Hi,

I submitted my application for fastag on nov 10, 2019 and i have not received it yet. My application number is hfr354178. I got emails telling that a tag has been issued successfully. Now i'm in a situation where i have already paid for the fastag but i don't have it yet on my car and pretty soon government will be asking everyone to have fastag. I cannot buy a separate one as my money will be wasted in that. Called hdfc fastag helpline[protected] multiple times only to get more frustrated because it's always busy.

Can anyone from hdfc bank look into this matter because this issue is faced by many customers?

First of all, the contact number you entered in your reply is not visible to me. Do you think I will be complaining here if I was able to reach your helpline number.
One more thing, why my Fastag is getting delayed ? It's been more than a 3 weeks that you guys have my application. I was told that people need to pay a fine if they are not using Fastag.
Given that I have already paid to you guys, I deserve to get my Fastag on time or HDFC bank should process refund of the Rs. 500 I gave along with my application.

    I used my credit limit 175000 from my hdfc credit cards. I could not repay the whole amount instead i asked bank to provide emi option so that the loan amount would get settled but they did not provided me the emi option and till now i paid 30000 as minimum amount. Initially they told emi option would be provided for credit card purchase but now they are telling emi option is offer based and it is not available for my card. I requested bank several time for emi option but they are not giving me. It makes me more frustration. Though i asked emi option to settle the amount gradually but they are not providing. They understand the pulse of middleclass people and doing same for all customers like me. Please help me on this

      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.
      The reference number of the application is hfr437125.
      I have applied on 21 nov 2019 since and i got a mail that my wallet is created and fasttag will delivered in 3/4 days. Since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

      There is no way to contact hdfc fasttag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.

      Help desk number for HDFC do not work, My money was deducted and i am yet to get the Fasttag confirmation . There is no way you can reach HDFC for support
      I tried to find the status of the Fastag application online but was not able to find any details.

      Tried calling the customer support, it is busy the hole days, its already been a week since i applied, I got the message that the Fastage is generated but no information as to how i will receive the fastag .

        I received hdfc fastag from my car dealer on 25th july but haven't received welcome mailer on my email or phone. I cannot register without wallet id. I have been trying to contact customer care but the number given on the site never connects through. This is really annoying.

        You make the fastag mandatory but the implementation process is not smooth.

        Please provide me details of my fastag so that i will be able to login.

        Details available with me which i got from car dealer is as follows

          I have applied online for fastag on website of hdfc website (https://v1.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/fastag/index.html) and paid rs. 500/- online on dt-30.11.19, my fastag application reference number is hfr791167.
          But i have not received any confirmation mail on my registered email id for deduction and payment acceptance for fastag from hdfc. I am regularly trying customer care no. [protected] but number is busy regularly busy from 30.11.19 to 03.12.19.
          So i want to know my payment status which was already deducted from my saving bank account. And also want the status of my application of fastag.

            On 29th of november, 2019 i tried applying for a fastag by hdfc, using their online application portal. I filled the details and made the payment of rs.500 using my debit card of the same bank.

            After payment was deducted from my account i received a server error on website. No confirmation email, no sms, nothing regarding the fastag application. I tried calling hdfc bank phone banker, and they confirmed that the payment is deducted and i should contact with fastag support.

            Please see if you can share the confirmation on the successful submission of the application or please refund the amount.

            The vehicle registration number for which i was applying the fastag is - hp03c 4522.

            My Fastag has been approved, I received the wallet Id and have received a message for recharge. But I am not having any information regarding delivery and shipment. When will I receive the tag?

            Plus I logged into the CCh account the information submitted there is incorrect. I don't know why, there is no address, no driving license no. But I remember I added these while subbmitting form.

            Please help.
            I bought sandels of Rs799 from Temptation shop Indore . There i swipes my card but the transaction was not completed . But the money got deducted from my account but didn’t receive to shopkeeper account .Now Hdfc was saying that the transaction was completed but the shopkeeper didn’t receive money .

              fastag unable to recharge

              I have been using it to login since activation. But now i am unable to login. It says invalid user id though i have selected wallet id as id type. When trying to reset user id or password the site doesn't work. What other ways of recharge can be made? The tollfree number is anyways busy. Please help me out to get this resolved to contribute using the service....

              When i am registering for fastag, on payment hdfc site throwed an error message and declared my transaction is unsuccessful but they detucted money from my account. I have been trying for their helpline for the past 5 days and getting only line are busy as a response. So i booked fasttag from equitas bank and they had wonderfull service.

              I just want to cancel fastag with hdfc and want my money back because this is mentioned to me as errot transaction.

