Hi,

I had lost my food plus card, i am a tcs associate, could you block the card and issue the new card. Also my old card has balance money in that account.

fastag was not issued / confirmation provided after payment

I filled up the FASTAG application form on HDFC website and made the payment. The amount was also deducted from my credit card. But, no confirmation / reference number / issuance of the FASTAG was done. Need a resolution to issue the FASTAG immediately....

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr655082. Since then there is no update. I too had not received any email confirmation. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag status as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have been with hdfc for 6 years now....

customer care number always remain busy

When trying to contact with customer care, it always remain busy ([protected]). So not able to contact for to resolve queries. Anyone has suggestion on same or there is any email id for same as not mentioned over portal..

As i have applied for fastag but still not delivered at my address while user id and wallet id provided to me by sms by hdfc bank....

I applied for fastag via hdfc bank website and bank debit my account with 500 Rs. After that bank website show me error "System timeour or error. Please try after some time"

I had tried three times to purchase fastag, twice it was failed, even if the amount was debited from my account. Third time i succeeded with ref no.: hfr605889. But till now i had not received any communication either mail or text message. Also my failure transaction amount had yet not reverse to my account. Trying the tollfree no, but always same no is busy.

not received my fastag even after 5 months. toll free or any number is not working

This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr150029 for the application of fastag on date 3 june 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email id...

no application status on my fastag

It’s been nearly a week since i ordered hdfc fastag (Application reference number: hfr496406). All the payments have already been done i also got a confirmation saying my fastag has been approved, but i haven’t received my fastag yet and i haven’t heard back from the bank on the status of my application and their toll free number is always busy.
So please help me resolve this issue by updating me on the status of the application....

fastag amount deducted but no response

Applied for fastag and paid the amount and then the screen showed error, but amount was deducted from my credit card but, i received no email or any response from the fastag team regarding the confirmation. Tried calling customer support but the number they provided is not working.


I applied on 28/11/2019.

So either do a refund or deliver the fastag and other details required....
