Hi
I had applied for a fastag through hdfc bank website on 14th nov. The wallet id for the same has been created. However, i am yet to receive the physical copy of fastag after more than 3 weeks.
The toll free number mentioned at the website isnt working. I am really not sure how long hdfc will take to get the fastag delivered. The deadline for implementation is also approaching and i will hold hdfc responsible for any penalty that gets imposed on me due to lack of fastag.

    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr453630. All required documents were submitted and i apply for the tag on 22th nov 2019.

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking no provided by bank.

    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

      I have applied for fastag through hdfc fastag online portal, almost 10 working days ago.
      I have uploaded all relevant documents and then got sms on 30 nov saying that my fastag has been issued and i will receive my fastag in 4 working days. But i haven't received yet.
      There is absolutely no way to check the status of tag. Customer care number is either always busy or not being answered.

      It's the worst ever service from hdfc fastag

        I have applied for fasttag for my car 4 days ago on hdfc bank website.

        "Dear Customer your FASTag has been issued successfully.

        "Your FASTag has been Successfully recharged for Rs. 300 on 12/12/2019 11:31:53 PM. Our refererence Number for the transaction is [protected]. Balance amount in the Account is 300.00 - HDFC Bank Ltd."

        I want to know the delivery status of my FASTag Kit

          On nov 30.14.03 hrs i paid 16999rs through google pay to samsung.com.in for online purchase. Amount is debited from account but order canceled by payment transaction fail. Even though i dint received my amount back to account. When i contacted samsung they told me to contact hdfc bank. But i am not able to contact hdfc bank customer care. Though i tried many times. So i am raising complaint.

            Applied for fastag thru a link shared by hdfc bank on 8th dec 2019. No acknowledgement by mail that such payment has been received and that they will be processing the same. Only sms that "application hfr959232 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. For details call [protected]".

            No any way to track the same and number is not reachable.

              I have applied for hdfc fastag through online hdfc portal and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) on 1st dec'19.

              I am not able to reach the customer care team.

              Please let me know if the fast tag has been dispatched and share the consignment details to track.

              The sole purpose of applying online was to get thing done faster.

                    I have applied for fastag on dec 5th, the application hfr903905 was successful. On completion i have received a sms saying i will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days, but i am yet to receive any communication.

                    I am also unable to know the status of my application.

                    The toll free number seems to be in permanent loop.

                    I have a saving accounts with hdfc for last 11 years but this is the first time i am facing such inconvenience.

                    Kindly ask them to update.

                        Hi, sir my name is chinu varghese, i would like to complain against hdfc bank as my experiment. I explaining that, actually i have a credit of hdfc bank at the credit limit of 20000, still from last 2 year iam using the card, but last few months i can't pay my dues so it goes around 33000 as minus balance. And i discussed with the credit card team for final settlement. And finally the bank give me the settlement with 20000 as 6 emi. And i paid 3500 in first emi also. But the credit card team hold my salary account still from last 3month. The bank told me that after the first payment of 3500 the hold will release next 48 hrs, but still my account under hold after 7 days. My salary is still hold. So please help me to solve this issue.

                              My customer id is[protected]. I have ordered for 2 fastag for my 2 cars in customer id[protected] but i have received only one fastag sticker. So kindly help me for the same as i am not able to connect to customer care toll free and there is no other option to connect your department. I am not satisfied with the services hdfc is giving particularly in fastag there is no toll free assistance or and other option to connect you people.

                                      I applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I never got any response from hdfc, just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not delivered till now. Customer service number is also not reachable, they never have a courtesy to pick the call and answer. How do you trust such a bank? Is this the way you treat classic and privileged customer.

                                      This is what i got -

                                      Update: fastag application hfr545332 was successful.
                                      You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.

                                      No pdf received
                                      No fastag received
                                      Number not reachable
                                      It's more than 14 working days now

                                      FASTag received after raising complaint on this portal. Response from FASTag support was quick here, but helpline is still not reachable.

The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.

                                      What's the use if you get the FASTag delivered after the given time limit. I could have got it issued from any Toll Plaza, they have set up camps, why HDFC? Totally disappointed.

                                        Address: Flat No C506 Purva Panorama Kalena Agrahara Bannerghatta Road Bangalore, 560076

                                        Bought car in Feb 2018. Till now have not registered fastag.
                                        Tried first time registration at fastag.hdfcbank.com

                                        It says "No Record" when I enter details provided to me by Skoda about the fastag. Please provide information how to resolve this complaint
