salary account balance put on hold

My hdfc salary account has been locked by hdfc credit card division and all the account balance has been put on hold, due to which i am not able to do any transaction.

I called the credit card division of hdfc bank but they are not able to provide the necessay information, they are advising that due to outstanding dues on my credit card, my salary account balance has been put on hold.

Amazon was able to deduct an amount of rs199/- without my consent.
I own a regalia first credit card. If this is not secured, i would like to close it asap.

The message that i received:

need to contact hdfc fastag support center for change of delivery address

I am not able to reach hdfc fastag customer support as the line is always busy. I need to change my delivery address of the fastag as i moved away from the address that is in their database.

The blue dart courier guy visited my old address to deliver the fastag from hdfc bank, he was not able to deliver the package at the mentioned address as i moved away from the address....

hdfc fastag not received more than 10 days

I applied for hdfc fastag on 22nd november still fastag not received, though it was promised it will be delivered in 7 days, but it's more than 10 days no tag received.
I just received a mail on 26th that my wallet was created but no updates after that.
I even tried customer care but got no response,
Even mailed - fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com no response from there also.
Never seen such poor customer...

hdfc fastag hfr817784

I paid 500rs online transaction to get fast tag from HDFC bank two days ago. But still no response from the bank on my application status. I was not able track my application status and when I tried to call customer care number [protected] its always busy. Then why they are giving this wrong number in website if it's not going to answer customer. This kind of poor customer service will bring its reputation down....

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr the reference number of the application is hfr375149. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have been with hdfc for 9 years now (Saving acc) and this is the worst moment...

hdfc fastag recharge through upi

I purchased my HDFC FASTag from my car dealer aon 27 Nov 2019 and the initial activation was done by the dealer itself on 27 Nov 19. Later I had recharged my HDFC FASTag through BHIM UPI for an amount of Rs. 500. However the amount was deducted from my Bank account but could not be credited in my FASTag wallet. My wallet I'd is [protected]. Customer care number continuously coming engaged. Where the customers should approach....

Hello,

I applied for fastag online in HDFC, the application number is HFR871743, have no updates yet, not even received mail. The confirmation page highlighted that the tag will be delivered in 7 days and will receive a confirmation mail. No mails received yet..This is frustrating.. no tracking option ..

Customer care number can never be accessed..always get the busy tone..

fastag not received

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag....

hdfc fastag delivery status

I have applied for HDFC fastag on 20/11/19 and my application Id is HFR413360. I have got sms and email that my fastag has been issued on 23/11/19 but I couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or HDFC should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis....

no update regarding dispute transactions

It was on Oct 10th i received messages stating transactions were made on my cc. I stated them as dispute transactions as i didn`t make them. I dropped an email to cc.[protected]@hdfc.com on Oct 10th and I haven`t recieved any kind of acknowledgment from them.

It has been almost 5 times i called customer care and everytime i call them, they just ask me to fwd the mail once again. Till date, I have forwarded the dispute form for...

A mail was recd informing me that the Fastag card will be sent in 7 working days.
