Respected sir/madam
It is stated that i harjinder singh working as senior asstt. At ikgptu, jalandhar kapurthala highway, near science city, kapurthala. I purchased a policy no.[protected]Hdfc life clik 2 protect 3d plus) by hdfc bank, ibban branch, ikgptu campus, kapurthala in the month of june 2018. I received first premium receipt of rs. 28646/- & other documents without proper address (Without university name: - ikg punjab technical university) on my personal e-mail id. I had not received any single original document about my policy till date. I went to concerned bank with my problem so many times, but they did not give any positive response.

So it is requested to you that kindly look into this matter & provided me original policy bond /all original documents of policy no. 20433301 at given below address. If you cannot provide me as above, please refund me all deposited amount (Rs. 28646/-) as soon as possible.

    My card number is last 4 digit is 5047.

    When i received this card from hdfc, i have been told that it is a lifetime free credit card even if there is no any transaction made.
    Recently membership charge is added in this statement?
    Almost i have been keeping this card for 2 and half years. I have not been charged the membership fee after the 1st year or after the 2nd year. Why suddenly that too without any prior intimation the amount has been charged after 2 and a half years? I wrote several mails to hdfc but i am not getting any response.

    Please help to fix this as soon as possible.

      With regards to above subject, i would like to inform you that, i have hdfc bank jetprivilage master card last 4 digit 5637,
      Card is expired due to valid date is 05/19,
      New card send by hdfc to my register address is my old office and card is return. You have also my home address and secondary address
      That is tushar s jagtap, d2/15, green field housing society, ajmera road pimpri pune 411018. Which is also appaired on my submitted documents.

      Please send new card on home address immediately. As per card statement last date for due payment is 5th may 2019 and without new card number i am not able to transfer it online.

              I had given call on 1st april 2019 to customer care from bangalore and asked to any changes will be applied for delay in payment. Hdfc guy said that charges will be applied only on billed transactions and not on unbilled transactions. So trusting that person, i did 5000 rs payment by 2 days delay as part of feb month bill. But when i received march bill, i saw 6300 rs something financial charges which including both billed and unbilled transaction which is really not acceptable. When i call custoomer care, one lady said that person whom i spoke on 1st april left job. If i ask to check call recordings between me and that person, they saying only able charges mentioned in website. I want that recording to be listen and appropriate action to be taken again hdfc and that person for misguiding the people.
              When i call everytime customer care (Manjula and anusha), they say its not possible to share recording to customer but atlease consumer court can ask hfdc and can be shared with court

                    Sir on 08.12.2015 sujit kumar kar has done three neft/rtgc by pitam kar in favor of nandini das in her three separate accounts. The amount were rs: 175/-, rs: 3500/- and rs: 120/-. The updated passbook is showing that also. But its now very urgent to us to know her account numbers (3 account numbers) at which we have done neft/rtgc. It’s very crucial and important to us. We went to hdfc bank kalyani but they couldn’t help us.

                    Sir so here is our request please give us the three account numbers or any supported documents (Neft / rtgc) scan copy. It will be enough to us. Please help us. It’s very very serious to us. Pls provide me the asking details.

                    By mistake, i failed to update new food card details in my salary definition so that my money is transferred to lost food card

                    Kindly, can you please transfer the balance amount of my old food card into new hdfc food card.
                    I am trying to update my address in account since morning, but hdfc provides such a pathetic service. I m not be able to upload documents from computer nor app.

                    Every month I have paid the emi and last month delay happened for an hour within sad day. No this month they have deducted along with late payment rtn charges also which is absurd. can anyone please suggest me what to do.
                    I have transferred Rs. 6839/- to my HDFC bank on 23 Mar 2019 from Payzapp app. Transaction was failed. But amount debited.
                    The HDFC member gaves false information and charged around 708 for not keeping minimum balance in hdfc. i will request to all to not open account in hdfc as they charged high amount as compared to other banks. Please dont open any account in hdfc.
                    Home Loan DSE @ Erode Branch, Mr Sethukannan and Sengottu Velu Not Responding against our loan and Processing Much more delay. Still now my home loan process Pending.

