I am indrani bhattacharyya. My relationship is 1508392. I want this plan to be cancelled immediately and as i have not used any service so i want complete refund also. I was made to think by bank executive that this plan is mandatory. If i want to keep my card i have to take it. I am not interested in this anymore. Please cancel the plan and refund my money. Thanks.

Hi i am indrani bhattacharyya. My policy no is[protected]/1.

I want to cancel this policy and as i have not used any service of this. I am also applying for refund of my money. But when i am trying to cancel this, the site says no active policy of this no. I am not interested in this policy any more. I can't reach phone banking. Please check and cancel it immediately.

    Hdfc has deducted 15, 603 rupees on 22nd october and again on 5th october it deducted 10, 171 rupees from my account without any reason and email notification.

    I approached the bank but they did not provide the reason or any proper response why it deducted and told they don't know the reason.

    This is not at all acceptable to deduct such big amount without any notification.

      Below are the transaction details
      Date :5 october 2017
      Time : 11:04 am
      Transaction details: i went to atm to draw 20, 000 and i entered that amount but amount was not dispatched from a machine.. And i got message to my mobile saying amount is deducted.
      So i need my money back.
      Do it at the earliest
      Issue detail: my amount 20000 is not dispatched by machine but got deducted from my account.
      Please help in getting back my money.

        I'm not getting official phone call from the hdfc pl for the above mentioned personal loan.

        4 to 5 emis are left with me, i have requested for settlement for this loan. But i havent received any proper call from the hdfc team.

        I'm getting a call form the anonymous person and no professional talk. They threatening me. I dont want this behavior and unprofessional talk.

        I've requested all the person for settlement for this personal loan.

        Please assist me to get the proper call from the official to speak professionally and settlement for this loan.

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of oct 2017 i had called customer care but i didnt got satisfactory responce from them. When i logged in to my account through net banking for some reason on 5th october 2017 and i see that i have rs -858 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

            I recieved a call when i post
            (I have been using hdfc for more than 1 year and 10 months for my salary account but today when my salary is credited, and when i check it shows -10418.84. My salary or bonus was 13048 credited but it show negative amount of 10418 in my account.
            How is it possible that the company i work open the salary account for me is in negative as well as deducted from my salary.
            I want my money back and need an explainetion for this.

              I opted one new policy after handing over the previous one on sat, aug 19, 2017. For this, i have not received my policy document for policy number 19530087. I did multiple followups with local branch in mg road, bangalore. And they refused for about the fact that it has been delivered to unknown person. On a followup with your customer care, i was informed that the document has been delivered to someone else, whom i do not know and is neither policy holder, nor nominee nor even a member of my family. It is an act of irresponsibility from bank for such a confidential and critical document.

              Hence requested for cancellation : "i request you to please consider this email as my refusal to the policy and would like to cancel it effective today."

              I am still following up this group o[censored]nprofessional/irresponsible s.

              Please help me with this as i am really do not want to have any further relation ship with group in future.

              Following is the last email written to them:

              As i have mentioned earlier, that
              - i do not know who is subraj???

              - i have not received any document.

              - hence i want to cancel this policy.

              Dose hdfc bank says that these confidential document can be handed/delivered over to any person 'relevant' or 'non relevant'? If yes, please reply clearly.

              Or you have delivered it within your bank to some??? This is what i understand as per your response for here in this case. If it is so, then this will is totally unfair and fraud business.

              I request your valid clarification on this as you are blocking my money and i am loosing my money for a time without my confirmation on this.

                Sir,
                I opened a current account in hdfc bank at dabagarden branch, visakhapatnam recently.
                They also offered to give swiping machine of hdfc free of cost, for the account.
                I asked them regarding the charges and usage they didnt tell me anything about it, just said it is free sir u use it without any problem.

                After two months they started deducting charges from my account, and when i inquire about it, they told me that i should swipe minimum 1 lakh for each month or else i will be charged for it 600/- rs.

                They told the new rule is passed after i took the machine, and also they told me that on swiping a debit card of customer i will be charged 1% of the amount, but on swiping 7788/- rupees from one customer 235/- rupees were deducted from my account which is nearly 3%.

                After getting irritated i gave a letter for disconnection for the swiping machine, they took the request online and gave me the number 9and7609385 they told they will collect the machine from my shop in few days, but still no one came today 10 days over, just because they want to continue charge me for the inactive machine too.

                Hdfc staffs are just wanting to cheat and misguide customers for their commision. Please look into the matter and get my complain resolved as soon as possible.

