Applied for fastag on 01/12/19. Till now no update from hdfc. Welcome letter also not received. Call centre no. not at all working. What is the use of paying Rs. 500 and bank is not responding totally.

Worst service. Really regreting why I had chosen HDFC for FASTAG.

    I applied my fastag application reference no. Is hrf442977 on 22 nov 2019. But till now i am waiting for this fastag. Even i am continuously calling on given helpline care number but the call could not be connected and also there is no searching link for hdfc fastag. Please let me know where is my fastag and also on which date it delivered to me. Make soon as possible.

      I applied hdfc fastag on 29 nov 2019, payment deducted from my hdfc credit card & got session timeout, i spoke to hdfc bank they told that the transaction was successful & i was was given transaction code as well, also i spoke to hdfc fastag help line on 3rd december on [protected] they asked my mobile number & said it is showing under process, it been 6 day now, no email & mobile message yet regarding my fastag.

        After my previous complaint i received sms from HDFC post activation of my Fastag Account with balance of ₹300 and also that the fastag would be shipped to my address in 3 - 4 working days. I received this SMS on 28th November. It's been 4 working days already with no information about the shipment. Why is everything so delayed with HDFC Fastag. My FASTag Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected]. The number mentioned for service is never reachable. It always says the number is busy or the call never gets through. When will I get the Tag.

            My name is bhushan ramdas wable i am an hdfc bank account holder i have lost my debit card and cheque book and recently got shifted to another address, and because of that i am unable to get a cheque book on my new address i am trying to withdraw my money from past two months but they are not allowing me too the hdfc employees are saying that without cheque book or new card we will not give any money i am literally harrased by the hdfc bank of mira rd branch nayanagar for address change and money withdrawal... I urgently need money to pay my rent and i do not have any money please help... And i want to sue hdfc bank for it and these hdfc employees are pathetic... Please help

You will be redirected to upload the self-attested scanned copy of document. Update your address under "Address details" Select the document type that you wish to upload from the drop down menu under "Address proof" Click "+" and select the document Click "upload" Type the code shown in the box Select "I/we confirm that we have read the Terms & conditions and that all details provided on the form are true & correct" Click on "Submit" Following are the documents that you can upload as Address Proof during the above procedure: 1) Passport 2) Driver License 3) Voter's Card 4) Aadhar Card 5) Central or State Government issued ID Card.               I had applied for hdfc fastag on 21/11/2019 and made payment thru my hdfc bank account, through net banking.
              I rec'd a message on 24/11/2019 stating that i will receive the card in next 7 working days.
              You date i have not rec'd the fastag card.
              Since last two days i have been trying to get in touch with the fastag customer care number [protected]. I must have dialled the for more than 50 times.
              But there absolutely no response from the number.
              Absolutely useless service rendered by a bank which calls itself india's largest pvt sector bank. It boasts of best service but the service is absolutely useless.

                Hi i complained about hdfc bank not stopping ecs even after giving request letters for over a year tobhirva at shanti park branch mira rd, she destroyed it all. Ecs is still not stopped. A nice lady from the branch komal told me i need an noc from the other back. She called someone to check the details. My point was bhirva could have told me from september last year. She told me bank is earning because of me due to return charges of around 60000 till now. When i complained earlier nadia said bhirva called me. Again lies. I did not get any call. My demand is all the fees waived and put back in my account as bhirva did not do her job properly. When ever i go the branch she has behaved rudely and used abusive language. If amount not credited will take legal action as i shown my lawyer all the copy of all the letter i gave her. Nothing other than waiver will be accepted. Bhirva needs to punished for her actions

                    My fastag reference no is hfr 793651 i want to know status for my fastag its took one whole week.

                    So please send my fasttag on urgent basis. This is not good for reputed hdfc goodwill.

                        I had applied for the fastag through hdfc website. There was some error in the information updated and wanted to get it rectified, please advice where to get the details rectified as neither the toll free number is reachable nor the customer helpline desk. There is no response from the helpline email provided. The payment receipt says they'll get in touch with us on our registered email/mobile within 7 working days, but its already way past the due time mentioned by them.

                          I have ordered hdfc fastag through online. Its been nearly 10 days and i haven't received my fastag. I have called to that customer care number[protected] and its always busy. Also i sent mail to support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in, hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. But no one is responding. Its really not acceptable and that too from a reputed bank. Please help me in this matter.

                            Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr874425. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/driving license and since then there is no update.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number is out of service.

                            I have been with hdfc for 9 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                Hopeless customer service offered at cv ramannagar branch in bangalore. I was informed by the employee that account holders should visit the main branch for changing address and there is no facility to change the address online. I found this a big challenge for nre account holders to visit india to change address. This sounded so ridiculous and i questioned the employee. He was adamant that address change can be done only visiting the branch. The employee was more than happy to hand over a form to close the account rather than figuring out how he can help me.

                                With this kind of service hdfc bank is bound to loose nri customers. Please train your employees customer service and customer retention. The employee didnt care for my account since my account is held in a different branch. Ridiculous attitude...

                                  I had purchased 2 fast tags for my two cars namely celerio and ml 350 mercedez benz which was done on 29th november 2019

                                  I have confirmation msg and fast application number hfr749864
                                  And msg says i will receive pdf on my e-mail and fast tag with in 7days

                                  And tried contacting the toll free mentioned[protected] but there is no connection at all

                                  For which i have paid rs 1000/- both tags through online,

                                  I am really wondering what could be the next or lost money

                                  I applied for Fasttag through HDFC portal on 27th Nov. RS 500 was deducted from y credit card, after which there was no authetication / document shared to proceed. The toll free number is always busy. None from HDFC bank called for verification as shown in the portal.

                                  There is no other route to connect to the bank for clairification.
                                  HFR647377- Reference Number, as per the HDFC bank team once we complete the payment process we get a mail with fastag application...

                                  FASTAG applied with payment of Rs.500/- on 7th Nov 2019, not received till date. No updation/intimation/tracking process of Fastag. Toll free number [protected] always becomes busy, which is too much irritating. Very poor services of HDFC.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of Rs.500. The reference number of the application is HFR649132. I have uploaded the documents and still now there is no update.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag customer care number. Always busy or not being attended.

                                  When I will get the Fastag. Kindly update ASAP.

                                  It's been 13 days since I ordered FASTAG and there is no response by customer care .
                                  Their no is either busy or they won't answer 😡
                                  You can call anytime in a day but you won't be attended. My reference no is HFR352113.
                                  No status for the online payment paid for Fastag application reference number HFR383056.

                                  Trying to reach the Toll Free number given in the website but no one is answering and it busy always and finally disconnects.

                                  Help me with the status of my fastag with the above application number
                                  Hi, I have created a registration request for buying Fastag and registeerd, uploaded required RC and the paid the money. My account has amount deducted. It said error at the end without any reference number and your customer care number is always busy and not sure what kind of customer care it is. Please process refund of my money.

                                    I have loaded 12900 to my payZapp wallet. But now i cant transfer it to my other bank account. its saying 'Funds could not be transferred' and in error description its showing API Reject.
                                    I need to transfer that amount to my other account. Please help me on this issue, its really urgent.

                                      I have applied for fastag from hdfc website my ref no is hfr355536 on 12-nov-2019 my wallet has been created. Amount has been credited into wallet. But physical card is not sent to my address.

                                      Customer care number provided is not getting connected. No information in banks about shipping status.

                                      Please respond to me with status of my application and when will i get fastag its already 20 days.
