Yesterday i complained about hdfc placing an hold of 12600 on my account. Due to illhealth i could not pay the credit card 6178. Even after telling them i am a heart patient they put an hold. I paid 12000 on 5th dec. It is 8th still they are lying to me saying it will be removed automatically. But nothing is done. I need the money to buy urgently needed heart tablet. I am putting in this forum if i die hdfc is responsible. They are the worst bank in the world. They are only theere to loot you. I pray to god that is closed for ever. They only believe in gunda gardi

    I am hdfc bank customer. I applied for fastag thro the bank on 22/11/19.

    My reference number is :hfr455543

    On 26/11/19 i received a msg stating

    Customer id:[protected]
    Wallet id :[protected]

    And on 28/11/19 i received a message saying my tag will be delivered in 3/4 working days.

    Till now i. E 07/12/19 i didn't receive any tag or courier id.

    Kinly help me to get my tag before 15/12/19, pls.

      Applied for fast tag on 26/11/2019 having application reference no. Hfr586040. But till date not received my fast tag. So what is the use of applying fast tag when the services of hdfc bank are not fast but very very slow,
      As 15th december is approaching so hdfc bank is requested to refund my rs. 500/- & i will get my fast tag issued by visiting some toll plaza personally.

          I have applied for fastag online on hdfc fastag portal and got the customer id and wallet id created on november 26th, 2019.
          In the portal i could see that fastag account being active and recharged for rs.300 with the customer id[protected].

          Even though i received an sms on nov 28th, 2019 saying, i will receive the fastag card in 3-4 days time, but till date i have not received fastag card yet in my communication address. Also i'm unable to reach customer care through the number provided ([protected]).

          Kindly assist.

            I haven't got an update on the fastag delivery from hdfc. I have got an email confirmation from hdfc saying that my fatag account has been reacharged but after that no response.
            I am trying to reach the hdfc fast tag customer care for the last 20 days but the number is always busy and i am not able to contact anyone. Is there a escalation point where i can reach out to? How do i get the fast tag delivered? No one seems to be able to help me out here.

              I applied for hdfc fastag online through their portal and the application number is hfr 346917 on 9th nov, 2019.

              The registration is for two (#2) fastags with one digital wallet.

              I have reveiced one fastag on 29th nov, 2019.

              But, so far, i have not yet received the second fastag.

              The government's second deadline of 15th dec, 2019 is also fast approaching and there is no information on the delivery of the second fastag.

              The helpline is always busy and there is no other way of contacting anyone concerned for resolution on the matter.

              I have been banking with hdfc for many years and have to say, this a bad experience and has left a bitter taste of hdfc customer care.

              I hope hdfc makes ammends and resolve my problem.

                I had got my customer id and wallet i'd fir the fastag on 23-11-19. But till date not received the fastag. The customer number is unreachable or doesn't answer.. Can someone help me. The hdfc bank call center also doesn't know the contact details of the right person.. The email given by them doesn't exist... What can a customer do???
                Apart from a confirmation mails informing about the fastag being accepted and approved along with the i'd numbers nothing else is there... Need a status update..

                  Please do not apply for hdfc bank fastag.

                  I have applied hdfc bank fastag on 9th november (Application number - hfr346602) and i have not received the tag yet nor i got any clear information from hdfc customer care. It is very difficult to reach customer care (Sometimes even days). Whenever the call gets connected they give different updates everytime i call.
                  So recently they have mentioned that there is a technical issue on their side.

                  If you guys have technical issue, why cant you mention the same on your website asking people not to register since there is a technical issue on your side. Why are you wasting people time and their money?
                  Every time i call you guys, you say it will reach next week.
                  Are you guys doing some rotation business with the customers?
                  It is a real pain for customers to follow up every single day considering december 15th deadline.

                  I am a regular user of nhai and i am completely stuck now.

                  You guys gave an email id fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and i have sent multiple email to the same and have not received any response yet.

                  What should we all do with such irresponsible behaviour?

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr885148. I have uploaded the copy rc since then there is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc from last 9 years and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                              My name is neha khan. I have an account in hdfc bank, hewett road, shivaji nagar, lucknow.. It was my salaried account which was opened by office... At the time of opening nobody did tell about maintaining minimum balance... As i left my job i didnt deposit any money in it... And the balance came below 10, 000..

                              Now my account is charged
                              Rs 177 two times in same day i. E. On 6 dec 2019. Grand total rs 354 is deducted

                              Plzzz i am jobless.. And this much money means so much to me... If any how it can be reversed to my account..

                                I had applied for a fastag on 27th nov. My wallet was created on 30th nov and i got the message that i will receive my fastag within 4 working days. Now it's already more than 7 working days but its not delivered yet. Deadline is near and your customer care is not not answering. Defeceincy in service. Want my fastag within 2 days.                                     Had applied for fastag from hdfc on 22-nov'19 and remitted rs 500.
                                    As per the site, fastag was to be delivered at my registered address within 8-10 days of application.
                                    Had received an sms on 26-nov'19 saying fastag is been issued and cust id & wallet ids are xxxxxx and fastag is charged with rs. 300.
                                    Subsequently on 28-nov'19 recd an sms saying fastag wallet has been created and card will be dispatched within 3-4 working days and for any queries call [protected].

                                    Since last 2-3 days, have been truing to call this number which i couldn't get thru. Tried calling from various mobile numbers and land lines however said number couldn't be reached at all. What a support system? You can't when in need???
                                    Finally, today (07-dec'19) was lucky enough to get connected. The lady over phone said 'your card would be delivered to your local hdfc bank within 7-10 days"
                                    When asked to cancel the card, i was told that once applied, can't be cancelled.
                                    What a treatment to customer. No service and compulsion in buying too.

                                    Kindly help settle this issue asap.

                                      I have applied for hdfc fastag on 24/11/19 and i have got sms on 28th november that my fastag card will be delivered in 3-4 days. I also got email confirmation on 26th november that my fastag has been issued successfully created. My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. My fastag has been issued on 28/11/19 but i couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or hdfc should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis. My mobile no:[protected]

                                        I had made online application for fastag on 26 nov transation ref no.[protected], customer id:[protected] wallet id: [protected]. I received message on my mob no. [protected] on 30nov that fastg will be delivered in 4 days, but till todate i have not received my fastg. Kindly inform & inquire, & let me know my status.
