Dear sir/mam,

I was told that this card is given free on basis of my max account with hdfc. I got business regalia card and it was given lifetime free. Now i'm charged 2950 and i want a refund for that fees and close this credit card. I am not getting any support from bank or personal banker they said contact hdfc credit card hepline and on helpline they say you have to pay there is nothing we can do. Kindly remove that fees and discontinue my credit card.

    I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

    I am also facing the same issue. I had got a message saying fastag got issued successfully from HDFC Bank. I dint get it delivered and I have to travel by December 1st week, why you people are not responsible for this? Atleast provide us valid customer care number, if nothing is perfect from your end please don't provide such services.
    There are n number of fastag providers, we opted your service on trust. That seems not to be happening.

    Same problem. Neither the number [protected] is reachable. Nor any way of communicating. Looks like a systematic fraud by HDFC Bank.
    i also have the same issue... got a mail saying account created and deafault 200 rs recharge done... haven't got the Tag physically. National Fasttag toll number...1033 they said your Tag has been delivered...contact HDFC toll number to know excatly.

    i called their road side assistance... to query about what is the status of my Tag
    she gave a another number... when i called that number they said its loan processing department we dont know anything about fasttag... simply bluffing every where... hdfc bank authority asked to write to this mail status.[protected]@sahaj.co.in this is also some invalid mail address... my mail got returned.

    Frustrated last two days... no information what happen to the Tag.
    Sending email is a complete waste, I have sent multiple times. they never used to reply.
    i have received a message that HDFC Fastag issued successfully but no furthur messages on when i would be receiving the fastag. Please help.
    Exactly the same problem i am facing too. Applied for HDFC Fastag on Nov 13th and was promised to receive the tag in 7 days. Although its been over 15days, no trace of the card.

    HFDC Fastag Customer Service[protected] is always busy and just doesn't get through.

    HDFC fastag seems to be a major SCAM and fraud! Horrible experience.

    I have applied for HDFC Fastag on 26/11 and am yet to receive anything. Except for a mail containing the reference ID which is HFR485255, i have not received even a phone call from anyone.     Update...I received the fasttag by Bluedart courier today...I think the only solution is to wait ...with no communication

    My Wallet and ID has been created and the money deducted but I still have not received my Fastag. Toll Free number does not work and there is no update on my Fastag.
    Same issue here. I have been given a congratulatory note with wallet ID and Customer ID however, no tag. No way to reach customer care of HDFC as the line is permanently busy.

    Applied fastag from HDFC bank on 20th Nov, Since exactly after 1 week I am keep on trying to contact the customer care [protected] for getting the status. Luckily call got connected today, but later I come to know there is no luck.Because even after sharing our reference number they are unable to check the status and simply commenting, it may take another 7- 10 days. What can we tell in-front of this kind of response..I am completely speechless..

    Here I have a query..

    As I have already applied for fastag, what will happen if I go some where else (toll plaza) and buy another one.

    Is it possible ?

    Highly disappointed. What a service HDFC is providing and what actually govt is doing. It's been more than 15 days I applied for my fastag cust I'd and wallet id generated but what shall I do with that. Fast tag not reached at my address. This is ridiculous.
    HDFC don't have valid customer care.
    Thier so given contact no. Is not reachable and we can't even contact them. It really sucks.
    Give our money back we don't want this.

    I think this is a scam from HDFC. I have made the payment of Rs 1000 for 2 cars (Ref. No HFR963514) 3 days back and still don't have any email and the toll free number[protected] is eternally busy. I have no idea on how to reach these guys

    I just trusted the HDFC brand and went ahead with payment - this is seriously turning out to be a scam in the making !!

    Facing 3 same problem, cannot connect anyone regarding this issue, dont know how long we should wait to get fastag or how to raise the complaint, invalid email id, and fake numbers, worst experience from hdfc bank
    Applied on 01 Dec, application HRF857514, amount and received message as customer and Wallet ID created but not yet received. No response from customer server and Relationship manager. Now a days HDFS services are very very worst in customer support. If you are not able prompt in your service don't initiate/start services.

    I have also applied for fastag on Dec 6th and they say it will be delivered by 14 working days. But there is no place to track this. Other vendors like Airtel has the facility to track the order.

    I also faced the same thing, got the below confirmation message, but neither i received mail or any message. Though all the charges are deducted from my account.

    Who is going to take responsibility ?

    Is this happening from HDFC only?
    Even i am facing the same problem, I not sure . why HDFC spoil his reputation by engaging this kind of service.
    I enrolled my Fastag in online the reason behind is, because of HDFC providing the service and i believed it.

    Now i completely loose my hope with HDFC. Here i could see same complaints from almost all us and i wonder HDFC customer care not even bother about this and its shows how they treat customer's. although its Government Gateway problem, hdfc could have publish there regrets to customers, like how they contact customers for personal loan/credit card.

    Same issue with me as well, HDFC created the user id and wallet is and took the money as well but the sticker has not yet arrived, HDFC doesn't even have any contact number or email to enquire about this.
    Don't know when will I receive the sticker.

    Anyone please provide the contact details for a follow-up.

    Hi all, I applied Hdfc Fastag on Dec 06, 2019 and received today my Fastag sticker from Hdfc. Please wait for 15 working days. I was also not able to contact customer service. Only option is we have to wait. If you are lucky you will receive with in a week.

    If you give your reference no they will be providing you, courier tracking no which I verified and it's dispatched.

    Overall it took me around 2 weeks plus
    Customer service is bad anyway.
    Likewise. I have a cust ID and a wallet ID and money in the wallet. However, I have not received the physical Fastag since last year August 2019.
    I called the customer service number for HDFC and the agent gave me the email address to send my query. I have since sent email and follow up emails numerous times, but, no response.
    fashtag HDFC is worst to get.

