I purchases a fastag from the online portal of hdfc bank on 22nd november, 2019.
I recieved a communication on 25th nov stating that the tag has been issued with the wallet id #[protected], however there has been no further communication from the bank end. No details regarding the delivery of the tag have been provided, also the customer care number provided is always busy hence there is no way to contact the bank for further details.
It feels like the bank has duped me of my money, without the physical tag the wallet or deposit is useless. I would definitely take a legal action unless i get my tag in the next 7 days as promised during payment.

Updated by kshtz_89 How would i receive the tag, your representative didn't call me, so how would you have the address for delivery. Stop giving excuses and give solutions or atleast a phone number to talk to.

are you serious?? its already 18 days since i applied the fastag. and you have same standard reply?
