fastag fee debited twice but process remain incomplete

I am hdfc bank preferred account holder.
I applied online on hdfc fastag on 27.11.19 between 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.
After success of 3 steps, i paid rs 500 thru hdfc credit card. After payment, it showed "session expired"

I repeated the exercise. Again paid by same credit card but again after payment, session expired.

I have paid rs 1000 (500 + 500) without getting intended service.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr502164 it is supposed to reach me in 7 days but not delivered.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy always. Other two numberw [protected] and [protected] not exist...

I had applied for the fastag on line on hdfc on 27.11.2019. Paid rs. 500 through my credit card. Got an alert also on my mobile that i have spent rs. 500 on my credit card at etoll1291683. I have applied for fastag through online and application number hfr777835.
500 rs has paid. But there is no communication. No information sent to registered mail-id and there toll free number is always busy.
Is your toll free number really works?

Being a reputed bank, if this kindly of facility is provided then you will be losing the customers....

incorrect deduction of toll charges

I took fastag hdfc yesterday afternoon from surajbari toll plaza, gujarat and they informed it will take few hours to get activated. Once done, i crossed the toll paying the charges in cash and to my surprise i got a message in night that charges are again deducted from fastag wallet. I have applied hdfc fastag through online for 7 vehicles and paid the amount of rs. 3000/-. The amount has been deducted from the account but i have not received any message or tag confirmation.

I have given request to cancel ecs on 5th nov, and after 10 days i confirmed with branch that request has been processed and now ecs will not deduct from account.

On 28th nov. Bank has run ecs debit and due to insufficient fund they have reversal process.

Now they will charge ecs dishonour charges though this was not my mistake....
