I have submitted Rs.1500/- for application process of the fastag for my 3 cars and unable to track the application status. I have received a message but no mail has come or neither can I find a link to view my application status. I am trying to reach the helpline number but that either is busy or not being attended by the customer care .

PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hello,

    I had requested for Fastag through HDFC and got officla confirmation by18th/Nov. I found vehcile no. registered was NOK as TN19 was mistakenly mentioned TN10. Since 18th/NOV/19 i am keep trying though all the different channels i could but have no responce at all.
    Now my request is to correct the Vehicle number with the existing Fastag i received on 2nd /DEC/10. refer enclosed snap for more details.

    Hello,

    It's been 4 days by now after writing email to above ID, But still i have neither any responce by email nor i can see any updated on my fastag portal. It is still same vehicle number mentioned on fastag portal. I am really worried as vacation season is approaching and my plans shouldn't be ruined because i choose HDFC fastag. Please support.

      But, now more than 12 days passed; i had not received any fasttag or dispatch details from hdfc bank.

      I am a customer of hdfc bank from more than 15 years.

      I am very much surprised to know bank gives promise to deliver fasttag with in 7 days by now more than 15 days passed.

      Customer care numbers are also not working.

        I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

          charged a autopay return charges

          My credit card payment date is 8 of each month,

          Due to insufficient balance auto pay transaction failed.

          Once i got the message 'immediately on same day' i paid amount by net banking.

          Though i got amount of payment return fee 450 as in my credit card unbilled transactions.

          Why amount is being deducted if i paid on same day itself... Why this fine..

          I had applied for fasttag on dec 4th with the reference number hfr946744.
          Rc copy is attached and an amount of rs.500 was deducted from my hdfc sb account, yet no updates on the delivery so far.
          The toll free number is a waste, no one answers.
          I m totally dissatisfied with the service this bank is providing to the customers.
          Kindly check on this as soon as possible.

          On 1st Dec 2019 i registered with hdfc fastag ref no. HFR824286 but I didn't received yet.
          Please provide as much information as possible:
          Payment receipt not received till the date,
          FASTag Application PDF not received till the date
          My application ref no is HFR414461 yet nor received my fastTag and HDFC fastag complaint no[protected] is also bogus they are not attending calls and after 100 trials they are not giving any solution only they says that wait for 48 hours more
          No contact or information by HDFC for APPLICATION # HFR803130

            Had applied for fastag (New) via hdfc bank website.. After all the necessary transactions were successful —

            - received customer id via mail but not received the fastag on house address.

            How am i supposed to travel..
            This is so much unexpected by such a reputed bank.. Later got to know that many people have same complaint..
            And toll free number to speak with customer care is always busy.. No idea probably using to speak with their relatives and friends

              We have given our request on[protected] to close our current account named sham sunder & sons. But the same has not been closed by branch officials now the charges related to maintenance of bank account got deducted from account & from the sms alerts we came to know the account is still running. Why they hadnot close my account? I'm continuously visiting branch but they are not giving satisfactory answer nor they are behaving properly.

                I have applied for fastag and got mail from hdfc that fastag is issued successfully on 26th nov. 2019. Its been 1 week and over still i do not get my fastag at my address.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr905277. I have not uploaded copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                  I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                    I am using hdfc fastag. I have wallet balance of rs 1077 but on toll plaza it is showing blacklist. Regarding the same i had complained on toll free number[protected] on 30.11.19 and 2.12.2019. I was told that the tag will automatically become active within 48 to 72 hours.
                    But today when i went to toll plaza tag is again showing black list and i has to do cash payment e ven when i have a balance of rs 1077.
                    I am calling toll free number from a week but no one pick up the toll free number even after waiting for 5 minutes. I have tried calling at least 50 times during one week
                    Even after 1 week there is no resolution to my complaint.
                    I am having lot of mental trauma due to this.

