I applied for a credit card through my hdfc netbanking login via reference number [protected]n1
. But after having 798 cibil (Ie approx 800), being customer of hdfc bank, if they are disapproving application for without having any concrete reason, then it clearly states that hdfc doesn't care of their customers even.
I hold other banks credit card with more than 3 lacs of limit, and using other bank credit card for last 8-9 years.
With rs. 1, 72, 000 per month salary, 798 cibil, more than 3 lacs of other bank credit card limit, and after being their customer, if they disapproving for without having any concrete reason. Then this is something hdfc disregards me and my application.
I'm not going to think about hdfc again in future.. And also will surely close my account too.. Seriously pathetic team they have.
I am happy with without their services.
