Hi sir/madam,

I have applied for loan in hdfc on december 2018 and loan has sanctioned in january 2019 but still disbursement of loan is taking long time. We have provided all the documents required and no one is responding to us. I even requested to cancel loan and refund processing fee if loan is not able to process but still no one is responding. Kindly help us out.

    Sir,
    My name is k bhaskar babu hdfc bank customers itc branch. Today 24/04/2019 i went to your branch in avadi kamaraj nagar for atm cash deposit around 08:00 am and parked my two wheeler inside bank compound wall. When i was in atm transactions he asked to take vehicle outside so i came and parked my vehicle outside again he is using some local slum words and asked to park otherside. He wantedly disturbing, even i was a employee in hdfc before 5 years. He (Security) doesn't know how to behave with customers and it will impact bank reputation also. So kindly take action against him and see that it should not happen to other customers. Ok don't know whether he as given training or he came directly from local slum area.

    Mere a/c se 666 rs ka autoplay payment kat liya gaya h 12/04/1019
    I got a refund of 4138 rs from myntra to my credit card . It was bought on emi . Refund was done on 4/4/2019 . Then on next day 4158 rs was deducted from the same credit card . Details was like MER EMI LOAN PRECL (a no.) . Along with 32 rs was also deducted.

      I introduced myself, i am past more than four years savings account holder in your gachibowli branch hyd., for your information i am having your credit also more than same years.in between i have taken credit card jumbo loan recently [18.04.2019] and it was communicated to me that if i don't want to use it keep the money as it is. I have kept the money as it in my account and have not used it. Request you to please pre-close this loan with any pre-closure charges. Because customer care told me 3% extra + gst charged to me so please waiver of preclosure charges because when they loan me on that time they not said to me of of preclosure charges 3% extra so again i request you please :- waiver of preclosure charges 3% on jumbo loan.
      3% on 1 lacs 50 thousand is a very huge amount for me so plz help me..
      Please let me know when you could able to close it without pre-closure charges?

          This is mr. Ajit, i have hdfc credit card (Card # [protected]) & it was getting used before 2 years. I have already paid cr payment on that time. Since last 2 years i never used that card but before 7-8 month credit cards call center person called up & says payment is pending. He visited to my house @ 6am in the morning. (I don't think this time this people should go to customers place) at that time i have ask them to share transaction details but i didn't received (Bcoz i dint used that card & so they don't have the details).
          Now in the spur of the moment they stared calling after 7-8 months & talking very arrogantly. Even if i didn't pick up the call they called up to my family members & even in my office. I dont think bank have rights to called up any other personnel or work place of customer.
          Need to launch complaint about this.

              1399 has been debated concern with One assist plan on my credit card ending 3542.l am not interested in service. Pls deactivate it.                 I was having 100 nos. Of shares with bank of punjab. Bank of punjan merged with centurion bank. But they did not issued me any shares in liew of bank of punjab. When i enquired about centurion bank, it is learn that centurion bank merged with hdfc bank. Now i am in such a position that i do not know who will issue my shares certificate. It is the obligation of centurion bank or hdfc bank. Kindly help this elderly person.

                  "for my recent purchase on amazon, i pre-paid rs 300 for the product. It later got cancelled"...
                  And the refund has been initiated from amazon. But it did not reflect in my bank account. Its already been four months since this order had been cancelled. Thsi is not the way you treat your customers.

                  Treating your customers as ignorant & not paying enough attention to their transactions will surely result in fall-off of your bank services

                  This is completely your fault i. E hdfc bank services. If you have any respect for the common man, pleasee kindly look into the issue & get it resolved asap.

                    I applied for HDFC Diners Club Card but received Regalia First card. I tried calling sales executive but she has been ignoring and cutting my call since 5 days. I tried HDFC customer care helpline but they don't have thoda option in their IVR. I am fed up. And additionally they will charge me card fees that I am not willing to pay for. Ridiculous service, using SC, Axis and Amex, all of them have personalized responses and executives, whereas HDFC has an automated IVR and executives who keep cutting calls.

                      I got a call from an agent ashwani singh thakur he says he is at a very senior position on hdfc life insurance and told me about added benefits which would be added from my previous policies and sold me the above 3 sampoorn samridhi plus policies which are total crap in the current market.

                      I compared with few other companies policies and found out that this particular policy sampooran samridhi plus from hdfc is 3rd class policy nobody was investing into this policy so hdfc with the help of agents is fooling and selling like hot cakes. I cant cancel them as they are endowment policies or nor can i transfer the money other hdfc linked policies.

                      This is a very big scam, hdfc has planned it properly to fool people and make money. I dont know how government and irda is allowing these policies to be sold in the market.

                      Please dont fall pray to these agents. Karma will take care of the agent, hdfc.

                      If there is an expert over here. Kindly advice me if i can transfer the money invested in this useless policies to another hdfc unit linked policy.

                        I am an ex employee of hdfc bank (Emp code - a26496). I worked for 7 months there and left the job on 5 jan 2019. I still haven't received my relieving letter and full and final settlement. It's been 4 months now. As many times i communicated with hr, he said that "i forwarded your mail, it will get processed soon" but that "soon" still has not arrived. I talked to ch as well and he is also procrastinating the matter. I am not able to join another company because i don't have the relieving letter.
                        These people are troubling me a lot. I am exhausted by following up in this matter daily.
                        I am in need of my relieving letter and settlement as i served this bank.

