Had applied for fastag from hdfc on 22-nov'19 and remitted rs 500.
As per the site, fastag was to be delivered at my registered address within 8-10 days of application.
Had received an sms on 26-nov'19 saying fastag is been issued and cust id & wallet ids are xxxxxx and fastag is charged with rs. 300.
Subsequently on 28-nov'19 recd an sms saying fastag wallet has been created and card will be dispatched within 3-4 working days and for any queries call [protected].
Since last 2-3 days, have been truing to call this number which i couldn't get thru. Tried calling from various mobile numbers and land lines however said number couldn't be reached at all. What a support system? You can't when in need???
Finally, today (07-dec'19) was lucky enough to get connected. The lady over phone said 'your card would be delivered to your local hdfc bank within 7-10 days"
When asked to cancel the card, i was told that once applied, can't be cancelled.
What a treatment to customer. No service and compulsion in buying too.
Kindly help settle this issue asap.
