I applied for hdfc fast tag through internet on 22nd, november-2019. I updated all the required fields. The application reference number is hfr458159. It was conveyed that fast tag will be delivered within 7 working days, but till today i. E. 5th december i have not received any update on issue/ delivery of fast tag. There is no link provided by the bank to check the status of the application and there is no feed back provided by the bank. The help line number provided by the bank is invalid and does not get through.
The highway authority is providing fast tag immediately and without any cost. I am regretting to apply fast tag through hdfc bank. Bank is not providing any service / feedback.

    I have applied for fastag on november 15th through hdfc. It's almost 20 days. I didnt recieve any card till now. I received sms that
    " dear customer your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id on 23 november. Its been informed that that card will be dispatched in 3 - 4 working days, but not received yet.
    The worst thing is customer care number is not working [protected]

      I am using this card from last 10 yrs and due to some issue mean to say some u circumstances i was not able to clear the complete outstanding and there the bank has charges certain charges like financial charges and late payment.

      So request you to please waive the charges so that i could be able to clear the complete outstanding this month.

        Hi,

        I have raised the same complaint 4-5 days back regarding hdfc bank fastag not delivered after 1 month of booking. The application number is hfr296019.

        Hdfc bank assured me get this delivered within 5 working days but still i have not received any confirmation

        I am not even getting response from customer care neither by mail nor by call. They are not responding at all.

        Please refund my 500 rs so that i can purchase the same from different source.

          Hello,
          I would like to make a complaint regarding the annual debit card fee on my account, i m not happy about this charge however i am getting charge everytime which i am not happy to pay and i am looking for a refund of rs 885 on my account. Without my permission you have update my debit card, when i know this i have called to customer care she said, this is annual chars free card and etc...

          I am receiving continuous call from you. Regarding to up date the debit card and credit card and also increase the credit limits why is doing. If this harassment not stop i will close the all my account and cancel the cards.

            I have applied for fastag through hdfc mobile app on 1st dec 2019 and fee rs 500 was paid for etoll1291683. Received a sms saying fastag application hfr831767 was successful, but am unable to track my application and not sure the status of it. I have not received any pdf to my registered email, except message saying pdf will be sent to registered email.
            Can i know the status of my application and will the fastag will be delivered to my address?

              I have applied for hdfc bank fastag and received cover letter. I only found the letter but not fastag sticker. It got missed. This is pretty bad service and i was charged 500 rs by the hdfc bank. I even don't received any communication regarding courier number, service provider etc.

              Reference number is hfr495787.

              Toll free number [protected] is for name sake and is not in working condition.

              Send my fastag sticker or refund my amount of 500 rupees at the earliest.

              Anyone reading this and planning to buy fastag through hdfc bank may want to think twice.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (Including security and top up). The reference number of the application is hfr778473. From the date of online payment, there is no update/progress received.

                  The customer care number given is busy at all time or not being attended to. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

                  Bad, very bad feeling with hdfc fastag service.

                      I was applied for hdfc fastag but u haven't receive any mail regarding this. I tried to call cc but it was not useful at all. I don't understand how to track it. Money is already deducted from my acc. Hdfc is a very good bank. Why they are treating like this. Is there any other cc number or cc email id available of hdfc.                         I have applied for hdfc bank fastag from hdfc bank online app and my fastag reference number is hfr825217 but i have not received my fastag card as after fill-up of forum the status came that you will receive application pdf file on your registered email id and your fastag will be received to you within 7 working days but no mail came to me and the service number [protected] mentioned on hdfc bank app always comes busy. So, i request you to take any action so i can get my fastag or refund my money back rs.500 for application forum.

                            I have applied for fastag through hdfc portal. I have not received any mail or fastag till now. 500 inr m, ney deducted. Costumer care always unreachable. No email service. My application reference number is hr[protected].
                            Please do something to get this amount refunded.

                            Have tried multiple times to reach out customer care number[protected] more that 50 plus times and many days and the number is not getting received or answered other than waiting tone. There is no other option to get this money back and seems like the hdfc bank is looting customers like this.

                            There is no response nor any refund or product received till now!
                            Very dissapointing that even after being a HDFC's account holder, I am facing there.
                            Very pathetic service from HDFC bank.

                                      I have applied fastag through online on nov 23 and i have received an email regarding username and wallet details but don’t see any update related to delivering fastag so far..

                                      Can you forward this to concern team and get me an update on when it’s going to be delivered?

                                      Also share the courier awb no details if it’s already been despatched thru any of the courier..

                                      To update, HDFC mentioned ‭[protected] as a contact number ‬ to reach them for any queries, I have called this number for multiple times today where none of them answered to my call, due to which I was not able to get an update about my Fastag..

                                        I wrote to hdfc fastag customer service on 8th november 2019 as recommended by their phone support and reported the following issues:

                                        Issue#1: rs.355 got deducted from my account unnecessarily on 7th nov 2019.
                                        I didn't even use my car on 7th nov but still got the following sms : "your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 355 for adjustment entry on 11/7/2019 6:22:00 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 315 - hdfc bank ltd"
                                        — please check and get this corrected at the earliest.

                                        Issue #2: my details are incorrect in your records, please change them immediately (& included the correct details)

                                        ... It's nearly one full month now and i didn't even get an acknowledgement. Constant follow up with phone support does not help either, they just keep changing the tat (Turn around time) from 48hrs to one week to 15 business days etc.

                                        I didn't except such shoddy service from hdfc bank. Hoping someone will look into this issue and resolve at the earliest.
