Due to some fraud cases happening in unitech cyber park where in my salary account is linked with it, my atm has been blocked and not even was able to access net banking.
I got 1 day late for credit card payment and its showing me 450 rs extra charges.
I request you to please wave off those charges. It will be difficult for me to pay those charges i am all the way discouraged by the services of hdfc credit card.
Please sort out this issue asap i request you.

    Hello Team,
    Already sent email to CC_dispute team along with Credit card dispute form, but issue did not resolved. please refere email sent to cc dispute email.

    Please resolve this issue ASAP.

    Also credit two failed transactions of Rs 8547.50 and Rs 8530.00 amount into my credit card account along with financial charges rs.1226 is charged from you due this issue that also needs to be reimbursed to my credit card account.

    I will not pay complete credit card statement amount of march month that is around rs 57454 as it is pending because of you and if you charge any financial charges again i have to take some necessary action against you.

    I will just pay whatever transactions occured during march only.

    Please assist me on this. Also provide me your direct contact number instead of customer care as they are saying that call can not be forwarded to credit card disput department or you can call me on [protected].

      As you are aware that i have cleared all over due amount on 29/1/2018, i am also told that the negative status/written-off remarks will be deleted within 45 days and now almost 4 months have passed since i made payment of the said amount, but the remarks remained as it is in my account status. WHY?... Whenever I made a call/request they took light and just twisting the matter. THIS IS WHY? I need the matter to be done at the earliest.

        Hi,
        I received hdfc bank money back credit card last november and as informed by hdfc, i ll have to pay only if the card is used, no need to pay anything extra and i said "no" for smart pay option. But they activated smart pay option smartly and paid my airtel postpaid bill without me knowing. Now they are sending me bank statement for big sum. Am not ready to pay for the outstanding amount and i will pay only for the airtel bill amount.
        Activating smart pay option even after my refusal is not a good thing.
        I tried to contact via customer care, mail and complaint through hdfc net banking. Till now no response.
        I sent grievance mail also to redressal and getting mail like "recipient inbox full" message coming. Really?? Am ready to pay only airtel bill and kindly reverse the due amounts and make it zero to close the issue

          I am not able to receive the OTP number/ and SMS for any netbanking transactions. I had even visited HDFC Bank but they said the alerts are active and there is no issue from banks end.
          Pls suggest I am not able to perform any banking active due to this issues.

              My saving account is with hdfc. I have a credit card also from the same bank. Since i missed out past two months payment of my credit card, they have blocked my account and now the balance is in negative. I called phone banking numerous time and all they said was we have raised a complaint to the credit card department and will call you back shortly.

              As i have other emis, they were not succeeded due to insufficient fund. Even i visited nearest branch. No use. They said you contact your home branch (Over phone banking). Again nothing happened, all they could do was taking the request and promising that credit card department will call you soon. It is keep happening for last 5 days.

              Now i have no idea how to deal this issue and release my account.

                  Hello,

                  I have called my relationship manager of hdfc bank regarding policy for the tax saving, so my rm transfer the call to some other person who told me about the policy. His name is shashank tripathi. He told me to take the policy for tata aia for 1 lakh premium. You will get the tax benefit. I agreed to take the policy. He is from hdfc bank. He check my account and told me that you are eligible for jumbo loan, bank will give you loan for this. I said i don’t want the loan i already have the sufficient amount in my account. He told me its an investment nothing will be charged for this. Its an offer that bank is providing to you. I agreed and he does all the documents for me. After a few days i receive mail from the bank for the jumbo loan statement. I saw that i have been charged heavy interest for the loan. I told to shashank if i already have the balance then why did you force me take the loan and you didn’t told me about the interest that i will be charged. He said don’t worry interest will be waived off and the money which have been deducted from the account will be refunded. But till now its more than a month that person is making fool and not providing me the written documents for the waiver nor cancelling my policy. I told him many times, he is just saying it will be done. I have already arranged a call back many times from my rm but they are also not calling. Hdfc bank is cheating the customers by not telling about the interest. I want the interest should be waive off from the loan. If i would know that i will be charged interest then i would never go for the loan.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had applied for hdfc credit card but due to some unforeseen circumstances, i was unable to collect at the time of delivery. I asked the delivery boy to wait or attempt delivery later but i haven't received it till now. It shows that my card is returned to chennai. I tried calling customer care number for mumbai but it is always busy and asks full card number (Not the last 4 digits) which i don't have. I received an sms saying that i should reply on 5676712, but i am unable to reply to that number from my registered mobile number (I don't know why the sms always fails). I called two employees from the credit cards team but they straight away denied to help me and said that they can't do anything, i have to go physically to branch and request for re-dispatch. I am really very frustrated with this kind of service.

                    I kindly request you to either re-dispatch my credit card asap or cancel it (I don't want to go through the same frustration every time).