                        I would like to bring to your notice that I got Jumbo LOAN from HDFC which was disbursed forcefully because I was not interested. You may please pull out my LOAN details and recordings using my mobile number [protected]. I was paying EMIs but due to some financial crisis my EMI bounced. I am receiving calls from HDFC daily since morning to late evening and I am requesting to give some time and I will pay. Collection team is harassing like anything. On top of that today I received a call from collection team (Hyderabad - Secretariat) agent name Mr. JUJUBI (HisDy.Manager Mr. Anand). I informed him that yesterday 26th April 2019 I spoke to Manager of collection team and I took time and his manager agreed. Mr. JUJUBI started threatening me and warning me that If I am not making payment immediately he will visit my home. He want to collect money from my family if not he will collect home appliances form my home forcefully and sell it in market to recover pending EMI. He spoke ### words about my family ladies/girls. He bursted like anything started talking about my religion that. His words are '' ALL MUSLIMS ARE FRAUD, STUPID, MUSLIMS ALWAYS CHEATS, KATTON PE BAITHNEY WALE TUM LOG, KUCH KAAM NAI KARTE AND PAISE KHATEY" He also said he will speak in this way only with all muslims and people like me as If he got this training from management. When he disconnected call, I called back. on same number and spoke with Mr. Anand (Dy. Manager) He said he will call back or he will arrange a call back from his superior but no and disconnected call without intimation. I called more than 20 times and requested to take a complaint but no one is ready to take complain and every call got disconnected. Finally they put my CALL ON rejection list I think so because of which I am unable to connect with them. I spoke with Mr. Haribala 5th Floor. Mr. Anand- 6th floor. I informed everyone that I am recording all calls please register complaint or transfer call but no one helped me. Even I informed them that I will file a police case or I will report it to Mr. Aditya Puri still no one bother to talk or understand my concern. I have all call recordings and I am going to publish on Consumer FORUM, Grahak Seva, Facebook, Twitter and all complaint FORUMs/Social media.

                        There is no agreement between HDFC and me which says that anyone can approach my family or I will be harassed for payments or disrespect my religion or talk ### about my family. No single term or statement according to agreement says that you (HDFC) can do all above things with me. No one has authorisation to approach my family or threat me or harass me or disrespect me, my family and my religion.

                        I request you to go back to all call recording and I want all call recording to be shared with me and If not you need to share all call recordings to Police and Court of law. I also have call recordings and I will be posting it on social media.

As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.

                            I had applied for hdfc life insurance online, and paid a premium of rs.6513, but the process was getting hectic, and i sent a mail requesting for withdrawal of application, and apply directly by visiting the local hdfc branch. I received a confirmation mail for application withdrawal but refund of the premium paid was only rs.1513. Inspite of my repeated request for refund, the replies i have been getting is that the policy is active and rs.5000 has been retained as premium for the policy, and now i have received mail that another rs.10000 is overdue as monthly premium.

                            Today again I have received the message below for nearly 10 times now. I have submitted the bank statement showing the premium payment of Rs.6513/-, but still the balance amount of Rs.5000/- is yet to be refunded to me.

                            In spite of several emails sent to the email address given in their response to this complaint, no initiative for refund taken. People beware of the customer service calls from HDFC Life, they ask you to apply for one life insurance policy, and once the premium is paid they split the application into two without any intimation. When I withdrew my application they have paid only Rs.1513/-, and retained Rs.5000/- claiming one application has been cancelled and another application is active. I am trying to reach the higher authorities in HDFC life, but unable to get their email id. No support from their service department. Still waiting for the refund after placing this complaint on Apr 27, 2019.

                            No point in me sending continuous mails to [protected]@hdfclife.com. I received a reply today which is copied/pasted below, and the reply does not make any sense. I have applied for only one policy, paying one premium amount, and later withdrawn it, but the reply reads that there were 2 applications and 2 policies, with one withdrawn and another active. I was never explained or mentioned by HDFC Life that this is split into 2 applications and 2 policies, thus cheating me of Rs.5000/-. After requesting for the cancellation, I visited the HDFC branch directly, and applied for a new policy paying an yearly premium.

                            "Greetings from HDFC Life!

                            We refer to your concern raised against aforesaid policies.

                            We wish to inform you that, we had received cancellation request for proposal number[protected] policy no.[protected]and accordingly proposal was withdrawn and refund amount Rs. 1513 .00 was processed.

                            Further, we have not received cancellation request for proposal number[protected] policy no.[protected] hence premium amount Rs. 5000.00 was not refunded.

