I have received my new hdfc moneyback credit card last month. And yesterday i have received an message on my registered mobile number that the oneassist plan has been successfully activated on my account. But i havent't requested for any such services anywhere.

So requesting you to cancel the oneassist service from my account and refund my money at the earliest.
And never send me such offers in the future.

    I got a credit card from hdfc bank on may 13 which expired on may 16.
    I did not get the new renewed card and i did not requested for it.
    Since i did not have the card i did not use it. Still i was charged the renewal charges.
    I asked the hdfc to resolve the complain through complain no. [protected] but did not get a positive response.
    Now they are asking me to pay inr 2500/- due to late fee and all.
    I cannot pay them and i have already paid inr 641 which is my monthly emi of the insurance policy.
    The recovery department is talking to me in a rash manner and have been recording my calls without my permission.
    I think the charges should be waved off and they shoud apologise to me for the harrassment.

      My customer id is 72282855 and suddenly my account is showing -35000 and in current it showing -74000 why. I need my money yesterday i asked my sister to send 2500 and suddenly my account is in negative and is adjusted against the negative balance. It was my salary account and its now converted to saving. But i have receieved the salary from another company for which i am working for.

        My name is Arjun. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. I got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "HEGIC-CRDT SHLD %26amp; FL CVR-" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "EMI PROCESSING FEE SmartEMI LN 3064701 ".

        I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

        I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care ref [protected]. But today I received a msg for EMI processing which i have never opted for. When I called customer care again today customer care executive was not sure and unable to answer why such thing happend and what has to be done . Very disappointed to be treated this way.

        So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

        HDFC support will contact us once we register complaint. It will take around 2 weeks to resolve the problem if properly addressed by support. EMI processing fee will not be refunded. We will be refunded only with the Actual amount deducted for credit shield.

        My name is MATHIYALAGAN.K. Recently i applied for credit card and got it now. i used credit card for only pin changing in hdfc atm(17th may 2018). 19th april 2018 i registered netbanking and i checked the statment, 18th april 2018 900rs deducted for something shield policy mentioned. im really shocked about that. i didnt use the credit card for anything bt balance is deducted.
        please cancel this thing and refund my amount as soon as possible and secure my card for this kind of deduction. i trusted bank and i gave my personal information but unwantedly balance deduction occurs without my concern without notifing anything.
        in future do not make any unwanted transaction from my credit card.

          The hdfc bank auto debited the bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2485 without my concern on date:03/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
          Please i dont what this plan cancel as soon as possible.

            One of the most inconvenient bank i have ever seen. I would like to share this and make people aware not to use this bank.. They don't even give proper information about the bank's terms and conditions while taking a credit card or something and later add charges of 1400 rs for some stupid protection plan without any information. They moreover force the customer by some stupid one assist people to pay that 1400. They even delay the cancellation requests by 7 days 10 days and lie the customers and force them to pay for this..

              I have been using hdfc for more than 1 year and 10 months for my salary account but today when my salary is credited, and when i check it shows -10418.84. My salary or bonus was 13048 credited but it show negative amount of 10418 in my account.
              How is it possible that the company i work open the salary account for me is in negative as well as deducted from my salary.
              I want my money back and need an explainetion for this.

                One assist auto renews the membership without any prior intimation. They don’t even ask your permission or inform you regarding this. Last year my subscription was auto renewed and i didn’t receive any mail regarding it, only after it was auto renewed i got a message. They debited money rs.1399 from my credit card without my permission. When i called the customer care regarding this they blatantly refused to cancel subscription. And promised me they’ll make a note of it and inform me the next year before auto renewal.

                But this year also i didn’t get any intimation thought they are stating that they had sent a mail, and my subscription got auto renewed. I check my mail everyday being an it professional and i didn’t receive any mail from them. When i asked the customer care executive to forward me a copy of that mail that was sent to me, he back tracked saying he can’t do it, it’s auto generated, some other team has to send it! And asked me to drop a mail to their id. Customer care is of no use.

                And again he’s giving # reasons that it can’t be cancelled after auto renewal!

                It’s their fault they didn’t get my permission before renewing or inform me. I want to cancel my subscription this time.

