Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr475863. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

    Hi, I have filled and submitted request for Fastag from HDFC and received application reference number HFR375262.

    Received email confirmation stating tag issued successfully. But i have not received the tag nor the dispatch details.

    I have tried reaching the helpline number [protected] but no luck. Number is most of the time busy, and by chance if it gets connected we hear only music (IVR) and no one to assist.

    Spoke to my RM but he has no clue on how to support this case.

    Please help to sort this out ASAP.

      I have applied for the hdfc fastag on 23rd. Once 8 had made the payment, the message said that a pdf version has been sent to my email address which never came. For queries, there is a number to call which is constantly engaged or switched off. So much for 24/7 support. Tried calling the 1033 number that is given on the website. No response on that either.

        I have received the fast tag and also i have received the sms with the details for the fast tag. I have entered all the details for the first time log in. It says no record. I tried to call the customer care number always it says busy. Is there any email address to send the complaints? Please share. This complaint is logged from Mumbai

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 INR . The details of the application is as referred above..

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.
          I have not yet received the fastag, nor my money refunded and when logging into site ""https://fastag.hdfcbank.com/RetailRoadUserLogin/Index"", it showing “no record” . I have lost Rs 500 and I am stuck.

              Kasepalli toll plaza agents has issue while scanning fastag and they said my wallet account don't have money and asked me to pay money in cash. Even i confirmed to them that there is enough money in my wallet account and they started arguing with me.

              So instead of arguing with them i have paid money to them in cash but after crossing toll plaza i have received message like money has been deducted from my fastag wallet account.

              Please find the attached Cash Token slip for your reference and also my RC details and wallet Id.

                I had applied for HDFC Fastag on 17 November 2019, after completing the procedure successfully i got a reference no and was showed that I'll receive the Fastag within one week, it's been more than a week i didn't receive the Fastag, and the customer care number displayed on the website is not operational, i get busy tone for past 3 months continuously, i don't have any other ways to connect to hdfc Fastag, my hdfc Fastag customer ID number is[protected].                   The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                  First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                    Submitted the fastag applicationvia hdfc bank portal, while due doing payment page got an error and rs.500 deducted from account.

                    Don't know the status of the application. Will rs.500 be refunded? No emails sms regarding fastag application.. How can i reach to hdfc bank guys and get the status.

                    Very worst service by hdfc, if bank can't process this kind of request better stay away from these services please.

                      While applying for the fastag on hdfc fastag website, my money rs. 500/- got

                      Deducted on 25.11.2019 at 1.48 pm from the saving account (Ref no. Etoll

                      1291683) however i haven't received any acknowledgment of the application. I

                      Need to know the status of the application and if it is not successful money

                      Should be reversed back to my account. The customer service no is pathetic

                      And i did not expect this kind of service form hdfc. A bank like hdfc should

                          It was mentioned i will receive application form to my registered email id. But i did not received any.

                              Dear sir/mam,

                              I was told that this card is given free on basis of my max account with hdfc. I got business regalia card and it was given lifetime free. Now i'm charged 2950 and i want a refund for that fees and close this credit card. I am not getting any support from bank or personal banker they said contact hdfc credit card hepline and on helpline they say you have to pay there is nothing we can do. Kindly remove that fees and discontinue my credit card.

                                I am also facing the same issue. I had got a message saying fastag got issued successfully from HDFC Bank. I dint get it delivered and I have to travel by December 1st week, why you people are not responsible for this? Atleast provide us valid customer care number, if nothing is perfect from your end please don't provide such services.

                                i also have the same issue... got a mail saying account created and deafault 200 rs recharge done... haven't got the Tag physically. National Fasttag toll number...1033 they said your Tag has been delivered...contact HDFC toll number to know excatly.

                                Highly disappointed. What a service HDFC is providing and what actually govt is doing. It's been more than 15 days I applied for my fastag cust I'd and wallet id generated but what shall I do with that. Fast tag not reached at my address. This is ridiculous.

No response from customer server and Relationship manager. Now a days HDFS services are very very worst in customer support. If you are not able prompt in your service don't initiate/start services.

                                I have also applied for fastag on Dec 6th and they say it will be delivered by 14 working days. But there is no place to track this. Other vendors like Airtel has the facility to track the order.

                                I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.
                                I also faced the same thing, got the below confirmation message, but neither i received mail or any message. Though all the charges are deducted from my account.

                                Who is going to take responsibility ?

                                Is this happening from HDFC only?
                                Even i am facing the same problem, I not sure . why HDFC spoil his reputation by engaging this kind of service.
                                I enrolled my Fastag in online the reason behind is, because of HDFC providing the service and i believed it.

                                Now i completely loose my hope with HDFC. Here i could see same complaints from almost all us and i wonder HDFC customer care not even bother about this and its shows how they treat customer's. although its Government Gateway problem, hdfc could have publish there regrets to customers, like how they contact customers for personal loan/credit card.

                                Same issue with me as well, HDFC created the user id and wallet is and took the money as well but the sticker has not yet arrived, HDFC doesn't even have any contact number or email to enquire about this.
                                Don't know when will I receive the sticker.

                                Anyone please provide the contact details for a follow-up.

                                Hi all, I applied Hdfc Fastag on Dec 06, 2019 and received today my Fastag sticker from Hdfc. Please wait for 15 working days. I was also not able to contact customer service. Only option is we have to wait. If you are lucky you will receive with in a week.

Money is deducted from my account and I am able to access the Fastag account as well, but the physical sticker/device has not been received. This is seriously pathetic from HDFC.                                 I kept trying customer care ([protected]) and it worked one day (post 3 days).
                                If you give your reference no they will be providing you, courier tracking no which I verified and it's dispatched.

                                Overall it took me around 2 weeks plus
                                Customer service is bad anyway.
                                Likewise. I have a cust ID and a wallet ID and money in the wallet. However, I have not received the physical Fastag since last year August 2019.
                                I called the customer service number for HDFC and the agent gave me the email address to send my query. I have since sent email and follow up emails numerous times, but, no response.

                                    I have applied for Fastag on 19th of Nov'19 and added another registration number to it on 24th of Nov'19, i have received my Customer Id number and Wallet Id number. I am yet to get to my sticker and there has been no intimation yet on this. On calling Customer Care number there has been no response, have visited the bank where i have my hdfc account, no response there as well. How can i get any kind of information of the current status ?

                                        Hello sir / madam,

                                        I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                                        I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.
