महोदय निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि मेरा नाम महेश कुमार पुत्र श्री धर्मवीर सिंह है हाल निवासी म. न. 42, महादेवपुरम कॉलोनी, फेज -1, रावली महदूद, हरिद्वार – 249403| श्रीमान मेरे पास 20 सितम्बर को मेरे मोबाइल न. +91-[protected] पर फोन न. +91-[protected] से एक फोन आया जिन्होंने अपने आपको एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि. का एम्प्लोयी बताया, उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि हमारी कंपनी (एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि.) 4.9% पर लोन दे रही है, क्या आपको किसी तरह के लोन कि जरुरत है, श्रीमान जब उन्होंने ऐसा कहा तो मैंने हाँ कह दिया क्योंकि लोन कि मुझे जरुरत भी थी तब उन्होंने कहा कि जितना आपको लोन चाहिए उस अमाउंट की आपको इन्सुरेंस पोलिसी करानी पड़ेगी जिसका 10% वार्षिक इन्सटॉलमेंट 10 वर्ष तक आपको जमा करना होगा| हमारी कंपनी (एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि.) उस इन्सुरेंस पोलिसी को गिरवी रखकर आपको लोन देगी, जब आपकी इन्सुरेंस पोलिसी 15 साल बाद मेच्योर होगी तब उसमें से हम अपनी लोन अमाउंट इंटरेस्ट सहित काट लेंगे| मैंने कहा ठीक है, तब उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि जो आपके पास इन्सुरेंस एजेंट आएगा आप उसे ये मत कहना कि मैं ये पोलिसी किसी लोन के लिए करवा रहा हूँ एजेंट को सिर्फ ये ही कहना है कि मै ये पोलिसी सेविंग परपज से करवा रहा हूँ, क्योकि जो एजेंट आपके पास आएगा उसे लोन के बारे में कुछ भी नहीं पता होगा वो आपको गुमराह कर देगा कि ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है कि आपको इस पोलिसी पर लोन मिले, क्यूंकि वो एजेंट कमीसन बेस होते हैं उनको इस लोन में कुछ भी कमीसन नहीं मिलेगा इसलिए उसको लोन के बारे में कुछ भी नहीं बताना है वो अपने कमीसन के लिए आपसे घुमा फिरा के पूछ सकते हैं, अगर आपने गलती से भी कुछ उनको कोई भी क्लू दे दिया तो आपका लोन नहीं हो पायेगा| श्रीमान मैंने उनसे कहा कि कही ऐसा न हो कि बाद मे ये सिर्फ पोलिसी ही रह जाये तब उन्होंने कहा कि आप हमारा पर्सनल मोबाइल न. सेव कर लो आप हमें कभी भी कॉल कर सकते हो, हम कोई एजेंट या ब्रोकर नहीं हैं हम एच. डी. बी. फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लि. के परमानेंट एम्प्लोयी हैं, तब उन्होंने अपना पर्सनल मोबाइल न. +91-[protected] (राजीव) & +91-[protected] (रिया गुप्ता) भी दिया और कहा कि जैसे ही आपकी पोलिसी का बोंड आ जाये आप हमको फोन करके पोलिसी संख्या व क्लाइंट आई डी बता देना हम तुरंत आपका लोन प्रोसेस कर देंगे, और उसके एक हफ्ते के अंदर ही आपका लोन अमाउंट आपके अकाउंट में आ जायेगा|

