To my mobile no. A call received by me. Questioned as p. Chandrasekaran or v. Chandrasekaran. I nothing said. Latter, i was informed that account transferred to term deposit and then account had been frozen. I approached concern branch when it turned down to answer then nodal officer, sundar for four times, since january this year. No legal issues to me. But account had been frozen. Senior manager dhanalakshmi contacted me and said query placed to retrieve the order and dada not available here. When get answer to our query your problem shall be solved. Her statement routine one, as predecessor since january. Shall she take one year? I have doubt any mafia gang behind staffs to targeting non operated accounts to swindle amount. Please give the time frame to solve the problem.

    Dear sir / madam,
    This mail is in reference of misbehavior of your recovery associate mr bhupendra gupta and ms. Rajshri.
    Ms. Rajshri called me for the payment of hdfc bank credit card no [protected]. I had told her that i will not make the payment till i receive my new card as the new card has expired in november 2018. Even i had requested to deliver the new card to my residence address. Every time i get the response that the new card will be delivered to your residence in the next 10 days, but i had never received. Thus i had told them very clearly that i will not make the payment till i receive my new card. I told her that i don’t know whether the card is with the bank or it has been delivered to some other person where the chances of misusing is very high. While speaking rajshri was just scolding and insulting and even she responded that be prepared for the consequences just like how goons give ultimatum.
    The same thing was mr. Bhupendra gupta coming to my house and started scolding at my wife for the payment of my hdfc card no. [protected]. My wife told him that wait we will connect you with me. He was not ready to listen and insulting my wife.

      I have been wrongly charged 10, 000 thrice on the mobikwik. Even though i had told the bank to block my card. I have sent numerous mails to bank, to rbi ombudsman but nothinh has happened.
      I got a call from number ([protected]) on 22nd february, it seemed to me that this is from a job portal (www.jobonshine.com). they asked me to fill in the details on line for deducting rs 10/-. When i filled the details - soon after there were 3 transactions of rs 10, 000/- each. I got a call from[protected]From chennai) and i was informed about these 3 transactions, i asked them to cancel it immediately.

        Dear sir,

        This is with reference to late fee charges and finance charges. I had taken hdfc card recently and the first bill was to be paid on 3rd april, and i had deposited the cheque in your ghatkopar branch before due date. As i had lost my card, with the help of customer care executive i took the credit card no and had given the cheque on time. As the cheque did not come to my account i myself visited your ghatkopar branch to find out why the cheque is not come to my account. When bank customer care executive call your person, he said that he just received the cheque that was on 10th of april. I am unnecessary charged late fee charges of 800+144 gst and finance charges of rs.327.60 and 121.33. Request to way off the charges.

        Why should we pay such heavy charges, if i have done the payment of time.

        Request to do the needful and revert back.

        We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.           I have worked in a company they have provided me a salary account.. After i left the company i used to use the atm card for few months without knowing me the salary account turned into savings account.. Now am not using the account but till i got messages and notification that my account has negative balance.. I don't know why they are giving me the notification for negative balance since am not using that account. Now i could i close that account without my knowledge how could they able to put negative balance for non maintenance??

            Dear hdfc bank

            I have transfer 1.58l inr from my hdfc bank account via hdfc mobile app to sbi account. The money got deducted from hdfc bank after some time i got a message from hdfc that the transfer is timed out. The money neither credited back in hdfc account, not in sbi (Beneficiary) account.

            Automatically resolved. Spoken to customer care and got advised to wait for 48 hr in such case. If after 48 hr issue persists call the customer care. my issue resolved within 48 hr automatically and money got transferred in the beneficiary account.

Sometimes due to a technical issue at beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in beneficiary party's account/reversal back to the remitter account.               Hello there

              I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to towards cponeassis. Without my permission.. I did not get any mail. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. How can a bank allow such frodulent transactions

              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                Hi team,

                My name is krishnamurari, amt of rs 40000 is kept on hold on 16 apr 2019 on my salary account due to non payment of hdfc credit card.
                I was in contact with the collection department and told them constantly that i will be making the payment asap
                I had a serious medical issue in my family and that is why i was not able to make the payments. On 16 apr 2019 the full amount of the credit card is auto debited from the account.
                Money was not a problem here as i said that i told them that i will be paying the amount asap i have no regrets with auto debiting the amount.
                The question here is i made rs 10371 payment on 30 april 2018 why the card is still blocked and amt rs 40000 still on hold when i contacted customer care they are saying i need to clear all dues to unhold the amt in my salary account
                My only request to the bank is to remove the block status of the card nothing else and release my 40000 in salary account
                If the bank can do that... Nothing like that but if not then you should have told me that you are in no requirement of the customers anymore.. There are lot of customer hungry people out there.

                  Hi,

                  I have paid my emi for the month of april towards my personal loan. The bank is still harassing me by sending payment due reminders over my email.

                  I have raised the complaint and also informed the bank regarding the paid emi details including reference numbers. Still the bank haven't updated the payment. Now this is affecting my cibil score and this bank is not helping anymore.

