Hello,

I am so irate and furious to write this email.

This time i am so depressed to say that the service provided for me for the loan account mentioned below is very poor.

I took a loan recently and approved amount is 10, 000, 00/ and the promise given by the bank and the girl called (May be a third pary/consulted) ramya was weighing off the processing charges and the rate of interest for loan will be 10.99%.
They promised me that the rate of interest will be 10.99% and the processing wil be waived off.

Below are the issues need to sort and rectify soon.

My name is seema a loan agreement number 62865340. I got a call from hdfc bank regarding personal loan with 10.99 rate interest, processing fee 0.99%, time period 60 months and pre closing charges 0% after one year for 6 lacks rupees. And i accepted for that. After that they credited the money 984273/-rupees in to citi bank account as the my salary account is citi bank. After that i got a message about the loan details. There the details are like this 11.25% rate of interest, 5% pre closing charges after one year, loan period 60 months and they charged 15727 rupees as processing fee and for some hidden charge which they haven’t explained to me. Now the persons who called me for this loan process, they are not picking my calls and not responding on this. I even raised complaint on this but there was no resolution provided. They are just ruining our lifes and i will have to pay 21867/- on monthly basis. I am literally finding difficult to pay this huge amount when i had requested for 6l and without my knowledge they have processed for 10l.

Its absolutely a breach of what promised and what given and an absolute customer dissatisfaction.

I want this processing fee back to my account and also a new repayment schedule with 10.99% interest rate. And also i never asked for 10l but without my knowledge and with my signature they have processed for 10l

Hope you will understand my situation and assist. Expecting a reply at the earliest.

      This mail is in reference of misbehavior of your recovery associate mr akshay. He has called me today from [protected] (For calling) and [protected] (Whatsapp no) and asked for the payment of emi of this month of personal loan account no. 44462098. I told him that i have been facing some problem with my mobile, and account was linked to the damaged sim and mobile i. E. [protected]. Instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem, he has started scolded on me and telling me this will not be good for you and i will send the man for the recovery. The way he was talking to me was just like local gunda whereas it has come to my mind whether hdfc bank employs local gundas for the recovery. Whereas i was ready to make the payment. This is not the first incidence by mr. Akshay. It has happened earlier also with me and same person has done. He keeps on telling and harassing me if you don’t pay the amount it will not be good. The way this person talks to me was just like i am his servant. How he can forget that he can just ask for the payment and he cannot insult any one? Has hdfc bank has given the right to his associate to insult and harass to his recovery associate?

      Even while sending whatsapp message he is using you are fake person and many such things? First of all, how can use such language against any customer?

      I don’t understand how my case goes to the same person for the recovery every month. Has hdfc given the annual contract to mr. Akhsay for the recovery from me?

      I completely except that i have not been able to pay my emi as per the schedule but i made it sure that emi has been paid on the same month itself instead of going to the next month. I have been unemployed since last one month and any how i have been making the payment but i had made it sure the payment never gets slipped to another month.

      I really appreciate the behavior of hdfc bank’s associate for insulting and harassing me. Thank you hdfc bank for the insult. I will never recommend anyone to talk any kind of loan from hdfc bank.

        Hi hdfc bank

        This is regards to hdfc personal loan account number:14954905, their was a settlement done on 15th march 2012. However, the collector promised that he would provide the noc document. Therefore till date, i have not received.
        Kindly suggest on this workaround and need the noc document as soon as possible.

              My fast tag customer id :- [protected] on 22/4/2019. We recharge our fast tag wallet two time with rs. 30, 000/.. But in my wallet showing one time recharge of rs. 30, 000/. Only second recharge of rs. 30, 000/. Not showing in my fast tag id where as the bank deducted two times as per our bank statement which is given below :-

                  I got call from some people, they said if you will buy hdfc young star udaan policy so we will give you 8 lakh rupay loan we will provide you without any interest that loan will be for 10 year every year i have to pay hdfc policy amount only. They will take my policy and i will get 8 lack rupee loan without any interest. Now they refuse to provide loan and said i am not eligible. I dont want this hdfc policy i want my money back.

                    This is to bring to your notice. I was at my home was not well. I received called from this number ( [protected]).

                    First, I have not response to call as I mentioned above I was not well.
                    Then back to back I started getting call from that number finally know third or fourth call I answered.

                    There was one guy on other side he said he is calling from. HDFC Collections department (as you can check I have never applied for loan with HDFC) I said I have never applied he said aukat nahe hai bharne ki toh Kyu Lethe oh loan. I politely said whats your name he said tere dad ka name Kya hai. Means he wanted to say he is my dad. I got hyper and said who the hell are you to say something on my family and he said karu kya tereiye fiance koh phone ND he said her name also. I was so shocked who have given the permission to HDFC to pull out my personal Frnds nd family number the person started giving me bad words. And hang up the call on my face. He mentally Harressed me and give me threat. I have logged the complaint also with local police station.