                  My name is suresh kumar, i have a salary account in hdfc bank, with creadit card.
                  I had not deposited payment for my credit card from last 2 monthes i. E. May & june & in july
                  Hdfc bank will hold rs. 13000 from my salary account, then hdfc co0llection department
                  Called me up and said please pay your pending card payment then i said you have already
                  Blocked my rs. 13000, please deduct your pending amount from their. Then executive said
                  No, we cant deduct from that hold amount, pay online seprately for the same.
                  After 1 month, rs. 1 lac payment deposited in my account, then hdfc bank auto debited rs. 48000
                  (Why they don't deduct total amount of rs. 52, 000 — my account balance is sufficient, whereas only 48, 000 deducted from my account,
                  That's why hdfc bank thinks that i countinouly paying that installments & card will be blocked.)
                  From my account. When i called customer care (Collection dept.) they said we settled your account.
                  After 2 days i called again the executive said you activate auto debit for your card.

                      I did a transaction from payzapp on 02/10/2017, in which i tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so i missed one number in the account number, hence the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my wallet, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check.

                              Hi team,

                              I had a conversation with manish choudhary from hdfc settlement team on 29th september. I was told to settle my sister's card [protected] at an amount of 46k. My account was debited for 52k regarding the same as it is linked to my account number [protected]. The bank people are not responding to emails neither when i called the settlement team, they are saying to send an email which also they are not responding. My complaints number is as follows : hbl[protected] // hbl[protected] // hbl[protected]. Now i spoke with the relationship manager mukesh rana, he gave me the number of inderjit singh from the settlement team. I spoke with him also, he said to write an email. The above complaint numbers are all for emails which i am dealing since september 09th, but there is no response from the credit card team nor the grievances team.
                              I really want this to be sorted as these people are simply deducting amount from my salary and my father is medically unfit. I need to get his hospitalization done as well.

                              This matter is becoming worse now and I have no response from anyone. Kindly settle the amount that was promised and I need a settlement letter asap.

                              HDFC proposed me for a credit card offer with no charge / no annual charge.
                              But after few days with phone call they said you have to pay 14000 Approx for the credit card (500 approx monthly instal) and a medical policy, which i am not interested now they send the monthly bill of 534 approx.

                              please do the needfull ASAp

                                My name is devendra reddy and my vehicle loan account number is [protected]. Without any information amount of rs 1239 deducting from account describing amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected]. Though it is loan account why are charging the amb charges. I don't know how much you are charging for the amb for one month. If minimum amount 10000 is not there for one month or croseed, then you have right to charged. Check my account and reverse the money back to my account. Otherwise i will reach to rbi banking ombudsman

                                  Hi team,

                                  Purchased a health product on 18 sep (Amount was rs 10000) for covering my family but they provided the discount voucher and no medical is accepting them. Also i was told that i will get some big bazaar voucher and some check up machines but did not get that. I asked them to cancel but no one is taking care of this. Please raise a chargeback and share the ref #.

                                    I called every month and asked can you convert my outstanding amount to emi, but they are telling no sir, you are not eligible for this service, call after 10th of month, again i called and asked the same thing again i got the same reply what is this, why are you killing, i used this card for past 2 years, unfortunately i am not able to pay the full amount, not my outstanding is 51k if you convert this amount to emi mean it will be very helpful to me to go smooth, not you are maximum earn money from me, i have only other option sell my gold and close my credit card account. Worst credit card service hdfc, axis bank is good my colleagues are enjoying by using axis credit card.

                                      I tried opening nri account and everyday i receive emails my number is wrong and i keeps replying my number it was continues 2 weeks. Then one guy messaged he will tomorrow and after that no news for 2 days. Then again they started sending me email my number is wrong. I called them 3 times asked to connect account opening team they said its not allowed.

                                      Also each emails i sent i never got replies for my email. They say something else. Annoyed me that much as i worked with robot.
                                      Finally i complained and one lady pooja took one week and replied they called you and informed you the number is not working. Then i replied her did you check emails? And what they replied? Again she replied the same stupidity.

                                      Never ever open account with hdfc some staffs never respect you and give you assistance

                                        In hdfc bank's perks app it's shown 75rs. Movie ticket discount on every transaction from debit card on buying from ticketnew.
                                        But i didn't got the same.
                                        I called cx care, they said that's different dpmt, please mail them, i mailed them, and attached screenshot of the offer shown in the banks app.
                                        They are doing delays, banks customer support team is only asking more days for a small things.

                                        They are not giving what they are showing in there apps.
