We did a transaction of 1499 at planet fashion, 4th block, jayanagara, bengaluru on[protected]. But payment failed and amount debited. It is four days still amount is not credited. We tried calling customer care but not connecting and shop people are telling to contact bank. I have attached failed transaction receipt. Please credit failed amount soon.

    I have had a sudden deduction from my HDFC bank account on the name of some debit return charges. It will be of much help if the bank can understand the genuine concerns and allow enough time to its account holder I have been out of job and managing it with great difficulties and on top of that, I find money being debited twice from my account (Rs. 885 once and Rs. 413 the second time) in only one day. i don't understand how is that a bank's problem. I request bank to reverse those charges as they were insane and without any notice. doesn't the bank think that it's two high a charge for a genuine suffering of an individual who have an account with them. highly disregardful on the bank's side.

      I have account in your hdfc bank and i have credit card also. I am facing some issues that I can't add money in my paytm wallet its show (You have exceeded monthly limit to add money using Credit card, please use debit card or UPI to continue.) I have contact to our paytm customers care they told nothing problem from us and they said please contact to your Bank, then when I contact to bank and I tell them all problems finally they told me there is no issue in your card please contact to paytm customer care.I have 4 paytm wallet when I am adding money through credit card it show same problem.So please sir I request you to solve this problems.

        I have tried to book a flight ticket but the transaction was failed. I have called the customer support and informed them about the transaction was failed, they told me the refund will be credited to your account in 3-4 days. The transaction date was May 7, 2018. Now it is over to 10 days. I have talked to the merchant (Flight merchant), they told me that the transaction was canceled and given me some reference number, I have shared the transaction number with the customer care of HDFC credit card.

        Is this reversal takes so much of time??

          Its a torture to get these taped calls multiple times a day. HDFC should stop this nonsense instead of troubling the customers. They call from various different numbers such as eg.[protected]. Even though it is blocked once, next time a new number is used to call. They are happily using automated systems to disturb people.

          Details: Recorded messages. Get called even though you ignore or disconnect it.

            Regretted that despite our intimation to you dt. 03/08/2017, followed by reminder dt.14/02/2018 and our subsequent several personal follow ups by our authorised person for returning our money which was deducted by you wrongfully and illegally double times cheque return charges to the tune of rs.460/-. Deduction was made in the following manner as shown in your statement dt. 19/05/2017.

            1) chq. Dep ret dt.24/01/2017 charges already deducted on 27/01/2017
            2) chq. Dep ret dt.30/01/2017 charges already deducted on 06/02/2017
            3) chq. Dep ret dt.29/03/2017 charges already deducted on 11/04/2017
            4) chq. Dep ret dt.18/04/2017 charges already deducted on 24/04/2017

            It is most unfortunate that a world wide reputed organisation like yours are so reluctant that you did neither take any action nor you passed on any message in this respect even after a lapse of 10 months. We are taking up the matter with r. B. I. For our future course of action.

              I'm not able to add money to paytm wallet from my hdfc credit card.. Showing an error like card details or expired date or cvv was wrong. But i have entered correct card details.
              I have tried in different paytm accounts but still facing same issue..
              Previously i have added money from my hdfc same credit card to paytm and i didn't get any errors like this.
              But first time facing this with my card.
              Could please check one and update me why this is happening with my card.

                We mrs. Leela albert philip & mr. Albert k philip planned a vacation to malaysia & singapore through m/s veena world, travel dates 28/04/2018 to 05/05/2018 both inclusive
                Hence we opted for a forex multi currency card with hdfc bank online, (Details attached) for 500 malaysian ringgits, & 500 singapore dollars, on the 14/04/2018 which was debited through savings acct no:[protected] (Attached file) hdfc saving account holders mrs leela albert philip & joint mr. Isaac albert philip

                Unfortunately on travel we noticed that hdfc only loaded the malaysian ringitts of 500 value,
                The singapore dollars were not loaded (Please note as per statement these singapore dollars were loaded reflected on the card on 10/05/2018, by then returned to mumbai), so i was short of funds when on the trip abroad, i swiped the card only to be declined for the goods purchased, i had to bear insults & hardships due to this. To which i need an explanation from the hdfc bank.

