Dear sir,

I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called termination department of hdfc life insurance.
The person (Radhika sharma [protected] told me that i had taken a policy in the year 2010 and paid a premium of rs.50000/- towards the same, i was also
Given the policy number[1140394] policy name hdfc classic assure plus issued on 23/03/2010) and told that since the policy has a lock in period of
3 years and i have paid the premium for only 1 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. If i pay the
Premium for 2 more years that is rs. 100000/- my policy would be regularized and i will be getting an amount of rs. 208000/- within 90 days.
Then i was given rajiv saxena hdfc life relation manager mob no[[protected]] hdfc mumbai (Proces dept.)
He once again explained the procedure to me and also said same thing. When i told i forget about this policy send me details through mail, we canot send details to you through mail because
Your mail is not registered.
The process as explained was that a new policy need to be purchased superincome policy with 1lac annula prmium. When this policy is made
The bonus from previous policy 1 lac 8 thousand will be added to this one. After 90 days option to withdraw or continue will be given,
Then you can withdarw 2lac 8 thousad.
I was directed that process dept will call and give an approval code that needs to be shared with rajeev saxena to intate the process.
Got a call from manish chauhan[protected] who explained the same process and gave me approval code hdfc014927ia.
That was shared with rajeev saxena who arranged for documet pickup through a third party along with che for 1 lac and a canceled cheque.
Also told there wiil be 2 verification calls and was directed not to tell them it is for settlement but show them as if it is a new policy
For investment and tax saving purpose.
I fell into the trap and gave the documents and the cheques. Later i sensed some thing fishy about the settlement process and
Contacted the customer services dep on the policy number given. It turned out to be a valid number but for soemone else. When i googled
For the name rajeev saxena and hdfclife the fraud unfolded.

This looks to be a fraud to get new business through fraudulent means.

Please look into the matter & investigated at your end. This is very serious matter. Some body will loose huge amount

    This is lalitha sankarr. I have booked a ticket for movie on 22-dec-17. While doing the transaction, the first time i was told that it was unsuccessful, while the second time it was confirmed. Hence, my card has to be charged only once. However, i have been charged twice. The vendor has also confirmed that the transaction has only happened once. Please help and reverse one transaction as i have only made the payment of rs.307.96 once only and not twice. I have filed several complaints through net banking phone banking and have also visited nearest bank and filed complaint but the bank has not taken any step to refund the money. Complaint no-1470277. Please do respond as earliest about my status. Thank you.

      My details are -

      Subject - regarding policy maturity amount for policy no[protected]

      I have gone ahead with a policy hdfc classic assure plus plan via your agent mr neeraj (Mobile no -[protected]) from mayur vihar office (As told by mr neeraj), the agent conveyed to me that if i pay premium for rs 20000/- for next 7 years then after 10 (Maturity date) i will received the below amount when i will surrender my policy -

      Total sum of below -

      1. Sum assured - 96722
      2. Bonus - 117034
      3. Premium paid - 140000

      Total = 353756

      He got collected the cheque and documents from me and now when i had received the soft copy of policy i studied & cross checked with your customer care team for the maturity amount & they replied below

      Guranteed benefit = 117034
      4% non guaranteed bonus = 28553
      Total amount -145567

      Or

      Guranteed benefit = 117034
      8% non guaranteed bonus = 59968
      Total amount - 177001

      Please let me know what will be the exact calculation of the maturity amount because your agent mr neeraj (Mobile no -[protected]) is still saying i will receive rs 353756 when policy will be matured & hdfc life customer care team is saying something else.

      I want to cancel my policy but still i have not received the hard copy & the bond for the policy.

      Kindly cancel my policy at the earliest as it is in free look up period.

        Dear sir/madam,

        With the reference of the above pl act no 14262523, which i had taken loan of 3 lac in the year 2009 and paid 21 emi to this bank. But suddenly i lost the job and because of that my installment was defaulted. I inform them this by mail to customer care team, but this bank make my life horrible to me and my family for my mistake of taking pl loan.

        They reported cibil and because of that my career had been damaged badly and i was not getting any job offers to repay them. I inform what is my mistake and kindly come for settlement but they never agreed and make my life horrible by dragging me to courts.

        They had filed ep against me in civil court (Hyderabad) and telling me to pay full amount with interest to settle. This bank is useless to all customers and they work as per their needs and make the customers running away for their mistakes for taking pl..

        Now also they do not respond and telling me to go courts and settle through courts, this is really happening with salaried employees who take a loan on face of bank but they does not how badly their career will be damaged by bank and cibil..

        I am again requesting hdfc bank to kindly settle the pl and give respite to me and my family...

        Dear sir/madam,

        I want to inform every indian citizen not to approach this hdfc bank for any loans (Especially pl and credit cards) as they make our life miserable to all family members with their collection gondas and if you resist them then will drag every body to courts by filing ep (Executive petition).

