Hi this is vigneswar

I had applied credit card (Application ref. No: [protected]dv) on 16/09/3017 and got a call 20th of sep'17for verification and said the card will be delivered within a week time, again i got for verification after one week and said card will be dispatch within 2 days. After 2 days also i dint get the card info or status of the card, and i called customer care on 29st of sep'17 again customer representetive said credit card application is still in progress. Till now i have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever i call, hdfc representative is saying still in progress and check after 2 days, i am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever i call the customer care, representative says check after 2 days.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

HDFC Bank — Credit card process in Progress


I had applied credit card (Application [protected]DV) on 16/09/2017 with my colleague..he had msg from HDFC about credit card delivery but I didn't got any..still my application is in "process".. Don't know why my application took this much of long time..I had submitted every documents what u asked..Verification process also completed on 21/09/2017..I was called to customer representative said Credit card application is still in progress. Till now I have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever I call, HDFC representative is saying still in Progress and check after 2 days, I am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever I call the customer care, representative says check after 2 days. I want to know either it was approved or disapproved? If it was approved why should you don't change my status of application?

Please help me in resolving this issue.

I don't know what's happening? I was submitted all the documents what your executive asked to me at the time of applying credit card. I informed to your executive about I don't have any ITR V..now I got a mail to complete application I need to submit ITR V..it's not fair..your irritating customers.. Why are you wasting my time if you don't want to provide credit card..? Say directly if I'm not eligible for your credit card..I can step Into another bank..Number of banks are offering me about credit cards but I choose you because of good ranking..Now im thinking choose to another bank..it's not a good service..!

So finally i don't have choice.. I was chooses i was submitted a complaint in consumercomplaint.in. I got a response after a 3 days from your side.

After that i got a mail for submit itr v to complete application.

I don't know what's happening? I was submitted all the documents what your executive asked to me at the time of applying credit card. I informed to your executive about i don't have any itr v.. Now i got a mail to complete application i need to submit itr v.. It's not fair.. Your irritating customers.. Why are you wasting my time if you don't want to provide credit card..? Even you dont have common sense about ITR V. No jeed to be submit ITR V for salaried person, ITR V FOR Self employed persons..you was rejected my application because of only I was submitted complaint in Consumer complaint. Finally my credit card application is disapproved..
Kindly recheck my application once..

            My name is sadik - i am using demat account[protected] since 2010, from 2012 onwards i haven't used my account - have some shares 3i infotech - 600 numbers and varun industries - 90 shares, varun is not in market now, i don't know what need to do about those shares, in my saving account demat was deducted twise in a same month 11th and 15th sep 2017 - i don't know what the reason behind this - i haven't purchase nor sale any shares - details below:

            11 sep 2017 depository charges aug[protected] sep 2017 530.33

            I tried to ask bank no proper response, please advice me the reason for deduction - or tell me the procedure to close this account.

            i found this when i googled.
            "Each time a share is sold, the investor is debited a small fee known as DP charges which is in the range of ₹10–25 per transaction. Stockbrokers / Depository participants charge 350 - 600 per year in terms of Annual Maintenance charges for the demat account."
            You may chk with your respective depository unit.

                On 28/09/2017 i have seen a fraudulent transaction which was happened using my credit card for the payzapp wallet which us not authorised by me. On same day i only done 20000 not more than that. Also, hdfc credit card levied an amount of 500 as a fine which is not acceptable. So could you please investigate further and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I have seen a fraudulent transaction of 10000 using my credit card which was not aithorized by me on 28/09/2017. On same day i have done 20000 to my payzap wallet but the amount which i have specified about 10000 is not authorised by me. Also hdfc levied 500 rupees as a fine on exceeding the limit which is also not accepted. So, please do a proper investigation and resolve the issue asap.

                      I have transferred 5000 26th sep'17 from payzapp to my axis bank (Am wrongly entered my account number). The transaction failed. But money debited from payzapp and i didn't receive it to my bank account.
                      When i will get the refund?

                        My account ([protected], manesar, haryana) was debited twice for 177 rupees on 22 sep 2017 and 29 sep 2017. When i went into the detail, i found
                        3rd party cash txn inc gst 080917-mir[protected] sep 2017
                        3rd party cash txn inc gst 190917-mir[protected] sep 2017.
                        Don't know why this deduction was made? Why did this deduction happen without my knowledge? Why no one even informs prior the deduction? Very disappointed about this bad experience with hdfc.

                              When i applied to online. I receive a call from hdfc credit card services they are told to submit documents to our agent after that agent came to my office and collected all of my documents and signatures then all the procedure of credit card application is completed. Verification completed and waiting for the card. I got to see a disapproved status from their site.
                              My cibil score 830.

                              Things i am annoyed with...

                              1. The reason for disapproval is not at all given.. (Wondering why did they disapprove)
                              2. I did not get any sms / call / e-mail regarding the disapproval of credit card
                              3. Time spent in this process is completely waste. (Stop giving repeated calls)

                              I would like to know the reason as soon as possible..

                              Starting from Jul 2017, every month 10$ is getting debited from my HDFC Credit card ending with 1402 towards membership charges of Amazon Prime. I have not authorized this transaction.
                              Please do the need at the earliest to stop this auto debit and recover the amount debited.

                                  Hlww sir... I get a call from the last two-day three weeks from hdfc bank.. I don't have an account in hdfc still they call me and ask about sachin.. X. Y. Z... I don't remember the full name and they torture me and they said that u r his brother and u r a fraud.. They also using abusing language and they threatening me that u have to suffer from lots of problem in future...
                                  I am a middle class engineering student and pursuing my engineering... Nd they calle again and again.. Which mentally pressurizing me and creates a lots of problem to me...

                                  I have HDFC Solitire credit card ending 1390. Bank has activated one assist and they have splinted it into 3 EMI's.
                                  I don't want to opt for that policy.please cancel that.
                                  Your telecallers forced me to opt for that without giving me proper information about charges for that.

                                  I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1058.11/- from my credit card number ending with 5471 without my consent. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1058.11

                                    Hlww sir... From last 2-3 weeks i get a call from a number and they said that they are employee of hdfc bank... They mentally torture me and also using abusing language... I am an engineering student and i am pursuing my engineering right now... I don't know why they call me and torture me... It's going to be a really pathetic... I call to customer care of hdfc but there is no response

                                      I manish lakhani have third party cheque with amt.90000/-of a/c no[protected] cheque no.91641 gone to home branch for withdrawing but they said they would not allow above 25000/-. As per rbi prevalent guidelines in such case there is no withdrawal limit. The staff are very in cooperative & manager is rude. Please look into the matter take stringent action against the employee every time from the other friends the employees harass

                                        Some documents pertaining to hdfc bank for my father, mr. Sivasankaran nair, was returned back by blue dart after two failed attempts to hand it over to the person concerned. Since my dad had to suddenly go outstation, i requested the courier to hand it over to me when they come to the respective address since i stay very close to my father's house. But i found two chits informing of their arrival and no calls informing me of the courier boy's arrival. Kindly let me know the process of obtaining the documents from the back.

                                        The airway bill number is [protected]. Attempts to deliver on 19th and 25th of this month.

                                        Send me details why you have cut off 1000deposit on 23rd sep and due to what reason you have cut off and why, do u cut money due negative balance by adding tax give feed back fast.
                                        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number .On contacting they gave me 399 refund, now I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership.
