Sub; emi convert to my outstanding amount

Dear sir/madam,

I had hdfc credit card which i was using past 10years. I was using the credit card properly on every year, i could not pay the full amount within the credit period of 50 days. Hence, i was paying only the minimum due every month. So, my outstanding balance increased due to the interest which i could not afford and pay. Hence, we decided to close the credit card and we were planning to convert as emi.

We tried to contact the person regarding the issue. But, we could not find anyone to speak about settlement of credit card balance and we got frustrated. We don’t want to hold the credit card and wanted to close it. We were contacting customer service continuously. But they told many time, offer is not available in your card and offer will be provide later untill wait. I need my outstanding balance amount to convert the emi option which is possible amount of my outstanding amount. Pls consider to my obligation as early.

HDFC never gives EMI Offer to convert Outstanding balance to EMI

They give emi conversion for some purchase that too like offer, not sure when they give you have this offer we have verify everytime make sure offer is there, i have used emi conversion for certain purchases

But Last 2 years i have been requesting HDFC call center person to convert my outstanding as EMI, My credit limit is 75000, i paid nearly 2 and half lakhs minimum dues for 4 years, but they dont have mercy...
I get the below answer always:

"currently there is no offer for EMI conversion on your card account", its fraud. they dont give outstanding balance to EMI.

They wont allow to live...last four years i never get offer...

    Hello there,

    I made net banking payment of rs.1137 for a bus ticket reservation. Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.

    Kindly let me know the process to proceed further so that i get my amount refunded to my account.

    Please do the needful regarding the same. Looking forward for your reply.

      Dear sir

      myself ashish shukla my trading id 252 3509 sir without my permission someone is trading in my account i kept some lot in loss with out my permission they sold my lot after enquiry i got name tulika asthana sold my lot without my permission

      i went to the office she request me there will be no loss sir. So i ignore but without my permission trading was going on they are buying share in high rate and selling in low rate i request them please do not trade in my account. But they not stop. I complain to mr ravi prakash singh and i requested him to please stop trading in my account they are making me in loss and cheating me. But mr ravi prakash was also involved in this illegal trading and now they are not picking up my phone in hdfc security office landline and ravi prakash mobile and i have complete call record that i am requesting them to please not trade in my account.

      Sir i request you to please send my complete fund in my account because i have not trade any share and please i kept some lot in loss since one and half year i request please send my fund is my account without loss and please take action on them they are spoiling the name of hdfc securities.

        4:35 pm and i have requested for cash of rs.10000 it has deducted from my account but i waited for the cash but in vein no cash coming out, i got stranded in shock will the amount get reversed or what is the case of this atm after some time it is showing as atm not working but i waited it is working again in normal

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of may 16 i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After i logged into my account via bhim app and i see that i have rs -9093 in my account. I have also visit my branch but they told we not closing your accout without pay total amount. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

              Hdfc bank is not crediting a refund for an amazon order processed by amazon on 21/9/17, the customer service executive of hdfc replied saying that this has been credited on the same day in my bank account but it has been not. I've checked my bank statement and have forwarded this to hdfc too. Amazon has provided the reference number for the refund and i've given all the details to the bank. The refund amount is rs.9, 499.00....

              Hi this is vigneswar

              I had applied credit card (Application ref. No: [protected]dv) on 16/09/3017 and got a call 20th of sep'17for verification and said the card will be delivered within a week time, again i got for verification after one week and said card will be dispatch within 2 days. After 2 days also i dint get the card info or status of the card, and i called customer care on 29st of sep'17 again customer representetive said credit card application is still in progress. Till now i have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever i call, hdfc representative is saying still in progress and check after 2 days, i am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever i call the customer care, representative says check after 2 days.

              Please help me in resolving this issue.

              I had applied credit card (Application [protected]DV) on 16/09/2017 with my colleague..he had msg from HDFC about credit card delivery but I didn't got any..still my application is in "process".. Don't know why my application took this much of long time..I had submitted every documents what u asked..Verification process also completed on 21/09/2017..I was called to customer representative said Credit card application is still in progress. Till now I have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever I call, HDFC representative is saying still in Progress and check after 2 days, I am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever I call the customer care, representative says check after 2 days. I want to know either it was approved or disapproved? If it was approved why should you don't change my status of application?

              Please help me in resolving this issue.