श्रीमान जी जैसा उन्होंने कहा मैंने वैसा ही किया, मेरे पास एक साथ इतने रूपये भी नहीं थे श्रीमान जी में एक निम्न वर्गीय परिवार से हूँ और सर्विस करके अपने परिवार का जैसे तैसे करके पालन कर रहा हूँ, मैंने ब्याज पर रूपये लेकर पोलिसी करवाई जबकि मेरी इतनी गुन्जाईस नहीं थी कि मै इतनी बड़ी पोलिसी कराऊ, फिर भी मैंने ये सोचकर ब्याज पे रूपये लाकर पोलिसी कराई कि जब लोन हो जायेगा तो उसमें से ये (पोलिसी के रूपये जो कि उधार ब्याज पर लिए थे) दे देंगे और बाकी लोन के रूपये हमारे काम में आ जायेगे| उसके बाद जब पोलिसी बोंड मरे पास (21 अक्टूबर 2016) रात को आया तो मैंने उनको 22 अक्टूबर 2016 को +91-[protected] रिया गुप्ता को पोलिसी बोंड न. व क्लाइंट आई डी बता दी, तब उसने कहा कि ठीक है हम आपका लोन प्रोसेस कर रहे हैं बाकि कि जानकारी में आपको फोन करके बता दूंगी| 24 अक्टूबर 2016 को उनकी तरफ से मुझे फोन आया कि आपका लोन कन्फर्म हो गया है अब आपके पास 3 कॉल आयेंगी, एक कॉल (28 अक्टूबर 2016) आपके पेन कार्ड वेरिफिकेशन के लिए, दूसरी कॉल (4 नवम्बर 2016) लोन एग्रीमेंट के लिए तथा तीसरी और आखरी कॉल(8 नवम्बर 2016) अकाउंट वेरिफिकेशन के लिए, तीसरी कॉल के बाद अगले दिन आपके अकाउंट में फण्ड ट्रान्सफर हो जायेगा| श्रीमान जी जैसा कि उन्होंने बताया वैसे ही 3 कॉल (इन नम्बरों से +91-[protected], +91-[protected] & +91-[protected]) भी आये और तीसरी कॉल (+91-[protected] से अनुष्का) अकाउंट वेरिफिकेशन के बाद उन्होंने कहा कल यानि 9 नवम्बर 2016 को दोपहर 2 बजे तक आपके अकाउंट मे फण्ड आ जायेगा| जब 9 नवम्बर 2016 को शाम 5 बजे तक भी मेरे अकाउंट में फण्ड नहीं आया तो मैंने उनको कॉल किया तो उन्होंने बताया कि 1000 और 500 के नोट बंद होने कि बजह से कोई भी लेन देन नहीं हो रहा है, तो मैंने कहा कि ऑनलाइन ट्रांसफर तो हो सकता है तब उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा सर्वर ही काम नहीं कर रहा है आप कल दोपहर तक वेट कर लीजिये, तब मैंने अगले दिन शाम तक इंतजार किया लेकिन 10 नवम्बर 2016 को शाम 6 बजे तक भी फण्ड नहीं आया तो मैंने उनको कॉल किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि कई बार रात को लेट तक मसेज आता है, अगले दिन 11 नवम्बर 2016 को मैंने कितनी बार कॉल किया लेकिन उन्होंने फ़ोन ही नहीं उठाया, फिर 12 नवम्बर 2016 को मैंने और दुसरे फोन से कॉल किया तो तीसरी बार में उन्होंने फोन उठाया और कहा कि आज मुझे दोपहर 2 बजे तक का समय दो, मैंने कहा कि अगर आज फण्ड ट्रान्सफर नहीं हुआ तो मेरी ये पोलिसी कैंसिल कर देना उन्होंने कहा ठीक है| 12 नवम्बर 2016 को दोपहर 2 बजे के बाद से लेकर आज तक मैंने सेकड़ों बार कॉल कि लेकिन उन्होंने फोन नहीं उठाया, मैंने कई मसेज भी किये लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं आया|

