I would like to make a complaint regarding the annual debit card fee on my account, i m not happy about this charge however i am getting charge everytime which i am not happy to pay and i am looking for a refund of rs 885 on my account. Without my permission you have update my debit card, when i know this i have called to customer care she said, this is annual chars free card and etc...
I am receiving continuous call from you. Regarding to up date the debit card and credit card and also increase the credit limits why is doing. If this harassment not stop i will close the all my account and cancel the cards.
