I applied for fastag from HDFC bank fastag on today i.e. 27/11/2019. All goes smooth until payment. As soon as payment deducted from my account i received a error message. Till now no message received. fastag is mandatory from first december, 2019. Kindly resolve the complaint at the earliest possible. my mobile number is [protected] email is [protected]@gmail.com

    Have applied hdfc fastag through online a week before and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr475863. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update that where is my fasttag.only got message about Customer ID and wallet ID but...no courier information

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

    I have been with hdfc for so many years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

      Respected mam/sir I have applied for fastag from hdfc online portal i filled up all detail but after payment done page just disappeared 500 rs is deducted from my account on 27/11/2019 at 3:44pm and I only get message that you have used debit card on etall-1291683, I want to know I have registered for fastag successfully or not on hdfc helpline number they are not answering properly they are just telling me that we don't know and I have already mailed on fastag.insolutionglobal.[protected]@gmail.com but no one is replying me
      Please help as soon as possible

        Today I paid Rs. 500 from HDFC credit card for FASTAG registration in HDFC Fastag website. After the payment transaction, the screen displayed that transaction was not successful and pl try after sometime. But my credit card indicates a debit of Rs.500. Now, only if I am sure that the transaction is not successful, i can reapply for FASTAG. To confirm this, I try HDFC Fastag Customer care number but it is always busy.

          Dear sir,

          I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 11.11.2019.
          I have made payment rs 500/- on 11.11.2019 ref no:etoll129683.

          I received SMS stating that has been issued successfully and Customer Id and Wallet Id on 23.11.2019.

          But I have not yet received the Fastag.
          Already 16 days are over after I have made the payment.

          When can i expect it.
          Customer support phone numbers are not reachable.

          I am not expecting such a poor response from no 1 private sector bank.
          Please do the needful so that i receive the fastag at the earliest.

            I have applied for Fasttag Card on 27/11/2019 thru HDFC Fasttag Portal.
            Payment of Rs.500/- got debited to my credit card but no response and no communication from HDFC...No Message / No Mail

            I was trying the Toll Free No:[protected] which is provided in the portal but it is always coming busy.

            I felt I was cheated by HDFC

            I demand an immediate response from HDFC Fast Tag Team

              Please note i have made a payment of rs 500 for the fast tag. I filled up all the details and also made the payment on 27th november 2019. But did not get any confirmation. I want the fast tag details or refund my money to my account as soon as possible.
              I have tried calling[protected], but not getting connected, tried minimum 20 times.
              Then sent out email to status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in, still there is no response or any sort of acknowledgement.
              So would request to take action on this issue.
              I also see there are same kind of multiple problems from different individuals, so why the bank not taking measure to correct the issue.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 26/11/19 and made payment of 500 inr (incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is HFR569748. since then there is no update.

                The customer care number given is busy or not being attended.There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

                How can I get the update, If application not processed, Can I get back refund of inr 500. I can visit toll plaza and get my fast tag mannually.

                  I have applied for FASTag Program through HDFC bank today. While paying by third party credit card, the transaction ended up with an error message screen but the amount has been deducted from my account. There is no link, mail or even message update to track my application also. I tried reaching HDFC customer care ([protected]) many times, but the number seems to be busy always. Herewith, i have attached the screenshot for reference. I want an answer for my money. Please respond asap.

                  I was finally able to reach customer care agent ([protected]) yesterday, after multiple tries. The agent asked me the mobile number, and confirmed receipt of payment. I was informed that, I would be getting an SMS containing the shipment details in 24-48 hours

                    I had applied for fast tag through hdfc portal https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/fastag/index.aspx?_ga=2.[protected].[protect... by paying 500rs on 21st November. I got customer id and wallet id, but i haven't got any call from hdfc CSR or any mail regarding RFID fast tag dispatch. Customer care number[protected] is always busy. Not able to get reach them, not sure how to track this.

