges. The transaction which were reversed gst tax was not reversed. I was holding the disputed charges as my rm has assured for resolution bank started charging late fee, financial charges, etc and keep escalating the charges.

      I would like to bring the forum the wrong practices being adopted by hdfc bank. Bank is not at all working in interest of customer as similar was case six year before with standard charter bank on their credit card but moment they changed policy for lounge the facility from card was stopped and upon inquiry bank informed it is chargeable with consent and hence customer interest on change on policy was protected. Similar action was expected from hdfc rather bank was dictating and charged abnormally.

      I have escalated this matter to my rm, branch manager and everyone assured for resolution as they had escalated matter and awaited for the same since last more than 3 moths.

      Another point is there is no single point of contact for resolution which lead abnormal delay in clarity. There is absolutely lack of human interface and resolution mechanism. I asked many time for escalation matrix which is not provided.

      After all assurances bank has debited amount from my saving account.

      It was very disappointing from bank like hdfc.

        Hello,

        I made a transaction for rs.3, 232.50/- on amazon using netbanking on april with transaction id - [protected].

        Order wasn't delivered by amazon so they gave me a refund for rs.3, 232.50/- and shared authorization code (Refund reference number) - [protected].

        I raised a transaction dipsute on phonebanking on may 2 so the hdfc phonebanker gave me dispute id - mumc[protected], and complaint number - 1559296.

        Awaiting hearing from hdfc bank.

        Need the amount for emergency use and then there's this disappointment.

        I am being Harassed by HDFC by not providing me documents at the right place. First they said I can get a scanned copy. Then they denied and said only hard copies.           I have taken 10 lakh personal loan from hdfc, since then it is deducting through my sbi account secretariat branch. Every 4th of the month, emi has been deducting, this is 10th or 11th emi.             This is to inform you again, that a purchase of rs 52000/- was made on 25th march, 2018 at fundamental electronics, kolkata using my above mentioned hdfc credit card ending with 2730. The amount was converted into equal monthly emi's of rs 2887.16 for 18 months. But to my surprise, again after several mails and telephonic assurance of error from your end last month, i have been charged the whole amount in my card statement including finance charges, late fees etc.in the current month statement. Moreover i was told to make a payment of rs 1378.00 which i made via cheque and was assured the rest would be converted into emi's in the next statement. But to my surprise, once again the same error is in my statement. I wonder are they really educated professionals working there or its a trap to harass customers like this.

            I am attaching the charge slip clearly mentioning the emi details along with my current month statement for your perusal. Kindly look at this matter at the earliest and rectifying the errors so that i can make appropriate payment.

            I would request you to reverse my late fees and other charges at the earliest as it happened due to an error from your end. Else i would be forced to restrain my relationship with hdfc and take this matter of errors and harassment to the consumer court.

            Really disgusted with your service.

            This was the mail written to hdfc bank on april 11th & again on may 4th. They have not responded till date and has not converted my purchase to emi till date in spite of providing them with the approved charge slip. Last month i was assured over a telephonic phone call that to pay rs 1378/- as the due and the rest would be adjusted in the next statement. But to my surprise they have raised another statement without converting my transaction into emi and charged me late fees and finance charges which is totally illegitimate.

            Attaching the charge slip and statement for your perusal. Please help me and take steps against the in approriate/cheating behaviors of these card companies.

            Till now I have not received any response from HDFC Bank. Moreover on contacting customer care and after briefing them about my case history, my call is placed on hold for 15-20 mins and after holding the phone for the above mentioned time my call is disconnected on purpose. This is how a 20 yr old relationship of a customer with HDFC Bank is treated. Till now not a single phone call has been received addressing the issue. Moreover they have started to call for payment. Strange. This is how these banks are cheating on customers these days.

              Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                Without any consent from me (card holder), ONE ASSIST had deducted money for plan activation in the name of "ONE ASSIST MFEE".
                I did not get any call to renewal/activate this one assist
                Membership. But the One assist Mfee of Rs.1899 is automatically debited from my HDFC credit card (ended with 5867) on 28-Nov 17.
                My Credit Card Number: xxxxxxxxxxxx5867.
                Immediately I had complained them to refund.

                On 4th Dec'17 I had received a mail, sharing my Membership No [protected] and membership cancellation request number is 2622272.

                On 4th Dec'17, I had received another email mentioning "your membership cancellation is successfully initiated'. I thought it was refunded.

                From last 4-5 days I am getting call from One assist and their representative had confirmed me the still my membership plan is active, then i had checked my old credit card statement to be double sure. Till date no refund received.