                I have applied hdfc fasttag (Hfr860825) on dec 2 2019 and amount rs.500 has been credited in my hdfc credit card. I have received acknowledgement from hdfc through sms and it states, registered pdf will be sent to registered mail id. I didnt received any mail.

                Even i am having account in hdfc for past 13 years, i didnt expect this kind of worst service from hdfc, given toll free number is not working and also there is no provision how to track hdfc fast tag, pathetic system.

                  I applied for hdfc fastag on 23rd november but have not received the physical tag yet. Only received a wallet id number. Their helpline is always busy and there no way to contact anyone else.
                  Even there is no response on banks usual helpline number. They have not provided any other way to contact the bank to get any update. Please help.

                  I would have got the card personally by now with less effort.

                    Bank provide fastag service and post sales there is no support.
                    I have lost my tag id (34161fa8203288ac037bcc40) after windsheld as broken and replaced.

                    I have been trying to contact bank service to deactivate but no response over email or phone.

                    Phone[protected] not working for past 2 months.
                    Email - support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - no response.
                    Email - fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com - no response.

                    Only if i deactivate i can apply a new one. All i want is to deactivate the tag.

                    Also tried from fastag. Hdfcbank.com online service request to suspend but no response. Please help me get this resolved.

                    I have account in HDFC bank past 10 years. I apply the Fastag online from HDFC Fastag portal(https://v1.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/fastag/pay-toll-online.html). Still i did not received the Fastag RFID slip.

                    I experienced the site very very worst response and not for user friendly.

                    Please take the immediate action.
                    As it was more than 10 day still no not recieved my hdfc bank fast tag.

                    I have applied for Fastag on 28th November but still I have not recive.
                    When can I expect it as I need it Urgently.

                      I have submitted fastag application on 25th nov 2019.

                      I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy or some music is playing.
                      I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received regarding the dispatch details.

                        From last two days i could not log in the net banking. Its shows too much users using the service now...

                        The mobile app is also have the same issue
                        The msg comes as "we are experiencing heavy traffic…."

                        Round the clock the problem is there from last 48 hrs or may be more.

                        Resolve it immediately.
                        Funds could not be transferred to the desire accounts which may result in financial loss.

                            I registered for fastag giving my vehicle details and opted to upload the vehicle registration later.
                            The registration was complete with a payment of rs. 1000.
                            Application number: hfr768688

                            I did not receive the welcome email. Hence unable to login to fastag as i did not receive the userid.
                            I am unable to upload vehicle registration form.

                            The customer care number doesn't work. Not sure how to contact them and resolve the issue.

                              After payment debited from account session was expired.
                              Due to that reference no was not generated.
                              I talked with hdfc bank customer care, they said it will be mailed by 48hrs.
                              But after 4 day no reply.
                              Again two time i register complaint but no reply yet.
                              Hdfcfatag customer care no was always busy, when it get connect nobady picking my call.
                              Money is not reversed.
                              Now i confused what to do. Such bad service from hdfc fastag.

                                I have made an application online for fastag on 24/nov/19, ref: hfr502372, but no further information from them so far, also their fastag customer service number [protected] is always busy. I was hoping for a quick reponse from them as the email said that their customer service representative will get in touch with me over the telephone in the next seven working days, but nothing has happened so far, also there is no email id for fastag application where i can send an email as the above phone number is a dead end.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                but there has been no further communication from then, not a single call, or email or sms.
                                please do not mark the case as resolved as it is not. the problem still exists that i have not received the fastags

                                to be frank it took 20 days instead of 7-10 which is mentioned.

                                also your customer service number for fast tag never works
                                I have applied for fastag online through HDFC Bank vide application number 467293 on ੨੨ November ੨੦੧੯ and paid ₹ ੫੦੦/-, 300/- credited in fastag but fastag not rec'd till date. Pl also tell me about balance 200/- .

                                  Hdfc is cheating its customers. I applied for fastag on 28-11-19 and they deducted rupees 1000 and there is no clear communication. The customer care no they provided[protected] never worked, i tried calling 50 times in different times and different days. I did not find any customer service e-mail id on their website. I have even called their phone banking but there is clarity of my complaint status till date.
                                  I sincerely request consumers to stay away from using fastag service from hdfc bank or take prior precaution but just checking if the provided helpline number is working if they have any e-mail id which can be used if there is any payment related issue. I had a long-time association with hdfc and never expected this kind of horrible service from hdfc bank.

                                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The customer id is[protected]. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                    I have been with hdfc for 20 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                      fast tag is not working

                                      One of the worst service from hdfc fasttag. Fasttag received is faulty and not working i have 700 in the account. But fast tag did not work in any toll. Do not buy from hdfc. I need a refund and suspend the account. Fast tag number [protected]. Make sure i get refund immediately.
