Hi,

I wanted to know the status of my fast tag application. I have applied for same using hdfc fasttag portal on 29th nov 2019. The amount rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but i have not received any reference number or any success message.

hdfc fastag not received

I did make the payment on 29th nov 2019 for rs 500 & received the application number, hfr776793 at the time of registration, no communication afterwards, no email received, no sms, unable to track application, unable to contact customer care number not working, i see so many users facing issue on twitter, i have been premium customer of hdfc since 10 yrs but never seen such a pathetic service, can some one help on this....

I paid 500 rs for hdfc fast tag, they had collected 200 rs as security deposit. 100rs for card, i applied for card around november 20th
I had bank account in hdfc, i don't know why the r collecting security deposit, and for every recharge to your they are collecting convenience fee, what is the fun in taking card,

fastag not received

I applied for fastag on 22nd nov through hdfc bank portal with application number: hfr444342. I have received the messages regarding the issuance of wallet number and dispatch within 3-4 days but no further updates regarding the same. The nearest branch only says that it will be sent but nothing more. Please look into this as the deadline is approaching and i haven't received either the help, or update or the tag itself as yet despite applying...

oneassist auto renewal without my consent

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899 /- from my credit card number ending with 2139 without my concern on date:30/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

I have been trying to contact hdfc fastag customer service number. Its never picked up. This is very pathetic service, never expected from hdfc bank. Been with more than 6 years no issues ever. fastag online failed transaction

Hi, myself anurag srivastava from pune. I went online on hdfc fastag site to buy one on 28th november 2019. After complete transaction, the site responded session timeout but i got charged of 500 inr from my credit card. I did try again but again same timeout issue and again i got charged. So total of 1000 inr were got deducted from my credit card but there were no successful transaction. I even tried the helpline number but its always busy....

I have done fast tag registration via hdfc bank portal on 13th. Today it is 3rd december. Still not received the fast tag.
I received the eamil that it is successfuly issued... But i have still not recieved it.
There is no way i can track it... I dont know whom to call.

My question to hdfc... If cannot manage the end to end service why do you offer it in first place....

fastag bought online not received and there is not update on application.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr.
The reference number of the application is hfr437125.
I have applied on 21 nov 2019 since and i got a mail that my wallet is created and fasttag will delivered in 3/4 days. Since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

There is no way to contact hdfc fasttag guys as the customer...

I have been using it to login since activation. But now i am unable to login. It says invalid user id though i have selected wallet id as id type. When trying to reset user id or password the site doesn't work. What other ways of recharge can be made? The tollfree number is anyways busy. hdfc bank fastag customer care number always remain busy

When i am registering for fastag, on payment hdfc site throwed an error message and declared my transaction is unsuccessful but they detucted money from my account. I have been trying for their helpline for the past 5 days and getting only line are busy as a response. So i booked fasttag from equitas bank and they had wonderfull service.

I just want to cancel fastag with hdfc and want my money back because this is mentioned...

fastag not received nor able to contact anyone

Hi

I applied for hdfc fastag on 23rd november but have not received the physical tag yet. Only received a wallet id number. Their helpline is always busy and there no way to contact anyone else.
Even there is no response on banks usual helpline number. They have not provided any other way to contact the bank to get any update. Please help.

I would have got the card personally by now with less effort....

Bank provide fastag service and post sales there is no support.
I have lost my tag id (34161fa8203288ac037bcc40) after windsheld as broken and replaced.

I have been trying to contact bank service to deactivate but no response over email or phone.

I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy or some music is playing.