                              How can u deducte my balance from my account and now apperring as - balance in my account. Deducted amount is 284.81.

                              There was a ACH Debit return charges two times on 25th and 26th April.I lost around 800 and there was no intimation prior.Also 500 rps is in hold. This is completely rubbish and there is no solution provided by customer care.

                                If I call to your cutstomer care numbers it is not giving relevant options and no use,
                                I want to speak with your executives but there is no option to select.
                                My issue is I have credit limit 300000/- I purchased 300000/- in last month the charged over limit charges and GST. I don't know why it is.

                                because of your customer care service I closed my salary account and now I want to close credit card also.
                                I frustrated with your services, you wrongly updated my mail id for my credit card so I am not getting mails.

                                  I have used lounge access in month june 2017 to sept. 2017 as it was issued as free service. I got surprised after 3 months when bank charged with abnormal rates. Upon escalation randomly they reversed 3 transaction with tax. I wrote to them at least 20 times and meet my relation ship manager, branch manager and all assured for reversal of charges. The transaction which were reversed gst tax was not reversed. I was holding the disputed charges as my rm has assured for resolution bank started charging late fee, financial charges, etc and keep escalating the charges.

                                  I would like to bring the forum the wrong practices being adopted by hdfc bank. Bank is not at all working in interest of customer as similar was case six year before with standard charter bank on their credit card but moment they changed policy for lounge the facility from card was stopped and upon inquiry bank informed it is chargeable with consent and hence customer interest on change on policy was protected. Similar action was expected from hdfc rather bank was dictating and charged abnormally.

                                  I have escalated this matter to my rm, branch manager and everyone assured for resolution as they had escalated matter and awaited for the same since last more than 3 moths.

                                  Another point is there is no single point of contact for resolution which lead abnormal delay in clarity. There is absolutely lack of human interface and resolution mechanism. I asked many time for escalation matrix which is not provided.

                                  After all assurances bank has debited amount from my saving account.

                                  It was very disappointing from bank like hdfc.

                                    I made a transaction for rs.3, 232.50/- on amazon using netbanking on april with transaction id - [protected].

                                    Order wasn't delivered by amazon so they gave me a refund for rs.3, 232.50/- and shared authorization code (Refund reference number) - [protected].

                                    I raised a transaction dipsute on phonebanking on may 2 so the hdfc phonebanker gave me dispute id - mumc[protected], and complaint number - 1559296.

                                    Awaiting hearing from hdfc bank.

                                    Need the amount for emergency use and then there's this disappointment.

                                      I have taken 10 lakh personal loan from hdfc, since then it is deducting through my sbi account secretariat branch. Every 4th of the month, emi has been deducting, this is 10th or 11th emi. This month, the emi has not been deducted so far from my sbi account. Sufficient amount is there but not yet deducted.                                         This is to inform you again, that a purchase of rs 52000/- was made on 25th march, 2018 at fundamental electronics, kolkata using my above mentioned hdfc credit card ending with 2730. The amount was converted into equal monthly emi's of rs 2887.16 for 18 months. But to my surprise, again after several mails and telephonic assurance of error from your end last month, i have been charged the whole amount in my card statement including finance charges, late fees etc.in the current month statement. Moreover i was told to make a payment of rs 1378.00 which i made via cheque and was assured the rest would be converted into emi's in the next statement. But to my surprise, once again the same error is in my statement. I wonder are they really educated professionals working there or its a trap to harass customers like this.

                                        I am attaching the charge slip clearly mentioning the emi details along with my current month statement for your perusal. Kindly look at this matter at the earliest and rectifying the errors so that i can make appropriate payment.

                                        I would request you to reverse my late fees and other charges at the earliest as it happened due to an error from your end. Else i would be forced to restrain my relationship with hdfc and take this matter of errors and harassment to the consumer court.

                                        Really disgusted with your service.

                                        This was the mail written to hdfc bank on april 11th & again on may 4th. They have not responded till date and has not converted my purchase to emi till date in spite of providing them with the approved charge slip. Last month i was assured over a telephonic phone call that to pay rs 1378/- as the due and the rest would be adjusted in the next statement. But to my surprise they have raised another statement without converting my transaction into emi and charged me late fees and finance charges which is totally illegitimate.

                                        Attaching the charge slip and statement for your perusal. Please help me and take steps against the in approriate/cheating behaviors of these card companies.

                                        Till now I have not received any response from HDFC Bank. Moreover on contacting customer care and after briefing them about my case history, my call is placed on hold for 15-20 mins and after holding the phone for the above mentioned time my call is disconnected on purpose. This is how a 20 yr old relationship of a customer with HDFC Bank is treated. Till now not a single phone call has been received addressing the issue. Moreover they have started to call for payment. Strange. This is how these banks are cheating on customers these days.
