I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 3085 without my concern on date:05/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

    Dear sir,

    My name is elektra chattapadhyay and i am having a savings account number [protected] with gurgaon branch. On 02.05.2018 and 03.05.2018, there were 40000/- each day total 80000/- vanished from my hdfc bank by atm withdrawal from haridwar and dehradun but atm card was with me at that time. I was in noida at that time. Surprisingly i neither received any transaction sms alert as well.

    On 05.05.2018, i informed customer care in written and lodged online fir as well. I look forward to receiving assistance from both bank and police.

    I would like to assure that these transactions were not authorised by me and my atm card was with me all the time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

      This is ruchi miglani - r11764

      Sir i fell ill in month of feb and was not able to come bank.
      My father informed my bm about my leave and my health.
      After this when i joined the bank i got transferred. I was not in condition to work as medically unfit even bank has forced me to work in that condition.
      I was admitted in hospital and show all the medical reports to bank but even then bank does not give me leaves.
      After that i talk to hr and he take medical reports from three hospitals.
      Sir i was not in condition to travel even then i have to travel because of my medical which was not accepted by hr again and again and not accepted my resignation also.
      Now if i joined the bank they demote me even after performing good and experience of three and half years and give the role to freshers just by saying that i was on leave.
      This bank make my life hell.
      Kindly look into the matter as employees of bank are harassed so much.

        Cancellation of one assist membership
        I have applied for a hdfc bank credit card. The bank has auto debited an amount from my credit card number ending with 9168 on date:5/05/2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the debited amount.

          Hey request you to unfreeze my account which is done from your end my financial condition is too low have to give money to credit card payment could you all please help in same even having car loan.
          Firstly while giving credit card no one explain us the hidden charges or the financial fees which is applicable then later we people think that yes we can go ahead with this help from bank but there is no chance because due to this we bcm bankrupt.
          Call centre team is disgusting i had asked them when i am paying why it is not getting reflected so no one can explain just would request you to looking in to this as i am going into bad depression even i have to feed my blood i just can't keep on giving bank my salary try to understand and help such people.

                My hdfc card ending with 7237 was autodebited 1899 for this membership. I don’t want it. Please cancel it. Also i called the one assist customer care nd the didn’t even transfer my call to the cancelation dept. Nd i have to wait for 15-20 mints. Per call. I called them 5-6 times. This is such a bad customer case dept. They are having. Please cancel it.

                  I am with grief sorrow writing this mail to you finally as the credit card department has not left any option for me.

                  Myself kumar devashish is a corporate salary a/c holder at hdfc bank in delhi

                  I have also been given a credit card from hdfc bank. The problem arises from here. Till date i donot recived my credit card.

                  Credit card department has been arisen bill to pay me against card payment
                  They told me that this bill is against of insurance payment
                  But till date i don't revived neither credit card nor policy paper.
                  So why i pay the money
                  They raised bill with interest and submit to my primary salary account
                  I had a telephonic talk with mr. Ritesh mob. No. [protected] several times, and confirm me to issue the card and policy paper.

                  Till date there is no credit card with me and when i called up the call center they said that they are sending me new credit card. It is really shocking!.

                  I also agreed to pay basic payment after weaving extra charges

                  If any amount is being kept on hold from my salary after this i will seriously going to lodge an fir against the harassment from hdfc bank.

                  I am looking for a resolution from you. Please close the account and waive the entire amount. I don’t want to take any legal step.

                  Nothing could be happen at your end so far.
                  Bankers had deducted amount from my account by ignoring my numerous reminders.
                  I don't think what should be done now.
                  After giving numerous complain and reminder, bankers deduct money from my salary account
                  This is shocking news.
                  If you have any power than please do needful action
                  Till now I have not any credit card

                  Till now there is no any solution for my complaint. Why you update this as resolved?
                  Bankers only contact me to pay. They have also sent me a message through mail that they have issued my credit card and an insurance policy, but till date what is the situation I explained you several times.
                  I had contacted nodal officer as you say me but all efforts gone in vain.
                  What happens really I did not know my account is in the hand of banker, what they want, they do.
                  Really I am sorry to say that, IT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA

                        I koppula prema kamala, i received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on august 2017. Without my permission. I call customer care and inform deactivate one assist plan in my hdfc bank credit card. But not cancelled.