श्रीमान जी अब मेरी पोलिसी संख्या 18745380 का फ्री लुक इन पीरियड भी ख़त्म हो चुका है अब मैं ये पोलिसी को कैंसिल भी नहीं करा सकता, श्रीमान जी मैं आपसे हाथ जोड़कर प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि किसी भी तरह आप मेरी ये पोलिसी संख्या 18745380 कैंसिल करा दीजिये, श्रीमान जी मैं बहुत परेशान व मुसीबत में हूँ, मैंने जिससे उधार ब्याज पर रूपये लिए थे उसने भी मेरा जीना मुस्किल कर रखा है, उसकी भी कोई गलती नहीं है मैंने उससे सिर्फ 1 महीने के लिए रूपये उधार लिए थे अब 2 महीने से ज्यादा हो गये हैं, उसको रूपये लौटाने हैं श्रीमान जी से मेरी प्रार्थना है कि आप मेरी ये पोलिसी संख्या 18745380 कैंसिल करवा दीजिये, आपकी मुझपर बहुत कृपा होगी और मैं व मेरा परिवार आपका सदा आभारी रहेगा|

श्रीमान जी जो मेरी उनसे फोन पे बात हुई थी उसकी रिकोर्डिंग मैं इस प्रार्थना पत्र के साथ संलग्न कर रहा हूँ

निवेदन यह है कि पिछले 3-4 दिनों से मुझे एक न.(+91-[protected]) से बार बार फ़ोन किया जा रहा है जो अपना नाम संदीप (from HDFC Life insurance) से बताता है! वः कहता है कि अपनी premium जमा करो नहीं तो आपका 50 हजार रुपया कम्पनी द्वारा जब्त (मार) लिया जायेगा |
श्री मान जी, मुझे लगता है कि ये आदमी फ्रॉड (Fraud) है जो आपकी कम्पनी का नाम बदनाम क्र रहा है |
और यदि ये फ्रॉड (Fraud) नही है तो श्री मान मै पहले ही बहुत परेसान हु मुझे और क्यों परेसान किया जा रहा है |

कृप्या मेरी इस पोलिसी को कैंसिल कराके मेरा पैसा रिफण्ड करने कि किरपा करें|

Hi, please note that we have already responded to customer and have sent our reply several times. We have requested the customer to share the documented evidence in support of her complaint for us to consider the same while investigating the case further. Our last response was emailed on October 06, 2017.
On maturity of our hdfclife policy no.11169088 we submitted the policy along with all required documents for the payment of maturity value on 25/09/2017 at sambalpur branch of hdfclife. Till date (10/10/2017 ) we have not received the payment nor did we receive any message from hdfclife. kindly let us know the fate of our claim.

    Hdfc bank — negative balance in my account
    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of january i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 1years back and i never requested for a new one). I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

      I am sankar raju boyina i have applied hdfc personal loan 200000 (Los no:.[protected], i spoke to your executive who told that the interest rate would be 10.99% and there would not be any other charges only interest would be applied. She also told that the emi would be 9321 per month. We have called many times to get the clarity about details even then they told that the interest rate would be 10.99% i have the evidence of calls and sms

      I have got sms on 06 oct 2017 in which says loan application of sankar raju boyina of personal loan, los no 51472112 is disbursed for loan amount 202060 tenor 24 emi 9797. Rgds - hdfc bank ltd and today i got a sms that 194080 has been credited in my account i did not understand why the amount was reduced so i called your executive they attended the call and said sorry without giving any information, as my doubt was not clarified i have called many times but they have not attended the call, then i called your customer care executive they told me that the processing fees above 5000rs was reduced, this was done without informing us inspite of my enquiry if this will not be rectified than i do not need the loan you can take away the amount from my account.

        We opened an nre account with hdfc and provided all the necessary documents for kyc. One of the proof required was proof of online remittance from our account to the new account. We have provided all possible screenshots showing the proof, but we get the same request to submit a proof showing the first transaction. I am not able to transfer funds from my nre account, and i am not sure what else i can do.
        Although prachi wadekar was reponsive while opening the account, once the account was opened we have no support from hdfc. We want to close the account and transfer back our funds. What can we do?

        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8105 without my concern on date:04/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

        I have transferred the amount from Paysapp to my Indian bank account but amount got debited from PaysApp and amount not credited to my Account then i contacted customer care they said it will credit with in 5 days. but still amount not credited to back to Paysapp.

