I have transfer the amount from payapp wallet to my hdfc saving bank Account [protected] however it has been deducted from the payapp wallet & it has not been credited to my saving bank account...& the Amount is 4990.06 on[protected] ...please refund the Amount to my payzapp wallet...Humble request to u Sir

    I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
    And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

        I have got no updates about the fast tag registration. I have got an email confirmation from hdfc saying that i will get a call from a representative in 7 days and that my fastag will be dispatched by dtdc but after that no response.
        I am trying to reach the hdfc fast tag customer care for the last 2 days but the number is always busy and i am not able to contact anyone. Is there a escalation point where i can reach out to? How do i get the fast tag delivered? No one seems to be able to help me out here

        It is coming close to a month since I have paid for fast tag. I have not got any help from the mail mentioned above. The toll free number is always busy.

        How to get this issue escalated to higher managements (if any)?

        It`s been 20 days that i haven`t received any updated from you guys.

        Poor, pathetic service.

        Customer representatives don`t know the process, will keep you on hold and if they are unable to find any answer they`ll disconnect the call.

        Earlier i applied for the Fastag, waited for 10 days, no revert. Ask them to cancel the same, now its more than a week, still no revert on the mail.

        On calling them they said you will receive a DD on the address mentioned on Aadhar Card. When applied initially already sent out the mail with updated address and supporting document, the lady (Fatimah) told me that new address would be updated don`t worry.

        Tell me if no one lives on the same address how the hell will i receive the DD. Should have informed earlier by the team that even you cannot update any new address. Why the support team is not clear about the process.

        Have already sent in the mail and i want my money in my HDFC bank account through which i have paid or else send DD on the address mentioned in the mail.

        Don`t make fool out of people and keep their hard earned money in your pocket.

        I have applied fastag on 22 July 2019, still not received my fastag and dropped mail to this mail ID many times but not getting any response, please let me know when I will receive my fastag.

        If you want me to wait I am ready to wait but you guys are not responding.

        I have 10 years relationship with HDFC and now I have to check whether to continue or move all my transaction to different bank.

        Very worst support from HDFc, pathey service. Money looters. They don't have proper process and escalation point. Kindly do not apply in Hdfc bank.

          We (10 people) applied for credit in 10 jan 2018 in our iit kharagpur campus. After fews day later they called us and verify name and other details then again 2 days later one hdfc credit card employ came and verify the residual addrees. After 15 days some student got the credit card but some didnt while we check for credit card status on hdfc web site they show us "disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability" but i dont understand that we all student have same finicial stability why bank gives credit to that student why not us. Kindly solve the problem.

          As you have mentioned "We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."
          So my question to you is that how come other 20 students who had applied along with me for credit card are getting credit card but not me. Also the financial conditions stated by your bank applies same to them as well as me as we all are students in the same college. I am not able to understand your terms and conditions. That's a very bad service of hdfc bank. I therefore want my documents back which I had submitted earlier to be sent to my address.
          Always hdfc bank say this words but they didnt said a valid reason they said that " We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications).               My hdfc credit card number [protected] was out standing with total amount 53.636.9 which i paid rupees 32000 on 19th feb and on 26th feb rupees 21637+90 total amount paid 53.727.
              Which i have received sms on my registered mobile number [protected] to pay before 21st march 2018 and same has been paid.
              Now when i called customer care on 26th feb 2018 time 15:15 to inform them to close the card, but instead of giving guidance they are asking me to pay more 1000 for overdue.
              Card limit is 52.000 and 1637 is for over limit which i have paid.
              Now again unessarary why should i pay more 1000.
              I can't afford to pay more other than selling my kideny.

                I had applied for the hdfc credit card on february 16th 2018. I also received this message stating-"dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]e1 is approved in principle subject to internal checks". But now the status is shown as disapproved as they couldn't verify my address. This is the second time i'm applying for a credit card and the same error happened before as well. They have come for the verification during office hours and there's no one to verify my address. I live alone and all my neighbours are working it professionals like myself. Please look into the same. A simple call before verification is enough so that i can be available for the formalities. I wasn't able to get any support from the representatives from credit card division and customer care.

                          I was supposed to receive a neft transfer of rs.13, 000/- vide neft confirmation n[protected] dated[protected], which is yet to be received by me to my bank account with icici.

                          This was transferred from my tenant who is holding hdfc bank account no : [protected].

                          Would highly appreciate if you could check whether the neft transfer happened or money returned back to the account holder.

                            I am using HDFC credit card from 03/2014 expire date is 03/17, and i am not using the card for last 3 months (starting of the year 2017) and paid all the dues, when after the expire date 03/17 HDFC charged me 500 Rupees, when i called the customer care they told me it is for Annual fees, but i am not interested to continue the credit card. so i asked them to close the card, Customer care representative side already my new credit card was sent. But i was relocated to Bangalore 2 years back. the card went to Hyderabad and returned back to bank. now i cant able to login to my account, not able to redeem my points, not able to change my address even online.

                            #1, Why do HDFC bank is asking me to send a hard copy of my credit card details for the closure of my credit card? is this is confidential.
                            #2, Why not they send the representative to my location for closure formalities? As they can able send the representative while opening the new credit card account.

                              Subject :- To Reverse Cash Handling Charges.

                              It is most respectfully submitted as under :-

                              1. That M/s Uppal H.P Gas Service is having Current Account No.[protected] at your Sultanpur Lodhi branch. From 1/04/2017 to 10/01/2018 we have deposited Rs.1, 87, 84, 427/-.
                              2.That our other firms M/s Manohar Lal Sunil Kumar, M/s Shiv Kumar Sunil Kumar and M/s Uppal Trading Co. are also having current accounts at your branch. All three firms are having 5-6 crores transactions annually. We also have 4 saving accounts at your branch and also many of our farmers are holding accounts at this branch.
                              3. That M/s Uppal H.P Gas Service is a LPG distributorship and mostly sale is in cash.
                              4. That your bank deducted Rs.63, 000/- approx. as Cash handling charges which was not at all expected as while opening account we were verbally promised by the Manager that cash handling charges will not be levied.
                              5. That we have requested your branch many times to reverse cash handling charges but no action was taken.
                              6. That as per my knowledge other banks at Sultanpur Lodhi do reverse cash handling charges as per norms.

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                Please let me know what is DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST. From last two weeks, my account is getting deducted from above narration. However this happened twice in this month. First time it was 3.62 Rs and second time it was 16.21Rs. The amount is getting increasing.

                                Please note that i am purchasing products online from Aliexpress. and using my debit card for it.

                                Please advise me what is these type of charges.

                                    I am nimithashree i had a zero balance account in kanakapura branch [protected] and also i had car loan 41831293 in the month of jan i got a cal from branch due to some higher transactions i need to submit kyc so i visit submit all the kyc jan month but feb 2018 3th my ac was blocked due to higher transactions i contact branch manager nd account was unloacked in that time i hv to pay car loan amount in my account money already is der but my cheque was bounced nd charged rs 649 wat reason for tiz plz refund the amount resolve it soon