        I had approach many times to their office to settle down but they bosses from bottom to top level and their md never respond to the customer who are seeking help with the situation created by them by reporting cibil. Every body washing their hands for the mistake of taking loan with this bank..

        No respite may be they want our life for their loan settlement... Lets us wait can they respond to this and settle the issue???

        Dear sir,

        You can still no clarity from hdfc bank team, this bank is interested only in dragging the customers with their families to the courts. Inspite of my request to settle down my pl they had filed ep in civil court in 2011 and i am continuously running to the courts for mistake of taking the personal loan with this bank. This bank with the help of cibil destroyed my career and make my family suffered for bread and butter.

        Every person who is seeing this message pass on to every indian citizen not to avail any loans from hdfc bank and make their life miserable.

        Kindly put in social media also this message until they come out and solve this issue.. Till then this complaint make open until i confirm...

        Its pretty how they want to hide themselves with the customer. I had mailed this issue jan 31st, 2018 and till today they do not bother to solve the issue and close it satisfactory with the customer.

        This hdfc bank is interested only to drag the customers to court and i am being harassed and torched by this bank to me and my family is under pressure from last 8 years. They had filed ep in court and i am running to the court for their action.

        I am writing this message to pass on to every customers not to go for any loan with this devastating bank to the customer (Normal and small customers) will be victimized and harassed by their attitude towards customers.

        With out my confirmation do not close this complaint...

        Dear manoj,

        By writing this message that visit the branch for resolution is not the reply i was expecting from the hdfc bank team. Why hdfc bank do not have any attitude to solve the issue???

        Yesterday i had received the call from mr. Mehraj and he is telling old story of the issue and i had ask him how the bank will come forward to solve. He do not have any resolution to solve and he is only telling me to come. I had inform him that i had visited many times to your ranigunj, begumpet offices many times to give best settlement option but he is not ready for that. He says this is a commercial bank, do not give settlement as per customers criteria. He also told me to settle through courts.

        This means hdfc bank is not interested to solve the issue but only dragging the customers and paying legal charges to the court to harass the customers who had mistakenly taken with your bank.

        How long hdfc bank will make me and my family sufferer is god knows. Bank now filed case against me and my family for this loan.

        Hdfc bank is growing but customers are suffering with their services especially loans division are most vulnerable and making customers suffers as they drag each and every customers to courts to get payment.

        Every person who is seeing this message pass on to every indian citizen not to avail any loans from hdfc bank and make their life miserable.

        How my earlier complain showing as Resolved when HDFC Bank not bother to call the customer and settle the issue. This kind of attitude by this bank towards customer who had been dragged to the courts for smeall amount and they had destroyed my career.

        This bank is not given any opportunity to the customer for settlement and they want to harass the customer by their agents and gondas to courts...

        In this forum also customer are not getting resolution..

        HDFC Bank is making all customers along with their families sufferer for choosing and taking the loan, how long they will do and making small families dragging to the courts for small amount. From last 6 years they are making me and my family to run to the courts for 1.20 lac. We are requesting to them to give the best settlement option from last 6 yrs but they are not at all interesting and harassing us.

        Kindly pass on this message to all indian citizen not to avail any LOANS FROM HDFC BANK Till they solve all customer issues properly and settle it before they give other fresh loans to the customers..

        DO NOT CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN WITH OUT MY CONSENT...

          My personal loan application no 55401028

          I have applied personal loan 15 days back in hdfc nungambakkam branch chennai thro marketing rep : jeevetha and i have followed every day they told me same answer is my application under process

          Suddenly today 06.03.2018 my application is rejected that is also after my contact over phone they are collected my personal documents up 10 details also signed cheque leaves if rejected my personal loan applicatiion kindly return my all documents along with cheque leaves

          And i am a credit card holder in your bank i surrender my card immediatly

            amount deducted from my salary account every month

            I have salary account in hdfc bank and every next day an amount of 29.50/- rupees is deducted from account balance and when i tried to find the reason behind the deductions in my account statement it says deducted for pos-declined payment, were as i never paid a through card and even if i did payment was never declined. So to enquire about this i tried calling the hdfc customer care services for like billion times they did not bother to connect...

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0789 without my concern on date:18/08/2017. When i was going thru the previous old statements i come across this issue, i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

              I have gone to pay my son fees (Lfhs) at bank and after paying fees had an physical injury (Cut) on nose due to half shutter of bank and started bleeding from cut/injury on my nose, immediately bank security has attended, gone inside and alerted officer and searched for first aid box (Mandatory) and not found even after 10 min and officer came with normal plastic box with out any requirements (It is not a first aid box) so i have left the place and searched for my medical support.

                  Plus ur service is fab we are on call with customer service they hang up the phone in middle of conversation is this for what we pay

                    Dear hdfc team

                    Please refer all my earlier mails & verbal discussions with your executives on this subject.

                    I have taken a new sim recently from airtel.

