2999 /- was debited from account. But transaction had failed. Account number is [protected]. Transaction date 7th october 2017.

The transaction said that "similar transaction with similar parameters has been observed" and that transaction is incomplete, yet money is debited. It has not been credited by either. Nor received by the vendor (Ola)

Please look into the issue.

    I have taken a car loan with hdfc on september 18th. I have given all the necessary documents and submitted all the ecs document to the hdfc agent as requested to debit the amount from my citi account every month 5th.

    My details are as follows:

    Car loan account number :50323238
    Monthly emi amount :12, 737
    Tenure: 5 yrs

    But unfortunately my loan amount didnt get debited from my citi account and it says ecs mandate not submitted.

    I called the citibank people and they said that the utn number provided by the hdfc bank was wrong.

    After asking the hdfc agent, through phone and i went personally to the showroom the hdfc agent says i have to go to the begumpet branch and told them that the utn number is not valid.

    My experience at begumepet branch was terrible they asked me to resubmit the documents again and give a cancelled cheque and kept me waiting for half an hour to give the token.

    Took my details and the hdfc people say that my emi is bounced.

    Now let me ask hdfc some questions:

    1) didnt i have enough funds in my citi bank?
    2) did i not give my documents and cancelled cheque before?
    3) i am not able to login to the bill desk provided by the hdfc bank and make my payment also which is a shame for the hdfc.

    I request both the banks to get to a agreement and solve my issue.

    I dont want any extra charges on my emi for the first month payment as i have sufficent funds and it s mistake of the bank (As it is a technical fault from hdfc bank).

    I cant roam to the banks everytime to get things sorted out. Now that i have submitted all documents requested (Latest month bank statement, cancelled cheque, ecs of hdfc).

    I am attaching the details of the error i get when i am trying to make payment online.

    I hope my issue gets resolved at the earliest.

    Atleast provide me a way to pay my emi.

    Hdfc & citibank get my issue resolved.

      Sir, i was intimated that i was eligible for free gift from provogue i. E black duffle bag and asked me to pay 349/- as handling charges. Invoice number : 191632 and invoice date : 06.10.2017. Today i got the bag and bag is torn and zips are no there and it doesnt even worth 300/-.
      I dont understand why such a good bank like hdfc encourage these fraudsters and give access for them to chaeat their customers. It is too bad.

      Actually iam a fan of hdfc bank but this was really a shock for me.

      My suggestions for others is pls dont pay for any free gifts of hdfc bank.

      I got surprised when I logged in to my HDFC saving account. They have deducted Rs-177 four times don't know the reason why they have deducted amount from my account. When I visited to branch the bank manager even didn't know the reason. They are just doing scam with accounts.

        I had taken hdfc standard life policy no[protected] from metis marketing pvt ltd. 2nd floor gn-4, shivaji enclave rajouri garden new delhi - code[protected], license no - ca0205, contacct details - [protected],
        This above policy was given to me by mr. Ashutosh mishra contact no - [protected], and [protected] other numbers are[protected],[protected] by telling i am the employee of hfc standard life and if you take policy from me i can give some extra benefits which not given by third party like sum assured amount of hdfc classic assure plus, sum assured will be 9 times than the premium (30000/-rs) paid was sa 270000/- rs. And extra you will get hdfc health policy of rs 200000/- every year for your family, policy is directly given by hdfc life so you will get 20% premium waiver of every year in which you will paid 24000/- rs and you will get receipt of rs 30000/- and also nominee bonus will be awarded every month of rs 750/- rs from next month of policy till the policy term. Also misguided to say you will get bond paper in coming month october 10th 2017. And just sent it welcome policy kit to you. Directly it was indication to false in all on the name of hdfc standard life. Which free look period will expired. And i can not claim for all what discussion had done.
        But i have requested for free look withing time frame of irda guidelines on or before 15 days of receiving (23rd sep) as on 3rd october 2017.
        For all i have call record details please listen carefully.in over all by metis marketing done mentally harassment to me and cheated daily to a lots of customer where the name and reputation of hdfc standard life is destroying.
        Take strict action against mr. Ashutosh mishra, nihal singh and team and mr. Amit for wrong commitment and mentally harassed to customer. And never ever destroy the name of brand company hdfc standrad life.
        Also request my free look process should be fast and return my paid premium amount rs 30000/-

        Please find attached some call recording details for your reference..

        Hope for the strict action of such fraud employee and agent for doing fraud in policy and mentally harassed to customers.

        I have already complained on the mail id [protected]@hdfclife.com from my registered number and the service request number is HDFCSL=[protected]' Policy No. 19600680. and the response against strict action of the code and Metis marketing Pvt Ltd has not taken after submitting all call records as a proof. From delhi Metis marketing Pvt ltd is doing fraud and cheating a lots of customers on daily basis in behalf of HDFC life. So HDFC Life senior team should take strict action and show that my customer (HDFC LIFE Customer) is more important to message genuine policy and relation for long time.
        Overall after service request number and all call record detail need strict action against METIS Marketing Pvt LTd. rajouri garden delhi. MR. Nihal Singh and MR. Ashutosh Mishra and Mr. Annand and other so many ladies staffs.
        Also should done FIR under Delhi police for doing fraud on regular basis.

          Hdfc credit card — cancellation of one assist membership

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 4172 without my concern on date:26/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

                My self tapas ranjan sharma, from kendrapara distric, odish. Sir i have completed my interview in bhubaneswar branch, odisha under hr. Pranaya kumar gollena and nishikanta patra. Sir at that time i have also completed a small 2 hours online test. And they had told me that tapas plz you will come after 4 days then we will conform you that you will selected or not and i had gone after 4 days and they were told me that you are selected and go our cuttack branch meet pradip kumar subidhi. And had did like that. Sir when i had reached at that branch they also take my interview another time. Sir thats why i think this was a fake interview with me. Sir plz give me a perfect decision about this topic. My belief is that you will help me.

