Hi all,

It is horrible that without user intimation they are deducting some amount from accounts saying "3rd party cash txn inc gst mir[protected]". It happened twice for me and 708 rupees has been deducted from my account.

Note
1. Without user intimation how can bank deduct amount? Or else at least there should be a message with details to a user mobile when they deduct this amount. So that user can get to know it and can act accordingly?
2. Without user information if any bank transacts any amount then that is equal to looting / cheating.
3. If this "3rd party cash txn inc gst"mir[protected]" charges are penalty for using other bank atm's means, then why cannot you people deduct money on that moment it self? Why do you guys deduct money after some time?

    Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 0274 for rs. xxxx.00 has been credited/reversed by xxx on[protected]:15:19:13.

    But its not reflected in the statement nor the account.

    Kindly let me know how long will it take for the reversed amount to be credited in the saving account.

      Hi,
      Today i have got a message from hdfc near 6:19:09 am about deduction of rs 928 from my credit card.
      The message says "your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 600.00 in mumbai atindiaideas on[protected]:06:19:59. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12.".

      So can any one provide me the details from where the amount is deducted and also i am very sure that i did not make any payment to this company.

        Hi,

        I applied for credit card with application number - [protected]si. My card is approved and it delivered to my address but at that time of delivery i'm at outstation. Even i didn't receive any call from delivery boys regrading my courier
        Now card is returned to bank, i'm trying to resolve my issue with the agency who processed my application but there is no response from them. Even i contacted hdfc bank but there is no response from them.

        I'm completely fed up with the services of hdfc. Now i want to return my all docs provided to you for my credit card.

          Bick no. Hr12q 8422.
          Approximate one month back. When i was going to market. My bike was slipped on road when i tuned. So fuel tank, leg guard, foot rest, clutch handle, front light was damage.
          Next day i am gone to out of station. When i was came back on 28.5.18. I go to shri balaji honda bahadurgarh for repair of bike.
          But till date i have not get insurance approval from hdfc ergo. So many time i call to mr. Sanga ([protected]). He told me that if you will call me again i will make your bike no claim.

          Today morning 10am i call to complain center no. [protected] he give me mobile no. [protected]. I call to that no. He give me anther no. [protected].
          But any one give me satisfactory answer.
          I am requested to you, please give me approval all damage part of my bike as soon as possible.

            My application no: [protected]s3, i had applied hdfc credit card on march-7-2018, as on today 09.05.2018 my application is showing in process, for verification different - different agents came on march-2018 and verification also done but on yesterday 08.05.2018 another agent call me and came for verification again. Now 45days passed from the applied, can you please tell me my application can be approve or not, else please update the status.

            I hope hdfc is best for credit cards.

              Hi,

              I was used hdfc credit card last 5 years, paid out standing amount as well. Also close card in hdfc bank.

              But still my record showing in hdfc bank cibil i. E. Missing payments.

              What is hell going on, i am unable to any loan due to cibil record of hdfc bank

                This is the second time one assist has forcefully renewed membership without my authorization. Why was no confirmation made. I want immediate reimbursement of my fee.
                The credit limit on my card is very small and i don't need any protection plan especially one without my consent.
                I avoided consumer complaint forum the first time thinking it was an honest mistake and even called customer care and told them that i will not be renewing my protection plan but here we are.
                Kindly delete me permanently from your one assist plan.

                  I do not want to share my personal details which further might create a highlight to me in future.

                  However to my notice now, I have been experiencing that some employee of your bank is monitoring each and every transactions and details of my account since I have opened my account and this makes me feel unsecured about my transactions.

                    Without any intimation, rs 940 was debited from my hdfc bank a/c ...How could?? if you want to charge me for any service of bank, you must call to maintain the monthly balance unless you will get charge for that...But you guys directly deducted money instead any call...I am very disappointed with hdfc bank service...Kindly refund that debited balance and fix issue of negative balance, below two screen shots are there, one is debited amount rs 297 and second is indicate to negative amount rs 641 so kindly check and fix the issues ...Unless i have to close the service of hdfc bank.

                      Due to some fraud cases happening in unitech cyber park where in my salary account is linked with it, my atm has been blocked and not even was able to access net banking.
                      I got 1 day late for credit card payment and its showing me 450 rs extra charges.
                      I request you to please wave off those charges. It will be difficult for me to pay those charges i am all the way discouraged by the services of hdfc credit card.
                      Please sort out this issue asap i request you.

                        Already sent email to CC_dispute team along with Credit card dispute form, but issue did not resolved. please refere email sent to cc dispute email.

                        Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                        Also credit two failed transactions of Rs 8547.50 and Rs 8530.00 amount into my credit card account along with financial charges rs.1226 is charged from you due this issue that also needs to be reimbursed to my credit card account.

                        I will not pay complete credit card statement amount of march month that is around rs 57454 as it is pending because of you and if you charge any financial charges again i have to take some necessary action against you.

                        I will just pay whatever transactions occured during march only.

                        Please assist me on this. Also provide me your direct contact number instead of customer care as they are saying that call can not be forwarded to credit card disput department or you can call me on [protected].

                          As you are aware that i have cleared all over due amount on 29/1/2018, i am also told that the negative status/written-off remarks will be deleted within 45 days and now almost 4 months have passed since i made payment of the said amount, but the remarks remained as it is in my account status. WHY?... Whenever I made a call/request they took light and just twisting the matter. THIS IS WHY? I need the matter to be done at the earliest.

                            Hi,
                            I received hdfc bank money back credit card last november and as informed by hdfc, i ll have to pay only if the card is used, no need to pay anything extra and i said "no" for smart pay option. But they activated smart pay option smartly and paid my airtel postpaid bill without me knowing. Now they are sending me bank statement for big sum. Am not ready to pay for the outstanding amount and i will pay only for the airtel bill amount.
                            Activating smart pay option even after my refusal is not a good thing.
                            I tried to contact via customer care, mail and complaint through hdfc net banking. Till now no response.
                            I sent grievance mail also to redressal and getting mail like "recipient inbox full" message coming. Really?? Am ready to pay only airtel bill and kindly reverse the due amounts and make it zero to close the issue

                              I am not able to receive the OTP number/ and SMS for any netbanking transactions. I had even visited HDFC Bank but they said the alerts are active and there is no issue from banks end.

                                  My saving account is with hdfc. I have a credit card also from the same bank. Since i missed out past two months payment of my credit card, they have blocked my account and now the balance is in negative. I called phone banking numerous time and all they said was we have raised a complaint to the credit card department and will call you back shortly.

                                  As i have other emis, they were not succeeded due to insufficient fund. Even i visited nearest branch. No use. They said you contact your home branch (Over phone banking). Again nothing happened, all they could do was taking the request and promising that credit card department will call you soon. It is keep happening for last 5 days.

                                  Now i have no idea how to deal this issue and release my account.

                                    As per discussion i was about to my credit card
                                    Settlement payment, unfortunately i am not feeling
                                    Well for last 3 months. Also i attached the medical
                                    Certificates in the chennai esi hospital, and i
                                    Attached the medical documents as per my health
                                    Conditions in the attached file. I spoke with your
                                    Collection department regarding extend the
                                    Settlement date is 10th of may 2018 but my account is
                                    Fully blocked by the credit card department. So please
                                    Reconsider my critical situations and allow me the

                                      Hello,

                                      I have called my relationship manager of hdfc bank regarding policy for the tax saving, so my rm transfer the call to some other person who told me about the policy. His name is shashank tripathi. He told me to take the policy for tata aia for 1 lakh premium. You will get the tax benefit. I agreed to take the policy. He is from hdfc bank. He check my account and told me that you are eligible for jumbo loan, bank will give you loan for this. I said i don’t want the loan i already have the sufficient amount in my account. He told me its an investment nothing will be charged for this. Its an offer that bank is providing to you. I agreed and he does all the documents for me. After a few days i receive mail from the bank for the jumbo loan statement. I saw that i have been charged heavy interest for the loan. I told to shashank if i already have the balance then why did you force me take the loan and you didn’t told me about the interest that i will be charged. He said don’t worry interest will be waived off and the money which have been deducted from the account will be refunded. But till now its more than a month that person is making fool and not providing me the written documents for the waiver nor cancelling my policy. I told him many times, he is just saying it will be done. I have already arranged a call back many times from my rm but they are also not calling. Hdfc bank is cheating the customers by not telling about the interest. I want the interest should be waive off from the loan. If i would know that i will be charged interest then i would never go for the loan.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had applied for hdfc credit card but due to some unforeseen circumstances, i was unable to collect at the time of delivery. I asked the delivery boy to wait or attempt delivery later but i haven't received it till now. It shows that my card is returned to chennai. I tried calling customer care number for mumbai but it is always busy and asks full card number (Not the last 4 digits) which i don't have. I received an sms saying that i should reply on 5676712, but i am unable to reply to that number from my registered mobile number (I don't know why the sms always fails). I called two employees from the credit cards team but they straight away denied to help me and said that they can't do anything, i have to go physically to branch and request for re-dispatch. I am really very frustrated with this kind of service.

                                        I kindly request you to either re-dispatch my credit card asap or cancel it (I don't want to go through the same frustration every time).
