I got a call 3 months back from hdfc ergo team (Ph no:[protected], they informed that i did not claim i policy sum assured then so i am eligible to get the entitled money if i could take a temporary policy from cigna ttk which is the client for hdfc ergo.
I agreed to that and purchased cigna ttk prohealth - protect plan and paid rs.20000..
They informed once we receive the policy hard copy we should be able to get the next steps of the proceedings from rohit malhotra from hdfc ergo (Ph no: [protected]) and subsequently anjali sharma - [protected] from hdfc ergo.
That was not the end of the story, rohit malhotra said there is a small formality from hdf where i need to enroll and purchase a hdfc plan to complete the process. They asked me to visit hdfc branch, m. G. Road, bangalore and provide documents and complete the process.
I did that a swell and purchased a hdfc life plan as they suggested.

I was told by june i should be getting rs.1, 87, 000 /- to my account (Including the refund of 20341 and 30000) which i paid for the temporary insurance.
Then i got another call where they said there is a problem in gst calculation so i may have to pay some money to correct it. I completely declined and asked them to deduct whatever tax from amount payable and credit rest of the amount to my account.
Finally, they said 2, 17, 000 is the final amount and deducting 30% gst i will get 1, 80, 000 rs in account.
After that they have been postponing telling the amount is disbursed in alphabetical order and so on.
Till now i have not received the amount to my account.
This is such a worst experience in my entire business transactions in all my life. I want you to kindly look into this on priority and get this sorted for me at the earliest.
Please cancel my cigna ttk & hdfc life insurance plans and credit my account with the amount i am eligible to get from my previous policy and refund of these 2 policies that hdfc ergo insisted to purchase.
Till now i not getting any response from hdfc team or fraudster rohit malhotra and anjali sharma.
Please tell me hor file a complaint against these people??
