Dear hdfc bank,
Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

I'm using hdfc credit card since last 1 month card number ending with 4560. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

    Hi,

    I had applied to a credit card in 2017 which was lost and i blocked the
    Same in december, 2017.

    The dues for the same were all paid.

    Now i am again getting payment reminders for a card i
    Don't have any knowledge of.
    I connected with your customer care executives and they confirmed about my credit card being blocked but cannot help me in anything else and are
    Extremely rude.

    I am absolutely clueless of how to get this resolved or why am i getting
    Payment reminders for anything at all.

      Hello hdfc,

      I am k. Navaneetha, a hdfc bank customer. I was booking ticket on irctc website and was paying amount through hdfc net banking service. My money (Rs: 2051/-) was deducted from my account and the transaction got failed. I did not get any confirmation from irctc and tickets are not booked. Kindly refund me the deducted amount.

        Hi,

        I did an imps on 9th may 2018 to an incorrect account of icici bank. I called my personal banker the moment i realized it, but she said she cannot help me as only the bank manager of icici bank will hep in this case. Why am i the customer of hdfc bank? When they cant help their customers. Inspite of requesting as i am in jaipur currently she refused to help me out and kept on asking non relevant questions - to which i just disconnected the call.
        Somehow i got connected to customer care, they asked me to go to the nearest branch and register my complaint by filling a reversal application. I went to the branch immediately but since it crossed 24 hours timeline (I wish my personal banker gave me this basic details well in time) they told me that the most they can do is drop an email to the that particular bank.

        Please help me in reversing the amount and address the complaint against personal bankers.

        Ps - my personal bankers name is meenal (Bibwewadi branch - pune)

          Dear team

          My son sayan chatterjee had taken a two wheeler loan (Loan a/c no.[protected] from your bank but unfortunately he had died on december 2017. After his death i have raised a claim against the hdfc life policy no. Cp000006, member code 31148372.in the mean time bank has asked me to closed the loan by paying rs 30500, which i have paid on 24/02/2017. Hdfc life has settle the claim and credited the amount of rs. 75000 to my a/c and rs. 25000 to loan a/c.

          So i request you to give back rs 25000 which is wrongly credited to loan a/c.

            I hv recd sms from mr. Vishal sharma to contact him for any query i[censored] hv regarding renewal of credit card which is due in july 2018. I wish renewed credit card should hv pin and pl don't courier through bluedart.
            Last time my present cr. Card issued to me by bank on 20/07/2015but blue dart harrased saying address is incorrect. I can show the last time envelope where in so many remarks are written by bank for bluedart courier.

              Hello hdfc bank,
              Today, i have observed that an amount of 177 was deducted twice from my account with below transaction
              Amb chrg incl gst for apr2018-mir[protected]
              Amb chrg incl gst for mar2018-mir[protected]

              I have observed that locker amount was deducted without prior intimation and because of that minimum balance was not maintained. If you could have intimated before deducting the locker amount, i could manage my balance. Please dont deduct any amount without intimation and later deduct amount for not maintaining the balance. Dont play games with customers.
              Also. I request you to provide my average monthly balance for march and april month because after locker amount deducted i have checked my account and added sufficient balance but still you deducted amount by saying not maintaining minimum balance that is ridiculous.

                    Hi i have not paid my past 2 month credit card bill, now the whole amount of credit card is debited/freezed from my debit card. I have tried multiple times to talk to your bank employees but they are simply answering the calls and disconnecting it directly.

                      HDFC is charging me 600 rs for zero balance and my account is now showing negative balance of -1997.83. According to RBI Hdfc or any bank cannot charge unnecessary fees or anything like that so kindly pls close my account without any charges.

                        I had taken a car loan from Hdfc Palarivattom Branch . S.L Plaza .Ernakulam. one of the HDFC Representative Mr. Gigi had
                        attended for the Loan Process. At that time he has given me the papers to sign, and I have Signed the Documents for the Process. But he didnt informed about the Credit Card Application . After one month without my concern i have got a credit card from yourside . At that time i didnt gave much importance . But last month my phone bill is auto debited in the Credit Card by Smart way Debitting . I have not given any instructions for the smart pay debitting . As i talked to customer care executive, they had told me that i had signed the Credit Card smart pay debitted option. I think ur representative has kept the credit card application form in between the papers of the car loan which i had signed.And i have not got any policy document of car loan from your side . After this incident i have called ur executive for this but he didnt attend the call till this time . I had planned to transfer my company account to HDFC . But due to this type of Cheating by your Executive i am not interested to Continue with HDFC . And I Expect a quick response from ur side.

                                  Hdfc bank in redhills branch chennai 600052. The manager and their staffs treating the customers is very worst. All the customers are not allowed inside the bank for deposit and withdrawal. All are waiting for outside the bank door. Customers are complaint the manager but he is not responding that behaviour.                                     After a months time, there is no response (No soft copy or hard copy of certificate) for the policy purchased via online on 4th april 2018 to protect my personal loan taken from hdfc (Agreement no.:[protected].

                                    Policy amount: rs. 6700/-

                                    Complained thrice to either refund or give the policy certificate but received only the auto generated ids and didn't resolve the problem.

                                      Hi all,

                                      It is horrible that without user intimation they are deducting some amount from accounts saying "3rd party cash txn inc gst mir[protected]". It happened twice for me and 708 rupees has been deducted from my account.

                                      Note
                                      1. Without user intimation how can bank deduct amount? Or else at least there should be a message with details to a user mobile when they deduct this amount. So that user can get to know it and can act accordingly?
                                      2. Without user information if any bank transacts any amount then that is equal to looting / cheating.
                                      3. If this "3rd party cash txn inc gst"mir[protected]" charges are penalty for using other bank atm's means, then why cannot you people deduct money on that moment it self? Why do you guys deduct money after some time?

                                        Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 0274 for rs. xxxx.00 has been credited/reversed by xxx on[protected]:15:19:13.

                                        But its not reflected in the statement nor the account.

                                        Kindly let me know how long will it take for the reversed amount to be credited in the saving account.