    Worst part is that I am to use toll plaza. No fashtag, even I paif 10 days beofore. It is said 7 days.

        I have applied for Fastag on 19th of Nov'19 and added another registration number to it on 24th of Nov'19, i have received my Customer Id number and Wallet Id number. I am yet to get to my sticker and there has been no intimation yet on this. On calling Customer Care number there has been no response, have visited the bank where i have my hdfc account, no response there as well. How can i get any kind of information of the current status ?

            Hello sir / madam,

            I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

            I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

            I have not got mail or sms

              Hello,

              I paid for a fastag using my credit card on 23/11/2019. I received a message that 500 rs. Were debited from my card. But then the fastag website said 'session timeout or error on page'
              So at the moment, i have paid the money but i don't know whether the fastag application was successful.
              The customer care number is always busy and i can never speak on the phone with anybody regarding this issue.

              I had the same issue today (Nov 25th) and my application ref is HFR537314

              There is absolutely no one to talk to... seems like a crappy service here. my Rs 500 is already charged with the SMS confirmation. But only have an error page on the web.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I have made two transactions fro rs.1000 and rs 500 in to my hdfc fast tag account on 18.11.19 and 24.11.2019,
                Through upi using vehicle no. Tn39ck6036. Since then the money is not credited to my fast tag account.

                I am very disappointed in the service since i cannot connect to your phone number. And there are no other way to contact you. Totally frustrating.

                Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and solve it by crediting my hdfc fast tag with rupees 1, 500.00.

                And please update a toll free number which is working

Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to saving account (Without informing me). I logged into my account i see that i have some negative balance in my account.                     I contact to your customer care regarding this issue on Monday (25th Nov 2019) they told me you will receive your order by Monday/Tuesday (26 Nov 2109).

                    Fast tag is compulsory from 1st of December if you deliver post this date what will be the benefits. Why you are mention on your site that you will get Tag in 7 days.

                    Stop fulling customer.

                      I applied for fastag on 24.11.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr503168, where it is mentioned that representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

                      But till now i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.

                      I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.

                        I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card xxaaaa at amazon1258399 on[protected]:08:45:48 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]"is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out

                        We wish to highlight that all E-com transactions initiated through merchants registered in India, we have an added layer of security through VBV & Secure Code. However, specific to the international merchant, it is at the discretion of the merchant to have the said layer of security and the two-factor authentication is not mandated by their respective central bank. As above referred, the transaction is incurred at an international merchant, the 2-factor authentication was not mandated while processing the transactions.

                          I have applied fastag from hdfc on 10th nov, 2019 and the reference number is hfr352152. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same.

                          There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

                          There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

                          I have not experienced such online services where we don't have any information.
                          The details should be shared by the bank.

                              I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 11.11.2019.
                              I have made payment rs 500/- on 11.11.2019 and fastag application reference number hfr354868

                              I have not yet received the tag.
                              When can i expect it.
                              Customer support phone numbers are not reachable.

                              I am no expecting such a poor response from no 1 private sector bank.
                              Please do the needful so that i receive the fastest in time.

                                I have applied fastag through hdfc bank online portal. My application reference number is hfr350389. The sole purpose of applying through hdfc bank is that i have an s/b account with them for the past 4 years and i am satisfied with their services. But to my surprise, this time my experience became dreadful. The details of which am writing consequently.

                                1) i have applied on 10th november, 2019, sunday. The website was displaying that the concerned authority will contact with me at the earliest and the kit will be delivered within 7 working days.

                                2) after spending the next week, i have contacted with my branch relationship manager and she asked me to wait for 7 working days.

                                3) after waiting for 7 working days, i have contacted with her on 20th november, 2019 and she gave me a toll free no.

                                4) as per her instructions, i have contacted with them, again then they gave me other "special charged number" for which i was getting charged for "rs. 1.5/- per minute only."

                                5) in a loop after contacting with the bank authority in various such numbers and loosing an hour and almost rs. 50/-, finally i gave up/

                                6) most surprisingly, the bank authority and the customer care people was not informed about "fastag". Everyone was getting surprised and was mumbling, and i have to explain them what fastag is.

                                7) again i contacted with my relationship manager and this time she herself took the responsibility.

                                8) on november 23, 2019, i got a mail bearing my customer id and waller id. But till now, my kit is untraceable and i dont know when r whether i will ever get it or not.

                                That's all my dreadful experience with hdfc. Thank you.

                                They didn't ever contact with me regarding the issue. What they did was informing me time to time about my Fastag Wallet creation, usable amount, wallet ID and customer ID via SMS and Mail service. I guess this is the routine process of delivering a product. Although I have received the Fastag, I got if after approx. 30 working days which was to be delivered within 7 working days. And most importantly, they didn't bother to inform me about the courier service, the package ID etc.

                                      I have applied for fastag via hdfc online with refernce number hfr384297. After applying, i got message stating that filled form pdf will send to your registered email, which i didn't receive yet.
                                      After few days i got a message with my wallet id and customer id[protected]. So now i am able to login to site, but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker. I tried to call customer support - [protected] multiple times but nobody is picking the call. Then i tried to call pos number of bangalore [protected], but again the same, nobody picks the call. Even i didn't receive any call from any of the courier services.
                                      I have 13 years of relationship with hdfc and never face such scenario. But for specific to fastag service this is happening. With this i am bit scared, how can i get help if i stuck in some toll plaza, as nobody is receiving the call.

                                      Thanks Zubin. I received the FASTag two days back. Still have a request to please look into the support team, as still nobody is picking up the call. That gives bad impression of HDFC services (that I am sure is not the case).
                                      Hdfc Bank — Fastag sticker not yet received and nobody is receiving call even:
