I am sri. Tarun kumar deu, ashokepolly, p. O. Raiganj, dist. Uttar dinajpur. I was contacted with bank official (Sankar babu) of raiganj branch of hdfc bank. He assured that loan will possible accordingly many papers he tell me to submit and i have submitted my papers. Then mr. Sankar babu told me that paper verification may take 7 (Seven) days i after 3 (Three) month already passed during this period. Last 3-4 days before he told concerning officer is on leave after his joining within 1/2 hour your loan will be disbursed but on the next day he send a sms that your loan is rejected. I told him if i am not eligible for that loan then why you take long time and i a m in need money for my business urgently. I shall in big trouble this not fair and drastic action should take on him immediately. I am a good reputation in this bank, previously i was taken a loan form this bank and i have repaid the same within stipulated time. My loan application reference no. 96443995. This is not fair, if i am not eligible then you should deny my proposal within 7 days.
Please take necessary step as early as possible.

Updated by Tarunkumardey This is not the answer of my complain. My complain are as follows :
1. If I am not eligible then why taking long time to reject ? And why harassed me to prepare various paper day to day and causing monetary loss? At the time of application I told to Sankar Babu, bank Official that I am in money immediately then why intensionly late causing immense loss of my business. After all I am a good customer of your bank. Your negligence and intensionl activity effect on my business. Sorry is not the word of all solution. I will complain against your institute to the RBI and Government also. And upload your such type activity in the social Medea.
