Hi,

I made a recharge of Rs.300 to the account –[protected] on 24th Feb 2018 using SBI credit card. The transaction ID is 004140.

However, the amount has not been credited to my fastag account[protected].

When I contacted the bank, they told me that, the transaction was successful and HDFC has taken the amount on 25th Feb. however, it is not reflecting in my fastag account.

Please credit the amount to my fastag account (OR) refund the transaction to my credit card.

    Hi,

    The amount of rs. 3142.63 was deducted from my account on 02/28/2018 :14:05:45. I didn't get any message or any other authentication process. I got a message for the amount of rs 3142.63 was debited from your account through debit card, but i did't done any transaction through debit card. So, can you please refund the amount asap.

      The hdfc relationship manager "manjunath" has said to take the credit card even after i said i dont need a credit card, he said it is lifetime free card no need to pay any annual charges so just keep it and if required you can use it. So i have believed his words and taken the credit card and after one month now he is saying i need to pay annual fee so i asked him to close my card and he said i need to clear all the outstanding amount so in 15 days i made the payment for the total outstanding balance and now they are saying i need to send an application for closure to chennai office i dont understand why should i send these kind of letters i was the reletionship manager who gave me the wrong information and i made full payment now i want the crad to be closed please help me on this.
      I have got the card in dec-2017 and i got to know regarding the annual fee in jan-2018 and i am closing in feb-2018.

          Hello,
          HDFC bank is deducting money with out even informing the customer

          INST-ALERT CHG INC GST, HDFC Bank is charging and deducting 17.70/- in each quarter.. Would like to know the reason for deduction. And there is no intimation or justification from HDFC bank when discussed to HDFC support center.

          This is not the first time multiple time they have deducting money from account with out even informing
          HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I am unable to recharge my fastag provided by hdfc as my login credentials are not getting thru. The toll free no does not work at all, how do you i get my recharge done?

            The response level from hdfc is pathetic and unacceptable, i had raised this issue with road transport minister nitin gadkari and yet nothing seems to be working on this regard.

            I even emailed the email id provided in some of the similar issues and guess what it is as bad as the toll free no.

              I have transferred inrupees 45100.0 through my netbanking via account no.[protected] named venkateshwara rao murari on 24th feb 2018 with reference number: # the message received as transaction unsuccessful but amount debited/deducted from the account and still we did not received the amount back into my account, it has been three days.
              We already raised complaint in hdfc branch, wave rock.

              Please transfer the amount or credit back in my account.

              The same thing happened previously and the amount was inr12000 on date11th august 2016 with reference number :#. This amount was not credited back till now, the issue was same transaction failed.

              We went several time to account branch office hdfc uppal, but they didn't take any action.

              An now this is second time.

              Please take some action and credit back our amount.

              The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. In case if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. In case if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds.

              You can send a person from hdfc bank or Police person for verification, this amount was not transferred to Margadari chit funds, tarnaka branch.

              It already completed 5 working days, its still didn't reach the amount to them(Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd) nor credited back to my account ...
              What Is the proof you have that the transaction is successful? when we got a pop-up message as Transaction unsuccessful!

                My self sarika bhor, from pune, after to much requests from hdfc credit card executive i applied for credit card, also i got it easily, i did not generate its pin or i didn't use it till date,

                Activation date - 28-mar-2017.
                Policy no[protected].

                I dont know how credit shield activated for my card, i didn't select it while filling form. But its activated, so i called customer care of hdfc bank they give me another num of hegic care, (17-june 2017) i also call them they said it will be deactivated soon, but amount not credited in my card acc, also hdfc taking finance charges till date. Amount on may 2017 is about 1000, but after taking too much follow up its not deactivate. Today i got statement, bill is 4900. Also my cibil score gon very down, i applied for loan but no one giving me loan due to this. I have mailed 3 times to credit card customer care, also called about 6-7 times but no one giving positive feedback. I need money urgent but thins thing too much irritating.
                Today[protected] also i called hdfc ergo customer care, they said it is deactivated on[protected], then why hdfc credit card not refunding my amount & why not taking action on my requests from calls and emails??

                but HDFC are still applying me finance charge,
                Ergo mailed me-

                ''We wish to inform you that we have processed the refund for your proposal number 52448862 for amount Rs. 675/- on dated 21st June 2017.
                Further we request you to check your bank statement for month of June and July 2017.''

                Today your customer care not gives me positive response as usual, you people wasting my time, this is very irritating, I cant bear it now, I need loan but this thing is big path-hole.
                My card also permanently deactivated some months ago as your executive said.

                I going to file your complaint consumer forum..

                      I have wrote this thing to hdfc many times, but no action has been taken from your side, if we have bought your policy are we fools?

                      There is a person named mr. Vidhur chandna who works in your ashok vihar hdfc life branch, he is ruining hdfc's image by his acts. He opened a firm and recruits students for internship and explains the hdfc policies by saying that hdfc will give 20 times bonuses and other benefits on each policy. He forces the students to buy the policies, he conducts fraudulent activities which ruins hdfc's image. I am one of the victim of him, he fooled and forced around 5 students to buy hdfc policy. He never showed the form, he just asks for a sign on aadhar card photocopy or any identity proof. And after 5 days he calls to hdfc life customer care and does the verification from his side by becoming the policy holder.
                      It was my duty to tell this thing to hdfc as i was having a good image of hdfc in my eyes.

