    Sir,
    I am a senior citizens and having saving account in your bank. I received a new debit card by courier. I went to ahmednagar branch on 3rd oct.17 for enquiry about new card withdrawn capacity. I am going to cashier counter. I asked to mr. Joshi one cashier but he was not knowing max withdraw so he asked one lady seating near him and shows the debit card.
    The lady thrown this card on ground and crying loudly don't asked me. I fill very bad to seeing this drama other cashier's also seeing.
    Please can you give the warning that lady. And give me satisfaction.

      I am banking with hdfc bank since long & my customer id is 9537405

      Am also enjoying the credit card issued by our bank & have auto debit facility

      Since last 3 months i am not receiving credit card statement, where i am unable to know the charges as my accounts gets safely funded & have faced this difficulty 3 months where i didn't get the statement but recd the message on last day, so would appreciate by giving standing instruction to send the credit card statement on regular basis

        I have paid an amount of rs. 6889 as a premium of lic policy no[protected] through hdfc netbanking bearing cheque/ref no[protected] on 05/09/2017. After 5 days later, rs 6889 had been auto debited through hdfc smartpay from my credit card ending 6824 on 11/09/2017. I have lodged a complaint on hdfc customer care bearing complaint no-[protected] on 22/09/2017. But till today, my money has no been refunded to my account.
        Therefore, i request you kindly do the needful so that i get my amount back.

            My account no. Of hdfc bank is[protected] and i have done last 4 transaction, 3 transaction on 27th sept and 1 transaction on 4th oct and each transaction is rs 1000 on same account no. But amount was debited and not credited in beneficiary bank. I have already registered complain on hdfc website but did not get proper response.

              I have seen Amazon has initiated my refund on 13th sep 2017 but still i have not got my refund back. I have the reference number also.
              And none of the hdfc customer care is receiving the call on [protected]

              Just refund whatever money is pending.
              And ask to pick up the customercare call. otherwise call back to customer.
              No money is refunded from hdfc site

                Sir,

                With reference to the above subject, i have called 5 to 6 times to customer care, all the times they are telling they will give a call back till now i have not recd any call..

                While issuing the credit card they told me there is no charges for this card and this is life time free card, and they have only increased my credit limit also, i am using this card since from 2008 till the date i have not recd any membership fees, but all of sudden without my notice they charged me 2500 membership fees and interest all together rs 4100/-.

                Kindly look into this matter.. I have never denied to pay the amount always i have paid the amount may be 4 to 5 days here and there.

                  This afternoon i had gone to hdfc bank to collect my debit card which was already delivered to the branch and is still lying with the branch. I spoke to the branch manager as well and i found her very rude and was very harsh as well. When i told her that coming to the branch is just a waste of time and the reply which i got from her was 'thank you'.
                  Being such a reputed bank never expected such a behavior from a branch manager. When spoke to other staff from the same branch, i got to know that she has always been very rude to the customers and there is no point in discussing things with her because she doesn't care and will continue to work the way she likes it.
                  Request you to please take action against her as she is unaware of the word 'customer service'.

                      Hdfc has deducted 15, 603 rupees on 22nd october and again on 5th october it deducted 10, 171 rupees from my account without any reason and email notification.

                      I approached the bank but they did not provide the reason or any proper response why it deducted and told they don't know the reason.

                      This is not at all acceptable to deduct such big amount without any notification.

                            My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of oct 2017 i had called customer care but i didnt got satisfactory responce from them. When i logged in to my account through net banking for some reason on 5th october 2017 and i see that i have rs -858 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                              I recieved a call when i post
                              (I have been using hdfc for more than 1 year and 10 months for my salary account but today when my salary is credited, and when i check it shows -10418.84. My salary or bonus was 13048 credited but it show negative amount of 10418 in my account.
                              How is it possible that the company i work open the salary account for me is in negative as well as deducted from my salary.
                              I want my money back and need an explainetion for this.

                                I opted one new policy after handing over the previous one on sat, aug 19, 2017. For this, i have not received my policy document for policy number 19530087. I did multiple followups with local branch in mg road, bangalore. And they refused for about the fact that it has been delivered to unknown person. On a followup with your customer care, i was informed that the document has been delivered to someone else, whom i do not know and is neither policy holder, nor nominee nor even a member of my family. It is an act of irresponsibility from bank for such a confidential and critical document.

                                Hence requested for cancellation : "i request you to please consider this email as my refusal to the policy and would like to cancel it effective today."

                                I am still following up this group o[censored]nprofessional/irresponsible s.

                                Please help me with this as i am really do not want to have any further relation ship with group in future.

                                Following is the last email written to them:

                                As i have mentioned earlier, that
                                - i do not know who is subraj???

                                - i have not received any document.

                                - hence i want to cancel this policy.

                                Dose hdfc bank says that these confidential document can be handed/delivered over to any person 'relevant' or 'non relevant'? If yes, please reply clearly.

                                Or you have delivered it within your bank to some??? This is what i understand as per your response for here in this case. If it is so, then this will is totally unfair and fraud business.

                                I request your valid clarification on this as you are blocking my money and i am loosing my money for a time without my confirmation on this.

                                  Sir,
                                  I opened a current account in hdfc bank at dabagarden branch, visakhapatnam recently.
                                  They also offered to give swiping machine of hdfc free of cost, for the account.
                                  I asked them regarding the charges and usage they didnt tell me anything about it, just said it is free sir u use it without any problem.

                                  After two months they started deducting charges from my account, and when i inquire about it, they told me that i should swipe minimum 1 lakh for each month or else i will be charged for it 600/- rs.

                                  They told the new rule is passed after i took the machine, and also they told me that on swiping a debit card of customer i will be charged 1% of the amount, but on swiping 7788/- rupees from one customer 235/- rupees were deducted from my account which is nearly 3%.

                                  After getting irritated i gave a letter for disconnection for the swiping machine, they took the request online and gave me the number 9and7609385 they told they will collect the machine from my shop in few days, but still no one came today 10 days over, just because they want to continue charge me for the inactive machine too.

                                  Hdfc staffs are just wanting to cheat and misguide customers for their commision. Please look into the matter and get my complain resolved as soon as possible.

                                  i have credit card of hdfc bank and previously my credit limit was 75000 Rs. which is useful to me. but now i checked my credit limit has been changed to 55000 with out intimate me.
                                  so i requested you to solve my problem so we can use your credit card in future.

                                    Hi team

                                    Hdfc credit card team told me that it is a free of cost for 6 times in a year on lounges in airport but now they have charged 7200 rs. They told me it is a free service but now they have charged. I am classical customer since 7ys if you dont cancel it i will cancel credit card and i will case on your bank for providing wrong information the customers

                                      Brach code:-1514
                                      Unfortunately i lost my debit card on 25/09/2017. Nearby cochin international. I have tried my best to find it. But i couldn't find it.

                                      So i kindly requesting you to deactivate my current card and issue my new debit card as soon as possible.

                                      Alternatively, you may also submit written instructions at the nearest branch for hotlisting and re-issuance of ATM / Debit Card.

                                      Please note there are no charges levied for the re-issuance of a damaged ATM / Debit card.