                            Several mails sent but the response is the same. After receiving my cancel request, and after I had applied directly through the local branch for a new policy, HDFC life has split my application into 2 and cancelled only one application, retaining the other one, and refusing to refund the amount of Rs.5000/-. Now I have ended up paying Rs.39, 984/- as yearly premium for the new policy, and losing Rs.5000/- which HDFC life is refusing to refund.

                            Beware of HDFC Life. Still no response or initiative to refund the amount deducted on the withdrawn application.
                            There was several mails to and fro, without solution. I have been repeatedly explaining that I had paid one premium of Rs.6513/- against the application for the policy, which was later withdrawn, and fresh application was processed, approved, and premium paid directly in the branch itself. Inspite of that, I have been receiving repeated reminders about lapse of the policy for which Rs.5000/- has been deducted, and the refund made was only Rs.1513/-. Now there are repeated mails that the policy status is lapsed. How can a policy lapse and Rs.5000/- deducted when I have withdrawn application, and also received confirmation that the application has been cancelled?

                            Sent an email just now. There has been absolutely positive response from this email, and I still await the refund of Rs.5000/-. I have been asked to pay premium of Rs.6513/- for one policy. Now you have split the policy into 2, and replying that only one application has been cancelled, and the next monthly premium of Rs.5000 is due, and if not paid, the policy will lapse! Surprised how you can process an application which has been cancelled!

                                Hi i have applied for loan in hdfc bank but later they have rejected my application without knowing me the reason later when i applied in another company then i got to know that i have no cibil score due to which i am not able to take the loan from the bank however when i have reach to cibil. Info i got to know that bank has not sent my details to cibil department.

                                I have asked them to send my details to the cibil department but i have not received any response from anyone.

                                Also the executive from where i got call for loan (Madhu, durga) is stop picking up my calls.

                                Please help me.

                                  I have applied a noc from your bank as my bike veh no as01w8094 was finance from centurian bank and i have cleared my loan. Earlier i have not found any interest for selling my bike but now i need to sale my bike for that reason i need noc when i approach to my dealer they had told me that hdfc acquire centurian bank and i have to go to hdfc bank. But when i visit to khanapara, guwahati retail asset branch their i met mr. Monidip phukan but he is not giving any positive feed back regarding noc and he said that he had sent mail to some named sweta kirla i think its about one month took time no response coming from their side. Even they told me that they will ring me but no call from their getting and when i approach to them they tell the same things again again.

                                    I had booked a ticket from the air india website today - 02.04.2019 for a one way trip from trivandrum to chennai on 13th of may. I entered all the required details and proceeded to make the payment as prompted.                                     Nobody can see your documents (receipts, extract of the abnk) in order to verify the facts and to conclude objectively.

                                      My policy no. 00347637 matured on 22/3/2019.
                                      As per advise on 24/9/2018, i have uploaded required document i. E pan card, aadhar card and cancelled cheque on 5/10/2018 to process my claim and i have received information regarding processing of my documents after six month i. E. On 11/3/2019. I have brought to the notice of hdfc life via tweeter on 26/3/2019 and repeatedly but i got reply that "we are working on your concern and share a update at the earliest". Since 26/3/2019, there is no update from hdfc life.

                                      My complaint/grievance is
                                      -there is no communication from hdfc life except advice to submit document, which i have submitted on 5/10/2018
                                      -it takes six months for information that your documents has been processed on 11/3/2019.
                                      -despite all the documents, my maturity claim was not settled.
                                      - i have not received any communication regarding deficiency in my document or any reason for delay in settlement.

                                      This has resulted in harassment, mental torture and financial loss to me. I hope my maturity claim will be settled and compensated for delay of more than 1

                                        I am a hdfc credit card holder since 2017. One day i got a call from hdfc bank regarding one assist mobile insurance. I said that i am not intrested and even i dint use the credit card anymore. So that means there was no transaction available. Now i am getting a call that i dint repay an amount of 12000/-.
                                        I even mailed them regarding this long before but they dint even replied to my mail. After a continuous call i said to reply me back on the mail i send but they denied to do that officially. Now suddenly they have send me a legal notice regarding this matter. Neither i said to activate not i have signed any paper on this matter. I need an urgent help on the same.