                          As share my personal details to mr manoj on 2nd march they didn't any reward till date please share how much time you will get to reply me.
                          I want to close my current account, 7 saving account. So please solve this case as soon as possible without wasting my time or your time. And i also very disappoint with my nehru place branch staff members ms. Puneet and mr vikas they both doesn't have any manner how to talk with their customer.

                          Seriously this is such a unbelievable service from hdfc bank i get and i personally feel like m beggar...

                            I forgot my password and trying to reset it through otp. I am unable to receive the password. Although the number is registered at hdfc. Please resolve this asap.

                            I have accounts with other banks like sbi and axis. I do not face this issue there. This is creating unnecessory delays in some of my monthly activities like paying bills and maintenance.

                            I may have to move away from hdfc in case this...

                            Hi
                            I am madhura kharge. One of my distant relatives (Amol kharge) had taken the hdfc credit card. I and that relative have not even met once and i don't know him personally, we just share the same surnames. We are connected just by social networking site as this site is meant to connect with long distant relatives and friends.
                            Hdfc collection agent kirti from mumbai office (Kanjurmarg branch) is claiming that my relative had given my contact number as c/o person during applying for credit card.
                            I don't have his contact number and not even that person has my number. She called me today 50 to 60 times in just span of 1 hour.
                            She is threatening me from different numbers and claiming if i don't receive her call she will call up my office and tell that i have done fraud. Also, she is continuously forcing me to call up to other relatives and connect her to them.
                            I am raising this complaint against hdfc bank and that employee for mentally torturing me and exploiting me so that i will react.
                            As per law, i am neither a guarantor nor i haven't signed any document while issuing the credit card to amol kharge.
                            Also, i have suggested her that i am not in touch with that person and hdfc can take ay legal action if any against him.
                            Then why hdfc agent kirti is torturing me. Let me know the correct process to legally file a case against kirti and hdfc.

                                Hi - I have the following complaints

                                Registered for HDFC Fastag in November 2017 with one vehicle in my wallet.

                                On the wallet I am seeing 2 vehicles one vehicle that does not belong me and I have written multiple emails / 12 telephone calls for removal of the second vehicle and there is not action.

                                When I travel I am told at almost all tolls my Fastag is blacklisted or insufficient funds and unable to get the benefit. HDFC Fastag customer service have confirmed I have Rs 850 in balance.

                                Was referred to NHAI and they confirm that my wallet as no funds.

                                HDFC support team is useless and not helpful

                                    My account was debited rs.405.00 for consolidate account charge and rs.72.90 gst on consolidate account charge on 14-april-2018. However i maintained the sufficient balance required for monthly emi instead they did not debited that amount on effective that and later they debited emi amount and charges too. And even no intimation of deduction of emi or charges received yet thru sms or any other communication. While i received mine axis bank statement than i got to know that that amount was debited from mine account while i checked with my bank ahy the amount was debited towards charges they told its debited by hdfc for late payment. I am shocked i personally take care and maintained that amount in account before the emi date.
                                    Please look in to it and reverse the amount at earliest or let me know the process to get refund.

                                      I got a call from corporate office delhi hdfc cancelation dept. Senior manager mr. Ravi - [protected]. He told me you will get loan regarding your policy without any interest because this offer is coming on year closing that's why hdfc bank loan will provide you.

                                      You will get loan after payment 20 days your policy[protected] policy amount received to hdfc life. Your loan amount is 3.5 lakh for 10years and policy premium 35000 per year.

                                      This proposal is only for tax saving bank and your.

                                      Still i didn't get any kind of loan amount and no msg from hdfc bank and hdfc life. So please do something for me because i need money otherwise refund my policy premium amount.

                                      If this is correct proposal or offer so please do asap or not take action regarding this person because he is giving wrong information to customers regarding hdfc bank that is not good for bank or customers.

                                      I have all hdfc employees contacts no they all called me regarding this offer.

                                      I have also raised a complained in paschim vihar branch hdfc life.

                                      I didn't get any loan amount or policy premium amount from hdfc life. Whereas hdfc life is coordinate from fraud callers regarding sell policy.

                                      Every day I get at least two messages reminding about their products and training. Neither I have ever subscribed nor I want to join their trainings. Please look into this matter.
