I applied for the tag on 10th nov 2019 and i got an sms that says the a/c was created on 23rd nov 2019.

After a long wait finally, i got my fastag a/c created and i got the details of it and i could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.

But still not clear on when i will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when i first applied for it on hdfc bank site.

Hi, i have applied for 3 fastag on 28th nov. Paid rs 1500/-. I have an application reference number hfr655976. Neither the fastag application pdf has come on my email nor have i received any calls from the bank fastag representative. When ever tried calling the[protected], just get a busy tone. Called up phone banking. They gave an email address to contact them. The address is status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. This address is not available....

Have purchased the fastag from hdfc bank last week. And i have recharged ₹2000and in my wallet i have ₹2070. But when i cross tollgate today morning, its shows "fastag is blacklisted". I dont know what kind of service you are providing me. Or else i have to tell me before itself. Worst experience.

hdfc bank fastag payment issue: session timeout error screen appears

Hi,
My self balamurugan. I have applied for hdfc bankhdfc fastag on nov28th 2019 for my car. During the process, payment issue: session timeout error screen is appeared on my system and rs.500 amount deducted from credit card account. When i called the hdfc fastag it is always busy after so many tries they asked me to wait for 2days. Till now it is not reverted back to my credit card account. Worst experience with hdfc fastag....

credit card expired, need to pay bill

My credit card got expired. Iam not able to pay the bill. I didn't get any proper response with phone banking and i don't have net banking also as i closed debit account. Please do needfull. Want to pay my bills. Because today is bill date. Atleast minimum amount i have to pay. I am not able to understand the phone banking services also. They are not connecting the phone banker. Atleast please do call this on number so that i will be helpful...

There fasttag helpline number is never reachable or nobody picks.

I am having a balance of more than 500 inr in it but still i am unable to use it at toll.

Toll plaza guys says i have to get in touch with hdfc and hdfc never helps.

salary account turned to saving and now balance is negative

I had hdf salary account however after changing my job 2yr back i stoped using my hdfc account...
I recently got updated that they have charged me -9000 in my account since they changed it to saving.
No prior communication was made. It's h huge chunk of money and i m not able to pay it due to my financial condition.
I did checked online that rbi has passed rule that bank are not supposed to do it.

fraudulent transaction on my debit card

I received a message on my mobile saying that there is a deduction of 1425 indian rupees from my debit card account. I was never asked for otp and i haven't shared any information to anyone. Please help me in returning my money back. I had already raised a request in the site asking them to remove my membership 10 days ago but i haven't received any response from them....

refund of failed transaction of hdfc bank to irctc

not received fastag

This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr465524 for the application of fastag on date 22 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email...

hdfc bank - imps fund transfer-timed out, money debited, no refund

On 30/11/2019, i've initiated a transaction through hdfc (Domluru bengaluru branch) netbanking for 5k to beneficiary boi bank (Naigaon dist. Nanded branch) account. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message saying - your money transfer of inr * timed out due to technical reason. Ref no[protected]. I checked, the amount is not credited to any account....

status of fastag registration

I had registered for fastag through hdfc bank. Completed the process on the portal and submitted the rc of the vehicle and my drivers license as document requested. I had paid 500 through hdfc bank debit card. Transaction completed but i didn’t receive any email or sms confirmation if the fastag is issued or not. Money is deducted but don’t know if fastag issued. Tried their toll free number ‭[protected]‬ but it’s always busy....

fastag application - money debited rs 500 and session expired

I applied for fastag through online link for fastag application with reference number - hfr769688. Rs 500/- were debited and it said session expired. Either refund or start processing for fastag. Called customer care and they have no information about fastag. Please resolve this asap. Please ask for customer id and account no. For further processing.

hdfc fastag payment issue: session timeout error screen appeared and amount deducted from savings account.

Hi,

I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since june 2019, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

I wanted fastag for my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

In my first application option for uploading rc document later was exercised.

To upload the same second time same details were filled and rc uploaded.

On 26 nov-19, 4204/ (Irctc) is twice deducted. I hv no purchase for 4204 (Irctc ticket). I hv only 4155 (Irctc ticket).

Also 3558 /deducted for twice on 26 nov-19. Why?

Why igst charges is 565/ on 14th nov-19.

I hv nothig purchase on 14th nov.

No offer (Emi, loan) in this card.
Plz reply me. I am suffering with lots of problem during credit card....
