I have been charged more for same day return journey. An extra amount of rs.45/- has been deducted from my fasttag account.
Also there is no local language (Kannada) option only hindi and english
Amount deducted by hdfc fast tag:- rs.190/-
Amount which was supposed to be deducted is rs.135/-

I have had the worst experience of HDFC Customer Service for Fastag. Actually there is no Customer Service. There is only one way to reach them via Tollfree number, which does not work at all. It is busy 24/7.

I want to cancel my application, and I can't even do that.

I have applied fastag from HDFC on 21 Nov, 2019 and the reference number is HRF431132. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same.

There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

HDFC customer tollfree helpline never responds to calls hope they keep phone engaged. If they didnt intend to help why did they start helpline.
