The details of hdfc credit card (Xxxxxxxx4744) used by me is as follows:
1. I have purchased one item of rs.33000/- on 12 months zero interest emi in april 2017
2. I have paid monthly emi of rs.2749.64/- from may to august 2017 which equals to rs. 10998.56/-
3.in august 2017, i have not received any statement after many requests
4.in september 13 2017, i paid rs.5000/- blindly without knowing the dues.
5.in september 2017 statement a late fine was imposed which i requested to withdraw as i had not received the statement in august 2017.
6.in october statement again late fee was continued which i requested to withdraw but no result.
7.in november i paid rs. 17000/- the remaining amount of rs.33000/-.
8. I have paid all dues i. E. Rs.33000/-, against my purchases till date.

Hdfc is continuing late fees on late fees since august 2017 which is their fault of not sending any statement in august 2017. It seems it their practice to collect money from customers illegally and unethically by harassing the customer.

I have been harassed threatened over telephone that my to cibil score will be degraded.

My repeated requests to withdraw the imposed late fee was not considered as there was no delayed payment on my part rather i have paid dues in advance. The only one time delay was because i had not received the statement on time.
They have such a bad complaint system that you can not put any such complaint against them.

      Hi,

      I have applied for a plot loan in the month of December 2018 and it got approved as well, legal clearance is also done, but bank went on for getting total survey approval and requested for other sites documents belonging to that survey which is not available as of now and loan disbursement is on hold. They are not even informing if this can be processed or not without those documents. Hence I requested to cancel the loan and refund my processing fee for which I am not getting any response. Kindly help me out.

        I was holding hdfc credit card. I made full and final payment as on 22.03.19 i had requested to your phone banking representative to close the credit card and they confirmed that the card has been closed.

        Also i wrote a letter to the manager, hdfc cards division, chennai office for noc. But till date i haven't get noc from you. So please solve my problem and sent noc asap.

          Dear HDFC bank Team,

          I have taken car loan from HDFC bank on oct 2018 and was paying all EMI on time of amount 8282/- per month. However in Dec 2018, I had major spine surgery and dr. suggested me to take rest for 6 months due to which I am on leave having no salary from Dec 2018 due to which my CAR loan EMI got bouned for the month of March 2018. I have already preintimated bank and recovery team saying I will not be in a position to pay your EMI till june 2019 however Recovery team torturing me like anything and without considering being they are talking with Lady, they are using very bad languages and threatned me that they will take out my tv fridge if not paid EMI.

          kindly request you to take action against this on priority please.

              I would like to bring to your kind notice the following-
              False commitments of processing fees and loan interest rate on hdfc online personal loan: ref no. 67484328
              1. Promised processing fees - ₹3560
              Deducted processing fees +hidden charges - ₹39277
              2. Promised rate of interest - 11.25%
              Given rate of interest-15.5%
              3. Promised total loan amount - ₹1296440
              Disbursed loan amount - ₹1260723
              I kindly request you to either refund the extra money charged as processing fee and change the interest rate to 11.25% as promised or kindly cancel the loan. I do not want to bear extra charges for bank's mistake. Please take the necessary action and do the needful as soon as possible.

                I made payment of my credit card of april month on 02.05.2019. To over come this type of charges i made payment on 02.05.2019, but system is not check any thing that no any outstanding amount of my account and debited rs.450 + 18% gst (81). To me.

                I want to get refund of this amount due to i have already made payment but due to system have not check any outstanding or not, and debited this charges.

                  My fastag sometimes doesn't get recognized by the scanner used in tolls. It shows zero balance. (Though i have around 500 inr in my account.).

                  Thought of replacing my fastag with new one and contacted customer care. As usual i have to wait atleast 10 min to get the call connected.

                  On 19th apr, they gave a mail id fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and i was said i will be receiving a mail from them and a link for next step of process of tag replacement. Its almost a week and no reply.

                  I was also said it takes maximum 2 days to receive the reply. But haven't received any mail.

                  I even tried in the online portal, unfortunately, the otp is not generating. Dont know the reason why???

                  So i have decided to deactivate my account. And, ofcourse, with same 10 min waiting time, i was given the same mail id fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com today (25th apr) for sending a deactivation request. I have sent the mail. Let me wait and see... How many days they take to deactivate and refund my balance.

                    Its been quite sometime i hold this hdfc credit card and i have used quite fairly.
                    I have been delinquent in payment by march 19 and april 19. That is 2 months and the minimum outstanding is 5963, which i can pay on 2nd may 2019 and may be more. I have also informed the collector that i would try to pay as much as possible of the total outstanding of 63000 since i would like to close the card once and for all as soon as the entire payment is cleared because of their intimidating behavior. This has been a constant incident ever since this gentleman (Jitender) must be his alias name started calling, he opens the call everyday by accusing me that i promised him to pay by 1 pm and so on. On every call i have clearly stated that the payment cannot be made before 2 may 2019.
                    The collection center has also started sending messages pretending to be national payments corporation of india (Npci) and hdfc legal department. What concerns me is the big names likes npci and hdfc legal department are used by this collection centers to intimidate customer who are willing to pay back the dues. Thank you hdfc. I promise to close all dealings with hdfc the moment i'm able to clear of the credit card dues and i would also stop dealings with people using hdfc as a bank.

