With reference to the above subject, i have called 5 to 6 times to customer care, all the times they are telling they will give a call back till now i have not recd any call..
While issuing the credit card they told me there is no charges for this card and this is life time free card, and they have only increased my credit limit also, i am using this card since from 2008 till the date i have not recd any membership fees, but all of sudden without my notice they charged me 2500 membership fees and interest all together rs 4100/-.
Kindly look into this matter.. I have never denied to pay the amount always i have paid the amount may be 4 to 5 days here and there.