                            My father holds an account with hdfc bank in najibabad uttar pradesh branch.
                            I visited the branch on april 2nd 2019 at around 11:15am in order to withdraw cash via cheque.
                            There was a long queue of customers waiting, i joined the queue too.. I soon realized that the guard on duty started sending few customer from in between the line to the cash counter it was very evident from there behavior that the people who were sent ahead was either known to him or were regular customers to the branch.
                            I always had the understanding that such queues are formed under certain rules & regulation however, i also noticed that there were no separate lines for the senior citizens or for ladies.
                            So i as any responsible citizen of the country raised voice by objection & requested the guard not to play favoritism as every single person in the queue waiting had work & everyone's time is important to them.
                            Even after requesting him a couple of timed he simply ignored me & turned a deaf ear to my request and then he had the audacity to raise his voice at me he shouted saying
                            "hum line ke beech me se kisi ko bhi behj sakte hai ya beech me kisi ko bhi laga sakte hai, hume koi nahi rok sakta".
                            On this i went inside to report the guards horrendous behavior to the branch manager, to my surprise instead of taking my complaint and taking an action on it the manager too brushed off & ignored me completely & called out 2 of his colleagues (Sushil kumar and amit singh) and asked me to leave immediately else i would be thrown out by then,
                            On this when i reacted & objected to there disgraceful & shocking reaction they manhandled me by pushing me multiple times and threatened me that they will call the police and get me arrested. This entire situation has been shocking, embarrassing, humiliating & absolutely pathetic. I always thought that hdfc is a customer centric bank & they value all they customers but the treatment i received from them was a complete shock for me.
                            After being humiliated, threatened, & manhandled in front of a crowd who knows & respects my family i obviously left & decided to log in a formal complaint but to my utter shock the situation had turned bad to worst
                            When i did log in the complaint, the branch staff along with the manager are using external sources & contacts with people higher up post in major areas of business of law and order to get rid of the complaint /case.
                            I just want you guys to answer was i wrong to raise my voice against wrong doings? Was it fair for the branch to treat me like a dirt bag? Was it ok for me being manhandled humiliated & insulted all because i objected there wrong practiced? Is that the behavior hdfc promotes??
                            I always thought hdfc only provided bad customer service on calls but then thought it's the adviser at fault.
                            But after this episode i realized each & every person in hdfc are rude & brusqueits clearly evident that hdfc has no respect for humans, it's sad to see such a major brand treating customers like utter crap i will never promote hdfc to anyone.
                            I just want to inform you that i will now take this forward.
                            I never ever thought i would be posting something like this.

                              They had taken 3540 inr on the surety of approving my case. I request rbi to help me out this ill practice to harras the customer by hdfc.

                              I understand that its a minimum processing fee. But it's viable to take this fee when the loan has been processed. Just via looking over cibil we can't say it as a "processing". I seek help from indian consumer complaints forum

                              Being in the corporate sector, i understand there are several costs associated with the processing of loans such as

                              Travelling of bank resources to the site
                              On-site verification of loan applicant
                              Other viable utilization of resources
                              Etc
                              And

                              The file has not reached any of the above stages i mentioned.

                              Lastly, my file has been taken on the grounds of successful processing of my loan and same was committed by hdfc employee and i also told him that to only take money or file from me if there is an assurance i have shown all of my previous credit histories with cibil score as well. How would someone give 3540/- just to reject the file? I was been informed that these charges will be deducted only after the successful approval of the loan file only. Same practise has been not followed by any of your competitors while my father was applying for a loan with other providers, they have duly returned the cheque (S) for minimal processing fee. On the grounds on said information, i had signed the docs. This is not a good sales practice. It comes under cheap and money minded activities.

                              It's not good to take the amount with the assurance of giving the loan and then rejecting it. I request you to take my file forward and sanction the loan or simply return the amount.

                              I request bo to help me in this regard.

                                I (Amar singh) s/o sh kalu singh was working in hdfc bank ltd - sales executive, from dec 2006 to aug 2008, my employee code was 49870, i had not applied for my pf amount previously, now i want to know my pf account no. & uan no.in order to apply for provident fund, or you can even send me any of the salary slips from dec 2006 to aug 2008

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/-from my credit card number ending with 4394 without my concern on date: 20/04/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    Transferred 7500 on 28 Feb to Canara bank beneficiary, account got closed due to account holder passed away, gave several complaints in CC, but not solved, calls disconnected, redirected wrongly to credit card division, need a solution for this complaint, Visited even ambattur HDFC branch asked me to fill a form with complete details done that, but my complaint is not resolved, earlier from CC informed me to contact Canara bank for solution, informed the canara bank account holders relative to visit canara bank, they said there is no complaint from HDFC and informed to contact HDFC as the transaction done is from HDFC account, really irritated and now house owner thinks that I am cheating him, Need a quick solution for the my complaint as it was done on Feb and now Its mid of May, but still my complaint is pending.worst service from HDFC customer care and bank.Now customer care is also not reachable, earlier I treid to reach customer care but didn't had a solution for my complaint, the executive who spoke from customer care was least bother about my complaint and redirected me wrongly, placed on long hold, disconnected my calls on hold, didn't transfer my call to suoeriors when requested, they were repeating the same thing that my complaint is forwarded to the concern team and I will be getting a call back.. but till now I didn't receive any call back also my complaint is not resolved.My amount is still not refunded.
                                    Kindly rectify this issue as soon as possible

                                    Got a mail confirmation that complaint will be rectified in 5 working days, but still the complaint is not resolved and didn't receive any call from the concern team, its been three months my complaint is unresolved, very irritating with the process,

                                      not getting otp for debit and credit card for online transactions

                                      I am not getting OTP for my online transactions. When checked online, my phone number details are correct. And this was not an issue before. Suddenly out of nowhere, I stopped getting otps. If this doesn't get resolved immediately, I will close my account with HDFC as this shows your unreliability with accounts. Your customer care never picks up a call. Worst customer care service of all....
