Hi hdfc leads,
Amazon initiated refund for one product on 24 feb but same is not credited to my account. I have refund reference number as well.
After calling bank multiple times on customer care, after listening entire scenirio support people just bang the call without assistance.
Poor assistance. Kindly provide me my refund back.

    I nalamasa ramesh having hdfc peronal loan account no. 63725884.
    I went through a deal with hdfc bank for a personal loan of amount 500000 rupess with 12% interest for a tenure of 5 years with emi of 11122 rupees, they agreed too for the same. And i signed on the agreement papers.

    But they credited me 1 lakh less only 400000 rupees only, raised the 2%interest i. E 14% and decreased the tenure 1 year i. E only 4 years with emi of 10931 rupees, all this done by them without informing me.

    I questioned about all of this mishappenings, they replied me that you are eligible for this much amount only, then i raised a complaint against hdfc bank, then complaint resolved from hdfc called me and asked me to pay 3 successful emis then they will top up 1 lakh more amount and reduce the interest to 12% and increase the tenure to 5 years, but now there is no response from them.

    Actual promise by them is 5 lakh with 12% interst for 5 years with emi 11122 rupees
    Sanctioned by them is 4 lakh with 14% interest for 4 years with emi 10931 rupees

    So i kindly request you make them top up 1 lakh amount with reducing 14% to 12% interest and increasing the tenure to 5 years.

    Iam already paying 10931 rupees emi since 3 months, if they top up 1 lakh, i have to pay 11122 rupees only for 5 years.. There is no variation in above two emi only variation is time period

    We submit that Personal Loan was disbursed post-execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule and issuance o[censored]n-encashed security cheques along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only. However, in case any written commitment for the loan with the mentioned rate of interest and amount was conveyed to you, kindly share the same with us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com for our further investigations in the matter.       Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 1 year back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -9000 balance.
      The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
      I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
      Plz juistice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
      What is the action will take against this bank.

        This bank and others are systematically defrauding foreign visitors to they tune of billions of rupees every year. A scam of epic proportions.
        When we get the credit card receipt from the machine, even if we have explicitly said we want the transaction currency to be rupees, it has been processed in gbp. It is printed with a statement that we have agreed to this theft and have chosen gbp. We haven't.
        The net result is that it costs us about 5% more on every transaction than it would if processed by mastercard1/visa.
        We have complained to the places that have defrauded us, and they all plead ignorance.
        These are not small shops, but huge organisations including
        Crowns plaza
        Syria's
        Delhi haat.

        In every case we asked specifically that rupees should be the transaction currency, in every case we've been told that it is.in every case it isn't.
        Your bank and others are stealing from foreigners visiting your country, and such dishonest practices by the banks does not encourage them to return.
        If this isn't criminal it should be, and i will be posting details of this scam, naming your bank as a perpetrator to your government, tourism board, regulators and all over the internet.

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of sept i received a call from customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking. I logged into my account for some reason on 20 apr 2019 and i see that i have rs -3500 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. As per new rbi guideline bank has no officials to charge the customer any pending charges. And i visited the bank branch in khopoli. I have requested them to close my account. They have tell me (Angrily) u should have to pay the charges otherwise the account should be go to minus. Plz help me about this.

              As new customer of hdfc bank credit card a have activated auto pay with my hdfc saving bank a/c. On march, 8.2019 i paid the c card due pay by my saving a/c by mistake. The amt was dr.in my sb a/c and also cr.in my c card a/con same day. But bank has charged rs.4790 as minimum charges in my sb a/c. On next day i cont. To cus., carea nd i was assured that excess amt. Will credit in next bill of c card. When i recd this month bill the amt of rs 4790 cr.in my bill but charged rs 6865 as bouncing charges for non pay c card bill.
              Now my grivences is that when i paid c card bill on due date and also cr.in cc bill same day then why bank charge bouncing charges.               We observe that you have given us an instruction to claim the Total monthly outstanding on your card account from your savings account. Based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim Rs. 95, 799.00 from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. Hence, minimum amount due was claimed from your Savings Account. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. In view of the same, the autopay return fee has been levied. We note that you have effected payment of Rs. 95, 799.00 on the same day when the attempt to claim the amount was done. We request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account henceforth to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid levy of autopay return charges on your card account. Alternatively, you can effect interim payment through net banking 3 days prior to Payment due date to avoid levy of charges.

                      I have a nri account with hdfc bank. I didn’t use the account for around 5 months so the bank applied amb charges around 3500 rupees. Recently i decided to use the account and contacted hdfc customer care and tuticorin hdfc branch manager and asked them to waive off the charges. Branch manager (Shri ganesh) agreed to waive off the charges and asked me to maintain minimum balance in the a/c and give confirmation of maintaining amb.
                      I transferred around 30, 000k into my account immediately and asked them to waive of the charges.
                      They waived off the charges on that day but after one week they deducted around 45000 rupees from my account for not maintaining amb charges. I feel cheated, i transferred the amount based on the confirmation email from branch manager.
                      My request number is mumc[protected]. I need my money back. I don’t think customer care and branch manager will help. Kindly help here.

                        My hdfc bank loan-two wheeler loan[protected]. I already submitted the loan emi rs. 2765 every month but extra money is also deducted 3 times. I need the clarification why this amount is deducted when i timely give the loan emi's. I many time call your customer care but they don't resolve my problem.in my account sufficient amount of money is available all time for loan emi's then why you deduct extra money.

                          I got call from hdfc credit card department whether i am interested in getting credit card. I was interested in that and i had applied for hdfc regelia credit card. I have been told that you will get benefit of buy 1 get 1 free movie ticket on bookmyshow. But when i received the card that benefit was not there. I think they are attracting customers with false info.
                          Please let me know how i can deal with this case.

                            I can not login into net banking, if i try to generate otp to change password i'm not at all receiving the otp message. I also communicated with hdfc customer care, they said everything is ok from there side. But i am getting messages on the same mobile number from others but not getting hdfc otp message also not receiving mail for the same. Due to this i am not able to do any kind of transactions. Please fix this issue asap

                              Sir, i have taken a vehicle loan from hdfc bank, sir due to financial crisis i am not able to pay my emi in time everytime i pick the call and reply to your executive, and pay the emi maximum end of month and late by only single emi and bearing late payment charges and other charges and paying them also. Yesterday he call me i pick his call and inform him to clear the same by monday, today he came to my office and start abusive language and fight with my security guard, and when i call him he said u talk to bank i behave like this only and when i call his boss he said complain me to bank this is ridiculous behaviour. Being a banker if your employees show this type of behaviour thats not nice, i want you to take strict action against them.

                              i have taken vehicle loan from other banks also but never face such type of behaviour from their employee this is totally disappointing and the reply of the boss is totally undigetable to compalin about him in bank, it shows the bank dont hire the employee they hire the rowdy and dacoit who use to snatch the things and use abusive language with customers .

                                Dear sir,

                                I am previous employee in hdfc securities.
                                Emp code -145687, name - bharti,
                                Date of joining - 22/06/2015
                                Exit date - 15/11/2016

                                But till date my reliving letter not giving to me every time i am call here but not positive revert in hdfc securities staff. Every time his told me he raise the query but no any other action in my problem. And system update the reliving status is dispatch but me not received, who is the person he giving to my reliving letter. It is critical to me. Please solve my problems as soon as possible.

                                Strongly feel that there are fraud happening with public money !

                                In 2017 when Nifty was 9800 then HDFC Prudence Fund NAV was 31.95
                                In 2019 when Nifty is 11200 then the same fund which is switched to HDFC Balance advantage Fund, NAV is 27.30 !!!

                                How is this possible unless there is some fraud !!!

                                  I raised request for free look cancellation of policy 21175501 on 7th march interaction id hdfcsl=[protected].
                                  After many counter requests i got confirmation of 24th march (Hdfcsl=[protected] that request is forwarded to department.

                                  I called helpline to know status after 2 week but they said i didn't raise any request.
                                  I got reply email on 17th april "forwarded your request to our concerned department". On april 19 i got reply "we have updated your neft details".
                                  I want full refund of policy amount immediately

                                      This is lakshmana rao thiruveedula, i had an issue with icici bank online transfer.in april 2nd one of the my friend transfer 300 rs amount from hdfc to my icici bank account[protected] but i am not receive that amount in to my account still that is a imps transfer but i am not receive that amount to my account. With out processing money how then can show transaction is successful for this reson i will compaint against the hdfc online app.
