I have register a complaint regarding the fasttag balance deduction with reference number hbl=[protected] on 22 april 2018 and as per the email the issue must be resolved within 5 working days but i am regret to inform you that no action is yet taken.

Actually on 22 apr 2018 i crossed the sangrur-patiala toll and my fast tag didn't read by the reader so i paid the rs 80 but after some time i got the message that money is deducted from my fast tag account.

    In 2016 i got an hdfc credit card, for one year i maintained it perfectly. Since the 2017 year end, i didn't pay the bill amount. Right now i like to receive a message "intimation: legal initiated" like to know what is this and what i have to do. Currently, my bill is rs.45, 000/-. See i like to do a settlement with hdfc. I already paid so many times negative balance. If there is any help you can do for me i can't pay the total amount which is huge for me right now. Is there any solution please provide me here...

      I was redeeming the reward points of my hdfc bank regalia first credit card in reward point category section it had voucher section when i opened it. It showed that 1 reward point will give 0.3 paise and it was some e-voucher. So i thought it was a cash voucher & redeemed it. But i got a msg from bank that this e-voucher is to be used for hotel booking or flight bookings. I was shocked as there was nothing mentioned like that in the site.

      So i called the phone banking for help they said that if the voucher is not used till 30 days it get added back to credit cards reward points. But there is a redemption charges of rs. 99/- + tax. So i asked them what about that they say its not reversible. I had asked them if the bank don't mention the details properly on site why a customer should bear it. They apologized and said its a bank policy. Its ridiculous policy why should a customer bear for banks error??

        Hello,

        This is to inform that hdfc has charged some gst from my account twice in a row with out intimation, one amount of rs. 177 and another amount of rs.354.

        Why are this not being informed and what is the purpose of being charged.. Also somewhere in last 3 months, there was a deduction of rs.177..

        Why are all these being charged.. They do not even receive the calls..
        The call center is pathetic.. Keeps you on hold and then thats it, they are done.

        I need a proper answer for all the deductions, this is our hardwork that you guys deduct without intimation

          pre-closure of insta jumbo loan

          Need to pre-close my hdfc insta jumbo loan on credit card. There is no process mentioned on hdfc bank website or netbanking account. Since the process to take loan is easy then why they do not have any process to close the same online as well. On customer care number it is very difficult to talk to customer care executive. They have everything computerized. It was mentioned that i can pre-close it after 1 year with 3%...

          My name is naveen chandra kukreti. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After few days, on 16.04.18 rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln - rs.295.54.

          I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

          I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of rs. 900 will be refunded. I have to upload cancelled cheque, which i am uploading.

            On 30th of april i travelled from pune to solapur and travelled through four fastag toll plazas
            Of these four the amount was as following
            The first one from pune rs 70
            Second one rs 70
            Third one rs 55
            Fourth one rs 55

            All the barriers opened and there was no problem at the toll plazas
            I received the message for the first two toll deducted and then i received a third message that rs 165 been deducted for entry adjustment
            Later in the day i also got the messages for the third and fourth toll being deducted

            I have no clue about the 165 entry adjustment amount
            It seems excess amount has been deducted from my account

            On 20th of april i had purchased fastag from your bank by paying 600 rs
            I was told that 200 rs was for security deposit, 200 was the fees and 200 to be credited in the account.
            Of the final 200, 100 was immediately deposited in my wallet and the remaining 100 was supposed to be deposited on 21st of april. Till date i have not recieved the same.

            Hdfc for all its advertisements is the worst
            I have mailed all details to help desk. [protected]@sahaj.co.in bit no response in spite of their assurance of reply within 48 hrs

            Sometime's there were some payment calculation error occurs at Toll Plaza and lesser or higher amount gets debited or credited, this gets identified at the time of doing recon activity at NPCI end. Further, NPCI highlight such cases with issuer bank and our HDFC Bank team pass debit or credit entry to customer wallet with respective amount.

            Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 90 for Adjustment entry on 11/18/2019 7:32:06 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

            No idea about this deduction. No proper response from customer support.
            Rs 285 is deducted from my account on 31st of OCT 2019. Trying to contact Customer care since then. No proper response and not sure why they have charged me!!?? And I see this adjustment happens only with HDFC fasttag. I have checked with other bank Fastag guys and it doesnt to them. HDFC is useless w.r.t Fastag.
            On 14th Jan-2020 I have received text message from Axis bank fastag, they charged me Rs. 65 for adjustment entry even i was at home, I have no clue about that the why they are charges me Rs. 65 entry adjustment amount, It seems excess amount has been deducted from my account

            Axis for all its advertisements is the worst, Dont take fastag of Axis bank

            I got below msg on 17 th March & amount got deducted:
            Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 703 for Adjustment entry on 3/17/2020 10:14:27 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

            And also amount deducted 173 + 173 on two tolls ( Mumbai to pune) 11th March
            Where as it's ₹230 (173 + ₹57)

              Hi,

              Similar transaction was made in my account too.

