I am applied for personal loan before 30 th september 2017 through bank My application number for personal loan 51654527 is approved on 7th of October 2017 at 3:53 pm
After that message comes from bank side by asking passcode and I completed that process also correctly
But after that at the same day my application is declaned at 5:57 pm I dont know correct region why application declaned pls inform me correctly

    Debit card account put on hold 4th oct 2017

    Client number :[protected] /[protected]

    As per settlement i have done my payment but extended two month due to personnel problem (Medical issue). Regrading this i was intimated to bank same day by email.

    As per settlement payable amount is rs.38600/-but i was paid rs.39500/- (Payment done as per settlement). Closed.

    Now bank is demanding to pay rs.53000/- outstanding because of settlement invalid because of late payment.

    Due to this my debit card account is put on hold rs.51000/-

    Need your help to resolve this and release the fund.

    Note:from fast three days i am visiting hdfc bank (Collection dept)
    No response from their end. Finally we got branch manager no:[protected]. But no use he is not lifting the phone / not reachable.

    As per discussion with bank executives bank is cheated me. (Executive said, if no amount in account, we can offer one more settlement / percentage to close the account.

    In my case required amount already in hold bank will not providing any settlement /percentage to close the account.

    Kindly need your help to resolve this issue.

    I am expecting positive result on this.

    Still now not release the FUND I am unable to HDFC loan, Kids School Fees, House Rent and Ration Bills.

    The bank is playing with customer life .Kindly need your help release the fund.

    I noticed today Bank procedure is not same for Every one.This will be keep on changing person to person.

    Who is not doing the payment correctly / Maintaining zero Balance in account bank will provide another chance to close the payment.

    In my case No another settlement as said bank executives.

    Actually I was saved the Money for Pay the school fees my kids and Pay the HDFC personel loan .All saving amount blocked any prior information from bank.

    Due to this I was stopped my journey (native Place) because of negative account balance.

    Still now i have not paid House rent / Ration Bill /Kids School fees.

    Really i am in problem, I don't know how to come out with this situation, Kindly need help to close this.

      Hi, i purchased a credit card on august 2017 i used the card upto 42000rs i paid first month minimum amount due of 3500rs my father passed away in the month of september in my home don't have financial support i was unable to pay september and october month due amount i explained to agent vinoth i don't have money give me some time i will make the payment but that agent calling you official number continuously per day 4 times wherein i explained to that guy many times try to call in personal number but he was blackmailing by saying your area is old washermenpet only know i will come and insult you he is calling me from past 3 days am getting scold from my manager saying i will terminate you if i get another call when i asked the agent to transfer the call to manager he replied to me by saying the person should be in the manager position to speak with you he is asking me your that much rich girl to speak with only manager i know haven't paid the bill but if you guys treating the customer like this who will purchase the products very worst customer service customer service is zero

        Dear sir,

        Please go through the below which i sent to hdfc credit cardccomplaint desk, i had not received proper response from that team. So i decided to consumer forum help.

        Hdfc bank had provided priority pass on free of cost 4 years back to use in airport lounge. Till september credit card statement this charges was not reflected. Suddenly in oct-17 statement they claimed the charges for month of may - july 2017 usage. Even the charges are very high certainly it is very difficult to pay for me.

        Even i had never sked these facility there associated called me over phone & provided. During that time they said it is free of cost it can be availed in any airport in india. So i had availed this when ever i travel.

        Now without proper intimate to client they debit the charges from my hdfc credit card.

        Please look into this & do the needful.

          Hi,
          My name is siljo sebastian. I joined a company in the year 2014 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because of process ramp down. At that time my account balance was less than rs.10, 000 and after 6 months i saw that approximately 1000 rupees being charged on my account as asd deduction. It happend without any notification or sms. And now i. E. After 2 years it is showing negative balance of more than 4, 000. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
          Can you please suggest me anyway that what should i do. Can it be waived or i will have to pay all these amounts..

            Few days back i got a message saying "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]o2 is approved in principal subject to internal subject" to my registered hdfc account number on october 10, 2017.

            And later i got email saying this:

            Dear sir/madam,
            Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]o2
            Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

            We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.


            With no particular reason my application got diapproved.

            I have provide all the necessary valid documents which can easily get verified and given the proper address.

              On 10th oct-17 i have sent money through payzaap to bank of hyderabad beneficiary. Hundred times i tried to call customer care but every time phone not connected. Very bad experienced.

              I have transferred rs. 2500 /- but still i did not get the money in beneficiary account. I want my money back.

              I am really affraid of this rediculas approach of this service aap and customer care number. Never it get connected a single call. I want to bring all senior officer's attention of this services handlers, which money has stuck this is very important amount for poor community. Definitely someone is doing fraud and bankers are engaged with them. Without that nothing is possible. Consumer forum please go in root and did the all hell what has done by this fraud bankers.
              I shamed on this bankers those who are looting the money of poor people.

              I will launched the case enforcement directorial if i didn't all my money back.

                Hdfc securities customer service and bank employees are not able to give me correct information they are able to provide aquirate information they no only to take their salary and their is wastage of consumers time online service executives are also not willing to solve my problem i am suffering from these issues for 30 days but customer pretend is not likely to entertain my problems

Every time my mother wanted to block her credit card your bank employees had misled her in kolkata rajarhat branch. My mother was force to make police complain as well due the hdfc pathetic service. You bank employees are also harassing mother. Since, she lives alone in kolkata and also a senior citizen and maybe that's the reason your bank is taking undue advantage of my mother.

