My name is jayesh agrawal and i booked a bus ticket from dehradun to aligarh on 23rd march, 2018 from upsrtc website (upsrtconline.Co.In) of rs.953.00
i made a payment from phonepe application using hdfc payment gateway and the amount was also successfully deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn't booked. I am attaching the screenshot of successful payment of rs.953.00 on phone pe application.

I contacted upsrtc first and they told me that the refund has been processed by the payment gateway. But till today i didnt receive any amount. I am also attaching the reply from upsrtc in which they send me the screenshot of the process refund.

I contacted phonepe then and they told me that the amount of rs. 953.00 was successfully credited to the beneficiary account i.E. Hdfc payment gateway. They told me to contact the payment gateway only.

I am attaching necessary screenshots of the issue and also the details of the ticket i was booking:-

      Bank has given same helpline number for all issues but that automated number has no option to lodge a complaint. If we have any failed transaction, there no option to register that or take any information from.

      I have a transaction from BHIM app approved but the receiver has not got any money. I have no idea where to report that. Have tried all phone numbers.

        Dear team,

        Being a preferred customer of hdfc bank,

        I am using my account for last 3 and half years,

        I am also using credit card form last 1 year 3 months & used card on payzaap, mobile bill & dish recharge

        Now i am changed for 2500 rupee + i gst charges for annual fee of card

        Every second day my rm name puja kumari dubey called me for service call & other bank products, they never told me about card charges & renewal fee, "but she call me for loan & offers on my card on every call"

        Today i called her for the same issue, she is saying that she will not help me for this issue

        Bank & other service team never mail or message me for my membership fee deduction,

        I am not going to pay this amount, i want my amount back to my card on urgent basis, other wise i will raise this issue to md of bank,

        Bec my rm & bank never inform me about membership fee,

            My fastag customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. As on 01/05/2018 i make an online transition with tax of rs.1000 regarding to recharge my fastag and same amount has been deducted into my account but till now i did not get it into my fastag card. You can check/find it with soft copy which is enclosed. So request you that kindly look into the matter, and for any disconnect please feel free to call to the below given contact details.

              Hi,
              While paying airtel bill of rs 181.00 i used hdfc netbanking and experienced very slowness and finally the transaction failed but money did not reversed into my a/c. I talked to the customer care but they were not helpful and lastly i have post my grievance here to address. This is totally unacceptable as major bank like has such a bad net banking service and customer care as well. I have already attached a screenshot for your needful. Please acknowledge.

                My brother took credit card and was unable to pay from 5 to 6 months however last month he paid min amount and asked for settlement, hdfc person illegally took out my telephone details and started harresing me and ggiving threatning calls. When asked for settlement amount by my brother they dnt call him for 20 days and now instead of calling my brother they called me and threated me and my family over phone today, is it as per rbi policy? Will be launching complaint against mr santosh from chandivali, mumbai for threating me and haresment and also breaching right to privacy

                    I using hdfc credit card since may 2016 to till may 2018,
                    And i am paying monthly dues before the statement making date every month, but you are not considered monthly due amount which was played before the due date and you have been charged late fee amount since issuing the card. Kindly consider my payments as monthly due amounts and return to my credit card account. Similarly indusind bank also recovered but after requesting that bank returned late fee charges. So kindly considered and returned.

                      At the time when economy was doing good and most of my selected mutual funds from aditya girls and l&t were doing good.

                      The # of master trust suggested me with absolute confidence to invest in hdfc mutual funds.
                      I had to redeem my funds to save my capital which has reduced from 3 lakhs to 2.76 lakhs, a sheer loss.

                      I take oath that i will never ever invest in hdtv mutual funds as hdfc fund managers are fools and not as intelligent as other fund managers and never trust on advisors of master trust.

                      I will publish anti hdfc and ant master trust blogs as i suffered losses in all hdfc funds suggested by master trust.

                      And will never in my life invest again trust hdtv mutual funds and master trust fund managers because they all are # and duffers.

                      Though i made losses but fund managers of hdfc and master trust ate out their incentives and commissions and salaries from funds of investors like us who were fooled by hdfc mutual funds.

                        I have received my fastag for car but not received welcome emailer as mentioned on bank website. As i have not received wallet id and customer id i am unable to create account and recharge the fastag.

                        I tried to call[protected] but no conversation starts, only call time counting continues without any voice.

                                I don't want to use my hdfc account before 2 years it opened by my company as a salary account then i lefted the job then i did not used that account but now they are calling me everyday to pay that amount and they say it'll affect my cbill record 😂😂 first of all this is not loan and second according to rbi no bank can do balance in negative so please solve it.my bank home branch is in noida sec18 near atta market please contact me personally

                                    I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399/- from my credit card for one assist plan, this is really bad how can you make such kind of transactions without my knowledge and hence i request to deactivate one assist plan and refund money back in my account as soon as possible. And please ensure not to repeat such activity in future.

                                      - i got message from hdfc bank on my registered number.
                                      Dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 3181. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly.

                                      Refund my money.

                                      I also complaint on hdfc bank care. My complaint number is [protected]

                                      I let you know one or two month ago i faced same problem that time also they activate oneassist service on my credit. Due to this lots of my time wastage and money wastage also. Please solve this asap.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3281 without my concern on date:10/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