                    I am not sure about steps taken by company, but i took lot of stress to chase the team and raise complaints. I visited nearby hdfc bank to complain about hdfc fast tag department, but bank people have no clue on this. I raised complaint via normal hdfc customer care and they also bluffed mentioning complaint has been taken. later on came to know that no process to track this hdfc fast tag department. Some how my fast tag came after 4 weeks, which was suppose to come in 7 working days as per hdfc.

                    I got message stating, card is dispatched on nov 27, but no updates or any tracking number to track same. Why such a poor process in HDFC?
                    If you are offering some feature to customer, make sure you take care of it.
                    It's annoying every time to follow up you guys.

                    Thanks For the response.The given customer care number in not reachable always. I want tag by this week, as i have planned to travel out of station, this tag is required for me before friday (13). why such a poor service from HDFC.
                    I am really annoyed with HDFC services. I would have taken the tag outside itself, am not able to track the application status anywhere.

                    Finally got my Fast tag today i.e. 12 Dec, after long struggle and follow ups.
                    No proper customer service, and customer number given is always not reachable.

                      I have not yet received my fastag, i contacted last week to customer service and got to know that the fastag was returned. So i requested him to re-dispatch, please update me on the status and deliver asap.
                      After that i am trying to reach the customer service through[protected], but it's been 4-5 days i am not able to reach them, always getting line busy. This is really very pathetic, please improve your customer service this is very very important. If this kind of service is going to continue then i will suspend my fastag, and return my all money.

                        I submitted a fastag application for one of my cars on hdfc bank website yesterday. Eventhough the process was very fast on their website and my payment of rs 500 well debited at the end i recieved a thank you message with my reference number hfr584738 and it also clearly mentioned
                        The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
                        But i didnt recieve any email of the application so i waited till today but after no receipt i called their call centre [protected] but after holding for 10 minutes some employee by the name sanjay yadav came online. And he mentioned that i will not get any email as my application is ok only for a problem in application then only email is recieved. When i mentioned that in the hdfc bank website it is mentioned that application pdf shall be recieved also i asked him i have to visit hdfc bank branch as selected by me during application for submission of documents he said no and was in a hurry to go offline without giving any satisfactory answers. I got angry and asked him to let me speak with his senior but he did not transfer my call. He said you can complaint to anywhere you want. This is a very callous attitude unexpected from hdfc bank. My full conversation is recorded for the bank to review. I am glad i did not apply for all my other cars thru hdfc bank. My suggestion to all please avoid hdfc bank fastag.

                          I finished the procedure for getting fastag online on hdfc website. The amount of 500/- also deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation neither on email nor on phone except an error page which was not responding at all. I am trying to call HDFC fastag customer care helpline number but I am getting busy tone continuously and now I don't know where to track my application, what to do next, where to get payment receipt, where to get application receipt, when and where will I get my fastag. Pathetic services by HDFC Bank.

                            I had applied thru for fastag thru hdfc bank portal. The application went thru smoothly till payment. After i made the payment i received an sms which shows that the amount has been debited to my credit card while the application portal was showing error.
                            When i called the hdfc bank local branch guys they said that i need to call fastag customer care which in turn was not picking up the call.
                            I need faster resolution of this problem. Courts in this country should take cognizance of these issues & initiate a legal action such service providers.

                              2 days ago i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not receive any mail.
                              Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number HFR590794.

                                I have not received any SMS or email regarding dispatch details till date. The last date of from when Fastag is mandatory is approaching and I have not received my Fastag from bank.

                                  I am having a current account in hdfc bank, niwaroo branch, jaipur. One day i have lost my atm and i have called the phone banking to lock my account for any further transaction as my atm is lost. The atm is blocked and with the same, they have locked my entire account including internet banking, requesting cheque book etc. Now, they are asking me to provide all the details of kyc once again in order to reopen this account. This is not fair as i have locked my account for atm only and they have put me a situation where i cannot withdraw my own money. Moreover, the staff is not professional and provides stupid reasons every time i visit the branch. My customer id is 61271860. Please help me if anyone can.

I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have not received the physical fastag from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.
