I have applied for hdfc fastag on nov 20th, my application reference number is hfr419569. I have got message with customer id and wallet id information but yet to receive the fastag.

Please let me know when will i receive my fastag and is there a way to track my application status.

Request you to expedite the delivery of my fastag. Appreciate if you respond on priority.

    I have applied for my fastag card via hdfc. I paid the required amount and a reference number was generated:HFR502892.

    It said that I will be getting a pdf on my email which did not happen and there is no way to find out the status of my application. This is a really annoying experience for all the online users.

    Kindly resolve the issue.

      Hi,

      I have not received the fastag, also customer care number not working 24x7. Can please tell me what is wrong with your service.. I have also not received a call from you which i suppose to receive when i had applied for it. Application reference no. Is hfr381692. I have reached to bank also they don't have idea about the fastag pathetic service by hdfc.

        I purchased hdfc fastag as i like hdfc services.
        Now i had to worry for their pathetic fastag service.
        Tag id is given, amount rs 500 has been deducted. But tag not sent yet.
        Such a pathetic service by hdfc.
        Feel ashamed to believe hdfc blindly.
        Toll free number they have given is useless as they are.
        So i suggest you never buy hdfc fastag online rather go to the nearest toll plaza and get your tag immidiately.
        I am going to surrender the hdfc tag once it arrives because i dont to waste my precious time without knowing the exact time of arrival of the tag

          I have tried to get fasttag from hdfc fasttag portal and provided all required details including documents. But at the end, portal shows some error while processing the request and amount get debited from hdfc saving bank account. Banking transaction/reference #[protected]Amt. 500/-).

          I tried to call pathetic help line[protected] and always prompt busy. Can someone take responsibility and credit my amount into bank account. I don't want fasttag from such irresponsible bank.

            I lost my wallet id and customer id and i need them to recharge my fastag card. I have been calling hdfc fastag customer center from around 10 days now, their call is always is busy, after trying so much, today i was able to talk to your executive and she provided me with wrong wallet id because it is showing 'not valid' while first-time registration.

              I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have paid all the payments. I have just received user id[protected] & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank. When i ordered the fasttag from hdfc fasttag portal there it was cleary mentioned that fastag will be delivered in 7 days please see the below attached photo for the same. Now its 13 days. Their service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                I purchases a fastag from the online portal of hdfc bank on 22nd november, 2019.
                I recieved a communication on 25th nov stating that the tag has been issued with the wallet id #[protected], however there has been no further communication from the bank end. No details regarding the delivery of the tag have been provided, also the customer care number provided is always busy hence there is no way to contact the bank for further details.

                It feels like the bank has duped me of my money, without the physical tag the wallet or deposit is useless. I would definitely take a legal action unless i get my tag in the next 7 days as promised during payment.

                  While applying for the fastag on hdfc fastag website, my money rs. 500/- got

                  Deducted on 26.11.2019 at 12.17 pm from the credit card account (Ref no. Etoll

                  1291683) however i haven't received any acknowledgment of the application. I

                  Need to know the status of the application and if it is not successful money

                  Should be reversed back to my account. The customer service no is pathetic

                  And i did not expect this kind of service form hdfc. A bank like hdfc should

                  Rectify this kind of errors immediately.

                  On 8th November'19, an amount Rs. 177 was deducted from me by HDFC Bank and I have no clue why? This is a salary account.

                  HDFC Bank is not reachable to customer complaints first, no way to contact the branch offices or by email or post. There is no responce from them even after contacted them and raised the service request.
                  Still waiting to get my problem resolved.
                  NRI's strictly adviced not to take Accounts from this bank.
                  I have paid payment of my credit card on 31st october and now today i have bymisteken paid same amount, kind reverse payment paid twice
                  I have ordered a Redmi note 8 pro mobile from mi.com on 25-10-19. There was mention bank offer HDFC dabit card instant cashback 2000. But I didn't received any cashback from HDFC till date.. kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

                        I am attached with hdfc banking services for last few months and was quite happy with it, but recently started to receive excessive amount of fraud calls regarding hdfc credit cards. My family members also started to receive the same individually. Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and try to take action in order to minimize them. I received calls from the following numbers:

                        Ms. Tuli das ([protected]) (Tulidas.[protected]@gmail.com)
                        Mr. Souvik halder ([protected])

                        They are directing me to send my address proof and pan card details to them via mail (Of gmail domain) for credit card verification! Requesting you to kindly check whether such employees exist in your system who are misusing them.

                          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500rs as required.. Payment no is etoll1291683... The reference number of the application is hfr536882. I have uploaded the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
                          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                          I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, credit card, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                            Hello,

                            My application reference number is hfr510232

                            I have submitted fastag application on 25th nov 2019. But till today, i haven't yet received any mail or call from hdfc representative for further status. As per message displayed on application form submission, "you will receive fastag within 7 days and our representative will contact you", but no update received.
                            I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy orsome music is playing.
                            I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received.
                            Let me know, when my fastag will get delivered.

                              I have applied fastag on nov 18, and as per your email, i should receive fastag with in a week, and your representative will contact me, however, no one from your side contacted me, and also, i received email from bank as tag issued, but no other information, and i haven't received it.

                              Also, the call center number never connects, it is really poor service. I am associated with hdfc from more 10 years, and i had never expected this kind very extremely poor service from hdfc.

                              Recently, i lost my HDFC food card. I have blocked it and applied for new one.

                              Please let me know what is the procedure to transfer the balance from old card to new card.
                              To reset the ipin pin there are two ways
                              1) using mobile number and debit card which i am not able to use because it says can't regenerate pin using debit card
                              2) by mobile and email which again is not working because i am getting the otp on mobile number but not on email
                              what to do?? help me resolve this issue

                                    On 25 nov 2019 i made a purchase for tastag in online portal https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/fastag and made payment via hdfc debit card rs.500/- and reference no. [protected]

                                    Payment is successful but still i dint get any response form fastag regarding the tag.

                                    It is frustrating that hdfc is not giving proper notifications to customers. From last 2 days i am trying to connect with hdfc fastag team, helpline number is either busy or just playing music if connected. No one is ready to receive the call.

                                    Email id provided by hdfc bank also returned with failure notice.

                                    I want current status of hdfc fastag.

                                    Request to refund the amount.

                                      unable to use gift card on any e-commerce website

                                      I received a gift card from my friends and i have experienced the worst times of all in placinng an order worth 500 rs also amazon site. I did a transaction and the amazon page says that the transaction failed. Got a message from the hdfc bank that the amount has been deducted. Not sure even if i will get the money back or not.                                       I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr546277. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                      I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.