                  I've applied a credit card on 2013... But some how one of your credit card executive might attested wrong document when submit a credit card application. Due to i've faced an issue when applying a loan in hdfc. Can some one please look into it and get it reolved as soon as you can..

                  Note: my salary have credited in axis, but, your executive had requested me to submit another bank statement if you have. So, i've submitted the statement of bank of baroda.

                    I had visited hdfc atm in sector-23a, faridabad atm and security guard off the atm machine due to some error. When i said why you keep always ac off for atm. Whenever guard stay in atm only he keep on ac. I told him ac is not for you. Its for machine. He speak me very rudely and said you had not given me any loan. That you can say anything to me. Rarely we can see guard at atm and always atm ac is off when guard is not in atm. I am holding saving account and platinum card with hdfc as well. I use a lot this atm due to this is near my house. But you have to take action against them.in front of several people he had insulted.

                    I visited hdfc atm at 8pm. There is two person standing and told me atm is close. I ask them there is no timing notice here. The start abusing me and shouting on me. They try to close door forcefully. They are not looks like atm. Because they are not wearing any uniform, no.id card. Any how i withdraw money from atm because it was urgent and my wife with me. I just want to understand why HDFC ATM close at 8 pm and why the guy told me he is atm guard is not in uniform or not having any id card card. I visited same atm many time.                     I want to comment on the rude behavior of the ATM cleaning staff, Today I visited Kalyan Radhekrinsna PA ATM for cash withdrawal around 12.15 p.m (12th December 21 at 12.15), a lot of people on queue to withdrawing the money, one person directly entire the ATM and announced the ATM is closed for audit and started cleaning after that he taking a lot of photographs, people asked him to complete the same and come out, he says cleaning audit is going on, so nobody can withdraw money, no money inside ATM, after that I entire the ATM and start to withdraw the money, he trying to push me, using bad words, I warned him that I will complain against him, he says what you want to do, this kind of people spoil the name of HDFC, request to do the needful, I have taken his photographs, I required will submit

                        I have recently applied for the credit card. Before pin generation i got message that the hdfc bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 9582 without my concern for one assist. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. How can hdfc start any service for customer without my prior information and permission. Also they started emi. For this amount its totally unacceptable, also their customer care numbers are unavailable and cannot be reached. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                          I have transferred 9k from hdfc to corporation bank from my saving account. But the transaction status is processor down and the amount is not credited to beneficiary. However amount is debited from my account.
                          Please reverse back the transaction or get it transfered to the beneficiary as it amount has to be transferred very urgently.

                            Hi this is vigneswar

                            I had applied credit card (Application ref. No: [protected]dv) on 16/09/3017 and got a call 20th of sep'17 i got for verification after one week and said card will be dispatch within 2 days. After 2 days also i dint get the card info or status of the card, and i called customer care on 29st of sep'17 again customer representative said credit card application is still in progress. Till now i have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever i call, hdfc representative is saying still in progress and check after 2 days, i am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever i call the customer care, representative says check after 2 days.

                            So finally i don't have choice.. I was chooses i was submitted a complaint in consumercomplaint.in. I got a response after a 3 days from your side.

                            After that i got a mail for submit itr v to complete application.

                            I know no need to submit itr v for salaried person and self employed persons have need to be submit itr v for credit card application. I'm a salaried person and i got a mail to submit itr v to approve credit card application.

                            I don't know what's happening? I was submitted all the documents what your executive asked to me at the time of applying credit card. I informed to your executive about i don't have any itr v.. Now i got a mail to complete application i need to submit itr v.. It's not fair.. "finally hdfc bank disapproved my credit card application". Your irritating customers.. Why are you wasting my time if you don't want to provide credit card..? Say directly if i'm not eligible for your credit card.. I can step into another bank.. I choose you because of good ranking.. Now im thinking choose to another bank.. It's not a right method to treat your customers. You was took wrong verification on my application. Recheck my application once..

                              Such a headache options having in hdfc netbanking. There is no cancel option for any product. Then what is the use of having net banking.? I just verified how does smart emi works. After some times smart emi activated immediately and processing fee rs 100 debited from credit card ending 3878. Already i registered a compliant for one assist mfee cancellation. Rs 1299 +100 total rs 1399 debited from credit card. Such a worst service from hdfc bank. How to cancel smart emi.? You guys are very fast for activate or selling any product but you will act like tortoise when it comes deactivate process. Customer id# 71092738.

                                I inform to you i am hdfc credit card holder ([protected]). I have some loan outstanding. So paid per month regularly without fail through net banking. But this month i have paid rs. 2378 through net banking (Ib bill pay) but rs.2257 self deducted from my account through auto pay. Which (Rs. 2257) is refundable but not refund yet. Transaction (Deduction) details reference i'd attached in photo. Kindly look my problem and refunded my deducted amount.

                                        I had tried to transfer 5000/- from payzapp wallet to an account on 10th oct 2017 and the transaction was failed and 5000/- seems to be deducted from my wallet even after the failed transaction. While checking the transaction history it's showing successful for a failed one. I tried to reach customer care help line no around 15 times and no one is attending even they are offering 24/7 support. Anyway i want my money back in my wallet and i cannot wait for long, i cannot trust this app any more and how can i trust this if i send a huge amount. This is the second time i am facing this issue.
                                        Please donot give explanaton like, we will update the app i am also developer and i need my account money back in a day.