          Hi i am sarat. Its being two and half month i have been submitted form to update my registered mobile number. First of all they never communicated that the form has been rejected. Second whenever i contacted customer care every time they told me it will be happen in next 2 to 4 days. Every time the customer care executive provided wrong information regarding my issue. Even though submitting kyc document to update my signature they ask me for kyc (Self attested id proof) again. I don't know how many time hdfc required kyc document or it is the way of hdfc bank to harass customer who don't have hdfc bank account but using hdfc credit card to pressurize to open the hdfc bank account. This is worst experience i ever had with a bank in my entire life. The customer care executive suggest me that i have to submit the signature update form first after that the signature will be update and the information will be sent to my registered mobile no which is not in use, i request them the mobile number is not in use so please mail me on my registered mail id the answer of customer care executive surprise me. She told me we have huge number of customer how many mails we have to sent it is not possible. This is my experience with hdfc bank. I don't know when or may be next year i will be able to use my credit card. I guess i have to submit duly signed id proof this whole year and may be next year end i will be able to use my credit card. If this is the way to provide solution to the customer's issue then why these guys beg people for issuing credit cards. Why don't they simply say to people that you also have to open an account in our bank before issuing our credit cards.

          Hi,
          I am Raffi and I have NRE account and it is blocked due to non-submission of KYC documents. I have submitted them on 08.Nov.2017, but till today (15.Nov.2017) my account is not blocked.
          One strange thing is I got an email form HDFC like my phone number updated on 13.Nov.2017 and address updated on 14.Nov.2017 but these details I have mentioned in KYC form, but my account is not unblocked yet.

          I have called customer care people, they don't even have information like we have submitted documents and asking to wait until unblock the account.

          One more strange thing is they have blocked only outgoing not incoming funds. Means it seems they are happy to keep our money, they don't need KYC for incoming funds. It is not correct.

          I am totally not happy with HDFC procedure. Looking for other bank to open NRE account. Please suggest one without this kind behavior.

            I had made an application through hdfc fastag program trough their online portal.
            I had made payment of inr 1000 against the same as rs 200 for security amount and rs 800 as the top up amount. The reference number of the application is hfr001639.
            I had recieved one email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up the.
            I am not being told about my application and my money.

            About a week back on 09-Nov-17, I made a payment of Rs. 600/- for 2 FAStag's. The same evening, I received an SMS stating a single FAStag has been created with 400/- as balance and 200/- as deposit. This is not what I paid for, I paid for 2x FAStag's for 2 different cars. I also uploaded the RC, AADHAR and DL copies on your website during the online application and still only 1 FASTag has been created?

            After the above payment, I've NOT RECEIVED even 1 email/SMS regarding the status and I have absolutely no clue as to what is happening with my application. I've not received my FASTag till now, what is happening with it, any update?

            The TollFree number provided has never been answered till now in over a week, is it even functional?

Three months gone but till date i cant received noc/clearance certificate even after 3-4 times visited from july 2017 to oct. 2017 to your bank at fidwi tower, sadar, nagpur.
              Now, i need the noc/clearance certificate urgently, please do the needful.

                I did a transaction from payzapp on 06/10/2017, in which i tried to move money from payzapp account to bank account but it is not credited in bank account but the money was deducted from my wallet, my transaction id:[protected]tt93dj0 which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check...

                  I have been banking with hdfc and so far they have been great. They have been considerate and helped me with the personal loan # 39456771 when i needed one.

                  I took this loan while i was employed at a very good salary package due to which i could easily pay the emi of roughly inr 13100. However, after i took the loan my company had layoffs and i lost my job. I was jobless for a while as there were no such well paying jobs and i had to settle for a job that does not pay as much as before. I paid what i could from my savings but the job search took a long time. Because of this i had accumulated a significant outstanding emis and bank charges.