                    I, mr. Venkatesh naik working in a multinational company had bad experience from hdfc bank each and every product like hdfc life, hdfc ergo, hdfc moneyback credit card, hdfc personal loan. Hdfc bank is a cheat and fraud company. There are so many negative reviews of each and every products of hdfc bank. What i have found out after running to their every office that mostly they get corprate employees as thier customers. Then the marketing telecallers start harassing on phone making false claims of returns and investment.
                    Such a call came from hdfc life that since i have hdfc credit card i get to invest and get good returns in a plan with free emi. After taking policy i cancelled in free look in period but the matter was extended to one and half year., after one and half year the hdfc life has accepted thier mistake, cancelled my policy and refunded the amount. But the hdfc credit card had not converted to free emi. Also they didnt cancelled after the free look in cancellation. I was assured by the credit card dept that after the hdfc life problem is resolved they will also cancel the whole transaction. But now as i want to close the credit card, they are asking for the finances charges and gst and other charges.
                    During the time of one and half year, i have religiously paid the amount i used for purchases and debits. So now i want to give back the rs 50000 and end the credit card once and for all wothout paying the fraud finance charges and gst and other charges levied to me past one and half year.

                    I also have the call recording of emi assured from hdfc credit card department also the free look in cancellation done but the policy didnt get cancelled but after one and half year battle, it has cancelled.

                      Dear team took a personal loan 56412469 where provided ecs debit instruction and cheque for authorizing the debit, received a message ecs enabled and requested the stop payment to avoid double debit from the account. Without any prior intimation levied charges for chq bounce 649/- never faced this problem any bank degrading my cibil need compensation for all my sufferings. No transparency, simply charging without evaluating the customer profile in the fast due to lack of technology, still getting mails that my loan amount is due after paying the installments also they harassing the customers uninterruptedly which will create mental pressure to us lead to unforeseen events. My humble request is please think twice or inform the customer about your hidden charges blindly putting on normal customers. Here i felt no fault on my side and knowingly you are disturbing my credit history. All the charges levied in my account which opened recently for loan convenience should be waived and inform me all the terms and condition of your terminology which are not understood by common citizens so that they take little care before taking loans in your bank.

                        Hdfc has deducted my money stating that i have not maintained minimum balance of 10, 000, how can they deduct 1414 at once all of a sudden. I am in need of this money, now i have maintained minimum balance but still this deduction. They have deducted 708 and 708 for 2 months amb chrg incl gst for apr2018. This is too much, please refund bank as i am maintaining minimum balance henceforth.

                          Hi,

                          I have been observing that when I provide the PIN at the point of sales in a petrol station and the CC statement has more than I purchased at the station.

                          HDFC bank issued the credit card mentioning that the surcharges will be reimbursed, which is not happening.

                          Example: On 08/05/18, I typed PIN for an amount of 500 at the station but in the statement it is 505. on 13/05/18, entered PIN for an amount of 200, it is charged as 211.8 in the statement.

                          Please take proper measures and provide benefits to the consumers to make digital India otherwise we will find the old path which seems beneficial ...

                            I have defaulted in personal loan repayment during this month. This is my first default in last 44 months. The repayment was due on 4th and they called me today. I told him I will pay on 29th. But they were adamant and told that they would visit office and call the references. Heavens would not fall if there is a delay of another 10 days. But the tone was quite aggressive which is really deplorable. Until last month, their representatives were disturbing me on almost everyday for enhancing he loan which was an intrusion on my privacy. They have also informed me that the interest rate charged is quite high. They have never intimated about me about the rate of interest and other charges. The documentation is done before sanction of
                            personal loan. I demand that the rate of interest must be reduced immediately and instalment refixed. Such odious phone calls should be stopped.

