Hi dear hdfc
We have asked one time settlement for hdfc for wife credit card, in the month of jan, since i have to go abroad i have asked them to kindly reply asap to settle it, since reply came 1 day late, i have payed the amount more than requires by rs 500, i have paid 95% of the amount, then the real thing started, your executives tell me that since i have paid more than required amount i have to pay full, since the remaining amount was rs 7, 000/- i asked them is there any discount where i can clear the amount, but none of your executives are not responding even after repeated mails, msgs, whatsapp etc,, now comes the night mare after exactly 24 days your exceutive are calling and threating us to pay rs 12000/-
Now my question how can you charge so much interest in 20 days, why dont you people have minimum courtesy to send the statement no one is bothered to send us statement or even respond to our earlier mail, i have all proofs what we have commuinicated with you exceutivesbut you people are least bothered about customers, all you want is sucking blood from customers not addressing real issues, i want to take to civil court for negligence your huge interests you charge customers.
