As share my personal details to mr manoj on 2nd march they didn't any reward till date please share how much time you will get to reply me.
I want to close my current account, 7 saving account. So please solve this case as soon as possible without wasting my time or your time. And i also very disappoint with my nehru place branch staff members ms. Puneet and mr vikas they both doesn't have any manner how to talk with their customer.

Seriously this is such a unbelievable service from hdfc bank i get and i personally feel like m beggar...

    I forgot my password and trying to reset it through otp. I am unable to receive the password. Although the number is registered at hdfc. Please resolve this asap.

    I have accounts with other banks like sbi and axis. I do not face this issue there. This is creating unnecessory delays in some of my monthly activities like paying bills and maintenance.

    I may have to move away from hdfc in case this...

    I am madhura kharge. One of my distant relatives (Amol kharge) had taken the hdfc credit card. I and that relative have not even met once and i don't know him personally, we just share the same surnames. We are connected just by social networking site as this site is meant to connect with long distant relatives and friends.
    Hdfc collection agent kirti from mumbai office (Kanjurmarg branch) is claiming that my relative had given my contact number as c/o person during applying for credit card.
    I don't have his contact number and not even that person has my number. She called me today 50 to 60 times in just span of 1 hour.
    She is threatening me from different numbers and claiming if i don't receive her call she will call up my office and tell that i have done fraud. Also, she is continuously forcing me to call up to other relatives and connect her to them.
    I am raising this complaint against hdfc bank and that employee for mentally torturing me and exploiting me so that i will react.
    As per law, i am neither a guarantor nor i haven't signed any document while issuing the credit card to amol kharge.
    Also, i have suggested her that i am not in touch with that person and hdfc can take ay legal action if any against him.
    Then why hdfc agent kirti is torturing me. Let me know the correct process to legally file a case against kirti and hdfc.

        Hi - I have the following complaints

        Registered for HDFC Fastag in November 2017 with one vehicle in my wallet.

        On the wallet I am seeing 2 vehicles one vehicle that does not belong me and I have written multiple emails / 12 telephone calls for removal of the second vehicle and there is not action.

        When I travel I am told at almost all tolls my Fastag is blacklisted or insufficient funds and unable to get the benefit. HDFC Fastag customer service have confirmed I have Rs 850 in balance.

        Was referred to NHAI and they confirm that my wallet as no funds.

        HDFC support team is useless and not helpful

            My account was debited rs.405.00 for consolidate account charge and rs.72.90 gst on consolidate account charge on 14-april-2018. However i maintained the sufficient balance required for monthly emi instead they did not debited that amount on effective that and later they debited emi amount and charges too. And even no intimation of deduction of emi or charges received yet thru sms or any other communication. While i received mine axis bank statement than i got to know that that amount was debited from mine account while i checked with my bank ahy the amount was debited towards charges they told its debited by hdfc for late payment. I am shocked i personally take care and maintained that amount in account before the emi date.
            Please look in to it and reverse the amount at earliest or let me know the process to get refund.

              I got a call from corporate office delhi hdfc cancelation dept. Senior manager mr. Ravi - [protected]. He told me you will get loan regarding your policy without any interest because this offer is coming on year closing that's why hdfc bank loan will provide you.

              You will get loan after payment 20 days your policy[protected] policy amount received to hdfc life. Your loan amount is 3.5 lakh for 10years and policy premium 35000 per year.

              This proposal is only for tax saving bank and your.

              Still i didn't get any kind of loan amount and no msg from hdfc bank and hdfc life. So please do something for me because i need money otherwise refund my policy premium amount.

              If this is correct proposal or offer so please do asap or not take action regarding this person because he is giving wrong information to customers regarding hdfc bank that is not good for bank or customers.

              I have all hdfc employees contacts no they all called me regarding this offer.

                Hi,

                This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                An amount of rs 647.43 on 3ed may 2018, rs56 on 25 april and 181.57 on 11th april 2018 has been debited from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges mar18 - with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account and this issue was reported in the bank last year also when the same kind of amount was debited. I didn't receive any refund but again same this has happened.

                          I am not using my credit card at all for the past 6 months, but every month i have been billed with overlimit fee. Also i am paying my outstanding amount properly every month, but still finance charges are applied.

                          This is very frustrating and like cheating. Every month i am paying minimum outstanding, but still my balance will go negative every month. This is really bad. Feeling bad for getting hdfc credit card

                          Dear Customer,

                          We observe that your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your credit card account and hence over limit fee was levied to your card. To explain it further, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 would get levied. Further, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.

                            My concern is that from my hdfc bank customer id[protected] their is amount 118 ₹ twice deduction without any information...
                            I requested the statement through my passbook app by mistake but after that I called the customer care regarding it that I don't won't the statement bcoz I show its been charged ruppes 50 as per the application..
                            But after the conversation with customer care they told me, don't worry about it that the service is absolutely fee ..

                            After that why is the deduction occurred in my account..

                              I am sumayya, working in a private it sector and i have purchased hdfc super income plan with the policy numbered: 19721604 for an annual premium of rs.1, 00, 000 with premium paying period of 8 years.                                 My previous signature has been changed by me long back due age factor with my banker which is certified by my bank and deposited kyc form with certificate of my current signature with my banker.

                                But twice mutual fund office rejected with remarks "signature mismatch with kyc form"

                                Pl. Solve it as i urgently i need for redemption o[censored]nits for my treatment but due to signature problem unable to redemption.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  This is regarding an imps transfer which had done on 27-apr-2018 for an amount of rs. 25720 with rrn reference no.[protected]. The amount is debited from my account [protected] sb account. The amount has not reached the beneficiary account. I have called hdfc customer care without any success on this issue. Kindly help in resolving this as this is my emi amount which is very urgent. My customer id is 5404128.

                                  I have already raised a case regarding this without any result.
