I have applied for hdfc card on 18 november 2019.. My name is pankaj nandi and my application number was 19k[protected]e1. It almost 9 days gone but till now the status showing in process.. Phone home verification all was done but till now i did not get any response.. I called the customer care but i did not get any valuable response. Please tell me how many days it will be take and please take necesaary action as early as possible..

    Hi

    I have applied for hdfc fastag on hdfc portal, after application submission, i received a confirmation messages that application submission was successful.

    The message says that i would have received a email on the registered email id, till now i have not received any email.

    I am trying to reach their customer care toll number, which is busy all the time, sometimes it gets connected but no one answers the call.

    I have no way to track the status of the same.

    HDFC Bank websites says 7 days for delivering fast tag, but its been more than 7 days now, i have received the message and email after 6 days of applying that my Fasttag account is generated and will be delivered after 4 more days, Altogether it is taking more than 10-12 days to deliver the fast tag.

    I have not yet got the details of the courier service and Tracking number

      I have applied for a hdfc fastag through their online portal on 17.11.2019. I received the activation message on 26.11.19.

      I am yet to receive the physical copy of the fastag through post. Their customer care number [protected] is constantly busy for over two days and there is no other means of contacting them.

      There was no contact from HDFC or from insolutions global other than the reply on this forum. The fastag arrived after 12 working days rather than the 7 working days mentioned on their website. The delay was not a major issue, but being unable to contact anyone to address your complaints to is infuriating. The number provided on their website does not work at all.

        Its been 3 days now and still waiting for an update.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of inr 500 on 11.11.19. The reference number of the application is hfr355960. I have uploaded the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update till today i. E. On 27.11.19.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for more than 15 years now and this is the worst moment with them. The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rupees. The reference number of the application is hfr389960. And yesterday i got a message that "hdfc fastag for the vehicle number has been replaced". And also one more message saying that "hdfc fastag has been activated successfully". But till now i didn't get the fastag in my hand.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.

            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              There numbers are still busy
              Fastag issued but where it is u never know
              May be they engulfed my 500 rs

                It is unfortunate, i applied for hdfc fastag through online, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/. I am unaware of the progress of the fastag, trying to contact through their customer number but it is always busy, i am very much unhappy with the service of hdfc fastag.

                I am unable to email to this address fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com or unable to call the customer care? can you let me know the status?
                I submit Fastag application No :- HFR354991 submitted in HDFC Bank on dated:-11.11.2019 I call to many time to customer care No [protected] many time but they make many excuse to response for delivery of fastag til date. transaction of Rs 500/- on spot during online application done by me
                I have applied on 9th Nov but no response after that. nor pdf or no call.

                i have tried to reach on customer care number but no responce on the same too.
                I want to raise a complaint about HDFC bank, as even after the completion of turn around time, I hv still not received my debit, thus unable make any online transactions. I want to escalate this issue and and want to compensate the bank in any terms.

                  I have applied for hdfc fastag 10 days back and paid 500 rs as per the chanrges they mentioned. Got wallet id and customer id, but physical copy of the fastag has not received. Customer care number is useless, it wont connect. Sent email also, no response.
                  I reached to nearest bank, they also not able to help for applied online. They are really cheating the customers.

                      I hold hdfc account since 19 years hence applied fastag thru them my application reference number is hfr364599, applied on 13th nov'19, there is no sign of fastag sticker. Their toll free number is also not reachable and fed up of calling them. Also there is no other contact number or email id provided to reach them. It is pathetic service by hdfc bank. If they can't fulfill they should not promise or take up things.
                      Need an update as when will i receive my physical fastag. If you can do it refun the amount will apply thru other credible source.

                        Hi i applied for the hdfc bank fasttag online, and received a notification a week ago, on 22nd november that it has been issued successfully. I have received no communication nor have i received the fast tag and this is very frustrating. All phone numbers including the customer service number published by them ([protected]) are useless. The customer service number continuously gives a message saying busy, other mobile numbers say number does not exist.

