With very much regret I would like to inform you I didn’t get my Fastag TAG till now. (Wallet ID [protected]) As per your communication it will be delivered within 7 working days(Please refer the attached image).Not only that your customer car number is also not working.There is no other communication option.I am very much wondering how will you provide prompt service later on if this is the situation right now.

Let me know the current status as soon as possible.

      I am still waiting for the fastag which has application reference HFR404503. Can i know what is the status. There is no status update at all.

      I can't receive update on the fastag customer care it has been very tireful following up, and there is no method to get this done.

        Hi,

        This is regarding fastag. I have applied fastag from HDFC bank portal on 27-Nov-2019.

        2 times I have attempted and the times after I filled all the mandatory details, during payment I have an error from website saying “Session timeout, please try after some times". One attempt is successful but i have not recieved my fastag and no any tracking or escalaration matrix available for the same.

        Money has been deducted from my credit card, I did not see any refund back in my statement after 7 days also.

        I also email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but still no any reply and acknowledgement. Also customer care number is always busy and if received by customer care person, they are not able to give solutions and suggested to mail as above mentioned email id.

        First time, i am facing such kind of worst service from HDFC bank.

          I applied for fastag online through HDFC, I got message about my wallet ID [protected] and customer ID is[protected]. But still I have not received my fastag stickers. There is no customer care response about this. I am really fed up dealing with HDFC Bank, didn’t expect such service with HDFC. Already paid ₹ 1000 for fastag of my two cars now can’t apply for another one as well.

            Hi,
            I had applied for HDFC FASTAG for my vehicle no. AP26BK3411 and reference no is HFR506745 online on On 24th Nov, I got a mail saying that the fastag has been issued and the customer ID and wallet id was provided. On 28th Nov a message was received saying that the wallet had been created and the fastag would be sent in 3-4 days. Since then there is no dispatch confirmation for the fastag. The customer care number is always busy or not transferring the agents.
            Please provide the ETA when will i get FASTAG and how to track the status ...

            Very very poor service... no email id to drop an email and not able to reach customer care too.

              On 4th June 2019, I got a call from Mr. Mayank from mobile [protected]. He proposed me the policy & told me to give cheque only today to get 17000 Rs cash back. I took the policy(policy no given above). Cashback decided to give as 5000 Rs in 1st installment and then 12000 Rs in 2nd installment.
              First installment is not as per the timeline given by him, so he transferred me 5000 Rs from his personal account and told me that I will take these 5000 Rs from HDFC accounts by myself. It was transferred on 18 July 2019.
              For another 12000 Rs, 90 days timeline was given which completes on 18 October 2019 but till now I did not get anything. Continuously following him through whatsapp & call but all in vain. Everytime gives me new date.
              Mrs Sweta from HDFC accounts team called me also to confirm the 5000 Rs transfer in my account. But due to some server issues, 5000 Rs not transferred & that's why Mr. Mayank transferred from his personal account & took that 5000 Rs from HDFC accounts. Her mobile no is [protected]
              From 2nd year, he told me to give premium waiver certificate so that I have to pay Rs 17000 less from 2nd year to 10th year.

                HDFC team: if you are listening, please enable my chip records ASAP. As I am unable to register and unable to recharge, I have to wait in the queue in toll booths and pay and go. Please resolve the issue.

                  I had applied for HDFC FASTAG, for my vehicle no. UP23AA1386, online on 23th Nov. On 23th Nov, I received a mail saying that the fastag has been issued and the customer ID and wallet id was provided. On 28th Nov a message was received saying that the wallet had been created and the fastag would be sent in 3-4 days. Since then there is no despatch confirmation for the fastag. The customer care number is always busy and useless.
                  Please provide the despatch status of my fastag. I'm facing problem on daily basis. Please ressolve the issue on priority basis.

I am trying to call on [protected] toll free number mentioned in mail but i am not able to get connect as number is continuously busy since 4 days. I tried calling many other customer support hdfc but none of the executive are willing to help and none of them has the knowledge. Not expected this type of issues from hdfc

                      I paid Rs 500 for the fasttag at HDFC bank online.
                      It said that I will receive an email with the fast tag application.

                      I did not receive anything, but money debited. The customer care number is not reachable, does not even ring. Have I lost my money? Pathetic service. Pl let me know what to do next. I need to travel on Dec 21st and am looking for a way to get fasttag quickly. Any help appreciated. (also is there a way to get back the money I spent on the hdfc fasttag, if it cannot be resolved?)

                        The branch has zero clues on whom to approach and or what to do.

                        Not a major loss of money BUT for sure time involved in follow up etc.

                        I have received notification sms that my application is now processed and I have got my wallet ID and also customer ID but how does that help me ???

                        if I have no information whether my physical fast tag has been sent out or not - no information about tracking same. I have to have my physical fast tag pasted on the car what I will do with there sms notification??? - can I pay toll using them ?? I don't think so.

                        This is typical band-aid work and not complete solution and I am keeping my complaint as not resolved HDFC.

                            I applied for fastag on hdfc portal on 28th November using my hdfc debit card 500 rupees were deducted but I didn't receive any message from them yet.                             I was trying to purchase FAST TAG (HDFC) on line today and the payment of Rs.500/- was debited from my credit card but could not get the confirmation .Either FAST TAG may be confirmed or the payment may be reimbursed to me.
                            Trying to generate password as a first time user to my Fastag account using the Customer ID & Wallet ID provided by HDFC through mail.

                            However the page says "No Records". Followed all the steps as mentioned on the website.

                            Trying to call up toll free number, but it is always busy.

                            Hi I have applied Fastag card through HDFC bank link my application id HFR350755 dtd 10th Nov19 paying Rs 500/-. Although there is no email confirmation or any representative reached to me so far. Can I get any confirmation or refund if its not processed. We cannot connect to customer care toll free no as well, which is not working.
                            I submitted fastag application to HDFC Bank on 7 November 2019. The number is HFR345744. I have still not received it. The HDFC Bank representative is not responding.

                              I applied fastag through online and my application number is hfr912671. It shows, the fastag will deliver within 7 days. But still, this was not received. Please check and send asap.

                              Also, i gave my mail id is wrong. I called customer care number [protected]. But no response/busy.

                                    I have 2 accounts one is saving account, second account fixed deposit account.
                                    Last month on 9th oct i received a call if you are interested for a locker we will provide.
                                    When i went there, they told me to keep one lakh (Rs./1, 00, 000) fd for this.
                                    I have in sb a/c i have only 67 thousand only, i said, i will transfer from other bank. But there network in the hdfc bank.
                                    Meanwhile br. Manger opened my account in his laptop and asked me to tell otp in my mobile when i told the otp he was transformed the amount from my fd account already rs./ 6, 00, 000.in my old fd in same branch. And he told, you can tranfar the amount to your saving account then it will be automatically adjusted. He was not given any type of information slip/soft copy.
                                    In few minutes i rec'd a message, mngr told read it loudly. When i saw it is 10 years rd. I told i didn't like it. Mngr replied, no it will come like that only but it not correct you read it. I said no it clear, here wrote it is one type of rd. I don’t wan’t this. I am a senior citizen now this type of rds are not useful for me. He said ok i will revert it back. After 4-5days for revert the money one cancelled cheque, one request letter he was taken, till now i have not got my money to my account.

                                      i have applied for fastag on 24.11.2019 at hdfc fastag website.
                                      I got an application reference number as hfr503168,.
                                      Customer login iid & wallet id received in my email in[protected].
                                      I haven't received my fastag sticker till date.
                                      . I have tried calling customer care number numerous times but line is always busy. & fastag sticker still not received.
                                      Please arrange delivery of fastag sticker at earliest.

                                        I have applied for hdfc fastag, customer id and wallet id created but still fastag card delivery status is unknown.
                                        Trying to reach there customer care but no. [protected] is showing as invalid.
                                        I have received msg from there side that it will be dispatch within 04 working day now its almost 7 days still there is no status of dispatch.

                                        Please help to confirm status.

                                        Already 10 days been crossed applied on 26th Nov, still Fastag Delivery status is unknown,
