My name is rajveer singh. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs 878 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 296916".

I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation...

Hdfc bank has provide me with a complimentary priority pass, for which they have the offer of 12 complimentary lounge access in the airports.
And i suddenly see that i was charged for the same without any prior notice.
This is not a fair behaviour from the bank.
And if i contact the customer care service they are playing musical chairs between them and priority pass people....

As i request transfer from payzaap to my bank account. By mistake i have entered my bank customer id instead of account number on 14th sep, 2017 at 10:17am. The amount was debited from my payzaap account ([protected]) but the amount not credited to my account or not returned to my payzaap account. I transfer rs. 500 on september 12, 2017 from hdfc bank to payzapp wallet. Amount is deducted from my hdfc bank account but it is not credited in payzapp account. I tried to contact customer care number but it always busy no any response is getting by email also. After completion of 7 day no any kind of help is getting from payzapp. For the same i contact to hdfc customer care executive they said no issue from the hdfc bank....

The hdfc finance persons asked me to take a policy of rs.1.0 lakh for a loan of rs.20 lakh on 0% interest. I purchased the policy in january 2016. Hdfc finance told me that the amount is returnable.
