My name is devendra reddy and my vehicle loan account number is [protected]. Without any information amount of rs 1239 deducting from account describing amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected]. Though it is loan account why are charging the amb charges. I don't know how much you are charging for the amb for one month. If minimum amount 10000 is not there for one month or croseed, then you have right to charged. Check my account and reverse the money back to my account. Otherwise i will reach to rbi banking ombudsman

    Hi team,

    Purchased a health product on 18 sep (Amount was rs 10000) for covering my family but they provided the discount voucher and no medical is accepting them. Also i was told that i will get some big bazaar voucher and some check up machines but did not get that. I asked them to cancel but no one is taking care of this. Please raise a chargeback and share the ref #.

      I called every month and asked can you convert my outstanding amount to emi, but they are telling no sir, you are not eligible for this service, call after 10th of month, again i called and asked the same thing again i got the same reply what is this, why are you killing, i used this card for past 2 years, unfortunately i am not able to pay the full amount, not my outstanding is 51k if you convert this amount to emi mean it will be very helpful to me to go smooth, not you are maximum earn money from me, i have only other option sell my gold and close my credit card account. Worst credit card service hdfc, axis bank is good my colleagues are enjoying by using axis credit card.

        I tried opening nri account and everyday i receive emails my number is wrong and i keeps replying my number it was continues 2 weeks. Then one guy messaged he will tomorrow and after that no news for 2 days. Then again they started sending me email my number is wrong. I called them 3 times asked to connect account opening team they said its not allowed.

        Also each emails i sent i never got replies for my email. They say something else. Annoyed me that much as i worked with robot.
        Finally i complained and one lady pooja took one week and replied they called you and informed you the number is not working. Then i replied her did you check emails? And what they replied? Again she replied the same stupidity.

        Never ever open account with hdfc some staffs never respect you and give you assistance

          In hdfc bank's perks app it's shown 75rs. Movie ticket discount on every transaction from debit card on buying from ticketnew.
          But i didn't got the same.
          I called cx care, they said that's different dpmt, please mail them, i mailed them, and attached screenshot of the offer shown in the banks app.
          They are doing delays, banks customer support team is only asking more days for a small things.

          They are not giving what they are showing in there apps.

            A company i used to work with provided me with hdfc account. After leaving that company my new company provided me with other bank's account. I didn't use hdfc banks account after i left that company. After all these years when i just logged in for the sake of curiosity it's showing a negative balance. Toi had sent hdfc an email regarding rbi guidelines and the practice of charging negatively to which hdfc and all other banks had replied that they are not charging negatively now. But here is an example of how banks like hdfc continue to charge negatively even after the customer care has been informed about the same. I have written mails and called up customer care to close the account. I am not going to pay anything as it's against rbi guilines. Furthermore why should i pay some 4700₹ for the services which i have not used. Please take stringent action against banks like hdfc who say one thing in media and continue to charge for accounts which are not in use.

            I have also written mails to them, have called up the customer service so many times to update my contact details ( when I was using their services), and then To close the account, but all in vain. I am finally writing here in public domain that I don't want to use your services (account) any longer, whatever the case may be. And I am going to tell all my family and friends to close their accounts with HDFC. ALL YOU GUYS KNOW IS HOW TO "CHARGE" MONEY FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING EVEN WHEN IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE AND IS AGAINST THE RBI GUIDLINES. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

            Hello, the complaint has not been resolved and I am still waiting for the resolution after two months of filing filing the complaint. What kind of disappointing Customer care is this? I have provided all the information and all I receive is the update of increased negative balance and a single auto generated response which says "wait for two working days"? . I simply don't want your services.
            Amount 40.11 Deducted from my account, on 21 SEP 2017. I do not know why it is about. Please explain the deduction details.

              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company (Jan-2016), (At that time i was informed that if the salary for more than 3 months is debited then your account will automatically be converted into saving account) so once i left the company (In march 2016) and joined somewhere else. My salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) and also charged for that. Then i went to close my salary account (May be in july-aug 2017), so they said that you have to keep your account for 1 year at least and if you want to close your account then you will be charged. I said ok then convert my saving account to small or basic saving account (In which you don't have to keep minimum balance). They said no, that can't be done also. Few days back i received an mail and balance in my account is -8376.27. Now i want to close this account and they said first you have to clear this amount then only you can close your account.

                        I have been charged for pp lounge access without my consent on my hdfc credit card.
                        My pp access was complimentary then why i have been charged.
                        I want to lodge a fraud complaint against hdfc for incorrect charges levied on me.
                        Also last time they had deducted rs 75 for doing a recharge of rs 100 from hdfc bank regalia site, which they have not reversed me till date.
                        I want to say here that, hdfc has started lootofying their old customers. I strongly oppose this and request concerned to take strict action against hdfc.

                          Even after complaining by calling hdfc customer care, hdfc is still spamming my phone with stock market messages and credit / loans marketing callls almost every other day.in fact i. Have suddenly started receiving 5 messages a day about buying stock.

                          Your marketing agents are so uncivilised that without even without customer being in aware they simply add your number to the other marketing schemes and database of hdfc database for all messaging n marketing calls.... This is so unacceptable and ridiculous.

                          I am already listed as dnd user with my telephone company... And i wants hdfc to take me off from their # marketing list/ database n stop spamming my phone with non-sense information

                              Dear seller,

                              I opened a women's saving account with hdfc bank before a month & at the same time had applied for de mat account. Its been almost 20 days n there is no development yet.
                              I have been continously following up with the person called pradeep who collected my documents & also with mr. Rahul of hdfc bank who has been assigned to assist with my account. Mr. Rahul assured me that it will be activated by thusrday but its tuesday now.

                              Is this the commitment & the quality services you are providing to the customers & after paying for this.

                              It is very pathetic & i would not recommend this to anyone.

                                I guess this is some sort of a new fraud wherein i received the following sms from hdfc bank...
                                Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to pine labs private ltd with value rs. 1000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                I never asked for anything like this. Whatever this is, it needs to stop!

                                I used my debit card this evening at Westside Mumbai for Rs 5380. I have received 3 messages from you, two messages debiting my account by Rd 5368 each and one message saying that there was a pin error. My bank statement confirms 2 debits of Rd 5380 each. There is clearly a double charge. Please reverse the 2nd charge of Rd 5380.

                                    Dear hdfc,

                                    I have an savings account in hdfc indiranagar, bangalore. Bank has deducted rs.590 on 8th sep 2017 and the reason for deduction is inter-brn cash chg but i did not transact any money from other branches this month. I would be grateful if you can give me valid reason. This is really big amonut. Please give me proper reason or credit rs.590 to my account.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I had hdfc credit card which i was using past 10years. I was using the credit card properly on every year, i could not pay the full amount within the credit period of 50 days. Hence, i was paying only the minimum due every month. So, my outstanding balance increased due to the interest which i could not afford and pay. Hence, we decided to close the credit card and we were planning to convert as emi.

                                      We tried to contact the person regarding the issue. But, we could not find anyone to speak about settlement of credit card balance and we got frustrated. We don’t want to hold the credit card and wanted to close it. We were contacting customer service continuously. But they told many time, offer is not available in your card and offer will be provide later untill wait. I need my outstanding balance amount to convert the emi option which is possible amount of my outstanding amount. Pls consider to my obligation as early.

                                      HDFC never gives EMI Offer to convert Outstanding balance to EMI

                                      They give emi conversion for some purchase that too like offer, not sure when they give you have this offer we have verify everytime make sure offer is there, i have used emi conversion for certain purchases

                                      But Last 2 years i have been requesting HDFC call center person to convert my outstanding as EMI, My credit limit is 75000, i paid nearly 2 and half lakhs minimum dues for 4 years, but they dont have mercy...
                                      I get the below answer always:

                                      "currently there is no offer for EMI conversion on your card account", its fraud. they dont give outstanding balance to EMI.

                                      They wont allow to live...last four years i never get offer...

                                        I made net banking payment of rs.1137 for a bus ticket reservation. Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.

                                        Kindly let me know the process to proceed further so that i get my amount refunded to my account.