                Immediate action is requested. Kindly acknowledge with a prompt reply.

                  With reference to subject cited above i had already pay my outstanding on time but there is still some payment pending on me. As last month was a end of financial year i got my salary after 05 april so how can i pay my debt on time schedule. For the same many call received by your end but no one had short out my problem of late payment fee rs. 750/- and finance charged rs. 902/-

                  Kindly rebate the same for future payment otherwise kindly discontinue my credit card as on 07.05.2018 onwards. I will not pay any kind of fine or late payment charged.

                    Icici atm debit card withhold in hdfc atm during transaction and after 4-5 days i went to hdfc bank ltd ramghat road aligarh up and met to bank executive mrs sana rehman at her counter and told about my atm but her launguage was very bad and non cooperative in nature and refused to give atm at the same time however she can cooperate with us.
                    General person is not very aware about banking rules and regulations so that bank workers should be cooperative but she was non cooperative.
                    Finally i have to submit request for new atm card and this is my unnecessary financial loss only because of her abusively act.

                      Dear sir / madam,

                      After 5-6 years i am again filling this complaint as hdfc started harassing me and they are not reversing un-due amount.

                      I was holding a hdfc credit card which was issued to me in apr 10 in jun10 credit card company issued a hdfc ergo medical policy in my name and debited rs 4400/- but on receiving of statement i complaint them for the same and asked them to reverse it as this is not asked & required by me but after regular followup with them i wrote them letter on that issue in sep 10 after that they reversed policy amount but after there confirmation they have not reversed charges related to that policy... I have reconciled amounts outstanding with there paid amounts to there executives but that charges today became a huge amount as you know that credit card companies charge interest & late payment charges in there every bill for the outstanding. I conveyed them that this outstanding is not related to me so i am not going to pay this also there are points of 4800 which can be redemed those points also i have not taken.

                      I have conveyed them so many times and every time there new executive call and i have to repeat that fact every time.

                      Now after 7-8 months they send there executive to collect payment from my home and asked to pay rs. 4000/- to settel that outstanding also there seniors had a abusing language with my mother.

                      Please advise what to do. I have all the bills, payment details which are made before due date, mail conversation with hdfc as i am on deputation out of delhi so want your help...

                            From last couple of days unable to login to my online hdfc account. Sent a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with details.

                            After entering the login credentials, login window takes me to the next page where it asks for the otp. Since i don't receive the otp there is no way to proceed further.

                            Very bad experience, i had to do some transfer urgently and due to the problem i cant do. Neither i can do any online payment. Please fix this asap

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 3085 without my concern on date:05/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

                                Dear sir,

                                My name is elektra chattapadhyay and i am having a savings account number [protected] with gurgaon branch. On 02.05.2018 and 03.05.2018, there were 40000/- each day total 80000/- vanished from my hdfc bank by atm withdrawal from haridwar and dehradun but atm card was with me at that time. I was in noida at that time. Surprisingly i neither received any transaction sms alert as well.

                                On 05.05.2018, i informed customer care in written and lodged online fir as well. I look forward to receiving assistance from both bank and police.

                                I would like to assure that these transactions were not authorised by me and my atm card was with me all the time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

                                  Sir i fell ill in month of feb and was not able to come bank.
                                  My father informed my bm about my leave and my health.
                                  After this when i joined the bank i got transferred. I was not in condition to work as medically unfit even bank has forced me to work in that condition.
                                  I was admitted in hospital and show all the medical reports to bank but even then bank does not give me leaves.
                                  After that i talk to hr and he take medical reports from three hospitals.
                                  Sir i was not in condition to travel even then i have to travel because of my medical which was not accepted by hr again and again and not accepted my resignation also.
                                  Now if i joined the bank they demote me even after performing good and experience of three and half years and give the role to freshers just by saying that i was on leave.
                                  This bank make my life hell.
                                  Kindly look into the matter as employees of bank are harassed so much.

                                    Cancellation of one assist membership
                                    I have applied for a hdfc bank credit card. The bank has auto debited an amount from my credit card number ending with 9168 on date:5/05/2018.                                       Hey request you to unfreeze my account which is done from your end my financial condition is too low have to give money to credit card payment could you all please help in same even having car loan.
                                      Firstly while giving credit card no one explain us the hidden charges or the financial fees which is applicable then later we people think that yes we can go ahead with this help from bank but there is no chance because due to this we bcm bankrupt.
                                      Call centre team is disgusting i had asked them when i am paying why it is not getting reflected so no one can explain just would request you to looking in to this as i am going into bad depression even i have to feed my blood i just can't keep on giving bank my salary try to understand and help such people.
