Got an email stating that fasttag has been issued on 29th november. But i haven't received it yet. Consumer id:[protected], it's been more than a week now, but the fast tag still not been received. I have no ways of contacting any one regarding this and the customercare team, seems to be busy all the time.

This is ridiculus. Is there any way of getting an update on this?

      I applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I never got any response from hdfc, just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not delivered till now. Customer service number is also not reachable, they never have a courtesy to pick the call and answer. How do you trust such a bank? Is this the way you treat classic and privileged customer.

      This is what i got -

      Update: fastag application hfr545332 was successful.
      You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.
      For details, call [protected]

      No pdf received
      No fastag received
      Number not reachable
      It's more than 14 working days now

      What's the use if you get the FASTag delivered after the given time limit. I could have got it issued from any Toll Plaza, they have set up camps, why HDFC? Totally disappointed.

          Hello sir/ma'am,

          I want to file a complain against personal loan executive name lavanya of hdfc bank, ameerpet branch, hyderabad, telangana for selling me the wrong product.

          I have applied for the personal loan of 3l and as per our conversation i was about to get 2.96l deducting the amt of 4k as processing fees and the interest reate that we have agreed upon was 10.75%, but they had transferred me the amt of 2.90l i dont know deducting 6k more for what and charging 13% roi.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr954214. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 6 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              I wanted to know the status of my fast tag application - hfr936386. I have applied for same using hdfc fasttag portal on 07-dec-19. The amount rs 500 has been deducted via net banking from my hdfc but i have not received the soft copy of my application form. And the documents were not uploaded.

                We were deducted 295/- as an adjustment entry against our fastag vehicle mbjja8em[protected]

                This is wrongly debited to our fastag.

                On same 7/12/19 day we passed 4 toll nakas and we were deducted 35, 70, 65 & 70 respectively.in addition to that we were deducted 295/- as adjustment entry.

                Request you to return back those money to our fastag account.

                    I have wallet id, customer id and everything and my fasttag got debited two times in my previously amount which was added at the time of registration. But when i try to log as first time user in retail log in, i am getting “no records found” and i cannot use my fasttag. I can provide you my details. Fix my issue as soon aa possible because from this 15th of december 2019 that we know fasttag is mandatory.

                      I applied for fastag on 11th november with application id hfr355542, wallet was created on 23rd november. Till date i have not received the fasttag. The customer care number doesn't connect most of the times and even if it connects they will provide an update that fasttag will be dispatched within 2 days and i will receive the message. Till date i have not received the message. Hdfc bank is poorly managing the fasttag process, while they promised it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days this is the reality, close to a month and still waiting. Gadkari sir.. Please defer the fasttag implemenation considering the issues we are facing with the banks in getting the fasttag delivered

                        Yesterday i complained about hdfc placing an hold of 12600 on my account. Due to illhealth i could not pay the credit card 6178. Even after telling them i am a heart patient they put an hold. I paid 12000 on 5th dec. It is 8th still they are lying to me saying it will be removed automatically. But nothing is done. I need the money to buy urgently needed heart tablet. I am putting in this forum if i die hdfc is responsible. They are the worst bank in the world. They are only theere to loot you.                           On 26/11/19 i received a msg stating

                                I have applied for fastag online on hdfc fastag portal and got the customer id and wallet id created on november 26th, 2019.
                                In the portal i could see that fastag account being active and recharged for rs.300 with the customer id[protected].

                                Even though i received an sms on nov 28th, 2019 saying, i will receive the fastag card in 3-4 days time, but till date i have not received fastag card yet in my communication address. Also i'm unable to reach customer care through the number provided ([protected]).

                                  I haven't got an update on the fastag delivery from hdfc. I have got an email confirmation from hdfc saying that my fatag account has been reacharged but after that no response.
                                  I am trying to reach the hdfc fast tag customer care for the last 20 days but the number is always busy and i am not able to contact anyone.                                     I applied for hdfc fastag online through their portal and the application number is hfr 346917 on 9th nov, 2019.

                                    The registration is for two (#2) fastags with one digital wallet.

                                    I have reveiced one fastag on 29th nov, 2019.

                                    But, so far, i have not yet received the second fastag.

                                    The government's second deadline of 15th dec, 2019 is also fast approaching and there is no information on the delivery of the second fastag.

                                    The helpline is always busy and there is no other way of contacting anyone concerned for resolution on the matter.

                                    I have been banking with hdfc for many years and have to say, this a bad experience and has left a bitter taste of hdfc customer care.

                                    I hope hdfc makes ammends and resolve my problem.

                                      I had got my customer id and wallet i'd fir the fastag on 23-11-19. But till date not received the fastag. The customer number is unreachable or doesn't answer.. Can someone help me. The hdfc bank call center also doesn't know the contact details of the right person.. The email given by them doesn't exist... What can a customer do???
                                      Apart from a confirmation mails informing about the fastag being accepted and approved along with the i'd numbers nothing else is there... Need a status update..

                                        Please do not apply for hdfc bank fastag.

                                        I have applied hdfc bank fastag on 9th november (Application number - hfr346602) and i have not received the tag yet nor i got any clear information from hdfc customer care. It is very difficult to reach customer care (Sometimes even days). Whenever the call gets connected they give different updates everytime i call.
                                        So recently they have mentioned that there is a technical issue on their side.

                                        If you guys have technical issue, why cant you mention the same on your website asking people not to register since there is a technical issue on your side. Why are you wasting people time and their money?
                                        Every time i call you guys, you say it will reach next week.
                                        Are you guys doing some rotation business with the customers?
                                        It is a real pain for customers to follow up every single day considering december 15th deadline.

                                        I am a regular user of nhai and i am completely stuck now.

                                        You guys gave an email id fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and i have sent multiple email to the same and have not received any response yet.

                                        What should we all do with such irresponsible behaviour?

                                        I hope your reply is just to buy time from customers. Everytime I call you guys or post on forum, this is the response I get. I am tired of following up with all of you. I am no more doing this.
