I have salary account in lakdikapul hyderabad (D) telangana state. I went to a nearby hdfc bank. The people said to me if i need to close the bank account so home branch people can close. And also they said that if i wait for few months my account will automatically close by authorities for non-operating of account. I tried to contact the home branch so i didn't get the contact details anywhere. And later 1year again i'm getting negative balance message for not maintaining of min balance in account. What should i do? Im not in my branch location.

I didn't received any message or call or from any other sources of communication about my account closure and that to you closed this ticket without any confirmation. Is this correct? a customer issue without solving How you close the ticket?

I need justice on span of 2days (25th Nov 2019).

    Myself mr. Saharsh. Policy number[protected]).

    I have been using hdfc ergo car insurance services since last 3 years. Last year i had opted for "ncb protection" add on which clearly says "even if you make a claim we shall keep your no claim bonus discount intact for the next renewal of your policy. So, that you enjoy the premium discount." (Pfa the screenshot for reference)

    But, on contacting customer care on call / through email i was told that the ncb protection is only applicable in 3 conditions as mentioned in faq page.
    - damages to windshield glass
    - loss to parked vehicle by external means
    - loss to parked vehicle due to flood, earthquake, aog perils
    This information is hidden to customers until they purchase the policy / contact for claim.

    My concern is:
    1. If the protection add on is limited to 3 conditions only - why it is not mentioned (*terms & conditions apply) anywhere at the time of renewal / purchasing the policy on the first page itself? (Pfa the screenshot)
    2. The conditions are not mentioned on the final "payment" as well. (Pfa the screenshot)
    3. How would a customer come to know about these conditions?

    By doing this, is hdfc ergo not misleading / misguiding the customers? Are these not fraudulent services?

      On 06 apr i applied for fastag via hdfcbank and amount has been deducted for rs 500. However even after 10 day (Original lead time was 7 days) there was no communication on the progress of delivery.

      I contacted the support number [protected] and i was told there was an issue with the portal and i have to manually send the documents to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com.

      But i am yet to hear from them (They have not acknowledged inspite of my request) and the help line is is not being attended today. Trying since morning.

      Requesting to resolve this asap and deliver the fastag.

        Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc existed old salary account showing -10000 balance.
        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 10000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
        I approach branch, but they behaved rudely & refuse to close account.
        Plz justice to me. 10000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
        What is the action will take against this bank.

This time i am out of the town and i told the collection person that i am out of town this time and i come and do payment but he is ignoring me and go to my home and harrising my fmily again and again and my family mently so disturb and i am also distrub and i am not considered on my work. He talk loudly with my famliy and publicy and create a seen and my family is very dipressing and action to file a poilce complain so you take a action otherwise we will go to police and comsumer court also. I have some sms and recording also i hope you take a strick action and i hope that this type seen is never create in future. Plz be strickt. He is behaving very badly with my family.             I am unable to recharge my fastag. Tried to login using the website https://fastag.hdfcbank.com. unable to login. Even though i have wallet id. Still get error. Tried to call customer service. And was on hold from 10am to 11am on 22 april 2019, no one addressed the call. Attached is the screenshots.
            Tried to do a quick recharge, still my wallet id was not found. This is a major failure in the nationalized bank service.

            I tried to rest the password.(Below screen shot) it never proceeds after the page. i tried to "First time Registration" and trying to use the "change password" option, it load the answer the questions.. But IT WONT LOAD THE QUESTIONS... What is this. HDFC are running a scam. please return my deposit of 200 RS, so that i can but fasttag from some one more reliable.
            You guys are running a big scam i wish i could take this further higher. And i will search all means to do so.

              Dear sir/ madam,
              I need your help, i got a call from hdfc agent name kaveri singh, mob.-[protected], she offer me a 5 lac loan at 8.5% interest rate, she told me they offer this loan against bharti axa policy so i have to pay 26000 for policy then after getting a policy they will give me a 5 lac loan. She give me a loan id hdl[protected]in. And after three verification call she send a bharti axa's executive to collect 26000 payment from me so i have paid 26000 on 30/03/19. But still, i did not get a policy or loan, so can you please let me know is it true that hdfc is offering loan on bharti axa policy or they are frauding.

                I, hdfc credit card which detail given below, holder, herein kindly requesting to intervene and recover the unauthorized amount.
                On 20.04.2019, early morning one message received from hdfc bank portal "ax - hdfcbk" on my registered mobile [protected], stating "alert: rs.50590.00 spent via credit card xx7084 at sbilife10983 on[protected]: 05:36:27 without pin/otp."

                The same amount has been debited from my hdfc credit card.
                Here i want to mention that i don't have any insurance in sbi bank. And moreover, i have never share my card credtentials to any body.
                Please kindly requesting for your intervention and recovery for the same.