                      Hi,

                      My Name is Ashok and I am having HDFC Salary account and I am maintaining this account since 2013. I am having a very Good Transaction history in my account. I am having a credit card and unfortunately I got some personal medical emergency so I couldn't be able to make the minimum dues also for 2 + months and they put my account with lien mark and I got salary and I called to HDFC customer care and requested them to deduct my minimum due from salary and release the remaining amount. But nobody is responding properly and not giving resolution and they telling me to pay the minimum bill then they will release the amount but I don't have funds in any other sources. So, I explained the same to them but they are telling the same story and credit recovery team they are calling to my Third Party Account holders from personal mobiles and asking about my payment and talking rudely, which is not correct and a sensitive matter. I lost trust on HDFC. HDFC team is telling recovery team can call to anyone. Is this process of dealing a customer? I requested to deduct the minimum and release the remaining amount which I wanted to use for an emergency medical purpose. I wants help and proper resolution.

                      Hi Nadia,

                      I called to this number many times. Each and every time IVR is telling all executives are busy and wait for some time and after few seconds call is disconnected automatically. How many times I need to call? Nobody is responding properly. I requested customer care people and I got a call from backend after 4 days. She just told you need to speak with credit team manager and she given a mobile number. When I called to that mobile number she is declining my calls. Even I dropped a message. But no response. Attached is the mobile number which I got from your backend team. I am really frustrated with this. I hope HDFC will be serious about customer issues and will respond promply.

                        We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint we had raised a chargeback on the acquiring bank vide reference number 1892465. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. In case the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

                          Sir, my name is Reena i belongs to Mohali. I have not used my credit card from last May 2018...and in month of April 2019 with no outstanding balance I blocked my card but still i am getting bills for this card to pay Rs 2900. As per instruction hdfc customer care i have submitted written letter at hdfc back to permanently close the credit card but nothing happened.

                          please help me to permanently close the credit card and provide me resolution so that I don't have to pay Rs 2900, which added in my bill.

                            I received a CALL TOday morning from HDFC CUSTOMER CARE team, they asked me to do the monthly payment due, I said I will do it as soon as I receive the Salary, he said, he checked the account and I have received the salary 30 mins back. I was surprised, then told him that I will do the Payment by evening, once I log out of the office. After 15 mins I received a call again, again same story, after that I started getting a call every 5 mins(as I was in a client meeting, the phone was at silent mode)

                            Finally after an hour I picked the call and told the guy named PAWAN(the telecaller) and he asked me to talk to the Manager and convey the same thing to her, as soon as she took the call, she started shouting at me, her name is NIRMALA BALCHANDRA, HDFC BANK, 8/24, Salco Centre
                            Richmond Rd
                            Bengaluru - 560025.

                            She was so rude and abusive, I couldnt speak a word.
                            How people can be so pathetic and ###. I mean seriously, we are your customers, not labours.

                            I am also filling a complaint against Nirmala Balachandran so that strict actions are taken against her and at least she learns basic Talking and social skills.

M trying my best to get a resolution apparently all your representative is doing is calling me 80times a day even on a sunday. And on election day . And if thats not enough she said that she will harass me as hdfc bank has informed her to do so.                                 Sir i visited the branch of 20th april for opening of account in the bank and after 2 days all documentation was completed by me but till my account was not opened properly and moreover when the concern person Mr saurabh i m contacting to him he was mis guiding me and every time he told me to fill a new form or come to bank for solution.As i m 60 years old is this good to behave with me by the bank.

                                  Dear sir, madam
                                  I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. the bank has auto debited Rs. 2999.00 from my credit card number ending with 2565, without my concern on date 20/4/2019 which shows MFEE for one assist.
                                  I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership, so its a request that please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs. 2999.00
                                  If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.
                                  This is totally unacceptable from HDFC bank.
                                  Kindly refund my money.

                                  They said issue was resolved but so far i didn't get the money to my account.They are literally saying they are not able to cancel the services.from last three years they are not even communicate with me either post or mail but they are auto renewal the service with out my knowledge.After complaint they send me the courier to my office.this is how they are cheating the public.this is the reason most of the customers are not willing to use credit cards.even after the requesting also they are not even consider the request of customer.this is how they are sucking the blood of customers it seems..kindly resolve this issue.please dont call me and disturb again and again ..

                                    Me priyanka panchal want to make a complaint against Hdfc Bank khandwa branch.the Employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank.
                                    employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the Branch Managers" leave is not your right" i think HDFC bank Hr has forgotton that there exist Labour office.
                                    Employees has to work till late hours from 9 to 10-11-12 which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that.
                                    i would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri.
                                    HDFC bank has forgotton that it has established the topmost position only because of their employees and they r least bothered...
                                    HDFC bank has started the new policy now a days they ask their employees to close the "batch" exactly on 7.00 but they ask employees to work late after that.the idea behind closing batch is employees should leave branch by 7.00 but there is not a single day when employees can go home on 7.00.
                                    specially in khandwa (m.p)branch this harrasment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and searching for the new job or just quitting.
                                    honarable Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will be very dangerous for the coming future.

                                      jio recharge failed but money deducted

                                      Today morning-30 april, I tried to recharge Jio number by loading money in Jio app from my credit card. Money got deducted but I couldn't see the amount in Jio wallet. so since that was emergency I recharged once again using my credit card. Then I called Jio customer care to raise a complain they said they received money only once and that was used for recharge so no money to show in Jio wallet. But money was deducted twice from my credit...
