Dear sir/madam,

Today i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs.. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number hfr492354.

    Ref no. : HFR507601
    I have applied for fastag through hdfc bank online portal and provided all the required details and spent Rs. 500 /- too to submit. While money was deducted immediately i didn't get the email as it was mentioned in the post form submission page like "The Fastag Application PDF is sent to your registered email ID."

    How do I get the email and how to know the status as the customer care number no one attending?

    I received an email that my TAG issued successfully and login link to check details. Also seen rs 300 in my wallet after deducting rs 200 as security deposit. However still no indication on Fastag delivery yet. I will wait for a week, if not will raise a new concern. Thanks

      I have online applied for hdfc bank fastag and paid 500 rupees but did not get any response from bank via email or phone after two days.my application number is HFR491122. I did not expect this kind of negligence from hdfc bank. The customer care number which is provided not connecting. Showing busy or unreachable.now i have not any option to contact bank for know my application status.

        I have applied fastag from hdfc on 21 nov, 2019 and the reference number is hrf431132. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same, even i didnot receive any mail.

        There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

        There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

            I had cancelled an order on zomato and they said it will take 2-5 days for a refund. After 10 days they told me the amount had been sent from their side and gave a refund reference number. The amount is yet to reflect in my bank account. It has been 10 more days and i have been checking my account daily for updates. There seems to be no sign of the amount.
            The payment was made using hdfc mobile app`s upi mode initially.

              I made a payment of 2418 towards payment of instalment of house on 31 aug 2019. But the transaction not get updated in gda records. I contact gda regarding that but they told we don't received payment you please contact hdfc.

              I am sharing receipt of that payment with transaction i'd. Please resolve the issue.

              I did my online payment for my acedemics amount of Rs 34500/ on 31st December 2019 through this payment gateway. The transaction was failed though my money was debited from my bank account. And it has been 2 days yet I did not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.                 I applied for the fastag on 23st november, 2019. On the final screen after debiting my credit card it was like : your fastag application reference number hfr491632

                I have not received any communication in mail or message, can you please confirm whether application is submitted or not...? And when i will get wallet username and password details...?

                  I ordered the fastag from hdfc bank on 10th of november. It's been 14 days since i ordered it.
                  I didn't received it yet.
                  I tried their customer care number so many times but their no is either busy or they don't answer 😠.
                  My reference number for the fastag is hfr352113
                  Now the deadline for the fastag is coming near and i don't have it yet. I don't know what to do. I can buy a new one but i think i won't be getting my refund from hdfc. So pls try to forward this message to hdfc concern team. Thanks

                    I applied for fastag on 22.11.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hrf452685, where it is mentioned that representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

                    But till now i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.

                    I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.

                      I applied a fastag online from hdfc portal dt 20.11.2019. my customer id for fastag is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. i tried contact to hdfc toll free no. for fastag but no. is always busy, and there is no response like correspondence from hdfc fattag department and no knowledge about fastag in local hdfc branch staff.

                      i received a test message on mobile dt 28.11.19 that "your fastag card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days" but card not received till date.

                      this is the very worst situation for me.

                      in addition to when i login fastag portal to view personal detail there is no option to add detail like change mobile no., email id, to add address, car engine no. etc.

                      Please provide customer profile edit option in fatag wallet like change mobile no., email id, to add address, car engine no. etc.

                      this facility is available in icici fastag wallat in good manner.so please provide facility as early as possible.

                      i request to you please solve this problem as early as possible.
                      if you can not this so please cancel my fastag wallet and refund my all payment which is charge for fastag card and rs 300 recharge by me. so total patment rs 500+300 is rs 800.

                        After purchasing hdfc fastag, i paid 500 rs online through netbanking, i have not received welcome mail. My rfid number is[hfr402736]. I have got fastag customer id & wallet id id. I am unable to login my account online it is showing invalid. I didnt receive the hardcopy to my residential address.

                        I tried to contact the toll free number[[protected]], but not responsive. How can i solve?

                            It's been two weeks since i applied for hdfc fasttag but till now i have not received fastag. Its been one of worst customer service i have experienced in my entire life. Absolutely no care for the customer. None of the phone numbers works, and there no way one can get help from toll free or by any other method in case you need help. Either it's congestion in network, or switched off or number is busy. I tried the few numbers ending with *1243/*1033/*7227

                            My sincere suggestion. Please close this business if you dont have resources to provide service to customer.

No call attended by hdfc fastag helpline number. Please solve this issue.                                   I have applied for HDFC Fastag on 19th Nov 2019.                                   On 23rd November 2019 I applied for FASTAG and paid rs.500/- I got an application success msg with the reference no. HFR482038. It was stated in the msg that I would get an application form in pdf form in my registered email i.d. and that the card will be dispatched within 7 days. However I am yet to receive any email.

                                      I have been charged for some international debit card charges without my consent. This is the message available in my account statement along with these charges ". Dc intl pos txn markup+st" there are like 4-5 charges in past 2 months, i'm not sure if there are any further charges as well. I can only check the statement for 2 months on net banking statement. Please investigate the issue asap.
                                      I want them refunded/disputed whatever option is available.

                                        Hello

                                        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, i left the company and not being employed. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me). I logged into my account for some reason today on 24 november 2019 and i see that i have rs -5312 in my account. I request you to please take action against this.
