Re: wrong charges imposed on non-activated card & false commitment from hdfc agents to corporate employees.
Sir / mam,
I have registered for a hdfc snapdeal card with free lifetime membership through one of your dsa agent visited to shree cement limited in dec 2017. But i have got the dinners club card (Last digit 3424) through post & i have not activated the card yet because i am already using another hdfc credit card (All miles) from last 2-3 years. Last month i saw that a statement generated & they had imposed a membership charges of rs 1000/- plus gst in it.
So due to these false commitments & useless card please close my card permanently & revert the charges shown in statement because this is a false commitment from your dsa.
Secondly i want to log a complaint against all the agents team who have visited to shree cement limited head office and given us wrong card. Now all of them are not picking our phone or not responding.
Everybody in my organization were unhappy with cards issued from this team & when we called them they either not responded or said please unblock the card from customer care and charges will be revert. So my question is that why did they issued cards to us just for commission amount only??

Please take this matter very seriously & necessary action please.
In spite of taking action from hdfc side against all the four complaints by me, you are saying that we are sorry to revert the charges imposed on your in-activated card.
I have already talked to your customer care, she (Ms juhi) said please fill the card closure form & submit to branch so that card will permanently closed & no charges will be paid. So if possible please close my card permanently & i don't need new card because i am already using the all miles card of hdfc along with salary account in hdfc beawar branch.

Other than this If I cantact to branch they said Toll free will update you the status & if I called to Toll Free they said Branch person will update you the status. I am now fed up with HDFC services.