I informed to your executive about I don't have any ITR V..now I got a mail to complete application I need to submit ITR V..it's not fair..your irritating customers.. Why are you wasting my time if you don't want to provide credit card..? Say directly if I'm not eligible for your credit card..I can step Into another bank..Number of banks are offering me about credit cards but I choose you because of good ranking..Now im thinking choose to another bank..it's not a good service..!

              So finally i don't have choice.. I was chooses i was submitted a complaint in consumercomplaint.in. I got a response after a 3 days from your side.

              After that i got a mail for submit itr v to complete application.

              I don't know what's happening? I was submitted all the documents what your executive asked to me at the time of applying credit card. I informed to your executive about i don't have any itr v.. Now i got a mail to complete application i need to submit itr v.. It's not fair.. Your irritating customers.. Why are you wasting my time if you don't want to provide credit card..? Say directly if i'm not eligible for your credit card.. I can step into another bank.. Number of banks are offering me about credit cards but i choose you because of good ranking.. Now im thinking choose to another bank.. It's not a right method to treat your customers.

              Even you dont have common sense about ITR V. No jeed to be submit ITR V for salaried person, ITR V FOR Self employed persons..you was rejected my application because of only I was submitted complaint in Consumer complaint. Finally my credit card application is disapproved..

                        My name is sadik - i am using demat account[protected] since 2010, from 2012 onwards i haven't used my account - have some shares 3i infotech - 600 numbers and varun industries - 90 shares, varun is not in market now, i don't know what need to do about those shares, in my saving account demat was deducted twise in a same month 11th and 15th sep 2017 - i don't know what the reason behind this - i haven't purchase nor sale any shares - details below:

                        11 sep 2017 depository charges aug[protected] sep 2017 530.33

                        I tried to ask bank no proper response, please advice me the reason for deduction - or tell me the procedure to close this account.

                        i found this when i googled.
                        "Each time a share is sold, the investor is debited a small fee known as DP charges which is in the range of ₹10–25 per transaction. Stockbrokers / Depository participants charge 350 - 600 per year in terms of Annual Maintenance charges for the demat account."
                        You may chk with your respective depository unit.

                          Im associated with this bank for the last 4 years. I have maintained the minimum balance. Again you guys deducted 354.00 rs with the cheque number mir[protected]. From last 6 months i did nt check because iam staying in abrod so kindly check give me your eply asap. My account number [protected], proddattur. Please refund the amount asap. They fore i request you to double check the account and refund the amount.

                          My account number [protected] Continuously for the last 3 months the

                          amount is getting debited for an amount of 171/-. Though it is my savings account. I

                          am maintaiing the minimium balance in my account.Please kindly go head and

                          refund my all amount which has been deducted. This is very hectic without any

                          intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. If you are not going to refund

                          my amount i have to close this account for sure. Really fed-up with this bank

                            On 28/09/2017 i have seen a fraudulent transaction which was happened using my credit card for the payzapp wallet which us not authorised by me. On same day i only done 20000 not more than that. Also, hdfc credit card levied an amount of 500 as a fine which is not acceptable. So could you please investigate further and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              I have seen a fraudulent transaction of 10000 using my credit card which was not aithorized by me on 28/09/2017. On same day i have done 20000 to my payzap wallet but the amount which i have specified about 10000 is not authorised by me. Also hdfc levied 500 rupees as a fine on exceeding the limit which is also not accepted. So, please do a proper investigation and resolve the issue asap.

                                "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]s2 is approved in principle subject to internal checks" i got this message 2 days before. When i tried to track, nothing shows in the tracking page. I friend also applied with me. But he got the card. Please tell me about my status. Kindly update my status as soon as possible. Thanks

                                  I have transferred 5000 26th sep'17 from payzapp to my axis bank (Am wrongly entered my account number). The transaction failed. But money debited from payzapp and i didn't receive it to my bank account.
                                  When i will get the refund?

                                    My account ([protected], manesar, haryana) was debited twice for 177 rupees on 22 sep 2017 and 29 sep 2017. When i went into the detail, i found
                                    3rd party cash txn inc gst 080917-mir[protected] sep 2017
                                    3rd party cash txn inc gst 190917-mir[protected] sep 2017.
                                    Don't know why this deduction was made? Why did this deduction happen without my knowledge? Why no one even informs prior the deduction? Very disappointed about this bad experience with hdfc.
