From last two days i could not log in the net banking. Its shows too much users using the service now...

The mobile app is also have the same issue
The msg comes as "we are experiencing heavy traffic…."

Round the clock the problem is there from last 48 hrs or may be more.

payment issue

I apply for fastag through hdfc bank online on 28/12/19 i paid it from my credit card rs 500 but at last payment is deducted from my card and i can not get any message from fastag that mcardis aplied or not because when i make payment desktop shows that seesion time out and payment is deducted, so irequest you to refund my amount to my card which is deducted....

unable to view status of fastag application

I registered for fastag giving my vehicle details and opted to upload the vehicle registration later.
The registration was complete with a payment of rs. 1000.
Application number: hfr768688

I did not receive the welcome email. Hence unable to login to fastag as i did not receive the userid.
I am unable to upload vehicle registration form.

The customer care number doesn't work. Not sure how...

reference no not generated after payment

I was try to apply for fastag on hdfc bank web portal on 29th november 2019..
After payment debited from account session was expired.
Due to that reference no was not generated.
I talked with hdfc bank customer care, they said it will be mailed by 48hrs.
But after 4 day no reply.
Again two time i register complaint but no reply yet.
Hdfcfatag customer care no was always busy, when it get connect nobady...

I have made an application online for fastag on 24/nov/19, ref: hfr502372, but no further information from them so far, also their fastag customer service number [protected] is always busy. I was hoping for a quick reponse from them as the email said that their customer service representative will get in touch with me over the telephone in the next seven working days, but nothing has happened so far, also there is no email id for fastag application...

applied for fastag on hdfc bank website but was cheated as a customer

Hdfc is cheating its customers. I applied for fastag on 28-11-19 and they deducted rupees 1000 and there is no clear communication. The customer care no they provided[protected] never worked, i tried calling 50 times in different times and different days. I did not find any customer service e-mail id on their website. I have even called their phone banking but there is clarity of my complaint status till date.

fast tag is not working

One of the worst service from hdfc fasttag. Fasttag received is faulty and not working i have 700 in the account. But fast tag did not work in any toll. Do not buy from hdfc. I need a refund and suspend the account. Fast tag number [protected]. Make sure i get refund immediately.

hdfc server down

I have been trying to transfer money but the hdfc server is down and does not let me log in. It says "the netbanking system is busy processing heavy load from customers who are logged in. Please try after sometime."
This has been happening since 2nd dec 2019.

not received my fastag

This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr388960 for the application of fastag on date 19 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email...

I have applied hdfc fastag on 22-nov-2019. When i apply online within 7 working days you will get hdfc fastag.
On 26-nov-2019, got sms and email that ur customer and wallet id successfully issued. With in 3 working days you will get fastag card.
But still not get card and also information about courier details and whether card dispatch or not. When i will get the card.

I registered Fastag on 22 Nov 2019 . I didn't receive update regarding the fastag. The no. Which mentioned for contact is also always busy. Couldn't get any way to get the status of Fastag .

It deducted Rs. 500, In that Rs. 200 for deposit, Rs. 200 for Wallet Balance, and Rs. 100 for Insurance Fee.

The Customer Care for HDFC[protected] couldn't reach for clarification....

transaction reversed but amount is not credited in my account

Transaction of rs. 1420 is reversed by amazon on[protected] but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card.

I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but i checked my bank balance and found that amount hasn't been credited yet.

fastag welcome email not received

I have applied for fastag on 21st november and have been provided with wallet id but as per mail clearly stating successful delivery within 7 working days, as of now its more than stated working days. So, kindly provide with the necessary info in this regard asap because all the payments have been done and one cannot apply for another fastag on the same vehicle....
