I have done transaction for withdrawal of rs 5000 from central bank of india atm at besa. Amount was deducted from the account but i have not got. Second time again i did transaction but not got amount. So total rs. 10000 deducted from account. Kindly do the needful for this so that i will get my rs. 10000 back in my account.

      This is Yunus Mohammad purchased a two wheeler through hdfc finanace .
      having loan no[protected] paid all emi's. at last month of loan tenure bank offered for settlement and i execpt it and pay the offered amount i.e 6000 rupee at[protected]. till date[protected] i have not got my NOC ( no objection certificate ) paper.
      i have talked several times to manager MR. VIVEK SINGH at Allahabad Branch. He sayed many times that it would be done in 5-7 working days. I have facing this problem from last two month. please help...

        Dpid : in301549 client id : 37324095 was closed on hdfc bank securitites deptt branch nit faridabad on 2015.
        My account nos [protected] was not deducted any depository charges henceforth.
        But to my surprise, on 15th feb 2017 and this year too 20th feb depository charges started again to deduct from hdfc account.
        I am running pillar to pillar to close this but not to my help.. I am wondering when this demat account already got closed and on 2016 it was not deducted why depository charges again started to getting deducted from 2017.. And this year too
        This is pathetic... I don't know what to do.. I have already mailed to [protected]@hdfcbank. Pl help

          My a/c was dormant for almost 2 years. The hdfc bank put a changes of 7500 for non-maintenance. Talked to the bank manager and she promised to waive off 5000 rs. Penalty. She asked me to deposit 2000 rs into the a/c to activate it. However after repeated request the promised amount of penalty was not waived off.in fact more amount was charged. It is totally unfair when already a discussion is happening for waiver to add more penalty. This seems to be an attempt to mint money from poor customers who are far away. I live in us and have no easy mean to contact. Emails are not replied, phone calls not received and i cannot go to bank. I would not recommend anyone to open a/c in hdfc after this bitter experience.

            Hdfc ergo team wrongly suggested car insrance policy and premium value (Policy no[protected]) and hdfc ergo team did blended mistakes. I can't understand hdfc erog inspection methods. Your peoples are blind.

            Let me know why i have to send you a policy copy. I bought a policy from hdfc ergo by submitting clear information. For the mistake which your team have done, i'm facing inconvenience. I need a proper resolution from your people or management side.

              After that my application for personal loan, los no. 54694793 is approved.

              After approval they taked my sign on blank agreement documents for emi. (Before disbursement)

                  I am a credit card holder of hdfc bank ltd. I have been using hdfc bank's credit card since 2014. I have given an application for changing my address in hdfc bank record, as my credit card is going to be expired on 08/18. I want to change my address in-order to received my new credit card to my address. But the application has been rejected without cofirm me or without intimating me. Once again on 20/02/2018 i have sent an application for changing address with i d proof (Electricity bill), this time i signed on application in presence of mr prakash, who is staff member of hdfc bank ltd dewas branch and he ensure me that i will sent my application to hdfc bank ltd, chennai branch.

                  Here i request you to kindly change my address as per application, if there is any problem then contact with me before cancelling / rejecting it..

                  If it is not possible then tell me i will clear all due before due date and close / surrender my credit card.

                    Rs 1899 has been deducted from my hdfc credit card against one assist insurance plan activated. However, i am not at all interested in the plan. I was wrongly informed that the plan is compulsory by hdfc.
                    I have not even completed my free look period. So, i want my full amount to be refunded immediately to my card.

                      I had taken personal loan from hdfc bank and return period was 3 years, I paid 13 months EMI after that i was not able to pay because I lost my job. I was unemployed for 14 months, during peoples be from hdfc bank were calling me every day, they call to family members regarding that your son is not paying loan. After 14 months o[censored]nemployment I had join one company, During this period hdfc bank guys are contineously calling me. They are not ready to understand my concern, if I'm not picking call, they found some contacts of colleagues from company and they called them and telling that, this guy had taken loan from us and now he is now not paying.when my colleague discussed this thing with me I left my job next day. Because hdfc people contineously calling in my company. Again after 2-3 months I have started new job and that job has an salary account with HDFC bank, When my salary credited in my account that time HDFC hold that amount I'm not able to withdraw. After 2-3 days I have received notice regarding to meet concern branch within 7 days after receiving the notice. Next day I went to hdfc collection department in Kanjur Marg Mumbai branch. The person I met he was so arrogant he was talking with me like I'm criminal .I told him to I will pay whatever my remaining EMI and overdue in 3-4 installments but he is not ready understand. I request him Alot for release some amount at least I can bear my daily allowances. They refused. HDFC bank please release my amount.