                      As i had cleared the said amount on 27 november2018 and had contacted customer support for the noc. They told me that i will receive noc within 3 days. I waited but no noc i had received. Again i had called customer support again they said i will receive noc within 3 days, but the same thing happened. I didn't received noc. Again and again i am calling them but same response i am getting and i am still waiting for noc. For how long i have to call and ask for noc. You bankers are all same. When you have to collect debts from customers, you keep calling them and sending summons. Once you receive money you people go for a deep sleep. More than 6 months gone still am not receive the noc from bankers end. Am wrote mails also there is no response.

                        I would like to file case against HDFC cybercity gurgaon.

                        They have deducted 826 rupees from my account in the name of demat however I am running it and calling the executive is unable to resolve my issue as they are simply tranfering the call to other and did not any resolution on that.

                        This is very disappointing. Please check.
                        I was charged randomly rs 546.05 on 23rd April with transaction ref number "[protected]" and in the transaction description, it shows

But Amount is debited from my account.. Happened this situation many times but i never git reply from HDFC for any of my complaints

                          In kalkaji branch. An employee named dipika tondon kalkaji branch is very rude and very unprofessional towards her work. She is careless towards the customers, people wait in long ques for any deposit or withdrawl due to her negligence. She is always busy in something else but not the bank work.

                            Applied for fastag on 8th april 2019.
                            Reference number: hfr112120
                            Uploaded rc along with application.

                            When i submitted the application successfully, i got the response that the fastag will be sent in 7 working days, but so far no response.

                            When i called the call centre, i was told to submit aadhaar, rc, pa and dl as kyc through mail.

                            Surprised that they kept quite and asking for additional documents only when i called.
                            Very very bad way of functioning, irresponsible, not expected from a recognized bank.

                            Today while checking my debit card e-statement I found that I have been charged Rs 590/- as ACH Debit return charges. I have no idea what these charges are. Please return my money

                            I am a NRI customer who received a replacement card and now I stopped receiving OTP as my number has been entered wrong in their system. I stopped getting OTP on my email as well. Several calls to customer service, several emails no resolution. I am going to close my account with HDFC as very disappointed.
                            I am not able to pay any of my bills.

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              I have applied for loan in hdfc on december 2018 and loan has sanctioned in january 2019 but still disbursement of loan is taking long time. We have provided all the documents required and no one is responding to us. I even requested to cancel loan and refund processing fee if loan is not able to process but still no one is responding. Kindly help us out.

                                Sir,
                                My name is k bhaskar babu hdfc bank customers itc branch. Today 24/04/2019 i went to your branch in avadi kamaraj nagar for atm cash deposit around 08:00 am and parked my two wheeler inside bank compound wall. When i was in atm transactions he asked to take vehicle outside so i came and parked my vehicle outside again he is using some local slum words and asked to park otherside. He wantedly disturbing, even i was a employee in hdfc before 5 years. He (Security) doesn't know how to behave with customers and it will impact bank reputation also. So kindly take action against him and see that it should not happen to other customers. Ok don't know whether he as given training or he came directly from local slum area.

                                I got a refund of 4138 rs from myntra to my credit card . It was bought on emi . Refund was done on 4/4/2019 . Then on next day 4158 rs was deducted from the same credit card . Details was like MER EMI LOAN PRECL (a no.) . Along with 32 rs was also deducted.

                                  I introduced myself, i am past more than four years savings account holder in your gachibowli branch hyd., for your information i am having your credit also more than same years.in between i have taken credit card jumbo loan recently [18.04.2019] and it was communicated to me that if i don't want to use it keep the money as it is. I have kept the money as it in my account and have not used it. Request you to please pre-close this loan with any pre-closure charges. Because customer care told me 3% extra + gst charged to me so please waiver of preclosure charges because when they loan me on that time they not said to me of of preclosure charges 3% extra so again i request you please :- waiver of preclosure charges 3% on jumbo loan.
                                  3% on 1 lacs 50 thousand is a very huge amount for me so plz help me..
                                  Please let me know when you could able to close it without pre-closure charges?

                                      This is mr. Ajit, i have hdfc credit card (Card # [protected]) & it was getting used before 2 years. I have already paid cr payment on that time. Since last 2 years i never used that card but before 7-8 month credit cards call center person called up & says payment is pending. He visited to my house @ 6am in the morning. (I don't think this time this people should go to customers place) at that time i have ask them to share transaction details but i didn't received (Bcoz i dint used that card & so they don't have the details).
                                      Now in the spur of the moment they stared calling after 7-8 months & talking very arrogantly. Even if i didn't pick up the call they called up to my family members & even in my office. I dont think bank have rights to called up any other personnel or work place of customer.
                                      Need to launch complaint about this.