                        I have Snapdeal HDFC credit card and i want to convert my payments to emi but they are not doing that.they are deducting almost 3500 every month for different different charges but not ready to convert in Emi. One of the customer service representative told me that do not pay till 3 months then the collection team will call you and then settlement will be done but it will ruin your cibil .if they can tell me this why cannot they convert it into emi so that i can pay the amount, its 60000.I am having this card more than 3 years and then also this is the result I am getting this is worst card do not take it.one executive told me take personal LOAN and then pay amount for card.rather tha n helping me with emi they are giving me these suggestions.I am so pissed off.
                        People say right that hdfc bank is the worst and really ### as they apply so many charges without any reason.

                        We wish to clarify that we offer like Smart EMI conversion, Insta loan, Balance Transfer, etc., will be available on the card account from time to time basis the usage and payment pattern on the card account and the same is not a standard product offering. Currently, there is no offer for EMI conversion on your card account. Hence we regret to inform you that we are unable to accede to your request for conversion. However, we request you to check with the merchant at the time of transaction for offer availability. We wish to clarify that settlements are offered basis prevailing outstanding on the card account and the same is as per the discretion of the bank and as per bank terms only. Debit/Credit Card Transaction alerts sent as per regulatory guidelines and NetBanking transaction alerts do not form part of InstaAlert Service. Customers who are not registered for InstaAlert service will continue to get these alerts free of charge. All fees and charges mentioned above will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @18%.

                          My account has been debited of rs 17.70 without any information "INST-ALERT CHG INC GST JAN-MAR2019-MIR[protected]" hdfc bank is charging and deducting 17.70/- in each quarter (INST-ALERT CHG INC GST JAN-MAR2019-MIR[protected] I am not getting a proper reason for the deduction. And there is no intimation or justification from the hdfc bank when discussed to the hdfc support center.

                          First of all it is ridiculous to charge money for SMS alerts. HDFC bank should be ashamed. On top of that there is no way to disable the alerts online. And the customer supports sucks.

                          I have been charged with this charge several times. Please let us know how to stop this nonsense.
                          Actually there is a "Insta Alerts" link on the top of the page when you login into online account. You will be able to change or disable alerts. Still I think the bank should not be charging anything for this kind of service. They are just Greedy !!

                                I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                    I have got no updates about the fast tag registration. I have got an email confirmation from hdfc saying that i will get a call from a representative in 7 days and that my fastag will be dispatched by dtdc but after that no response.
                                    I am trying to reach the hdfc fast tag customer care for the last 2 days but the number is always busy and i am not able to contact anyone. Is there a escalation point where i can reach out to? How do i get the fast tag delivered? No one seems to be able to help me out here

                                    It is coming close to a month since I have paid for fast tag. I have not got any help from the mail mentioned above. The toll free number is always busy.

                                    How to get this issue escalated to higher managements (if any)?

                                    It`s been 20 days that i haven`t received any updated from you guys.

                                    Poor, pathetic service.

                                    Customer representatives don`t know the process, will keep you on hold and if they are unable to find any answer they`ll disconnect the call.

                                    Earlier i applied for the Fastag, waited for 10 days, no revert. Ask them to cancel the same, now its more than a week, still no revert on the mail.

                                    On calling them they said you will receive a DD on the address mentioned on Aadhar Card. When applied initially already sent out the mail with updated address and supporting document, the lady (Fatimah) told me that new address would be updated don`t worry.

                                    Tell me if no one lives on the same address how the hell will i receive the DD. Should have informed earlier by the team that even you cannot update any new address. Why the support team is not clear about the process.

                                    Have already sent in the mail and i want my money in my HDFC bank account through which i have paid or else send DD on the address mentioned in the mail.

                                    Don`t make fool out of people and keep their hard earned money in your pocket.

                                    I have applied fastag on 22 July 2019, still not received my fastag and dropped mail to this mail ID many times but not getting any response, please let me know when I will receive my fastag.

                                    If you want me to wait I am ready to wait but you guys are not responding.

                                    I have 10 years relationship with HDFC and now I have to check whether to continue or move all my transaction to different bank.

                                    Very worst support from HDFc, pathey service. Money looters. They don't have proper process and escalation point. Kindly do not apply in Hdfc bank.

                                      We (10 people) applied for credit in 10 jan 2018 in our iit kharagpur campus. After fews day later they called us and verify name and other details then again 2 days later one hdfc credit card employ came and verify the residual addrees. After 15 days some student got the credit card but some didnt while we check for credit card status on hdfc web site they show us "disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability" but i dont understand that we all student have same finicial stability why bank gives credit to that student why not us. Kindly solve the problem.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."
                                      So my question to you is that how come other 20 students who had applied along with me for credit card are getting credit card but not me. Also the financial conditions stated by your bank applies same to them as well as me as we all are students in the same college. I am not able to understand your terms and conditions. That's a very bad service of hdfc bank. I therefore want my documents back which I had submitted earlier to be sent to my address.
