I applied for the fastag on hdfc fastag website, and rs. 500/- was deducted on 27.11.2019 at 3.00 pm from the saving account (Ref no. Etoll1291683) however no acknowledgment of the application has been sent to me nor what authority should i quote when i visit the branch. I need to know the status of the application and if it is not successful the payment should be reversed back to my account.

    Applied online for fastag on 15th nov 2019.
    Just got an email on 23rd nov 2019 that - "your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]."
    I logged in to portal and registered.
    But the tag is not yet delivered. The system is very faulty. There is no proper customer service to contact.

    Being an reputed corporate - hdfc is taking customers for ride here.

      I applied for the fastag on hdfc fastag website, and rs. 500/- was deducted on 26.11.2019 at 1.25 pm from the saving account (Ref no. Etoll1291683) however no acknowledgment received from the application has been sent to me and no sms notification also not yet received

      Need to know the status of the application and if it is not successful, requesting the bank to reverse the payment which i made to my account.

      Not expected this from hdfc.

        Hi,

        I purchased an HDFC Bank fastag on 27/11/2019 from their website. I submitted the documents required and paid Rs 500 towards this. But just after payment an message displayed as timeout but my account was already debited with the same and in my bank statement it is showing as payment to HDFC Bank Ltd fastag mumbai. I tried to call them but their toll free number was continuously busy and there was not even an return SMS or email as transaction has failed or anything.

          Hi,

          I have applied for a hdfc fastag from hdfc online portal and paid 500 rupees.
          I received the email with a reference number hfr359591 and helpline number saying you will receive your fastag in 7 working days.

          I applied on 11th november and today is 27th november and i have still not received the fastag.
          I call the helpline number provided by bank and it is not functional from day 1.

          I tried social media, everytime they say you will receive it in 7 working days.

          How can such a big bank work like this??

          Please return my 500 rupee asap. I am no more interested in this fastag from hdfc bank.

            I have applied for hdfc fastag on 20th nov 2019. I was informed that we will receive fastag in 7 days and representative will contact you. On 22nd nov 2019, i received an email with walletid and recharge. But i have not received any information on the delivery nor any tracking number or expected date.

            It is frustrating and pathetic that hdfc is keeping the customers blind sided. From last 2 days i am trying to connect with hdfc fastag team, helpline number which is either busy or just playing music if connected.

            Can you please provide me the current status of hdfc fastag.

            Also it seems i am not the only one having this problem but still hdfc doing nothing nor learning from mistakes.

            Hdfc bank claims to be no. 1 bank of india but on service it seems you are at bottom..

                      It said that I will be getting a pdf on my email which did not happen and there is no way to find out the status of my application. This is a really annoying experience for all the online users.

                          I purchased hdfc fastag as i like hdfc services.
                          Now i had to worry for their pathetic fastag service.
                          Tag id is given, amount rs 500 has been deducted. But tag not sent yet.
                          Such a pathetic service by hdfc.
                          Feel ashamed to believe hdfc blindly.
                          Toll free number they have given is useless as they are.
                          So i suggest you never buy hdfc fastag online rather go to the nearest toll plaza and get your tag immidiately.
                          I am going to surrender the hdfc tag once it arrives because i dont to waste my precious time without knowing the exact time of arrival of the tag

                            I have tried to get fasttag from hdfc fasttag portal and provided all required details including documents. But at the end, portal shows some error while processing the request and amount get debited from hdfc saving bank account. Banking transaction/reference #[protected]Amt. 500/-).

                            I tried to call pathetic help line[protected] and always prompt busy. Can someone take responsibility and credit my amount into bank account. I don't want fasttag from such irresponsible bank.

                                I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have paid all the payments. I have just received user id[protected] & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank. When i ordered the fasttag from hdfc fasttag portal there it was cleary mentioned that fastag will be delivered in 7 days please see the below attached photo for the same. Now its 13 days. Their service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                  I purchases a fastag from the online portal of hdfc bank on 22nd november, 2019.
                                  I recieved a communication on 25th nov stating that the tag has been issued with the wallet id #[protected], however there has been no further communication from the bank end. No details regarding the delivery of the tag have been provided, also the customer care number provided is always busy hence there is no way to contact the bank for further details.

                                  It feels like the bank has duped me of my money, without the physical tag the wallet or deposit is useless. I would definitely take a legal action unless i get my tag in the next 7 days as promised during payment.

                                    HDFC Bank is not reachable to customer complaints first, no way to contact the branch offices or by email or post. There is no responce from them even after contacted them and raised the service request.
                                    Still waiting to get my problem resolved.
                                    NRI's strictly adviced not to take Accounts from this bank.
                                    I have paid payment of my credit card on 31st october and now today i have bymisteken paid same amount, kind reverse payment paid twice
                                    I have ordered a Redmi note 8 pro mobile from mi.com on 25-10-19. There was mention bank offer HDFC dabit card instant cashback 2000. But I didn't received any cashback from HDFC till date.. kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

                                        My application reference no. Is hfr329397 dated 6th november 2019. My customer id is activated on 15 november 2019 is[protected] but i had not received fastag. As the date of fastag is about to on 1st december 2019. Kindly make it possible to dispatch the fastag to the earliest.

                                        We like to confirm that your Tag will be Redispatched Shortly & you will be receiving the Tag with is 7-10 working days