                        I got my Fastag chip sometimes on December'17. Till now contentiously trying to register, but it always says no records. I tried contacting the customer care number printed on the chip card. But nobody picks up the call. I have no clue what to do now. Wasted the money, I feel. Never thought a reputed bank, like HDFC, will have such a pathetic service in a particular department. Usually they are good in core banking sector. But here they definitely failed.

                        My application reference no. is HFR013867.

                        HDFC team: if you are listening, please enable my chip records ASAP. As I am unable to register and unable to recharge, I have to wait in the queue in toll booths and pay and go. Please resolve the issue.
                        Dear Customer,

                        We have checked at our end and did not find any issue. Your Cust ID is Customer ID:[protected] and Wallet ID is [protected]. Please follow below steps by visiting www.hdfcbank.com/fastag Individual customer to click on Retail Login and then click on the option of First Time User on the home page of the FASTag portal. Enter any 2 details of the following fields displayed; Customer ID (Customer ID is 12 digits numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx) RFID number (RFID is 16 digits numeric number which is mentioned on the FASTag & starts with 6xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) Wallet ID (Wallet ID is 14 digits numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx) Vehicle ID (vehicle number, Ex -MH00AA1111). Enter mobile number, which provided at the time of applying for FASTag and click on Next Step. Click on Generate OTP (One Time Password) option which will be sent to the registered mobile number for authenticating the request of password generation. On successful validation of the OTP, the portal will then prompt to enter the new password which is to be set. (Password has to be in the combination of alphanumeric, one special character, one alphabet in capital and minimum 8 characters in length to a maximum of 20 characters, example [protected]@2017) Select minimum 3 secret questions from a drop-down menu & provide an appropriate answer and then click on continue to complete the registration to access FASTag account. Automatically Login Page will be displayed where the customer needs to login with User ID and new Password to access FASTag account.

                        HDFC fastag team:
                        Please stop sending these generic replies and try to prove your customer support. These will not help in any way. Please try to resolve the issues. I think in India there is no proper platform to put a check on fraud/ unfair/passive customer service or responses. Even CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.IN also fails in this regard to protect consumer rights. ALL ARE GENERIC ANSWERS or SYSTEMA AUTOMATED ANSWERS. I'm sorry. I'm very much frustrated.
                        Dear Sir,

                        No luck till date. Every time I tried to follow the instruction you given in here, but it says No Records. BTW, know that I didn't receive any welcome mail. So I don't know my customer ID. Only the envelop I received from you has the RFID chip and a instruction paper which describes how to fix in the windshield. The chip has only hand written wallet ID and printed RFID no on it. I tried to register with wallet ID, RFID no and my vehicle number. But it says no records. I tried to call the number[protected] written in the RFID chip, but nobody picks up. Can you please activate my RFID and send the details with customer ID to my mail (puspenjit at gmail dot com) or call my number. I attached the screenshot for ur reference.

                        I booked the fast tag on the first week of Dec-2019 since its compulsory from 15 after a first extension. I uploaded my details with payment of 500 rs, received the welcome kit and tried to login . Today the date is 03 -Jan -2020, till this time no luck.

                        The worst service from the HDFC, if you people cant support on the customer support number ( toll free)provided, don't cheat the people .

                        I got a number from website who is in charge of Karnataka - not picking call at all .

                        Looting the money and not providing the support .

                        when No option to get service through customer care i approached HDFC bank directly, But even in Bank employees not capable to service this kind of issue . I send mail to fastag one pay customer care from there also no service received . I have no Idea how to resolve this issue .

                        FASTAG CUSTOMER ID[protected]

                        CONCERNS:
                        1. HDFC issued FASTAG RFID NOT WORKING PROPERLY
                        2. NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE FASTAG "FIRST TIME REGISTRATION" through HDFC portal- - ERROR- NO RECORD

                        I was offered FASTAG (with an initial balance of Rs200) by HONDA dealer in Hyderabad when I purchased new car in Dec 2019. The FASTAG kit included RFID card and an instruction paper. I received a welcome e-mail with Customer ID and Wallet ID details from HDFC. Everything went smooth until I realized the RFID was not working properly at the toll gates. Out of several attempts, the card was detectable only a couple of times. When I faced problem with the card at the toll gates, I've no other option given by the toll collection authority except to pay double toll charges. At some toll gates, I was advised to re-charge even though there was balance in my account. Now, I tried to check my account on HDFC portal https://fastag.hdfcbank.com/RetailRoadUserLogin/Index?_ga=2.[protected].[protect... by completing 'first- time registration' but no luck. Though I fetched correct details like Customer ID, Wallet ID or Mobile no. and Captcha, the screen displays an error message 'No record'. Concerned authorities, request you to please look into this problem.
                        I have a similar problem. Is there any solution to this??

