Transferred 7500 on 28 Feb to Canara bank beneficiary, account got closed due to account holder passed away, gave several complaints in CC, but not solved, calls disconnected, redirected wrongly to credit card division, need a solution for this complaint, Visited even ambattur HDFC branch asked me to fill a form with complete details done that, but my complaint is not resolved, earlier from CC informed me to contact Canara bank for solution, informed the canara bank account holders relative to visit canara bank, they said there is no complaint from HDFC and informed to contact HDFC as the transaction done is from HDFC account, really irritated and now house owner thinks that I am cheating him, Need a quick solution for the my complaint as it was done on Feb and now Its mid of May, but still my complaint is pending.worst service from HDFC customer care and bank.Now customer care is also not reachable, earlier I treid to reach customer care but didn't had a solution for my complaint, the executive who spoke from customer care was least bother about my complaint and redirected me wrongly, placed on long hold, disconnected my calls on hold, didn't transfer my call to suoeriors when requested, they were repeating the same thing that my complaint is forwarded to the concern team and I will be getting a call back.. but till now I didn't receive any call back also my complaint is not resolved.My amount is still not refunded.
Kindly rectify this issue as soon as possible

Updated by rizan000 Got a mail confirmation that complaint will be rectified in 5 working days, but still the complaint is not resolved and didn't receive any call from the concern team, its been three months my complaint is unresolved, very irritating with the process,
