I am a hdfc bank credit holder. Tha bank has auto debited rs.1899/- from my credit card ending with 3626 without my concern on 11th april 2019. I am not interested about this service. And don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the amount 1899/- immediately

I got a call from hdfc bank stating that you are eligible for some money back credit card and this card is pre-approved for you. So, i just provided them with all the documents and done with all the verifications required and even after all the verifications i was being told that my card will be dispatched in next 2-3 days but as i have checked through the link provided by hdfc bank to track credit card application status it’s showing application...

Today a short while ago, my hdfc account got deducted by rupees 1547 but it has not been deposited into receipients account. Please investigate this. After getting otp, transaction stopped instantly but amount got deducted by my hdfc bank account.

I have been duped by the hdfc life agent. I have been told for mutual fund to be done for 1 year only but he has misselled me a policy of hdfc life for the term of 10 years in name of mutual fund.
The agent name is kishan and rakhi working in hdfc bank of sector -14 branch, sonipat-131001, haryana.
A strict action should be taken against them so that they don't ever dupe any other customer....

My credit limit 27000 and they put 42000 i iwant settlement by 27000 can i pay six month sir please take this action as quick as possible and some collection agent scolding very badly and also iam suffer from fever also and my credit card number [protected] please take this acion quicky and visit branch also from this query but they not responsible for this query...

I have been charged rs.531 on 9th april 2019 against march 2019 for non-maintenance of average minimum balance.

I want to bring to your notice that few unauthorised transactions took place through my account a week before closure of march 2019 and hence, the bankers advised me to make no transaction from my account until the matter gets resolved.

I purchased an electronic appliance from a store with my hdfc bank credit card on emi. I was assured of getting 5.6% cash back within 90 days from the date of transaction (12th august, 2019). I still haven't received any cash back after 240 days on records.

I want to cancell hdfc life super income plan (Policy no.[protected] as this policy is issued without my proper permission. I discussed about this policy with my hdfc credit card branch agents on behaf of their own interest but never permit to issue it. But they blocked rs 31350 on my credit card. So, i feel need to close/deactivate/stop this policy as soon as possible. Thanks.

Sir.. I am akash verm. I visit to hdfc uttam nagar west branch. An employee chandrakant singh who misbehaving with me since last 10days and totally misguide me. Use abusive words. He doesn't work for customer and busy on phone all the time... Sir when i ask to chandrakant for loan procedures then he misguide me and said come tomorrow and busy on phone... The above mentioned loan had its first emi on 5.3.2019 which was deducted on such date and so was the second emi on 5.4.2019.
Today (12.04.2019) rs. 206.50 was deducted thrice (Total rs.619.50) which are written as mandate charges for what reason is not clear as the two emis was debited from my account on the due date.

The reason behind holding payment of settlement letter would be two things

1) hdfc collection guys keep harrasing my neigbhours friends, office collegues indicating i am upscond without paying anything. However...
