I had applied credit card (Application ref. No: [protected]dv) on 16/09/3017 and got a call 20th of sep'17 i got for verification after one week and said card will be dispatch within 2 days. After 2 days also i dint get the card info or status of the card, and i called customer care on 29st of sep'17 again customer representative said credit card application is still in progress. Till now i have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever i call, hdfc representative is saying still in progress and check after 2 days, i am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever i call the customer care, representative says check after 2 days.
So finally i don't have choice.. I was chooses i was submitted a complaint in consumercomplaint.in. I got a response after a 3 days from your side.
After that i got a mail for submit itr v to complete application.
I know no need to submit itr v for salaried person and self employed persons have need to be submit itr v for credit card application. I'm a salaried person and i got a mail to submit itr v to approve credit card application.
I don't know what's happening? I was submitted all the documents what your executive asked to me at the time of applying credit card. I informed to your executive about i don't have any itr v.. Now i got a mail to complete application i need to submit itr v.. It's not fair.. "finally hdfc bank disapproved my credit card application". Your irritating customers.. Why are you wasting my time if you don't want to provide credit card..? Say directly if i'm not eligible for your credit card.. I can step into another bank.. I choose you because of good ranking.. Now im thinking choose to another bank.. It's not a right method to treat your customers. You was took wrong verification on my application. Recheck my application once..
I'm kindly asking to reverify my application once..