                  I learned from my friends who work at banks and from the internet that there is something called as loan restructuring for situations like this. I pleaded to hdfc bank associate who has been handling this case to consider this situation as i never had a loan default in the past, however this person who has been handling the case was downright rude and offensive.

                  He even harassed my family and friends who i listed as my references. I have been asking him to kindly let me know of my options however this person keeps repeating like a parrot and says that i should ask my friends and family to pay it for me, which is not just a breach of sensitivity but also invasion of privacy. He even mentioned that hdfc has no such facility. I have faced a lot of problems because this person revealed loan related confidential details to my family members and friends by calling them.

                  It all started with a simple request to restructure the loan to that i can catch up with the emis and my life can be normal again, however this behaviour from hdfc and it's affiliates has been not less than a waking nightmare for me. My relative who practices law has suggested that i should reach out to the bank on a public platform like this, before i file a consumer court complaint. I have no pleasure in going through all this as i know everyone is just doing their "job" but there is a certain degree of sensitivity and professionalism that we as consumers expect from such reputed financial institutions. All i wanted from hdfc is to allow me to pay a single emi of inr 15k which is more than the actual emi to start fresh and live my life like a normal person. During my last visit to the bank i had a terrible road accident because believe it or not, these endless calls from banks can cause a lot of distress and stress. I even wrote to the loan helpline from the netbanking options however they did not respond. I don't wish to reveal this person's name because i'm sure he also has mouths to feed and people do all they can to survive in a world like ours, even if it means breaching the confidentiality code between the bank and the consumer. I even called the loan customer care but the rep did not tell me who to contact about this.
                  I have been going in circles due to this.

                    Not sure why... I have already informed that i m not interested in any of the loan... But evey day i received call from hdfc offering it... I have asked them to block my number in there system but still no response... And when i tried to call to there customer care number, call was on hold for 5 mins and then got disconnected... It's like i can't tell what i want and they will keep on calling me for the loan offers...

                      I applied for personal loan amounting rs. 1, 00, 000/- in march 2015 and loan amount was got credited in my axis bank saving account in the month of march 2015. From april onwards i am paying emi on regular basis through ecs.

                      But, till date i have not received any loan statement,. From the bank. Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest for some specific purpose.

                        Few days back i have been approached from a hdfc bank employee for top up on my existing personal loan for amount of 1lac. The hdfc employee name is surya[protected].
                        And he said the processing fee will be less than 1800rs but i was charged more than 3500rs.
                        I spoke to him regarding this he said go to andheri jb nagar to cancel the recent my new top up personal loan when i went there the said they can't cancel it now if i want to cancel then i have to pay the full interest for the 24 months period now.
                        I spoke to surya's manager rohan shinde[protected] regarding this but he to refused to answer.
                        I am very dissatisfied with this kind of service from hdfc bank.
                        Now due to this i have decided to cancel my existing credit card and bank account with hdfc.
                        Very bad service from hdfc next time i will never do any business with hdfc bank.
                        I don't know what to do next in my case.

They told "we cannot cancel my membership right now better you complete this year after that you made the request to cancel this then we will take further action".. They are not responding my request and they do their business. please do something for cancel and refund my money

                            2999 /- was debited from account. But transaction had failed. Account number is [protected]. Transaction date 7th october 2017.

                            The transaction said that "similar transaction with similar parameters has been observed" and that transaction is incomplete, yet money is debited. It has not been credited by either. Nor received by the vendor (Ola)

                            Please look into the issue.

                              I have taken a car loan with hdfc on september 18th. I have given all the necessary documents and submitted all the ecs document to the hdfc agent as requested to debit the amount from my citi account every month 5th.

                              My details are as follows:

                              Car loan account number :50323238
                              Monthly emi amount :12, 737
                              Tenure: 5 yrs

                              But unfortunately my loan amount didnt get debited from my citi account and it says ecs mandate not submitted.

                              I called the citibank people and they said that the utn number provided by the hdfc bank was wrong.

                              After asking the hdfc agent, through phone and i went personally to the showroom the hdfc agent says i have to go to the begumpet branch and told them that the utn number is not valid.

                              My experience at begumepet branch was terrible they asked me to resubmit the documents again and give a cancelled cheque and kept me waiting for half an hour to give the token.

                              Took my details and the hdfc people say that my emi is bounced.

                              Now let me ask hdfc some questions:

                              1) didnt i have enough funds in my citi bank?
                              2) did i not give my documents and cancelled cheque before?
                              3) i am not able to login to the bill desk provided by the hdfc bank and make my payment also which is a shame for the hdfc.

                              I request both the banks to get to a agreement and solve my issue.

                              I dont want any extra charges on my emi for the first month payment as i have sufficent funds and it s mistake of the bank (As it is a technical fault from hdfc bank).

                              I cant roam to the banks everytime to get things sorted out. Now that i have submitted all documents requested (Latest month bank statement, cancelled cheque, ecs of hdfc).

                              I am attaching the details of the error i get when i am trying to make payment online.

                              I hope my issue gets resolved at the earliest.

                              Atleast provide me a way to pay my emi.

                              Hdfc & citibank get my issue resolved.

                                Sir, i was intimated that i was eligible for free gift from provogue i. E black duffle bag and asked me to pay 349/- as handling charges. Invoice number : 191632 and invoice date : 06.10.2017. Today i got the bag and bag is torn and zips are no there and it doesnt even worth 300/-.
                                I dont understand why such a good bank like hdfc encourage these fraudsters and give access for them to chaeat their customers. It is too bad.

                                Actually iam a fan of hdfc bank but this was really a shock for me.

                                My suggestions for others is pls dont pay for any free gifts of hdfc bank.

                                I got surprised when I logged in to my HDFC saving account. They have deducted Rs-177 four times don't know the reason why they have deducted amount from my account.                                   This above policy was given to me by mr. Ashutosh mishra contact no - [protected], and [protected] other numbers are[protected],[protected] by telling i am the employee of hfc standard life and if you take policy from me i can give some extra benefits which not given by third party like sum assured amount of hdfc classic assure plus, sum assured will be 9 times than the premium (30000/-rs) paid was sa 270000/- rs. And extra you will get hdfc health policy of rs 200000/- every year for your family, policy is directly given by hdfc life so you will get 20% premium waiver of every year in which you will paid 24000/- rs and you will get receipt of rs 30000/- and also nominee bonus will be awarded every month of rs 750/- rs from next month of policy till the policy term. Also misguided to say you will get bond paper in coming month october 10th 2017. And just sent it welcome policy kit to you. Directly it was indication to false in all on the name of hdfc standard life. Which free look period will expired. And i can not claim for all what discussion had done.
                                  But i have requested for free look withing time frame of irda guidelines on or before 15 days of receiving (23rd sep) as on 3rd october 2017.
                                  For all i have call record details please listen carefully.in over all by metis marketing done mentally harassment to me and cheated daily to a lots of customer where the name and reputation of hdfc standard life is destroying.
                                  Take strict action against mr. Ashutosh mishra, nihal singh and team and mr. Amit for wrong commitment and mentally harassed to customer. And never ever destroy the name of brand company hdfc standrad life.
                                  Also request my free look process should be fast and return my paid premium amount rs 30000/-

From delhi Metis marketing Pvt ltd is doing fraud and cheating a lots of customers on daily basis in behalf of HDFC life. So HDFC Life senior team should take strict action and show that my customer (HDFC LIFE Customer) is more important to message genuine policy and relation for long time.
                                  Overall after service request number and all call record detail need strict action against METIS Marketing Pvt LTd. rajouri garden delhi. MR. Nihal Singh and MR. Ashutosh Mishra and Mr. Annand and other so many ladies staffs.
                                  Also should done FIR under Delhi police for doing fraud on regular basis.