                    Very very poor response from hdfc people.
                    I regret buying hdfc fastag.

                        I have applied for the fastag on 25th nov 19. Wallet was also created within two days. Also received the message saying that will be receiving the fastag in 4 working days. Now it is more than 10 working days and still not received the fast tag. Customer care people are not giving the proper answers. Very pathetic. My fastag reference number is hfr530715.

                          After submitting i didnt any update about on my mail . I didnt get even application pdf on my email .

                            Everday i m forced to complain about them. They are so pathetic and care less about people. I have 2 complaints.
                            1. An official from hdfc bank shantibpark branch bhirva ignored all the letters i gave her to stop ecs from dhfl pramerica dhfl and cns bank. She could have easily told i need noc from those banks from september last year. But she told me bank is earning ecs return fee from me. They have earned 60000 rs from me. Nothing other than returning the money will satisfy me. You cant earn by looting people.
                            2. Due to heart issue i could not pay on my hdfc card 6178. They put hold on 12000. I paid 12000 on dec 5th. They are not releasing the hold now today it is 9th. They still did not do it. Because of it i missed 2 necessary injections.
                            I am putting it in this forum because i ve a surgery and the injection is needed for it. If anything happens to me they are responsible. 60000 plus 12000 will help in surgeryas i lost job i dont have insurance. On the top of that i m forced to suicide because hdfc bank and their stealing of my money.
                            They are not a bank but a looting bank.

                            I went to the branch to meet her. Told my concerns. The fees as not yet been credited. It is my hard earned money you stole. If i do not see the credit by the end i will take legal action. My lawyer said bank will have to pay compensation too. Dont force me to take legal action in court. It is better for you to return my money from september 2018.

                                I had applied for the fastag from hdfc website (Online) on 25th nov.2019. Application reference no. Hfr510882, i got sms that my wallet id was generated on 30th nov. & i will get my fastag in 4 working days.
                                But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag. Also their customer care no. Is not working, always say busy.

                                My account has already been deducted with the fees 500.0 inr and other charges.

                                It is hard to believe that such a reputed bank have such a sloth y & irresponsible service. Hdfc management have to look into this matter.

                                Otherwise for damages we have to go for other legal options as i am unable to cancel my registration with hdfc & go for some other vendor.

                                  I have applied for the fast tag under application reference no is hfr505988 on 24th nov 2019 and received fast tag issued confirmation on 27th nov but to my surprise i have not still received the fast tag. The customer care no is always busy. Kindly reimburse my money. Such kind of service was not expected from such an esteemed bank, will close all my family bank accounts with your bank in next coming days. Just waiting for the money to be credited back to my account.

                                    I recently got a fastag wallet provided by hdfc fastag. I have two issues that are not yet addressed by the fastag team even after multiple followups. Also the fastag customer care is not reachable from almost a month, the emails are also being not responded.

                                    Issue1. Name is in correct in the fastag wallet.
                                    Issue 2. There is incorrect deduction from the fastag wallet for which i have raised a issue. This is not addressed and the transaction is not yet reversed.

                                      Everyday i m complaining againd hdfc.
                                      1. Because of bhirva in shanti park mira rd i lost 60000 rs. She could have told i need a noc from other bank to stop ecs from sep 2018. But she sarcastically told bank is earning because of you. Why should we help you. Even after many complaints in this forum they are least concerned.
                                      2. Due to a heart problem i missed a payment. I paid 12000 when minimum was 9600. Inspite of that they put hold on 12000 which i needed for heart medicine. Everyday i call they will say it will be removed by eveninh. Today is 9th still not released. Nobody bothered to call after complaini g twice.
                                      I am openly writing in this forum because of this i missed 2 injections and i m now forced to suicide. Hdfc and its employees are doing this deliberately.

                                      They have not yet credited the fees charged over a year because of Bhirva. They are forcing me to take legal action as i am a heart patient and need the money. I am asking only my harderned money that they stole
