I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr544208. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

    Hello,

    My friend transferred me 13k to my hdfc bank account but when i opened and checked it. The balance was 10, 000 later on further checks i came to know that 3k has been deducted from my account for not maintaining mab. How can i get back my money. Please help me with this. Later on i went to nearest branch to close my account but they replied saying you should go to your home branch where my home branch is 30kms from my place it takes atleast 2hrs to travel.
    The communication was not provided properly.

      I was using hdfc bank account since august 2018 but then i realised that the charges i am paying are high and i am hardly using this account. As i am a working professional i only get time to visit bank when i am on leave. I visited bank in february 2019 to close my account, also provided the pb (Personal banker) with all the required documents and details and staff have promised me that i will not have to visit the bank again and my account will be closed.
      I was taking frequent follow-ups in the start but because of busy work schedule i couldn't call them more than two times a month. Every time they were promising me that they will close my account but they never performed their duties properly.
      After 3-4 months of delay, i decided to file a complaint against the bank staff and also filed one on hdfc portal but still no action have been taken.
      The staff is very lenient and now they are even neglecting my calls now.
      I need proper solution for my problem.

I tried to call all the help line numbers they provided but all help lines are unavailable and they not giving answer of my mail.

              I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already filled the form, submitted the relevant documents and paid, but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. No email ID to contact.my aaplication id hfr597947 no any tracking detail and processing

                I applied on same day for credit card and personal loan... After few i got verification call and also address verification done.. After that i received the mail for loan has been approved then next day i received mail for credit card i. E we are unable to process your application due to internal policy. When i check status online it shows decline.. Card ref no.19l[protected]w1

                Please check why it's decline for without any reason.

                  I applied for fasttag 20 days back and still not i have not received the fast tag. It was applied from hdfc credit card. Today 6th dec i received a message from blue dart stating that they are not able to deliver the same. Blue dart is saying to contact hdfc bank and fast tag but no air way bill number has been provided by blue dart. I called hdfc bank customer care and they too are not able to help me. I am travelling and i need it by 10th dec 2019. My contact no is [protected]. Please arrange to resolve this and arrange for me to get my fast tag asap. I called up fast tag and they have an ivr which states that my queue number is 5 and that i am still in queue and this goes on for hours.

                    I am chasing hdfc to get status of my fastag but there is no way you can connect to them. I am using hdfc from very long time and because of that trust i have brought fastag from hdfc but i think i made a mistake.
                    This is very pathetic and poor service provided by hdfc.

                    Highly disappointed with hdfc bank and this is a criminal offence against our trust.

                      ecs debited twice

                      Update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days. For any queries, call [protected]

                      But there is no response after this and the number provided was not reachable.

                      As I've got the SMS on 28th Nov (refer below and attachment enclosed) saying it would take 3-4 working days to despatch then, Why i had to wait 10 more working days to get the tag ? As I've already been waiting since last 10 days.. I'm really annoyed and so depressed with the response from hdfc today.

                      Please ensure that I get the tag before 10th Dec 19 and I've lot of travel plans ahead and I'm more worried now to chase and follow you people to get the tag ontime.

                      Please expedite the process and confirm the revised date.

                      Thank you, I've received the tag now
                      I registered for Fastag with HDFC. I paid 500rs and I got a reference number : HFR926385. Till now I have not got any mail or message that my vehicle has been registered for fastag.

                      After that I tried calling [protected], but the call is getting disconnected by itself.

                      Need help in the above mentioned issue.
                      While withdrawing money from the nearest hdfc atm in netaji nagar, kantatoli, ranchi, I found a half torn note of 500. The total money i withdrawed is 1000.
                      I request the concerned section to take immediate action to this complaint..

                        I have tried many a times to log in via customer id and wallet id and vechicle registration number, however i am unable to do the first time registration as well as unable to log in. Infact i have gone at hdfc branches around 2-3 but the branch people is clueless. I am not getting any responses from this stupid hdfc fastag team. Please let me know how to do the topup i have paid 400 for purchase of fastag.

                          I had applied for fastag from hdfc online on 4 dec 2019 submitted all required documents and paid fees rs 500.00 online through my hdfc account.
                          My application no is hfr900161 and also not received mail on registered email id as they confirm to send.
                          Pl update the status and send fastag as soon as possible.

                          As hdfc bank services are good and fast but this time service is not markable.

                          Kindly look into the matter.

                          Also on hdfc site no option to check application status even hdfc bank employee are not able to answer or track the application status of any fastag.

                              Post complaint I have received confirmation mail of the issue of fastag but nowhere is it written that it has been despatched to the address etc... its very unprofessional of a bank not to complete the task in one go. I can understand that they must be having huge work load but if they cannot manage they should not have got into this business knowing fully well that what sort of car population India has and what sort of business can be generated. but banks have only seen what revenue can be generated without putting the infrastructure into place. Such is India.

                                My vehicle no up14dz5887 customer i'd[protected] wallet i'd [protected] rfid[protected] passed at chhajarsi toll plaza at nh 9 on 2.12.19 at 17.07 pm. Toll of rs 125 was deducted from my above fastag affixed on windscreen. Still the toll attendant asked for rs 125 which i paid as there was no scope of argument because of long line of vehicles after me. The image of cash receipt ticket no 324341 operator name gtech is attached.

                                Kindly reverse the amount of rs 125 into my fastag account and apprise me what should i do in similar situations.

                                    I am sri. Tarun kumar deu, ashokepolly, p. O. Raiganj, dist. Uttar dinajpur. I was contacted with bank official (Sankar babu) of raiganj branch of hdfc bank. He assured that loan will possible accordingly many papers he tell me to submit and i have submitted my papers. Then mr. Sankar babu told me that paper verification may take 7 (Seven) days i after 3 (Three) month already passed during this period. Last 3-4 days before he told concerning officer is on leave after his joining within 1/2 hour your loan will be disbursed but on the next day he send a sms that your loan is rejected. I told him if i am not eligible for that loan then why you take long time and i a m in need money for my business urgently. I shall in big trouble this not fair and drastic action should take on him immediately. I am a good reputation in this bank, previously i was taken a loan form this bank and i have repaid the same within stipulated time. My loan application reference no. 96443995. This is not fair, if i am not eligible then you should deny my proposal within 7 days.
                                    Please take necessary step as early as possible.

                                    This is not the answer of my complain. My complain are as follows :
                                    1. If I am not eligible then why taking long time to reject ? And why harassed me to prepare various paper day to day and causing monetary loss? At the time of application I told to Sankar Babu, bank Official that I am in money immediately then why intensionly late causing immense loss of my business. After all I am a good customer of your bank. Your negligence and intensionl activity effect on my business. Sorry is not the word of all solution. I will complain against your institute to the RBI and Government also. And upload your such type activity in the social Medea.