                        It's not problem please call customer care just verify your wallet id with them you will come to know wallet and customer ID mail to you and system id is different therefore it's showing no records once you get right id from customer care issue will be resolve it's done for me customer care HDFF should circulate this message to entire team it's working.
                        I found one possible solution for this problem. I was also getting "no record" .
                        Tried a lot of things but still was getting "no records"
                        Finally I noticed that the "RFID No" asked in the form did not match with anything in the letter which came with fastag. So I tried without the RF ID No. Kept it black and the pressed continue - IT WORKED !!!

                        I know if it vain to rejoice at such a small thing but you all will be able to relate. I was frustrated to not be able to use this fastag for several months. You would ask why didnt you call the customer service ? But seriously? customer service is a joke, they reply with canned messages without even reading your problem and say all is fine at our end.

                        So folks, try with RF ID no as blank in your registration form, it may work as it did in my case.

                          this is a complaint regarding hdfc person by name sowmya she was repeatedly calling me and sending me sms that iam eligible for topup loan and need not submit any documents apart from aadhar card and pan card after submitting that she called up for bank statement and later she called up for asking other details and started taking rude she doesn't know how to talk to customer and she was the one calling to me to reach her target. it is very disappointing bad experience from hdfc bank ( very bad service )

                            I am studying in uk and using hdfc debit card. Suddenly my account sees a withdrawal of rs.8000 .. i don’t understand the reason for the insane amount of withdrawal... international charges may be 30-40/- and not 8000/-
                            I want to know the appropriate logical reason and need you to put back the charges...

                            The debit pertains to cross currency conversion, markup and service tax towards the international POS transaction done on February 08, 2018 at Campus Living. There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + 3.5% Foreign Currency markup + Difference in foreign currency Rate( Its the difference in foreign currency rate on the date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}). Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. You can also refer the following link on our website for the charges applicable: https://goo.gl/1Dt5fY We wish to confirm that the International transactions are converted into Indian Rupees using the exchange rate established by the VISA / Master International for such transaction on the date when the charges are processed by the member bank, plus any applicable conversion charges. These rates are determined by VISA / Master for such interbank/inter-country settlement and the same would apply in addition to the bank markup rates for transactions on the credit card for international transactions. The Cross currency Markup' @ 3 .5% of the transaction amount is currently charged for international transactions and the same has been mentioned on the schedule of charges' in the card statement. As part of a regulatory compliance, the markup charges similar to all other Fees & Charges will also be levied with Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% (revised with effect from 01/07/2017). In case if there are multiple foreign currency transactions posted during the month, then markup amounts across the multiple transactions would be cumulated and Tax will be applied to Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% We also take this opportunity to clarify that in the case of transactions in other foreign currencies, the transactions are converted to a globally accepted currency value (USD) and then to Indian rupees, which may result in a net difference in the charge amount, when compared to the rate arrived at using regular RBI rate.

                              Kindly this is my humble requsted for you plz reverse my all charges which was deducted from my credit card otherwise i will go to court door...

                              Why you are sending me mails id and contact number when i had already complained your company service problem you should be close this complained not send me alternative number and mail id you should be follow this and send this mails id to concern department and folow the process and close this on priority basis...
                              Not put on excuses when you was observed this service has been actviveted from your side than close this and refund my money otherwise i will go to media and court door...

                                An amount of Rs.177 has been deducted from the above account on 21 Feb 2018, although I didn't perform any transaction.
                                The narration in account statement saying
                                "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 120218-MIR[protected]". I didn't perform any 3rd party transactions also. Could please help in refunding the money.

                                  Hi i have taken a personal loan from hdfc bank in year 2007 worth 70, 000.
                                  Half of which was payed as per emi decided by the bank.
                                  Later due to some financial crisis could not continue with the repayment, now some one has visited my address in 2018 and said at a certain amount it wil be paid in full. Though the letter they sent me states a settlement letter. Looking at this i decided to go to credit mantri to resolve all my debts. But now the executive from hdfc is harassing and threatening to hit me coming at my address. Need some help as i have already planned to pay this via credit mantri

                                    I am getting sms and email regarding e-statements of credit card number ending with 7340. I didn't applied this card but i am receiving the notifications to both email and mobile. I reached hdfc bank also, but they didn't responded properly. Statement is given me as min due rs.499.62 and total due rs. 589.62. If this card is not owned by me then how can i pay the money.

                                    Please close the credit card as soon as possible.