                  My hdfc account was opened in my first company. After some time i left that company. They converted my account in saving account without informing me. That time there was charges of rs.34. I mopped my old hdfc account with my second company and converted it in salary account. Then also there are charges on my salary account rs 742. I want to close this account now.

                  I want to close this account because i don't have that much money to keep 10000k in the account. But bank people are saying to pay the charges. And i will not pay charges as i because i didn't get informed by bank that my account has converted in the saving account.
                  My problem is still not get solved. As they are just telling me to maintain minimum average balance or to visit the nearest branch to close the account but what about the charges that bank person is telling to deposit. they are not talking anything about the charges as it is really disappointing i never want to open any account in the HDFC Bank.

                      Amazon initiated refund for one product on 24 feb but same is not credited to my account. I have refund reference number as well.
                      After calling bank multiple times on customer care, after listening entire scenirio support people just bang the call without assistance.
                      Poor assistance. Kindly provide me my refund back.

                        I nalamasa ramesh having hdfc peronal loan account no. 63725884.
                        I went through a deal with hdfc bank for a personal loan of amount 500000 rupess with 12% interest for a tenure of 5 years with emi of 11122 rupees, they agreed too for the same. And i signed on the agreement papers.

                        But they credited me 1 lakh less only 400000 rupees only, raised the 2%interest i. E 14% and decreased the tenure 1 year i. E only 4 years with emi of 10931 rupees, all this done by them without informing me.

                        I questioned about all of this mishappenings, they replied me that you are eligible for this much amount only, then i raised a complaint against hdfc bank, then complaint resolved from hdfc called me and asked me to pay 3 successful emis then they will top up 1 lakh more amount and reduce the interest to 12% and increase the tenure to 5 years, but now there is no response from them.

                        Actual promise by them is 5 lakh with 12% interst for 5 years with emi 11122 rupees
                        Sanctioned by them is 4 lakh with 14% interest for 4 years with emi 10931 rupees

                        So i kindly request you make them top up 1 lakh amount with reducing 14% to 12% interest and increasing the tenure to 5 years.

                        Iam already paying 10931 rupees emi since 3 months, if they top up 1 lakh, i have to pay 11122 rupees only for 5 years.. There is no variation in above two emi only variation is time period

                        We submit that Personal Loan was disbursed post-execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule and issuance o[censored]n-encashed security cheques along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only. However, in case any written commitment for the loan with the mentioned rate of interest and amount was conveyed to you, kindly share the same with us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com for our further investigations in the matter.                             This bank and others are systematically defrauding foreign visitors to they tune of billions of rupees every year. A scam of epic proportions.
                            When we get the credit card receipt from the machine, even if we have explicitly said we want the transaction currency to be rupees, it has been processed in gbp. It is printed with a statement that we have agreed to this theft and have chosen gbp. We haven't.
                            The net result is that it costs us about 5% more on every transaction than it would if processed by mastercard1/visa.
                            We have complained to the places that have defrauded us, and they all plead ignorance.
                            These are not small shops, but huge organisations including
                            Crowns plaza
                            Syria's
                            Delhi haat.

                            In every case we asked specifically that rupees should be the transaction currency, in every case we've been told that it is.in every case it isn't.
                            Your bank and others are stealing from foreigners visiting your country, and such dishonest practices by the banks does not encourage them to return.
                            If this isn't criminal it should be, and i will be posting details of this scam, naming your bank as a perpetrator to your government, tourism board, regulators and all over the internet.

                              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of sept i received a call from customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking. I logged into my account for some reason on 20 apr 2019 and i see that i have rs -3500 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. As per new rbi guideline bank has no officials to charge the customer any pending charges. And i visited the bank branch in khopoli. I have requested them to close my account. They have tell me (Angrily) u should have to pay the charges otherwise the account should be go to minus. Plz help me about this.

                                  As new customer of hdfc bank credit card a have activated auto pay with my hdfc saving bank a/c. On march, 8.2019 i paid the c card due pay by my saving a/c by mistake. The amt was dr.in my sb a/c and also cr.in my c card a/con same day. But bank has charged rs.4790 as minimum charges in my sb a/c. On next day i cont. To cus., carea nd i was assured that excess amt. Will credit in next bill of c card. When i recd this month bill the amt of rs 4790 cr.in my bill but charged rs 6865 as bouncing charges for non pay c card bill.
                                  Now my grivences is that when i paid c card bill on due date and also cr.in cc bill same day then why bank charge bouncing charges.                                   We observe that you have given us an instruction to claim the Total monthly outstanding on your card account from your savings account. Based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim Rs. 95, 799.00 from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. Hence, minimum amount due was claimed from your Savings Account. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. In view of the same, the autopay return fee has been levied. We note that you have effected payment of Rs. 95, 799.00 on the same day when the attempt to claim the amount was done. We request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account henceforth to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid levy of autopay return charges on your card account. Alternatively, you can effect interim payment through net banking 3 days prior to Payment due date to avoid levy of charges.
