Hi,

I have made a transaction with my hdfc debit card on 28th feb 2018 to book two tickets from redbus. But because of some reason the merchant itself cancelled the tickets. For which i was supposed to get the refund amount of 3204/-. Its been approx. 2 and half months, i didn't get any amount credited in my account. I talked to redbus also, and according to them the refund was initiated on 1st of march itself.
The below are the details provided by redbus to me in regards to this query-

Refunded amount: rs.3204/-
Please help me to get the amount as soon as possible.

    I have this card for many years, ([protected]) in the month of september 2017 i had purchased something from amazon and returned it immediately. I was told by amazon that the money shall be credited within 6 days and as this did not happen incurred a finance and late payment charge, which i paid.in the month of january i made a payment of 150000 to escort hospital and paid back 100000 immediately. As my father was admitted i was not going to office, my office had standing instructions to make the payments of all the bills. As no bill was received no payment was made. The following month i received a call from hdfc bank and immediately the 50000 was paid back. Now i have been charged with financial charges and late payment charges which i am unwilling to pay as no bill was received by my office. This is an unfair practice as when i asked for the pod, the bank offical refused. Now the collection agency is harassing me unnecessarily. I am left with no other option other than a legal one. When it was someone else's fault still i paid the charges (Amazon) but i am not paying unnecessary charges when the bank is at fault

    We wish to clarify that payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges. Further, with regard to your query on the transaction, we request you to write to us with the complete transaction details such as date, merchant name and amount along with the complete issue to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and we shall assist you.

      Greetings,

      This is shaike rintu, account holder in hdfc bank, pranay towers, lucknow. Yesterday morning between 9:15am to 9:29 am, (14/05/2018), 1 lakh rupees is withdrawn from my account without any acknowledgement, i neither gave any otp nor i disclosed my pin, my card was with me all the time, and i didnt received any call. Please i would request you to, forward this matter to the concerned authorities.

          I withdraw money today at 07:01 pm usuing SBI ATM, jagat narayan road Gogaganj, lucknow transaction completed and withdrawn 10000 INR from my account but i did not receive money from machine. i complained in SBI customer care they suggested to contact to HDFC bank customer care, i have tried all given numbers of HDFC on google but mostly numbers are not working and they are not connecting to customer care. i fed up with this. i had to waste my all evening to resolve this issue. Why HDFC is not updating their correct numbers on google. i am very disappointed with this.

              And atleast bank have to inform me before the transaction.

                I have been charged with 7500 Rs though I didn't receive the card. I have suspended my card a year back clearing all the outstanding amount. But there is HDFC Ergo policy EMI which is not suspended automatically and got triggered. Now for three months monthly emi is 300 rupees I haven't paid the installment so after four months they claim total rupees of 7500 including late payment fees. When I call customer care and asked about the information they says they won't have any details for suspended card and to contact collection department. When I went to collection department these people claim they could only see the outstanding amount and don't have any other details. If I want my statement they asking to go to branch and pay Rs. 150 . I am getting multiple calls and also legal is initiated.

                If my card is suspended, why bank has not given me the call about ERGO policy suspension. And also I am not aware that is activated on my card. I haven't received any messages till the outstanding bill is rupees 1500 surprising me. Customer care people said they won't care to call unless total outstanding becomes more than rupees 5000. I also logged complain in HDFC but no action is taken. Please help me, I haven't received the card itself still outstanding amount is charged.

                  I am being sent mail and contacted thru phone for payment of credit card .
                  I am not using any credit card for last 10 years.
                  Suddenly bank is approaching to pay 13000/- + amount for no reason.
                  Why now does it going to effect my credit rating.
                  Seems bank is taking (dis)advantage and no one is ready to reply where the purchases is done & why i need to pay.
                  Many a times bank issues credit card & start charging for renewal and levy charges on this. Many be wrong issue of card . Not able to get details.
                  Hdfc bank does give any reference to contact in such things.

