I applied a fastag online from hdfc portal dt 20.11.2019. my customer id for fastag is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. i tried contact to hdfc toll free no. for fastag but no. is always busy, and there is no response like correspondence from hdfc fattag department and no knowledge about fastag in local hdfc branch staff.
i received a test message on mobile dt 28.11.19 that "your fastag card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days" but card not received till date.
this is the very worst situation for me.
in addition to when i login fastag portal to view personal detail there is no option to add detail like change mobile no., email id, to add address, car engine no. etc.
Please provide customer profile edit option in fatag wallet like change mobile no., email id, to add address, car engine no. etc.
this facility is available in icici fastag wallat in good manner.so please provide facility as early as possible.
i request to you please solve this problem as early as possible.
if you can not this so please cancel my fastag wallet and refund my all payment which is charge for fastag card and rs 300 recharge by me. so total patment rs 500+300 is rs 800.