                        Hi I applied for the HDFC bank FastTag online on 25 NOV 2019 by paying Rs500/-, after successful application submission, window showed me Application reference no HFR532546 and also showed that fastag application PDF is sent to registered email ID and HDFC representative will get in touch with you soon.

                        After 2 days, so representative called me nor I received their email with Fastag application PDF. I have received no communication nor have I received the fast tag and this is very frustrating. All phone numbers including the customer service number published by them [protected] is not reachable & re useless.

                              This is to inform you that i am holding a current account relationship with hdfc bank with account number [protected] and this email is regarding the incorrect transfer of my funds to the wrong account by bank officials due to their negligence.
                              On the 6th of november i have placed a neft request in hdfc bank jk plaza with ifsc code hdfc0001468 for rs 150000 to account number [protected] with account name amit kumar meena, but they have transferred to a different account [protected] in bank of baroda. Next day i came to know that my funds have not reached the correct account. I had immediately placed a request to return my funds, but as the mistake happened due to their several negligence so none of the official taken it seriously and asked me to talk directly to bank of baroda as they don’t wanted to expedite this issue at higher level putting my 1.5 lakh at risk.
                              From that day i am regularly going to hdfc bank but they are not helping me anywhere. I also came to know that there were a lot of negligences like
                              1. They have put the wrong date stamp of previous month on neft slip, i. E. They have date stamp of 6th october instead of 6th november.
                              2. They have not verified the account number properly from neft slip.
                              3. They have not asked for signature for corrections in amount section in slip.
                              Due to this various errors, no one from hdfc bank jk plaza is helping me.
                              I am feeling very sad while informing this thing happened with me with you, but as i am not seeing any help from any representative so i am requesting you to please look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

                                I submitted the fastag application on hdfc banking website, application number hfr494946 on 24th november. I did not submit the vehicle rc as it is in my native & selected the option of submitting later. Made a payment of ₹500/- online. Received an email with reference number and that was it. Nobody has contacted me till date. The toll free number provided in the acknowledgment email is busy always.

                                My salary account is with hdfc and i'm appalled by the pathetic service.

                                  I have applied for fastag via hdfc online after the payment is detected from my credit card account i got an error page in the portal and even i did not receive the confirmation email for the fasttag applied.                                   I tried to call customer support - multiple times but nobody is picking the call. Then i tried to call pos number of bangalore, but again the same, nobody picks the call.

                                  My name is Bipin Odhekar. I have applied for Fastag to HDFC Bank and received a reference number HFR362169. I did the required payment also. HDFC did not send cmmunication after that. No way, I could connect to concerned person to know the status. May i know the status?
                                  I applied HDFC fastag on Nov 19th 2019, My reference number is HFR410998, you mentioned that I'll receive application PDF through mail and company person will contact you, But I didn't received any update either through mail or from customer care

                                    Going to be a month, no fastag delivered by hdfc team. My application number hfr342231. I have tried the call center who is not easily picking the call. Waited 1 hour for them to answer call. Still there is no proper response.
                                    I want to know if my application processed and when can i have the fastag. Deadline by gvt is 1st dec. I am very much disappointed on hdfc service over getting fastag to customer in this way.

                                      Hello i have applied for hdfc credit card and my card number ending with 4895 and my credit card delivery date is 20th november 2019 by blue dart on my given address but because of some work i will b not their on given adress for 1 month so what can i do does they will delivered the card on another address where i am available or shall i pick up my card after 1 month if possible what can i do my mail id is protected

                                      I have tried so many times on hdfc customer support number but the executive not talking about credit card than they always cut the phone if i talked about card so what can i do
                                      I received the fastag and welcome letter with Cust ID, Wallet ID etc. When trying to register at the given portal, I am getting "No Record" error.

                                      The HFR No is HFR390767.

                                      I tried calling the toll free number many times and it is never reachable.

                                      Request to please resolve this issue.

                                        I applied for fastag on 26.11.2019 at their website. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction. But till now i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.
                                        I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.
