I hold the credit card from hdfc due to unforeseen circumstances i had not paid the minimum payment for the month of april and now i am continuously receiving messages from hdfc that the pre closing my card and asking to me pay the total outstanding.

Dear customer, we regret to note that payments on your hdfc bank credit card ending xx1421 remain unpaid despite repeated reminders. We urge you to take prompt action towards repayment of your overdue payment of rs.6690.12 please ignore if you have already paid

Hdfc cental team closing manager visiting your addres with closing letter for outstanding pan updating in rbi as defaulter/lien mark to avoid clear by 11am

Hdfc, your avoiding bank calls sending manager at register address towards preclosure letter be with documents. To avoid clear min due by 12pm as final closings.

When i tried to track online no record found and my cibil has been checked on 22 april. Please stop this process and take action against the person who has submitted the file. I am thankful to hdfc for sending details on my mobile otherwise i may not know the same.

      I had taken a credit card on 13th july 2018 from hdfc with the limit for rs. 50, 000. The bank recovered rs. 40, 033 on 17th january 2019 from my hdfc salary account. When i spoke to them that i could pay back only the remaining rs. 10000, the agent was abusive. He threatened me of dire consequences if i did not pay the amount of rs. 29, 000. Despite repeated calls and letters to the bank, all have gone on deaf ears. I have been forced to approach this forum to state my plea as i am facing abusive calls every day from the collection agent - akash sharma - [protected].

      I would like to resolve this issue at the earliest or else i would have to approach the authorities.

        Stop calling me regarding the loans & credit card offers. I have not signed up for anything here. I dont know where have u got my information from and who has authorized you to call me.

        I have visited the bank and told them to remove my personal information from your data base and without my permission do not call me or send me a message.

        I have also called bank and told the same.

        Hdfc bank informed me that they have removed my number from their calling list and going forward i will not get any calls from bank nor sms.

        But i still get calls and random sms from the bank.

          My fiance has been working in hdfc, despite of all the enormous pressure, there is no ethical code of conduct, his branch manager has no sense of employee respect, they work for 12hrs a day or more which is complete exploitation of employees. He leaves to work at 8 in the morning and leaves the office at 8p. M if not everyday moreover is being called to report during holidays allotted. If this is not violating of human rights and employee exploitation, i don't know what is.

            I have purchased samsung galaxy s9+ with 6000 rs cashback amount. My all loan emi has been completed but i have not received any amount. Neither the poeple of store where from handset has been purchases are helping. Neither hdfc bank. I have several complaints on hdfc as well as twitter. But nothing happened. My wife has co-coordinating with your several employee but nobody is keen to help. So kindly treat this urgent and resolve my query.

                I have apply for hdfc bank credit card. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got a verification call and sms with my ref number 19d[protected]ni.
                Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i enquire about the status. My application is declined without any genuine reason.
                Being eligible with authenticate documents and not giving any reason my application is declined.

                I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank services

                  Hi,

                  I have opened hdfc securities a/c with the help of hdfc bank in dlf cyber city ii gurgaon. I have been promised on reduction or no charges for amc from second year onwards and the brokerage of 0.20% on delivery segment post 25 lacs or 1 year when opted for 5999/- plan.
                  Along with this, pro-terminal and blink is free of cost for life time but, nothing was activated and even pro-terminal was activated just couple of days back post escalation to senior management team. Mr. Krishna sales executive who has done the cheating/fraud during a/c opening and states now that, he has not promised or discussed anything on the above. Post raising to senior mgmt. Team there was no response or they state that, there were no such offers. This is completely cheating post payment of money...

                      I have raised a cancellation request for my "hdfc life classicassure plus" policy withing free look in period on 7th feb 2019, till not it's not processed. Branch managers from chennai t-nagar branch said it'll be refunded in 40 days (I. E 19th march). Cancellation request (1-[protected]) raised and closed without resolution on 20th feb. When contacted on 20th march they again said they could not process as year end closing activities are on and said april 10th. Again when contacted on 11th april they asked for 10 days and a few 10 days have passed but nothing happened, they are also not giving escalation contacts

                        I have booked flight tickets on 29th march 2019 through hdfc smartbuy platform costing 12334 rs. I received email from smartbuy stating booking has failed & you shall get refund in 5 working days.

                        I am still waiting for the refund for this failed booking.

                        I have been continuously contacting smartbuy customer care & each time i was told that they need 3-4 working days to solve this issue. It's been almost one month now & still dont have refund of the amount.

                          I made the transaction 5k + 5k two made the payment for buy coupon of big bazaar voucher i bought & i clearly checked and same amount i used to another credit card too but in that hdfc credit card made my transaction into emi after 2 days without any my confirmation & authorization & when i asked them they r telling sir this the merchant emi not made by our side then i discussed with my merchant & paytm also they r saying clearly sir hdfc are telling you wrong commitment if you also got single single full payment msgs of amount spent & after 2 days you got another one more msgs from hdfc credit card department what does it mean that is made by hdfc & without any confirmation. I also checked nd i also got to know it's happened by hdfc credit card department but without my confirmation how can you made into emi if i would pay single shot so who the hell are you to convert my transaction into emi is that your father's property???
                          If you will not resolve asap i'll promise to you i'll be give you best response from our side and you will be call me continueslly.

                            Very pathetic service got from your phone banking representatives and also from the banking people no one will not responding with solution to the customers keep on try to get my noc to sumbit to the sbi bank to release my topup house loan no one responding to help me. I reuesting to get 1 letter from manager the loans are closed which actully closed by me they are not at all ready to provide and also i am not getting auto mail from the bank.                                 I have booked the flat in my area, so I was looking for a bank who provide me maximum loan amount, so i have choses HDFC Housing loan so I have contacted agent he came to my home he told each and everything about processing i was agreed with him because he told i will process fast and give the maximum amount after that i give him all the required documents and cheque of 8850. so he went and started the processing after every 2 days i used to take follow up regarding loan process he use to tell in the process but when it is more than 25 days i told him give me final stmt because it is to long u taking the time so next days he call to his manager and i spoke with him he told that the amt which u looking for our credit team are not approving.My question is they told me first different amt and now different and 8850 processing amt not ready to give full amount they will return half of the amt.

                                  We are trying to set up pin using debit card and otp. After selection of otp and email id, we do not receive otp in our rm nor in our registered email id.
                                  We are unable to reset our pin hence unable to operate our account
                                  We are not in india hence we cannot even reach to bank

                                      Inst alert chg inc gst jan - march2019- mir[protected]... Why the hell you people taking money from my account... Without any information and its third time you #ing people doing same.. I should get my money back or else case will be filed - are you guys mad if complaint is short it wont get resolve?? Then what the # using of your #ing bank. I need the money to get credited back. Every time your bloody bank does it.. I need the money thats it or else i will spoil the hdfc bank by posting reviews and screw you #
