Pathetic services. Ashame to say being an hdfc securities employee m not getting enough services. I have applied for money back credit card with limit of 35k & these people had sent me a bharat credit card with limit of 25k god knows om what basis. Infact when i called customer care for lodging my complaint they are least bother about it. I wonder how other people are using these services
P. S. I regret using hdfc services...

This pertains to a two wheeler loan taken a decade back. Loan no. 11128290. We had changed house and acct numb however the collection agent mentioned ed that he will be collecting money manually every month. Installments were paid manually and as hdfc is famous for not sending noc we have nothing. I applied credit card 5 months ago still i did not received card / all verification are finished from hdfc customers side but till now i did not get card. I don't no where is the problem please help me regarding this problem. I am taking two wheeler loan on your bank. I pay the repayment bank mode. I am maintain repayment amount month first day on my bank account. 22 emi paid last emi next month. Today 10:19 pm one message received on my number that message mentioned payment of overdue charge. I maintain excess cash from month first day to fifteen day. Other wise how to your bank collect overdue charge. I need an explanation on very immediately......

Today, i received a message from hdfc bank that an amount of rs. 725/- is overdue towards outstanding fees and charges on my hdfc auto loan vide loan a/c no.[protected]. My emis are always on time and auto-debited from my sbi salary account.

They are charging undue fees without any reason. Kindly see and resolve. It shows gross inefficiency and manipulation at your part.

On 21 september 2017 an amount of rupees 177 deducted from my account without my knowledge! When i enquire on net banking about this it will show the narration 3rd party cash txn inc gst 040917-mir[protected] and the refrence number is mir[protected]! And even i did not recieve any msg on my cell phone regarding the deduction of amount from my account!

Kindly resolve the same...
