Also there is no local language (Kannada) option only hindi and english

Amount which was supposed to be deducted is rs.135/-

I applied for fastag and paid the amount. I was notified that i ll be receiving a mail, but i didn't receive mail.
The mentioned support number is always busy.

I have had the worst experience of HDFC Customer Service for Fastag. Actually there is no Customer Service. There is only one way to reach them via Tollfree number, which does not work at all. It is busy 24/7.

I want to cancel my application, and I can't even do that.

How do I reach out to HDFC Bank Fastag representative?
Applied for 2 fastags, payment made, amount deducted but not received fastag stickers.. trying to contact customer service but unable to get through from last 10 days.. not sure if i will ever receive it
Bought a mi A3 phone with a cash back of 750 rs. But still now not processe3 after 60 days . I m the eligible customer. The credit card phone banking sucks. No way to talk to a customer care officer . My no is [protected]
I have applied fastag from HDFC on 21 Nov, 2019 and the reference number is HRF431132. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same.

There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

    I applied for fastag through hdfc bank online portal on 27 november, paid all necessary fee and got an acknowledgment with application reference no. It's been more than 7 working days and still have not got my card. Customer care number is always not reachable. Didn't expect this from hdfc. My advice to others who are looking for applying fastag, please do not apply it via hdfc. Their customer service sucks.

      I have not received my fasttag which i applied in the month of september.
      My customer id is[protected].
      I got a message dated nov 1 2019 informing that my fast tag is on my way and will reach by 08/09/2019.
      The hdfcfast tag helpline doesn't work[protected]. Money has been deducted and the mobile number sent via sms also[protected] doesn't work.
      When i try to register on the fast tag link with the details, it says no record found.
      Can you please provide a way to track the same? If not please initiate a refund.

        I got response from hdfc saying bhirva contacted. That woman is a liar. She did not call me or contact. She destroyed all my letters. You are forcing me to take legal action. Bhirva is the worst person ive spoken to. She did all this to cause me trouble. I want all the fees waived that they ve cut from me since september last year. Cust id 22840860. Regarding stop of ecs.

        Their 4 days never happens. Will complain to rbi as it is not a bank but looters. They have stolen 72000 rs from 60000 in fees which would not happened if they told me i need noc from other banks to stop ecs. They have put a hold on 12000 even after i paid 12000 on 5th for my credit card
        My money has been deducted from my card but no information has been displayed on the site and site showed me error msg.

        What is n this I do have fast tag payment confirmation as well.

        Please complete the process or refund my money.

        I recently(13 hours back) visited a website and by clicking a random button, I lost 3360 rupees.This was totally unintended transaction after
        i typed my debit card details.Kindly tell me how to retrieve the money.
        It's been more than a month that I paid for HDFC fast tag and I still have zero clue on where it is.. no way to raise a complaint and the customer care number provided on the site is not available.please help me in resolving this

        Inspite of the assurance while applying online for HDFC Fastag, no one visited nor any email sent. they had intimated that the fastag would be delivered within 7 days whereas now it is more than 10 days, still not received fastag in respect of Application Reference No. HFR382641 & HFR382764. they even dont pick up the contact No. 18001201243
        Please provide customer profile edit option in fatag wallet like change mobile no., email id, to add address, car engine no. etc.this facility is available in icici fastag wallat in good manner.so please provide facility as early as possible.

          Seriously i don't know what going wrong with you people. I have to. Get my delivery by 2nd.. But the delivery person has mentioned as incorrect address. Same address only i receving lpg cylinders how come they find it as correct.. Really worse service i never seen.

                My hdfc salary account has been locked by hdfc credit card division and all the account balance has been put on hold, due to which i am not able to do any transaction.

                I called the credit card division of hdfc bank but they are not able to provide the necessay information, they are advising that due to outstanding dues on my credit card, my salary account balance has been put on hold.

                When i tried to explain them that the transactions are not valid and i cannot owe any amount, they advised that the transactions might be done by me that's why these are outstanding on my side. And
                If do not pay this, the salary account balance will remain on hold.
                I tried to explain them that these are not valid transactions and i pay all the dues on time however they were not able to help me.

                All the outstanding reflecting as due on my credit card should be removed as the transactions amounting to the outstanding balance are not done by me.
                And also the hold on my salary account balance should be removed immediately.

                Kindly have the hold placed on my salary account released and also advise the credit card department to correct the fake entries/transactions so that my credit card does not show any outstanding on it.

                    I am not able to reach hdfc fastag customer support as the line is always busy. I need to change my delivery address of the fastag as i moved away from the address that is in their database.

                    The blue dart courier guy visited my old address to deliver the fastag from hdfc bank, he was not able to deliver the package at the mentioned address as i moved away from the address.

Now i tell the staf i wnt to open saving account in ur bank then the one people his name is vibu sharma asked some documents and then i will give that document and again asked bank statement of that check which can give for account opening. I will give again statement which transaction something about 25k and that seen the transaction and speak loudly.

                        I applied for hdfc fastag on 22nd november still fastag not received, though it was promised it will be delivered in 7 days, but it's more than 10 days no tag received.
                        I just received a mail on 26th that my wallet was created but no updates after that.
                        I even tried customer care but got no response,

                        Never seen such poor customer service.

                          I paid 500rs online transaction to get fast tag from HDFC bank two days ago. But still no response from the bank on my application status. I was not able track my application status and when I tried to call customer care number [protected] its always busy. Then why they are giving this wrong number in website if it's not going to answer customer. This kind of poor customer service will bring its reputation down.

                            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr the reference number of the application is hfr375149. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                            I have been with hdfc for 9 years now (Saving acc) and this is the worst moment with them.
                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                              I purchased my HDFC FASTag from my car dealer aon 27 Nov 2019 and the initial activation was done by the dealer itself on 27 Nov 19. Later I had recharged my HDFC FASTag through BHIM UPI for an amount of Rs. 500. However the amount was deducted from my Bank account but could not be credited in my FASTag wallet. My wallet I'd is [protected]. Customer care number continuously coming engaged. Where the customers should approach.

                                  Hello,

                                  I applied for fastag online in HDFC, the application number is HFR871743, have no updates yet, not even received mail. The confirmation page highlighted that the tag will be delivered in 7 days and will receive a confirmation mail. No mails received yet..This is frustrating.. no tracking option ..

                                  Customer care number can never be accessed..always get the busy tone..

                                  Do updated on priority.. Real shame on HDFC in this process, being a customer for so long did not expect this.

                                    I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                    How the hell this issue is marked as resolved...
                                    My HDFC fasttag is blacklisted, there is no support from hdfc to resolve this issue, even the customer care number is of no use.If HDFC can't resolve it then pls transfer my Tag balance which may be 500 or more to my hdfc account.

                                    The most preferred solution for me is the refund of the money I am having in my fasttag wallet to my hdfc account else resolve the blacklisted issue

                                        I have applied for HDFC fastag on 20/11/19 and my application Id is HFR413360. I have got sms and email that my fastag has been issued on 23/11/19 but I couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or HDFC should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis.