                            You are trying to avoid the issue. The loan A/c No is available through mobile No. which I have already provided.

                            Loan A/cNo. 40987909. Today, I got a phone call from one mandal. He told that HDFC Bank has obliged me by giving a loan. Please advise your trained robots that there is no concept of obligation here. Bank has a policy of giving loan and in case one fulfills the criteria he is sanctioned the loan. They must be grilled that default can happen and it is a society governed by rule of law and not on the sweet wills of some individuals of the Bank.

                              I have a hdfc credit card. It was issued when i was opened the account (2012). I thought everything will go smoth. I can use the card.
                              Two or three times i swiped the card and amount not greater then 3000/-
                              Unfortunately i didn't get any monthly statement & any message or call from hdfc to pay the amount.. I don't have any clue how much i have to pay

                              I called so many times to hdfc credit card call center. It's help less.
                              I visited the hdfc bank also (Ombr layout, dodda banaswadi, bangalore) they told only the saving account related queries will be solved here. Not the credit card.

                              Am ready to pay the amount and close the card. Please help me out.

                                I was holding hdfc credit card 4 years ago. On that card, there was some due amount of 2000/- on my credit card bill in year nov'14 and at the same time, i have 5000 bonus point (One point=50p). So, i asked customer care to redeem that bonus point for my bill payment, for that, they suggested me to send a courier with filled redemption application on chennai address and i sent it
                                Now when i check cibil score, it is reported as a defaulter.

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I had a salary account with hdfc bank and i left that job in dec 2015, after that i went to my hometown due to some family emergency. Since form may 2016 i am not using that account and the bank people has been added the negative balance for non maintenance. Recently, one of my relative has credited 8000 in that mistakenly and later contacted me for a refund since it was my account. When i had contacted the customer care, he was very rude and said that these amount has been taken for the non maintenance charges and cannot be refunded. I had not opened that account with my wish, it was my previous companies salary account. Then how can i maintain a minimum balance in that account. 8ooo is not a small amount for a middle class people. Please help me what can i do to return his money back to him.

                                    My issue has not got resolved. How can you decline my request to return my money back. It's our hard earned money. How could you just take it like that. Do u really know how much I am suffering to live each 1 rupee is also very important for me. In that situation how could you do that.

                                    Yesterday I have got a call from hdfc bank an d she said we will return you 1000 rupees. I said I am not OK for that you people have e taken 8000 rupees and giving me back 1000 rupees. How can I agree for that. And today again I got call and that person said the request has been declined. What do u think? Do u think being a bank, you can eat money from common people. This HDFC name has become a nightmare for common people. Now please provide me 100 ft road, Indira nagar branch manager's contact details. so that i can talk to him. Please HDFC don't take money from common people who struggle a lot to earn money for their families. its really a big sin.

                                      Hdfc personal loan collection agency is torturing & harassing me to the core. I have recorded & documented every conversation with different hdfc agents. The way of follow up has forced me to quit payment. They are abusing by using too much profanity. Agents are visiting my home at 8 p m in the night. I have clearly informed about my working hours and availability yet they are forcing me. If the same continues i may need to reach out to banking ombudsman. I don't want to mention the representative name & moreover most of the agent don't even tell their name during conversation

                                      Renewal Membership charges gets deducted from my credit card without intimating me.

                                      How HDFC can do such type of things.
                                      HDFC bank is deducting an amount of 500 each month from past 2 months, which is wrong. Without intimating how come they can deduct from anyone's salary. This is not acceptable.

                                        They collect my all documents after that i got

                                        Was in process till 20 days
                                        And all type of verification done by hdfc bank like address on both home and office, mobile verification
                                        And then i got an sms form hdfc bank that, "we have completed processing your credit app xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

                                        And on 14 may 2018 when i check status
                                        It was disapproved
                                        And remark : disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability
