I purchased a 3d policy from hdfc life, in the month of june 2017.

I had been quoted a amount which was to be paid in advance (03 premiums in advance). Which i did. Filled all the relevant information as asked in the form.

I was waiting for the reply for the policy, hoping to get a policy number and further the policy copy.

However, till the end of july 2017 nothing happened. And suddenly one day i got a call from the hdfc that i need to undergo a medical examination.
I said. ' fine, tell me where to... '.
Tp which i was asked to visit the apollo clininc in nashik and get the examination done.
I visited the said clinic and underwent all the tests prescribed for me.

Again waited for the policy to be issued. Again after @ a month or so, with repeated telephones and emails, one fine day i got a call from a lady simran, stating that my policy has been uprated and i need to pay some amount for getting through.

Date - 17 august 2017
I replied her on email, which is as under :

Dear simran singh,

Further to your email and my telephonic discussion with a couple of executives, i understand that that
There is a change in the premium amount of my desired term plan policy of hdfc standard life.

I would like to ahead for the revised rates and arrange to pay the balance due also.

I request you to please share me my medical tests results which would help me for necessary actions to
Shape up my health and take precautions in future too.

Hence please arrange to share me my medical and laboratory tests results of apollo clinic.

To this... There is no action from hdfc, but very funny to say, i kept getting numerous calls from the executives reminding me to pay the remaining amount and start the policy.

So, i was forced to write the emails as under:

I have been contacting hdfc life repeatedly for getting my term insurance policy done.

However, there is no positive response from any of the staff of hdfc, but every time i get one mechanized auto reply:

“we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

This is with reference to your e-mail communication, we are coordinating with the concerned team. Please allow us some time while we get back to you with a proper solution.”

But practically no one seems to be interested in actually resolving the issue with my policy application.

This is my last request to all the seniors mentioned in the escalation matrix.

Hope i would get a positive reply and my queries are resolved...

    Mahendra thakre hdfc car loan nagpur. Mujhe used car loan dilaya. Mujhe bataya gaya after 6 month loan no forclosser charges. But jb mujhe after 9 month loan clear karna tha mujhe bola 2 sal k bad koi charge nahi lagega. Aakhir mujhe charges paid karke hi loan close karna pada. Aakhir aapke employee kya loan diane k liye jhuth bolte hai. Hdfc bank jhuti hai?

      Hi, i am vijay salekar from mumbai.

      On one fine day i got call from hdfc credit card team to offer credit card for life time free of charge. Before submitting documents, i clearly informed them about my above term (Life time free of charge credit card).

      After submitting documents i received credit card at my door step without any verification call from hdfc. I was bit surprised hence i called hdfc credit card customer care to check hidden charges on the issued credit card.

      I came to know that this card is not free of charge and it is chargeable at annual fee of rs. 500/-. I politely ask them to deactivate the card for which they informed me to send a letter to their chennai office as per their standard process. Afterword they suggest me to opt below services to avail life time free of charge credit card.

      1. 3 retail transactions in 90 days
      2. Register card for products like smartpay, one assist, payzap etc.

      I have few question to hdfc.

      1. Why do not they deactivate credit card on email or phone?
      2. If false commitment is on their part, why they do not take up this with the concerned agency?
      3. Why does hdfc need customer to make a call and beg for the deactivation of the card when mistake happened on their side?

      I hereby informing to hdfc that neither i am going to call nor sending letter to chennai office. If i will get charged for the credit card i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

      It seems that HDFC bank do not understand the main issue and talk about their policies only. My issue was that I was falsely committed with the charges and now I wanted to stop the credit card but they are not doing anything to stop it and simply asking to carry on with the card.

      Hi,

      I have sent closure letter to the HDFC Chennai office to stop the credit card which was sent to me. The letter was received on 7th November but still action has not taken by HDFC to discontinue credit card..Need help in this regards...

        Sir,
        I am a current account holder in hdfc bank, tandur branch (Branch code.1638). My current account no. [protected]. My current account name is online traders.
        My complaint against bank manager and his employee about his service and his behavior.
        When i went to bank to know the details about applying for cheque book the employee name. Prasad kumar. He not give sufficient details, so i went to the bank manager (Samba shiva rao) and asking about details about applying for cheque book and his employees service. The bank manager use abuse words like you are illiterate.
        So i say the bank manager, sir that is my fault so you insulting me. If you not give better service i will close my current account. The bank manager says you close the account.
        As a bank manager he was responsible for give better service to account holders, instead he not well behaving with customers.
        In this tandur branch, so many customers are not satisfies with bank manager with his service.

        With like this behavior of bank manager and the employees your bank prestige is decreased in this tandur area.
        Please take any action.

          Hi, i applied for a credit card (Hdfc bank diners rewardz card) on 23rd august 2017. Some 25 days back one guy from the bank came and collected all the documents and said that the card will be given within 11 days.

          My application ref. No. Is [protected]w3.

          I kept on checking the status after 11 days and it was always "in process".
          On 06-oct-2017 i raised a request to hdfc bank asking for current status and on 09-oct-2017 i got a mail from hdf bank stating disapproval of the application because of internal policy of the bank.

          My concern is simple, the bank had all my documents from 23rd august 2017 so why should it take more than 50 days to just inform an applicant that the application got disapproved that too without any details.

          The current status as it shows:-

          On receipt of your complaint, we have ascertained that your credit card application had been reviewed as per internally laid down policy guidelines of the Bank. The said application, however did not meet the eligibility criteria which is combination of financial / related criteria and operating /credit processes (which includes verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). Hence credit facility was not offered to you and we reiterate that our inability to approve your credit card application does not in anyway reflect on your credit standing and your financial stability.

            I have been taken personal loan from hdfc bank but due to loss my job in february 17, i am finding it very difficult to pay the amount back. I got the job one month back and i wanted them to give me some more time so that i can start paying pending emi's. But they are forcing me to do full and final settlement which i am not in situation to do right now.
            Instead they start calling various person in my new company where i just joined and started threatening them due to this reason i am about to loss the new job too. I am again going in to helpless situation. If i will lost this job i dont know how i will pay emis. These are the tricks they use against customer.
            First they request them and give them various temptations and if they have hard time in their life they make that even harder and people lost their lives because of these strategy.

            I am so much stressed after come to know that the new organisation is going to fire me that i cant go home where all my family member waiting for me to give thier livelyhood. I just not left with option but to suicide.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that i have been using hdfc bank credit card for the past one year.
              Although repeatedly i have been facing problems with payment of credit card via net banking as there is no option of paying it as a corporate user.
              Due to this my payment gets delayed as im mostly out of town for work, and not able to deposit cheques or pay in cash to them.
              Also many times i get humiliated when the card doesn't work even if it is having sufficient funds.
              I want to discontinue with this card and want to make the full & final payment.
              I am just fed up of their pathetic service...

                  My father (Sh. Suresh kumar) has taken personal loan from hdfc bank, has been expired in june 2010. After that hdfc bank executive contacted us and asked us to submit death certificate for same and told us no more action is required from our end. Loan account will be closed with death certificate only in this case. But, now-a-days (After 6-7 years), we are getting calls saying that matter has pulled for legal action and asked us to pay much more than which was pending at that time. Someone is harassing us for this. Need help for proper guidance and closing this matter!!!

                        Without my knowledge, hdfc bank deducted money for plan activation
                        I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

                        Please do needful to refund the charge.

                          I have no association with hdfc bank.
                          Also i didn't get any loan from hdfc bank.

                          But in my cibil records, there is one loan track appeared.
                          It's about hdfc housing loan.
                          As a shocking news, value of the loan is 33 lakhs.

                          I made a visit and i tried to get it's details.
                          Unable to get proper details.

                          I tried to contact via hdfc toll free number.
                          I was not able to get proper details.

                          It makes unwanted headache.
                          Also it affects my cibil score.

                          I have a raised a dispute in cibil.
                          But still this loan track visible in my cibil record.

                                Hi team,
                                I have paid my act fibernet bill rs: 767/- on 7th oct 2017 through payzapp application and i used sbi credit card for payment.

                                Money is deducted from my sbi credit card and transaction is shown as successful. But actfibernet did not receive my amount. I have attached the transaction screenshot. Please refer to the screenshot for transaction id
                                I did not get any refund into my sbi credit card or payzapp wallet or anywhere.

                                Please refund my money.
                                This is the 2nd complaint and issue i am facing after using hdfc services in a span of 2 weeks. Very disheartening.

                                1. In case of HDFC credit/Debit card request the customer to contact the bank to raise a dispute with the merchant

                                2. In case of PayZapp card request the customer to contact us through email with a proof stating that the they have not received the service.

                                      महोदय निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि मेरा नाम महेश कुमार पुत्र श्री धर्मवीर सिंह है हाल निवासी म. न. 42, महादेवपुरम कॉलोनी, फेज -1, रावली महदूद, हरिद्वार – 249403| श्रीमान मेरे पास 20 सितम्बर को मेरे मोबाइल न. +91-[protected] पर फोन न. +91-[protected] से एक फोन आया जिन्होंने अपने आपको एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि. का एम्प्लोयी बताया, उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि हमारी कंपनी (एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि.) 4.9% पर लोन दे रही है, क्या आपको किसी तरह के लोन कि जरुरत है, श्रीमान जब उन्होंने ऐसा कहा तो मैंने हाँ कह दिया क्योंकि लोन कि मुझे जरुरत भी थी तब उन्होंने कहा कि जितना आपको लोन चाहिए उस अमाउंट की आपको इन्सुरेंस पोलिसी करानी पड़ेगी जिसका 10% वार्षिक इन्सटॉलमेंट 10 वर्ष तक आपको जमा करना होगा| हमारी कंपनी (एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि.) उस इन्सुरेंस पोलिसी को गिरवी रखकर आपको लोन देगी, जब आपकी इन्सुरेंस पोलिसी 15 साल बाद मेच्योर होगी तब उसमें से हम अपनी लोन अमाउंट इंटरेस्ट सहित काट लेंगे| मैंने कहा ठीक है, तब उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि जो आपके पास इन्सुरेंस एजेंट आएगा आप उसे ये मत कहना कि मैं ये पोलिसी किसी लोन के लिए करवा रहा हूँ एजेंट को सिर्फ ये ही कहना है कि मै ये पोलिसी सेविंग परपज से करवा रहा हूँ, क्योकि जो एजेंट आपके पास आएगा उसे लोन के बारे में कुछ भी नहीं पता होगा वो आपको गुमराह कर देगा कि ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है कि आपको इस पोलिसी पर लोन मिले, क्यूंकि वो एजेंट कमीसन बेस होते हैं उनको इस लोन में कुछ भी कमीसन नहीं मिलेगा इसलिए उसको लोन के बारे में कुछ भी नहीं बताना है वो अपने कमीसन के लिए आपसे घुमा फिरा के पूछ सकते हैं, अगर आपने गलती से भी कुछ उनको कोई भी क्लू दे दिया तो आपका लोन नहीं हो पायेगा| श्रीमान मैंने उनसे कहा कि कही ऐसा न हो कि बाद मे ये सिर्फ पोलिसी ही रह जाये तब उन्होंने कहा कि आप हमारा पर्सनल मोबाइल न. सेव कर लो आप हमें कभी भी कॉल कर सकते हो, हम कोई एजेंट या ब्रोकर नहीं हैं हम एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि. के परमानेंट एम्प्लोयी हैं, तब उन्होंने अपना पर्सनल मोबाइल न. +91-[protected] (राजीव) & +91-[protected] (रिया गुप्ता) भी दिया और कहा कि जैसे ही आपकी पोलिसी का बोंड आ जाये आप हमको फोन करके पोलिसी संख्या व क्लाइंट आई डी बता देना हम तुरंत आपका लोन प्रोसेस कर देंगे, और उसके एक हफ्ते के अंदर ही आपका लोन अमाउंट आपके अकाउंट में आ जायेगा|

                                      श्रीमान जी जैसा उन्होंने कहा मैंने वैसा ही किया, मेरे पास एक साथ इतने रूपये भी नहीं थे श्रीमान जी में एक निम्न वर्गीय परिवार से हूँ और सर्विस करके अपने परिवार का जैसे तैसे करके पालन कर रहा हूँ, मैंने ब्याज पर रूपये लेकर पोलिसी करवाई जबकि मेरी इतनी गुन्जाईस नहीं थी कि मै इतनी बड़ी पोलिसी कराऊ, फिर भी मैंने ये सोचकर ब्याज पे रूपये लाकर पोलिसी कराई कि जब लोन हो जायेगा तो उसमें से ये (पोलिसी के रूपये जो कि उधार ब्याज पर लिए थे) दे देंगे और बाकी लोन के रूपये हमारे काम में आ जायेगे| उसके बाद जब पोलिसी बोंड मरे पास (21 अक्टूबर 2016) रात को आया तो मैंने उनको 22 अक्टूबर 2016 को +91-[protected] रिया गुप्ता को पोलिसी बोंड न. व क्लाइंट आई डी बता दी, तब उसने कहा कि ठीक है हम आपका लोन प्रोसेस कर रहे हैं बाकि कि जानकारी में आपको फोन करके बता दूंगी| 24 अक्टूबर 2016 को उनकी तरफ से मुझे फोन आया कि आपका लोन कन्फर्म हो गया है अब आपके पास 3 कॉल आयेंगी, एक कॉल (28 अक्टूबर 2016) आपके पेन कार्ड वेरिफिकेशन के लिए, दूसरी कॉल (4 नवम्बर 2016) लोन एग्रीमेंट के लिए तथा तीसरी और आखरी कॉल(8 नवम्बर 2016) अकाउंट वेरिफिकेशन के लिए, तीसरी कॉल के बाद अगले दिन आपके अकाउंट में फण्ड ट्रान्सफर हो जायेगा| श्रीमान जी जैसा कि उन्होंने बताया वैसे ही 3 कॉल (इन नम्बरों से +91-[protected], +91-[protected] & +91-[protected]) भी आये और तीसरी कॉल (+91-[protected] से अनुष्का) अकाउंट वेरिफिकेशन के बाद उन्होंने कहा कल यानि 9 नवम्बर 2016 को दोपहर 2 बजे तक आपके अकाउंट मे फण्ड आ जायेगा| जब 9 नवम्बर 2016 को शाम 5 बजे तक भी मेरे अकाउंट में फण्ड नहीं आया तो मैंने उनको कॉल किया तो उन्होंने बताया कि 1000 और 500 के नोट बंद होने कि बजह से कोई भी लेन देन नहीं हो रहा है, तो मैंने कहा कि ऑनलाइन ट्रांसफर तो हो सकता है तब उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा सर्वर ही काम नहीं कर रहा है आप कल दोपहर तक वेट कर लीजिये, तब मैंने अगले दिन शाम तक इंतजार किया लेकिन 10 नवम्बर 2016 को शाम 6 बजे तक भी फण्ड नहीं आया तो मैंने उनको कॉल किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि कई बार रात को लेट तक मसेज आता है, अगले दिन 11 नवम्बर 2016 को मैंने कितनी बार कॉल किया लेकिन उन्होंने फ़ोन ही नहीं उठाया, फिर 12 नवम्बर 2016 को मैंने और दुसरे फोन से कॉल किया तो तीसरी बार में उन्होंने फोन उठाया और कहा कि आज मुझे दोपहर 2 बजे तक का समय दो, मैंने कहा कि अगर आज फण्ड ट्रान्सफर नहीं हुआ तो मेरी ये पोलिसी कैंसिल कर देना उन्होंने कहा ठीक है| 12 नवम्बर 2016 को दोपहर 2 बजे के बाद से लेकर आज तक मैंने सेकड़ों बार कॉल कि लेकिन उन्होंने फोन नहीं उठाया, मैंने कई मसेज भी किये लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं आया|

                                      श्रीमान जी अब मेरी पोलिसी संख्या 18745380 का फ्री लुक इन पीरियड भी ख़त्म हो चुका है अब मैं ये पोलिसी को कैंसिल भी नहीं करा सकता, श्रीमान जी मैं आपसे हाथ जोड़कर प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि किसी भी तरह आप मेरी ये पोलिसी संख्या 18745380 कैंसिल करा दीजिये, श्रीमान जी मैं बहुत परेशान व मुसीबत में हूँ, मैंने जिससे उधार ब्याज पर रूपये लिए थे उसने भी मेरा जीना मुस्किल कर रखा है, उसकी भी कोई गलती नहीं है मैंने उससे सिर्फ 1 महीने के लिए रूपये उधार लिए थे अब 2 महीने से ज्यादा हो गये हैं, उसको रूपये लौटाने हैं श्रीमान जी से मेरी प्रार्थना है कि आप मेरी ये पोलिसी संख्या 18745380 कैंसिल करवा दीजिये, आपकी मुझपर बहुत कृपा होगी और मैं व मेरा परिवार आपका सदा आभारी रहेगा|

                                      निवेदन यह है कि पिछले 3-4 दिनों से मुझे एक न.(+91-[protected]) से बार बार फ़ोन किया जा रहा है जो अपना नाम संदीप (from HDFC Life insurance) से बताता है! वः कहता है कि अपनी premium जमा करो नहीं तो आपका 50 हजार रुपया कम्पनी द्वारा जब्त (मार) लिया जायेगा |
                                      श्री मान जी, मुझे लगता है कि ये आदमी फ्रॉड (Fraud) है जो आपकी कम्पनी का नाम बदनाम क्र रहा है |
                                      और यदि ये फ्रॉड (Fraud) नही है तो श्री मान मै पहले ही बहुत परेसान हु मुझे और क्यों परेसान किया जा रहा है |

                                      कृप्या मेरी इस पोलिसी को कैंसिल कराके मेरा पैसा रिफण्ड करने कि किरपा करें|

We have requested the customer to share the documented evidence in support of her complaint for us to consider the same while investigating the case further. Our last response was emailed on October 06, 2017.
                                      On maturity of our hdfclife policy no.11169088 we submitted the policy along with all required documents for the payment of maturity value on 25/09/2017 at sambalpur branch of hdfclife. Till date (10/10/2017 ) we have not received the payment nor did we receive any message from hdfclife. kindly let us know the fate of our claim.

                                        Hdfc bank — negative balance in my account
                                        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of january i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 1years back and i never requested for a new one). I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer
