Hi,
I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 25, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since 2005, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.
I wanted fastag for two of my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.1000
After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"
However, amount of rs 1000 was deducted from my savings account.
I am not sure if my request was successfully put.
I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number[protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.
There is no way to track the application. Neither the normal hdfc helpline people know anything about it. They asked me to wait for 24 hours.
I was not expecting this atleast from hdfc bank. This is very bad experience and i feel cheated.

Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?