                        I forgot my password for pay zapp wallet, however i tried to reset the password, while trying, i wrongly entered my answer for security questions in hdfc end. After that the wallet got totally blocked and evem i couldn't be able to reset the password once again, even if i entered the right answers for my security questions.

                        They are notifying me to contact customer support team. But there is no separate number for customer support team. And when i tried to call a toll free number mentioned in a site, it forwards call to usa and it deducted heavy charges on my network providing sim. At least kindly provide the right contact number for resetting the password or assist me to solve the password issue.

                          I am so irate and furious to write this email.

                          This time i am so depressed to say that the service provided for me for the loan account mentioned below is very poor.

                          I took a loan recently and approved amount is 10, 000, 00/ and the promise given by the bank and the girl called (May be a third pary/consulted) ramya was weighing off the processing charges and the rate of interest for loan will be 10.99%.
                          They promised me that the rate of interest will be 10.99% and the processing wil be waived off.

                          Below are the issues need to sort and rectify soon.

                          My name is seema a loan agreement number 62865340. I got a call from hdfc bank regarding personal loan with 10.99 rate interest, processing fee 0.99%, time period 60 months and pre closing charges 0% after one year for 6 lacks rupees. And i accepted for that. After that they credited the money 984273/-rupees in to citi bank account as the my salary account is citi bank. After that i got a message about the loan details. There the details are like this 11.25% rate of interest, 5% pre closing charges after one year, loan period 60 months and they charged 15727 rupees as processing fee and for some hidden charge which they haven’t explained to me. Now the persons who called me for this loan process, they are not picking my calls and not responding on this. I even raised complaint on this but there was no resolution provided. They are just ruining our lifes and i will have to pay 21867/- on monthly basis. I am literally finding difficult to pay this huge amount when i had requested for 6l and without my knowledge they have processed for 10l.

                          Its absolutely a breach of what promised and what given and an absolute customer dissatisfaction.

                          I want this processing fee back to my account and also a new repayment schedule with 10.99% interest rate. And also i never asked for 10l but without my knowledge and with my signature they have processed for 10l

                          Hope you will understand my situation and assist. Expecting a reply at the earliest.

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              This mail is in reference of misbehavior of your recovery associate mr akshay. He has called me today from [protected] (For calling) and [protected] (Whatsapp no) and asked for the payment of emi of this month of personal loan account no. 44462098. I told him that i have been facing some problem with my mobile, and account was linked to the damaged sim and mobile i. E. [protected]. Instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem, he has started scolded on me and telling me this will not be good for you and i will send the man for the recovery. The way he was talking to me was just like local gunda whereas it has come to my mind whether hdfc bank employs local gundas for the recovery. Whereas i was ready to make the payment. This is not the first incidence by mr. Akshay. It has happened earlier also with me and same person has done. He keeps on telling and harassing me if you don’t pay the amount it will not be good. The way this person talks to me was just like i am his servant. How he can forget that he can just ask for the payment and he cannot insult any one? Has hdfc bank has given the right to his associate to insult and harass to his recovery associate?

                              Even while sending whatsapp message he is using you are fake person and many such things? First of all, how can use such language against any customer?

                              I don’t understand how my case goes to the same person for the recovery every month. Has hdfc given the annual contract to mr. Akhsay for the recovery from me?

                              I completely except that i have not been able to pay my emi as per the schedule but i made it sure that emi has been paid on the same month itself instead of going to the next month. I have been unemployed since last one month and any how i have been making the payment but i had made it sure the payment never gets slipped to another month.

                              I really appreciate the behavior of hdfc bank’s associate for insulting and harassing me. Thank you hdfc bank for the insult. I will never recommend anyone to talk any kind of loan from hdfc bank.

                                Hi hdfc bank

                                This is regards to hdfc personal loan account number:14954905, their was a settlement done on 15th march 2012. However, the collector promised that he would provide the noc document. Therefore till date, i have not received.
                                Kindly suggest on this workaround and need the noc document as soon as possible.

                                      My fast tag customer id :- [protected] on 22/4/2019. We recharge our fast tag wallet two time with rs. 30, 000/.. But in my wallet showing one time recharge of rs. 30, 000/. Only second recharge of rs. 30, 000/. Not showing in my fast tag id where as the bank deducted two times as per our bank statement which is given below :-

Which not received by the fastag in this connection we received a message & bank statement which is also attached

                                        Please provide help for closing credit card insta loan. I deposit the amount of rs 66812/- for closing the sad loan, but the credit card section informed to me "you will pay the huge amount for closing" how? I cannot understand. Toll free number not available, any assistance not available in bank side. So i humbly request you to please help for closing the loan & credit card acct.
