This is to inform you again, that a purchase of rs 52000/- was made on 25th march, 2018 at fundamental electronics, kolkata using my above mentioned hdfc credit card ending with 2730. The amount was converted into equal monthly emi's of rs 2887.16 for 18 months. But to my surprise, again after several mails and telephonic assurance of error from your end last month, i have been charged the whole amount in my card statement including finance charges, late fees etc.in the current month statement. Moreover i was told to make a payment of rs 1378.00 which i made via cheque and was assured the rest would be converted into emi's in the next statement. But to my surprise, once again the same error is in my statement. I wonder are they really educated professionals working there or its a trap to harass customers like this.
I am attaching the charge slip clearly mentioning the emi details along with my current month statement for your perusal. Kindly look at this matter at the earliest and rectifying the errors so that i can make appropriate payment.
I would request you to reverse my late fees and other charges at the earliest as it happened due to an error from your end. Else i would be forced to restrain my relationship with hdfc and take this matter of errors and harassment to the consumer court.

This was the mail written to hdfc bank on april 11th & again on may 4th. They have not responded till date and has not converted my purchase to emi till date in spite of providing them with the approved charge slip. Last month i was assured over a telephonic phone call that to pay rs 1378/- as the due and the rest would be adjusted in the next statement. But to my surprise they have raised another statement without converting my transaction into emi and charged me late fees and finance charges which is totally illegitimate.
Attaching the charge slip and statement for your perusal. Please help me and take steps against the in approriate/cheating behaviors of these card companies.

Updated by saibaldutt Sorry but I have not received any response from your side on 7th May, 2018. Thus I was forced to write again to you dated 8-5-2018. I want to know when is this dispute going to resolve. I am attaching the screenshot of the mail send again today with a hope that the concern is resolved at the earliest.

Updated by saibaldutt Till now I have not received any response from HDFC Bank. Moreover on contacting customer care and after briefing them about my case history, my call is placed on hold for 15-20 mins and after holding the phone for the above mentioned time my call is disconnected on purpose. This is how a 20 yr old relationship of a customer with HDFC Bank is treated. Till now not a single phone call has been received addressing the issue. Moreover they have started to call for payment. Strange. This is how these banks are cheating on customers these days.