              This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

              An amount of rs 842.70 has been debited on 11 april 2018 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges - with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

              When the account was opened, i was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

              The charges levied to your account pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a.                   On 18.03.18 a mobile no [protected] calling me and offer me a job for hdfc bank as a Financial Service Advisor after giving her identity as HR Dept. from HDFC Bank . The said number call me at Bardhaman office on 20/03/18 and collect Rs. 3100 from me for certificate, police verification cost. The said number send me sms a whats app no. [protected] and a bank account no i.e. Riya Ghosh A/c [protected] IFSC SBIN0012387 . The said number again call me at Bardhaman to give their appointment letter and collect from me Rs 3500 as a training prosses fees. After one day they again call me with [protected] number and told me that Rs. 2660 deposit to the above maintion A/c number as a GST cost for joining the bank at Purulia. After deposit the amount several time I contact the said mobile numbers but she refuse me with calling busy. I have all documents regarding above matter.
                  So Sir, please help me and need your guideline to get my all amount from the concern authority.

                      I have applied for credit card with ref no is [protected]NA but my application status showing disapproval of credit card I also received a email that showing disapproval please specify the reason of disapproval of my credit card application . HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman. We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got Home Loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court.
                      I am trying to contact your representative in this matter but still not responsive .please solve this matter as soon as possible

                        Already had an existing account with hdfc bank, opened 1 more account, they gave a new debit card which did not reach me and deactivated my working debit card (Of the 1st account) without even asking, went to bank, gave a entirely new different debit card saying it will work after 24 hrs, but its been 3 days and the debit card is still not working. Whenever i call the bank executive to ask, the only reply i get is to wait fr 1 more hour.

                          The bankers has deducted the sum of money inr493 without showing in transaction list, even every month i will see the difference between ledger and available balance which will not show the transaction even after 34 months. This is very bad service to costumers and if go ask hdfc bank outlet they ask me to contact hdfc costumer center. Please resolve my issue asap.

                          Still not yet resolved my issue, after rising my concern they called to there HDFC ganganagar branch and asking me to bring a loan transaction certificate to check that interest deducted amount from sahakarnagar branch. I will be busy in my office work and I can't able to fulfill your requirement for this kind of issue. the amount deducted by your end hence you should take care and provide the proper solution. Please take any alternative solution.

                            I have made one demand draft of rs.100000/- on 13/07/2017 and hdfc bank has deducted rs.500/- (Dd issuance charges) + rs.45/- (Sgst) + rs.45/- (Cgst) on 10/04/2018.

                            You are requested to please credit in rs.500/- (Dd issuance charges) + rs.45/- (Sgst) + rs.45/- (Cgst) in my salary account & confirm by return email.

                              Hi, i have recently updated my password for HDFC fasttag account of mine and i am still not able to log in to my account. I successfully receive the OTP and was able to change the password. I even received message stating my password has been updated successfully yet, when i try to login, it says Invalid UserID/password. I use my wallet id for login. I have reset my password multiple times after this incident but so far no luck in logging in. I even emailed about my problem to their email ID as well but no response. FastTag website that has been provided never functions correctly, no toll free number for taking our complaints (they do have a number but no one picks up when called). Please help me on this.

                              I have HDFC salary account I was closed this account but bank was deducted amount 11900. Bank was said rest amount was refund but bank was don't refund rest amount.

                                Hi,

                                I have done a imps transfer on 28/04/2018 for 65000 rs and the money is not credited to the beneficiary account or reverted back to my account. Transaction status is showing processor down. Kindly revert back or transfer the money asap as its very urgent.
                                Was waiting to get it done for couple of days now. Still nothing has happened.

                                  Branch. My employee i'd 27151, now i am existing staff of hdfc sales. My
                                  Last working day is 31.03.2018. Recently joined on a other company but i
                                  Am facing big problem. When i joined hdfc sales then my previous company
                                  Is hdfc bank. There is my last working day 19.06.2017 and hdfc sales
                                  Appointment letter is mention by 13.06.2017. I am joined on hdfc sales
                                  20.06.2017. That is my problem. There have hr asking to me how is the
                                  Possible your last working is 19.06.2017 on hdfc bank and your appointment
                                  Is 13.06.2017 on hdfc sales. Now my new company hr saying to me submit
                                  Your hr declaration letter.

                                  Now i am very difficult position. So
                                  I request you urgent basis solve the problem. My actual joining and
                                  Working date is 20/06/2017 on hdfc sales but there have mentioned by date
                                  13/06/2017 on appointment letter. So that please correction and give to me
                                  Relieving letter on dated 20/06/2017 to 31/03/2018

                                    With my HDFC account number, with transaction ID MIR[protected], the amount is deducted.

                                    And many times, the smaller amounts were deducted automatically in HDFC account. Please resolve this complaint to keep our account in HDFC.

                                      I opened my salary account of HDFC Bank on March 2017, now my Credit card amount is more then 4K+ without even used.I have not activated my credit card.After complaining many times one of the customer executives is telling that i have applied for some insurance, which i didn't asked them for proof, but that customer executive is telling that we have confirm you orally .With out using not even activating why you are taking so much of money from innocent people.Worst bank i have ever seen.
