I applied for hdfc fastag online through their portal and the application number is hfr 346917 on 9th nov, 2019.
The registration is for two (#2) fastags with one digital wallet.
I have reveiced one fastag on 29th nov, 2019.
But, so far, i have not yet received the second fastag.
The government's second deadline of 15th dec, 2019 is also fast approaching and there is no information on the delivery of the second fastag.
The helpline is always busy and there is no other way of contacting anyone concerned for resolution on the matter.
I have been banking with hdfc for many years and have to say, this a bad experience and has left a bitter taste of hdfc customer care.
I hope hdfc makes ammends and resolve my problem.
