Reminder 3 on mail

Sir/madam

This is to inform you that my remaining amount was due 11k but bank frozen 24k without any notice. The amount was settled on emi from jan'18 & the last month due to my health issue & family problem. I had informed to someone from bank on call that i was not able to pay that month & i requested to her she allowed me 1 more month to complete.

However i called to collection team & customer care no one giving resolution

I got a call from preeti she took around 3 or 4 hours to confirm however the final answered "not possible from her"

It my humble request please unfreeze my extra amount because i have no condition to survive one more day.

Do the needful in reactivation of the same.

Still i was waiting reply from them.i wrote mail on Friday
further thanks for reply that it will take another 4 days
i had great experience with HDFC bank so i again came to close outstanding amount but if we are late by one month i don't think so this is way to hold all balance .

    I am raise the complaint on hdfc bank toll free no regarding my access amount refund so executive raise the complaint in system and she given me request no which is[protected] and she assured me refund will be done with in 1week but till date i am not got dd.
    1. Why fake commitment given by hdfc bank
    2. Every day i am send mail to md mr aditya puri he not take complaint seriously. And he given on stander reply on my mail.

    Such third class service provide by hdfc bank.

      Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 6 months i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3 months the hdfc peoples contact with me, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

          Hi i received an call from hdfc bank saying you are applicable for credit card but now it show disapproved, but i got almost 3 calls from the bank for verification and they said it’s shippied and it will be delivered but when i see now it’s disapproved and no reason wen i call back to customer care whats exactly the issue i don’t know

            In reference of above subject i have submitted cancelled cheque to deposit my deducted amount in to my saving account, but till date no confirmation received.

                As per insta jumbo loan 110000 foreclose with gotri road, vadodara branch support staff customer care executive discussion paid 110000 loan pre close amount 76833 dated 22nd september 2017 but not close there is miscommunication of customer care executive still out standing remaining paid 28600.ac no [protected] same concern lots of mail to customer services.                       Hi,

                      I am working in wipro pune location in phase 2 and contacted amir [protected] for creating era account but he told he is in village and gave number of another colleague [protected] kiran who was in wipro pune phase 1 and told he will surely come in 1 hour that is before 4 pm but he didn't turned up, so i have called him and he told he is busy in induction and will be there before 5 pm.

                      He nither came here nor picked up the call but when i called for the fifth time then he received the call and told he will not come and wait for monday in a very rude manner which is not acceptable.

                        This is in regard to the debit card fraud which has recently happened with me. I am holding an account in hdfc (Number: [protected]) for past 5 years and have been a loyal customer for them. However, now when it comes to helping their customer in problem, i believe they donot even bother for that.

                        There have been two transactions from my account on the 24-apr-18, and the person who did the fraud took out 10, 000 and 6, 000 rupees in both the transactions. The card was in posession of mine at all times when the transactions were made, further there was no text or email received when these were being done.

                        I came to know about these transactions on the 10-may-18, when i spoke to a person in the hdfc kailash colony branch who apparently didn't respond to my complaint with interest, however he did tell me that it will take 2-3 days to check what exactly has happened. The communication between two o[censored]s didn't give me the satisfaction and consequently i called their ex-employee, who was earlier managing my account.
                        After speaking to their ex-employee, i got to know that it is a debot card cloning case and the money has been taken out from some axis bank atm.
                        This information was provided to me by their ex-employee who took 15 minutes to investigate this, however the person who is still working with the bank says that it will take 2-3 days to check what exactly has happened.

                        I would like the bank to take action against this fraud and teach their staff regarding client management.

                          My name is jayesh agrawal and i booked a bus ticket from dehradun to aligarh on 23rd march, 2018 from upsrtc website (upsrtconline.Co.In) of rs.953.00
                          i made a payment from phonepe application using hdfc payment gateway and the amount was also successfully deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn't booked. I am attaching the screenshot of successful payment of rs.953.00 on phone pe application.

                          I contacted upsrtc first and they told me that the refund has been processed by the payment gateway. But till today i didnt receive any amount. I am also attaching the reply from upsrtc in which they send me the screenshot of the process refund.

                          I contacted phonepe then and they told me that the amount of rs. 953.00 was successfully credited to the beneficiary account i.E. Hdfc payment gateway. They told me to contact the payment gateway only.

                              Bank has given same helpline number for all issues but that automated number has no option to lodge a complaint. If we have any failed transaction, there no option to register that or take any information from.

                              I have a transaction from BHIM app approved but the receiver has not got any money. I have no idea where to report that. Have tried all phone numbers.

                                Being a preferred customer of hdfc bank,

                                I am using my account for last 3 and half years,

                                I am also using credit card form last 1 year 3 months & used card on payzaap, mobile bill & dish recharge

                                Now i am changed for 2500 rupee + i gst charges for annual fee of card

                                Every second day my rm name puja kumari dubey called me for service call & other bank products, they never told me about card charges & renewal fee, "but she call me for loan & offers on my card on every call"

                                Today i called her for the same issue, she is saying that she will not help me for this issue

                                Bank & other service team never mail or message me for my membership fee deduction,

                                I am not going to pay this amount, i want my amount back to my card on urgent basis, other wise i will raise this issue to md of bank,

As on 01/05/2018 i make an online transition with tax of rs.1000 regarding to recharge my fastag and same amount has been deducted into my account but till now i did not get it into my fastag card.                                       While paying airtel bill of rs 181.00 i used hdfc netbanking and experienced very slowness and finally the transaction failed but money did not reversed into my a/c. I talked to the customer care but they were not helpful and lastly i have post my grievance here to address. This is totally unacceptable as major bank like has such a bad net banking service and customer care as well. I have already attached a screenshot for your needful. Please acknowledge.

                                        My brother took credit card and was unable to pay from 5 to 6 months however last month he paid min amount and asked for settlement, hdfc person illegally took out my telephone details and started harresing me and ggiving threatning calls. When asked for settlement amount by my brother they dnt call him for 20 days and now instead of calling my brother they called me and threated me and my family over phone today, is it as per rbi policy? Will be launching complaint against mr santosh from chandivali, mumbai for threating me and haresment and also breaching right to privacy