                    Hi,
                    This is my Credit card application number-[protected]UK.
                    I did apply for hdfc credit card.After some wait period I received a mail saying to attach self attested itr documents and submit the same to the branch.By the way my CC application status showed disapproved since I got the mail.As per your request I submitted the above asked attachments to the bank so that they would send them to head office for verification.I have forwarded twice to the bank as they again said I need to send the attachment second time because the first copy was rejected again.Deeply disappointing despite of having a very healthy CIBIL score and owning a savings account with HDFC.Pity that you are lacking customers trust.Worst part is its 30days and still counting.

                      I have paid amount of rs 285 to manas veg treat restaurant today (Date "14th may 2018")
                      First time payment get failed

                      But when i checked my accounts, at both times payment get deducted from my account.
                      I also checked transaction at restaurant's end but his machine was showing only 1 transaction from my side.

                      2) Its me who loosed money, why don't you submit me proof that acquiring bank has claimed the amount if they claim in 9 days. So I will be in batter position to handle the situation. In case you can not give me proof, give me in writing, I will escalate it to Bank Abusement
                      3) Please mention Fax number on which you want me to share my communication details with vendor.

                        After visiting few days HDFC Life accepted my resignation and they issued Cessation Certificate (Which was attached with my complaints) on 04th April 2017. But after 13 months also they didn't get any time to process the same for URN cancellation. Therefore, you are requested to cancel my URN and oblige me.

                          My name is nisha. I am a working woman. As i have a salary account in hdfc. I am going to use credit card also. But it very redeculous that hdfc put on late fee on my credit card with taxes without any notofication through mail or an hard coppy not even message too. It very bad for all customers who are using hdfc services. I dont know how all are survive through hdfc services. Even i am going to take a big loan from hdfc bank. But now through there services harsh to say this not to go ahead

                          will you please clear me why HDFC put finance charges if you already put Late fee on customer.nevertheless if you revert my late fee by accepting your fault then why you impose finance charges on me

                          and why you put late fee with GST without any notification..when custom er complaint this u say sorry and revert their only late charges not GST why>??? because HDFC bound by the RBI rules..sir first do your responsibilities very well then to bound and all. and now how i receive all the credit card statement properly.??????????????

                            I have used my debit card to buy a book in a local store, in first attempt as it showed transaction failed, merchant asked us to do it again, which resulted in money got debited twice (Rs.1120). Merchant is telling that for him money got credited only once. I have been trying to get hold of hdfc customer service but it has become very troublesome for me. [protected] this number not existed, [protected] over this number call getting dropped before connecting to executive. [protected] no one is picking up the call even, [protected] i have waited for 15 mins but no executive picked up. [protected] no one answering. Seriously its very disgusting to see a multi national wide bank like this maintaining its services at this level.

                                    It was observed that a fraudulent transaction has been done on my HDFC Bank credit card no [protected] on 01.05.18 for INR 2832/-.the same was immdtly reported to bank and it is requested to track the aforesaid transaction and do needful to remove the said amount from my bill details immediately.
                                    It is learnt that the said payment was deducted on account of linked.in. I may also inform you that I have not authorised any such deduction.

                                      Dear sir.
                                      Hdfc bank ltd has been issued a credit card no [protected] visa platinum card behalf of my a/c no. [protected] in hdfc bank south ext part 2 new delhi in month of february 2018. I have used this card. Bank has not been sent any information regarding due date of payments on my mail id or my mobile phone no [protected]. Also bank has not deliver statement at my mailling address. But i have droped a cheque of amount rs. 35000/. This cheque cleared on 05/05/2018 from my a/c. Total outstanding was rs 34583/. But bank has been charged late payment and finance charges as rs.450/ (Late payment) +81 (Gst) +1004.82 (Finance charges). So it is very painful and difficult to a new customer holding your bank credit card. I have complained 3times to phone bankers as complain nos. [protected] on dt 20/04/18and [protected] on dt. 09/05/18and on dt 13/05/18. But bank has refused to waived (Refund) the charges. So i request you to take necessary action and hope you to refund of illegal charges. Otherwised bank forced me to closed this credit card. Kindly do necessary and oblige.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0956 without my concern on date:15/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
