My home door was locked then i went to collect the credit card with id proof at
Mig-ii-13, 9th phase road, k p h b phase 9, kukatpally, hyderabad, telangana 500085.
Blue dart staff suresh said he is already redirect to my office address. If not delivered then it will send back to hdfc chennai. Please find attached track sheet

Even we go their office and show id proof they are not giving they want to return back to chennai. I think blue dart management can track this consignment where it is

      Sub: cancellation of my hdfc life insurance company policy no: 19773169
      I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that i wish to cancel my life insurance policy with a policy number 19773169 hdfc life insurance company, in the name of majid pasha, with effect from 18th of november 2017. I need to cancel this policy due to some personal reasons. And i took the policy without knowing the duration of payment and i took it on karan mehta ([protected]) insistance. He said me that he is calling from citibank delhi he told me that you have an od account in respect of life insurance policy amount rs 35000/. Now he refused to do as he said please cancel my policy and refund the amount as soon as possible because i urgently need money for the repayment to money lender.
      I would be thankful to you if you send me a written confirmation that my request has been registered and the cancellation procedures are under your process. Once the policy is cancelled, you are kindly requested to send back all the documents and papers that i have submitted with your company. I also request you to refund the unused portion of my policy premium and terminate premium amount.

Further, please note that post completion of freelook in period as per IRDAI guidelines, policy is not cancelled. However, you may write to us with the reasons for cancellation to have a look into it.
      Please withdraw my PF and Pension Settlement.

        Hi dear hdfc
        We have asked one time settlement for hdfc for wife credit card, in the month of jan, since i have to go abroad i have asked them to kindly reply asap to settle it, since reply came 1 day late, i have payed the amount more than requires by rs 500, i have paid 95% of the amount, then the real thing started, your executives tell me that since i have paid more than required amount i have to pay full, since the remaining amount was rs 7, 000/- i asked them is there any discount where i can clear the amount, but none of your executives are not responding even after repeated mails, msgs, whatsapp etc,, now comes the night mare after exactly 24 days your exceutive are calling and threating us to pay rs 12000/-
        Now my question how can you charge so much interest in 20 days, why dont you people have minimum courtesy to send the statement no one is bothered to send us statement or even respond to our earlier mail, i have all proofs what we have commuinicated with you exceutivesbut you people are least bothered about customers, all you want is sucking blood from customers not addressing real issues, i want to take to civil court for negligence your huge interests you charge customers.

          Hi,

          On 23 st feb, rs 236 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst . I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

          We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 236 + 236 levied to your account on February 23, 2018 pertains to third-party cash transaction done on February 14, 2018 & February 15, 2018 for Rs. 40, 000 & 40, 000.00 at Shikrapur branch. HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

            I have purchased an insurance policy 19063049 last year. Now i have to discontinue my policy.

            I spoke to hdfc life insurance executive he said we are unable to discontinue the policy as its on auto debit mode an you need to inform us 15 day before of expiry date. Now you have to pay if dont have sufficent fund in you card we will charge when ever you have amount in you card.

            No one inform me when i purchased the policy about the renewal things. This really pathetic no one even help me resolve this.

            Still awaiting to resolve this.

            Hi, the auto debit mandate was active in our records basis the mandate form received by us. However, now the mandate is deactivated and no further premium amount would be auto deducted from your account. Further, incase the premium amount is not received by us towards the aforesaid policy, then the same will be made to discontinued as per terms and conditions. For more clarity, kindly write to [protected]@hdfclife.com from the registered Id to provide the information on discontinuance clause.
            Dear Team,

            Just to inform you that i got a call from HDFC LIFE (Ms .Geeta) and she is pressuring me to continue this policy. This policy is become a nightmare for me if some one do not want to continue the policy because of fund issues then you people start harassing your so called customer. Even though i already put a complaint against the renewal.

            Now she is saying that we will not refund your premium as it was your fault and even she is not putting all this in mail.

            This is really sad. Request you to kindly look into this and process my refund.
            Pathetic service ... not recommendable to any one...

              I am using your bank credit card and due some reason i am unanble to paid the pending amount and its got delayed with 10 to 15 days. One of your credit card customer service executive call to my father's number ([protected]) on dated 23 feb 2018 and misbehave my father with very rude voice. He is a senior citizen. I request you to take strong against in this regards.

                I have applied the home loan to sales person mr farook ([protected]), but when i proceed with legal documents they told we cannot able to process this construction plan. So you can move from your local branch, when i checked with my local branch they told that this file was cancelled by mr daniel ([protected]). Without my notification they cancelled my file before 10days, but in the mean time i was processing through my home branch. They cannot called even a single phone call to followup my loan process, when i called they won't attend my call.

                So i advise you to all don't apply or give any documents to the above persons. They are all belongs to chennai anna nagar branch.

                      I am a credit card holder with hdfc since 2017. I have once payed my entire due of 75, 000 and reused the card since. Now i have been paying my minimum dues every month. Last month the minimum due came more than it comes every month. I payed what i usually pay and asked them to wait until my salary date so that i can clear off any pending due (Including extra charges that they have added for late payment). They're not ready to wait for seven days, and have been harassing me with several phone calls. They have even called my sister. My family does not owe them money, and they didn't have to take the stress. I am penniless until my salary comes on 28th february and it's 23rd today. They cannot wait

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                            The women calling me was behaving so badly for the payment of rs 2000. She was actually telling me why did u use card when u cant pay. Its 1month my card payment got delay. I told her will pay once i receive my salary. She told me do u need salary for this.
                            If hdfc cant teach her cuatomer care executive how to behave... Just shut down that department. Hdfc charging me money for my late payment

                              Ragarding cancelling the one assistant membership I have contacted the customer care services. Ihave faced a bad service from one assistant team. They are not providing the cancellation method. Thay forcing me to continue and also told me that deducted amount willnot refunded completetly. I cant understand their reason for taking money from my account. Totally dissappointed.

                                Hi,

                                I have received a message - "Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to HDFCLTD with value Rs. 100000.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch". I haven't given any mandate. Please resolve this and let me know the reason for such fraud messages. I will also escalate and take a legal action against this.

                                  HDFC credit card was blocked before even creating my password.
                                  Insurance charged of Rs.800/- without my knowledge.
                                  Called customer care and also meet them in HDFC bank many times, they told they will withdraw the charges within 10 working days. but nothing happened they kept on adding late charges for this Rs.800/- insurance and now they have even shown it in CIBIL has suit filed and writ off.
                                  i had not even used the card for once.
                                  No representative is coming to take and solve our grievances but plenty are coming to office and home to get the account open. after opening there is no customer care. we need to follow the bank even though no proper response and fail promises to put the phone call down.
                                  kindly withdraw the insurance and late payment charges and allow me to use the credit card by creating password.

                                      no refund of failed transaction

                                      I had put an order for cake on Easy2cake.in on 13th Feb 2018 for which I had to pay Rs. 1417. I tried the first transaction through UPI but it failed, however the money got deducted from my account (Ref:[protected]. The payment gateway was PayUMoney. I later completed the transaction through Net Banking.
                                      It has been 7 business days since the this incident and have not received my refund yet.

                                      I am csc (common service center) registred dealer (VLE -CSC -iD:[protected], When i try to use the fasTage site through CSC CONNECT for Recharging and Issuing fastag, there is one dialog box " WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT AS CSC Digital seva connect, there is a message "User login limit has been reached to maximum limit "".
                                      Please give me replay what i have to do.
