I received a CALL TOday morning from HDFC CUSTOMER CARE team, they asked me to do the monthly payment due, I said I will do it as soon as I receive the Salary, he said, he checked the account and I have received the salary 30 mins back. I was surprised, then told him that I will do the Payment by evening, once I log out of the office. After 15 mins I received a call again, again same story, after that I started getting a call every 5 mins(as I was in a client meeting, the phone was at silent mode)
Finally after an hour I picked the call and told the guy named PAWAN(the telecaller) and he asked me to talk to the Manager and convey the same thing to her, as soon as she took the call, she started shouting at me, her name is NIRMALA BALCHANDRA, HDFC BANK, 8/24, Salco Centre
Richmond Rd
Bengaluru - 560025.
She was so rude and abusive, I couldnt speak a word.
How people can be so pathetic and ###. I mean seriously, we are your customers, not labours.
I am also filling a complaint against Nirmala Balachandran so that strict actions are taken against her and at least she learns basic Talking and social skills.