                  I am send giving you mother's details, please stop harassing her and block her card also well. We don't want to keep any relation with your bank where they don't value their customer and also harass them unnecessarily.

                    I have been penalised for cheque bounce, wherein i have sufficient amount in account. But i am trying since last week to speak to hdfc mangalore kadri branch no one responding to calls and also there are not professionally behaving with us. I am in saudi so i am not able to come down for this reason.
                    I am asking for fax number but they are saying they do not have fax number in bank. Please solve my issue since paying penalised for no reason i think its logic.

                    I am writing regarding my loan account number 27982624 that i have with your hdfc bank. I have taken personal loan in 2014 in bellary since then i have been paying monthly installment of rs 5300 through state bank of mysore.

                    In august month i have transferred sbm of jvsl branch, toranagallu to sbm kadri shivbagh branch mangalore. But i didn’t face issue in september month payment, but in october month payment i found there is cheque bounce & penalty charge of rs 649.

                    I have sufficient fund in my sbm kadri shivbagh account, then why i have been penalized of rs 649 & also i checked with my sbm branch they informed me that they didn’t receive any ecs request from hdfc bank. Kindly look into this issue.

                      I am really disappointed with credit card. My wallet was stolen after which i blocked my credit card. To reissue the card, there was a problem. My old address was of pune but i had relocated to mumbai. To change the address, i tried to contact hdfc through phone banking but it was of no use since the card was blocked. Then, i went to the nearest branch (Khadakpada, kalyan) but they simply refused and told to contact through phone banking which was no use to me. Now, i don't know what to do. I have filled a form for address change and sent through khadak pada but it has been more than 15 days. This is my last option, otherwise i will give my business to other banks

                        I have loaded the cash into pay zapp wallet on 14-sep-2017 but money deducted from my credit card and money not loaded in my wallet, on the day i called to support team they said that the amount is refunded same day itself. But still now i’m not received the refund.

                        I called to bank and raised the dispute request so they given temporary credit from bank.
                        Bank asking me the payment confirmation from merchant.

                        Kindly help me to provide the payment confirmation details so i can submit to the bank same.

                            I md tobarak ali, applied for three new policy no[protected], 19070596,[protected] on 04/03/2017, 15/03/2017, and 17/05/2017 in your company. The total primium amount of 1, 45, 000.00. I have provided through cheque of malda district central co-op bank. But till now i have not receving my policy bond. When i caii to hdfc customer care then customer care represantive say that it was a regular term policy of 10 years primium paying term which they toid me that it was a singal term investment policy. I have visited their office several time but they did not responce about my
                            Concern. Right now some personal reason i unable to continue my policy, but now a day "guiness insurance brokers" agent is cheating with me agine call me and say again invesment for income tax amount/gst pay/noc pay/medical amount pay, before u tottal amount pay u totall amount paid by hdfc company.
                            So i am totally forged by the broking agency at the time of issurance of the policy i am feeling very helpness situation. And dear sir/madam as i am unable to pay and continue such as a huge amount future for my finicial condition.                               I am holding a credit card ending with number *9800 and due to some fraud transaction happened on my card i have requested to get it blocked. I have raised a request for a new card and they have issued it ending *4002 by charging 100 rs/- now even the 4002 card has been blocked for some reason and when am trying to reach customer care they have given me a message saying card has been blocked and we will allocate new card to you.. I want 4002 card to be unblocked.

                                I was using platinum debit card where the fees for the card is 885 including all the charges. I cancelled this debit card and applied for an lower grade which is business debit card and cost for that is 250 rupees. This, i have done based on the customer care executive suggestion. He mentioned through netbanking minimum card can be applied is business card. If you want still basic then you have to visit the branch.

                                Then i went to nearest bank to apply for an insta basic card and called customer care to cancel the 250 rupees business card request. They took the request and i got the confirmation call from them saying the card will not be delivered since the card request is cancelled. But they have delivered the platinum card and charged the debit card issuance fees as 885. I called customer care and raised a complaint chnc[protected].

                                They closed the complaint saying even if i downgrade the card through netbanking still they will send the upgraded card which is not mentioned anywhere.

                                Second issue is they have delivered the card even though they have accepted the card cancellation request.

                                I was using the platinum debit card where the maintenance charges is 885. Now i have close the platinum debit card and using the basic insta easy shop titanium card. Still they have charged 885 rupees are annual maintenance fees. I have raised an complaint chnr[protected]

                                I cancelled the card on august 2017 and charges are taken on september 2017, during that time i was using the basic card not the platinum higher card and they also agreed that these charges will be deducted for the future year in that case 885 charges is incorrect.

                                Its been more than 20 days since i complained still no solution and reversal happened

                                Hi, My name is Raj. My Loan account no. of HDFC is 27928259. I paid toatal EMI amount and I have taken NOC 5months back. Still they deducting EMI RTN Charges. Loan account is closed but why hdfc deducting the EMI RTN Charges.

                                  Cancellation of one assist membership
                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0675 without my concern on date:27/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                      I have applied credit card on 09/09/2017. All verifications done. On that time executive told it will be delivered in 8 days. But all verifications took 15days. Then due to signature variation it was declained. I hadn't received any clarification regarding this since[protected]. Then i applied another time. Then executive came and collect the signature document. This time executive told with in 3 days it will be delivered all the process is completed. But i havent received any confirmation.
                                      Now i have checked the application status. Still it is in disapproved status.
                                      Please look into this and take action.. I'm fullyunsatisfied with your services. Taking too much time and response.
