I have transferred 9k from hdfc to corporation bank from my saving account. But the transaction status is processor down and the amount is not credited to beneficiary. However amount is debited from my account.
Please reverse back the transaction or get it transfered to the beneficiary as it amount has to be transferred very urgently.

    Hi this is vigneswar

    I had applied credit card (Application ref. No: [protected]dv) on 16/09/3017 and got a call 20th of sep'17 i got for verification after one week and said card will be dispatch within 2 days. After 2 days also i dint get the card info or status of the card, and i called customer care on 29st of sep'17 again customer representative said credit card application is still in progress. Till now i have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever i call, hdfc representative is saying still in progress and check after 2 days, i am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever i call the customer care, representative says check after 2 days.

    So finally i don't have choice.. I was chooses i was submitted a complaint in consumercomplaint.in. I got a response after a 3 days from your side.

    After that i got a mail for submit itr v to complete application.

    I know no need to submit itr v for salaried person and self employed persons have need to be submit itr v for credit card application. I'm a salaried person and i got a mail to submit itr v to approve credit card application.

    I don't know what's happening? I was submitted all the documents what your executive asked to me at the time of applying credit card. I informed to your executive about i don't have any itr v.. Now i got a mail to complete application i need to submit itr v.. It's not fair.. "finally hdfc bank disapproved my credit card application". Your irritating customers.. Why are you wasting my time if you don't want to provide credit card..? Say directly if i'm not eligible for your credit card.. I can step into another bank.. I choose you because of good ranking.. Now im thinking choose to another bank.. It's not a right method to treat your customers. You was took wrong verification on my application. Recheck my application once..

    I'm kindly asking to reverify my application once..

      Such a headache options having in hdfc netbanking. There is no cancel option for any product. Then what is the use of having net banking.? I just verified how does smart emi works. After some times smart emi activated immediately and processing fee rs 100 debited from credit card ending 3878. Already i registered a compliant for one assist mfee cancellation. Rs 1299 +100 total rs 1399 debited from credit card. Such a worst service from hdfc bank. How to cancel smart emi.? You guys are very fast for activate or selling any product but you will act like tortoise when it comes deactivate process. Customer id# 71092738.

        I inform to you i am hdfc credit card holder ([protected]). I have some loan outstanding. So paid per month regularly without fail through net banking. But this month i have paid rs. 2378 through net banking (Ib bill pay) but rs.2257 self deducted from my account through auto pay. Which (Rs. 2257) is refundable but not refund yet. Transaction (Deduction) details reference i'd attached in photo. Kindly look my problem and refunded my deducted amount.

Hence we request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid making manual payment. We would like to inform that the excess balance on your credit card for Rs. 2, 198.32 will be adjusted towards your future transactions. In the event if you still request for excess balance refund we request you to revert to us to enable us to review and assist you accordingly.

                I had tried to transfer 5000/- from payzapp wallet to an account on 10th oct 2017 and the transaction was failed and 5000/- seems to be deducted from my wallet even after the failed transaction. While checking the transaction history it's showing successful for a failed one. I tried to reach customer care help line no around 15 times and no one is attending even they are offering 24/7 support. Anyway i want my money back in my wallet and i cannot wait for long, i cannot trust this app any more and how can i trust this if i send a huge amount. This is the second time i am facing this issue.
                Please donot give explanaton like, we will update the app i am also developer and i need my account money back in a day.

                    This is raju dyawa. The main reason for this complaint is, i had transfered amount of rupees 10000 to my dad account. Hdfc to vijaya bank.
                    Transaction id: [protected]. On 4th october 2017 10.30pm. Even i got the message stating inr 10, 000.00 dr to a/c no xx6021 towards upi-[protected]. Ifsc. Npci-pay[protected] upi payment chill valley 04-oct-2017. Your app showing transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from account balance, my dad account didn't get any balance.

                    So please kindly i request you to refund my amount of 10, 000 rupees as soon as possible.

                        Hdfc support executive told me about hdfc ergo health insurance policy that i can avail for 2 years. So i will have to pay some amount each month as a premium and at the end of it if i don't renew again same amount of points will be credited which i can use to do shopping. I have paid for 22 months and now wanted to get clarification from customer care (How i will be getting that benefit and how to avail it). They are not responding or avoiding after hearing me out. Now i am not able to connect to them, call getting disconnected every time.

                              Hi, i am nilesh. I was working in a company before and hdfc team came to my company for newly selected candidate to open the bank account. I opened bank account. After some months i left the job. Now my bank negative balance is -2179₹. Currently i am jobless. I don't know what should i do. According to rbi guidelines bank can not charge fine if balance is zero.
                              I am thinking about to file a case against hdfc.

                                I have been cheated and misselled hdfc life policies

                                They are trapping people with exorbitant dividend returns if buy hdfc policies and hdfc simply nonsupportive with simple answer that freelock time is over even after knowing all truth

                                How they operate :
                                This is genuinely a cheating case and how ur distance marketing agents cunningly made to buy policy by simply accepting and confirming calls made by hdfc as they will take care to cancel policy later when dividend is paid and they kept making excuses for delay to pass time purposefully and they asked to buy more policy (1+1) to make more profit margins
                                Then they threaten to put retention mail back to company to withdraw complaint as only they (Agent) can provide back policy money back if customer say watever they asked to say to hdfc insurance company.

                                Get ur call records from sb insurance who were your agents and sapna who would call politely to trap people

                                Numbers have been already shared and even i can provide my original call records to prove the calls made by all numbers on my phone for policy and provide benefits over it

                                If i was wrong i wouldnt have been following up with hdfc guys so much to get my hard earned money which have been put by cheating and these people are open at large and running this missale of policies and even when approached hdfc you are nonhelping and just worried for 1 time money
                                I would publicise and advise no one to have relationship with hdfc who dont care and dont help genuine case

                                Rather than taking action against partner sb insurance brokers and their unlawful practise they are hiding things to avoid refund

                                  I had vehicle loan in hdfc. You charge 25 emi instead of 24 with extra penalty by saying that i have default in payment. But my bank sbi says that there is no default in any emi even my bank statement shows the same. I have files complaint in bank. They said they will refund money in 15 days but after 25 days still i have not recieved the money. Can you please suggest me how i can get the higher authority no. Otherwise i will sue in court

                                    Worst service by hdfc bank with respect to food plus cards. They dont have any helpline number for food plus cards, those given does not exist now. Its my mistake that i opt for hdfc bank. Actually i had a damaged food plus card and then i changed it to the new one through their website. But my old card's amount is still not transferred to my new card. No number given in any website not even an email id for complaints.

                                        My credit card with hdfc bank is premea. No. [protected]
                                        I have been using it over a decade.
                                        I have some complaints like authorizing some payments without my consent.
                                        I was bringing this to their notice regularly.
                                        How ever i have decided to cancel the card and settle the account once for all.
                                        Please let me know the final amount due and time for repayment.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