                    I received this irrelevant message at midnight and it disturbed my sleep:

                    Rs.4905.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 2926 on[protected]:22:40:17 at paytm. Avl bal - rs.32723.78, curr o/s - rs.15276.22

                    I do not own the above mentioned credit card.

                    You have linked my number to a credit card, which i do not own.
                    I am getting these irrelevant messages everyday and every night and my health has deteriorated because of them.
                    I have requested enough number of times verbally and in writing to stop these messages.
                    I have sent mails to many officials of hdfc bank.

                    But no action has been taken by you till now. On the top of it, your two executives called me and told that i should continue to bear this disturbance and harassment till the original owner of the credit card responds to your calls/mails.

                    It is a ridiculous argument and does not stand in any court of law. I should not be made to suffer for no fault of mine because someone else is not responding.

                    I request you to pay me rs. 20 lakh as a compensation for harassing me like this, for disturbing my peace, for spoiling my health and for causing mental agony to me.

                    This compensation is for the pain suffered till now and is subject to further enhancement depending upon the further pain caused by you (If any). I will give the details of my back a/c, once all arrangements for payments are made by you.

                    If no reply is received within 24 hrs, it is deemed to be understood that you have accepted your failure and i will proceed legally to obtain the above payment (Already more than 7 days have passed since my initial complaints and hence i cannot give you more time).

                      I have raised a request for fastag with hdfc bank in jan/18 and got my customer and wallet id next day. I have transferred rs 1000/- to my wallet on the same day. However i am yet to receive my fastag. There is no email id or portal to track/escalate the case. Call center response is very poor and always get the response that they are waiting for the back office to update the case. Hope the issue will be resolved asap or else revert my rs. 1200 /- to my hdfc account.

                        Really having issue with imps in hdfc from past few days, while i do the transactions to andhra bank i am facing this kind of issues and also i was able to do this kind from other bank successfully without any issue.

                        I have applied to RRB exam and paid the fees, but the transaction failed and registration could not complete.
                        Money got deducted form my account and is not yet refunded.
                        I would like to know when will my money got refunded and what should i do.
                        The transaction has been done on 02/25/2016 and not yet refunded.

                            In the past i have been through horrible experience with hdfc bank. It takes almost 10-15 mins to connect to their customer t advisor. Since last two months some amount has been debited from my account. I tried to call the customer service & i was on the phone for 33 mins and the call wasnt connected. I called them up again, after 20 mins my call got through. The customer service agent of hdfc mr. Ashutosh mishra was rude & i was just informing the process of the company which was not hassle free.

                              Though i have paid the due payment of the month january 2018 on 25/01/2018, the late payment charges are applied in the statement of the month february 2018. I have sent my bank account statement which shows the transaction details. My complain hasn't been solved for a long time. I am really surprised to see the negligency of this reputed bank in solving my complaint.

                                I was in need of home loan transfer from icici bank to hdfc bank (In my salary account), i approached a hdfc bank staff named arun gupta (Dpty manager contact no: [protected]).

                                After that he promised me to try transfer my home loan and he told me takes hdfc life insurance policy for improved cibl score.
                                Then i agree to take this policy for improved my cibl score. Then he take my sign on policy documents in 15 jan 2018.

                                Premium: inr 31350 amount is deducted on 16 jan 2018.
                                But till date i don't received any document from regarding hdfc life insurance

                                Then i got a mail regarding hdfc life insurance such as below
                                Application no.:[protected] | premium: inr 31350
                                Plan: hdfc life classicassure plus| uin: 101n089v03 is debited

                                After near about 45 days mr arun told me lone transfer is not able in this financial year.

                                Then i told his manager sabyasachi. Ganguly to resolved my problem & kindly cancelled my policy & refund my amount.
                                He told the policy cancel period is 15 days. After cancel period is 15 days is over i never got full amount try to contact hdfc life insurance gangtok branch or costumer care [protected].
                                After contact costumer care he conformed me i never got single rupees

                                I am really shocked on costumer care response. Till date i never got any document from bank. I fill bank is cheat me. Bank is never resolved my problem & created one another problem.

                                So, my humble request to you to please look into this matter and please regarding refund deducted amount 31350.0 inr and cancel hdfc life policy.

                                    Hdfc ltd. Is not at all transparent in their online system although they boast of online consumer portal. The principal outstanding is never visible. They refuse to accept prepayments in the last days of the month. Even if a cheque is deposited during the last 1-2 days prior to month end, it is not accounted for and customer is not given credit. The home loan executives misguide and misrepresent the facts and force the customers availing housing loan to take insurance policies that too term plans etc which are very high in cost for the customer. Hdfc ltd. Is not at all customer friendly. They are not accepting prepayments online in the last days of the month is never shown on their website nor there is any such mention in the loan documents. They do not even accept prepayments of loan online in this digital world. The customer is forced to visit their branch to hand over the cheque and then also it is their prerogative to accept it or not.
