Hi,
This is regarding fastag. I have applied fastag from hdfc bank portal on 28-nov-2019.
2 times i have attempted and both the times after i filled all the mandatory details, during payment i have an error from website saying “session timeout, please try after sometime”
Transaction 1:[protected]:10:11:29
Transaction 2:[protected]:10:20:34
Money has been deducted from my credit card, i did not see any refund back in my statement after 5 days also.
Please refer snapshot of transaction updates from hdfc bank credit card statement and sms details. Can you please refund the amount back to my card.