                  Hdfc credit card team told me that it is a free of cost for 6 times in a year on lounges in airport but now they have charged 7200 rs. They told me it is a free service but now they have charged.                           I got a credit card from hdfc bank on may 13 which expired on may 16.
                          I did not get the new renewed card and i did not requested for it.
                          Since i did not have the card i did not use it. Still i was charged the renewal charges.
                          I asked the hdfc to resolve the complain through complain no. [protected] but did not get a positive response.
                          Now they are asking me to pay inr 2500/- due to late fee and all.
                          I cannot pay them and i have already paid inr 641 which is my monthly emi of the insurance policy.
                          The recovery department is talking to me in a rash manner and have been recording my calls without my permission.
                          I think the charges should be waved off and they shoud apologise to me for the harrassment.

                              My name is Arjun. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. I got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "HEGIC-CRDT SHLD %26amp; FL CVR-" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "EMI PROCESSING FEE SmartEMI LN 3064701 ".

                              I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                              I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care ref [protected]. But today I received a msg for EMI processing which i have never opted for. When I called customer care again today customer care executive was not sure and unable to answer why such thing happend and what has to be done . Very disappointed to be treated this way.

                              So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

                              My name is MATHIYALAGAN.K. Recently i applied for credit card and got it now. i used credit card for only pin changing in hdfc atm(17th may 2018). 19th april 2018 i registered netbanking and i checked the statment, 18th april 2018 900rs deducted for something shield policy mentioned. im really shocked about that. i didnt use the credit card for anything bt balance is deducted.
                              please cancel this thing and refund my amount as soon as possible and secure my card for this kind of deduction. i trusted bank and i gave my personal information but unwantedly balance deduction occurs without my concern without notifing anything.
                              in future do not make any unwanted transaction from my credit card.

                                I am hdfc bank credit card holder.
                                The hdfc bank auto debited the bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2485 without my concern on date:03/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
                                Please i dont what this plan cancel as soon as possible.

                                  One of the most inconvenient bank i have ever seen. I would like to share this and make people aware not to use this bank.. They don't even give proper information about the bank's terms and conditions while taking a credit card or something and later add charges of 1400 rs for some stupid protection plan without any information. They moreover force the customer by some stupid one assist people to pay that 1400. They even delay the cancellation requests by 7 days 10 days and lie the customers and force them to pay for this..

                                    I have been using hdfc for more than 1 year and 10 months for my salary account but today when my salary is credited, and when i check it shows -10418.84. My salary or bonus was 13048 credited but it show negative amount of 10418 in my account.
                                    How is it possible that the company i work open the salary account for me is in negative as well as deducted from my salary.
                                    I want my money back and need an explainetion for this.

                                      One assist auto renews the membership without any prior intimation. They don’t even ask your permission or inform you regarding this. Last year my subscription was auto renewed and i didn’t receive any mail regarding it, only after it was auto renewed i got a message. They debited money rs.1399 from my credit card without my permission. When i called the customer care regarding this they blatantly refused to cancel subscription. And promised me they’ll make a note of it and inform me the next year before auto renewal.

                                      But this year also i didn’t get any intimation thought they are stating that they had sent a mail, and my subscription got auto renewed. I check my mail everyday being an it professional and i didn’t receive any mail from them. When i asked the customer care executive to forward me a copy of that mail that was sent to me, he back tracked saying he can’t do it, it’s auto generated, some other team has to send it! And asked me to drop a mail to their id. Customer care is of no use.

                                      And again he’s giving # reasons that it can’t be cancelled after auto renewal!

                                      It’s their fault they didn’t get my permission before renewing or inform me. I want to cancel my subscription this time.

                                        My name is suresh kumar, i have a salary account in hdfc bank, with creadit card.
                                        I had not deposited payment for my credit card from last 2 monthes i. E. May & june & in july
                                        Hdfc bank will hold rs. 13000 from my salary account, then hdfc co0llection department
                                        Called me up and said please pay your pending card payment then i said you have already
                                        Blocked my rs. 13000, please deduct your pending amount from their. Then executive said
                                        No, we cant deduct from that hold amount, pay online seprately for the same.
                                        After 1 month, rs. 1 lac payment deposited in my account, then hdfc bank auto debited rs. 48000
                                        (Why they don't deduct total amount of rs. 52, 000 — my account balance is sufficient, whereas only 48, 000 deducted from my account,
                                        That's why hdfc bank thinks that i countinouly paying that installments & card will be blocked.)
                                        From my account. When i called customer care (Collection dept.) they said we settled your account.
                                        After 2 days i called again the executive said you activate auto debit for your card.
                                        Hdfc bank not even stand on one statement.
