I called to customer care yesterday to convert my bill into emi. But they asked my card no, exp, cvv and did a transaction. For that i received a otp. But i didn't tell that otp to them so they blocked my card. Please unblock it and reactivate it again. But i don't know why the person asked my card details and did a transaction. It's not good and i'm getting messages like plz don't share your card details to anyone even with the bank employees....

Dear i tried to connect hdfc bank credit card representative but ivr do not give option and wasted my lost time around 30 min then i tried online banking it do not have cancellation option
Then i tried online complaint but comlplaint form only give options but no option for nay request of your choice
Then i tried to search tour mail id but its only postal address
Overall i wasted one hour to complaint but not able to...

Hdfc bank hyderabad gudimalkapur branch was pathetic in service. I went to withdraw 40000 and the guy told me to home branch to withdraw or else there will be a charge simce the amount is more than 25000.

I have two accounts and i told him to give me a withdrawl slip so that i can remove 20k from each account. They denied and employee basha was very rude. The security guy also came up and threatened me....

I really have a very worst experience with hdfc bank while closure of my salary bank account no [protected] in the name of shaikh nazir shaikh shabbir, as my home branch in sahar road branch andheri (E), and i filed my application at my home branch, and also my account is not closed and i did so many calls to the executive, she said we checked sir its in process, and i still got msgs of nergative bal in my account...

Bad experience with home loan from HDFC Ltd. and that too for NRI case.
I ended up sending email to company MD.

On 27th april 2018 368 rs was deducted from my HDFC account. and they didn't inform this deduction through mail or message.
Without any information Deducting money from my account describing AMB charge INCL GST. This bank is harassing their customer by deducting such amount without any information. This is not fair that you are harassing your customer by such deductions without prior information....

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:15/05/2017. This is regarding ATM dispute that cash was not dispense from the atm on 7th March 2018. I have lodge a complaint on 8th March 2018 MUMP[protected] several times but you are unable to solve the same. I have done all the formalities that has to be done related to this dispute but till time I haven't get any  solution. All the time phone banking representatives gave new complaint number with time of one week.
