Hi,

This is to inform you that after filing claim for my bike of radiator damage when I enquired at customer care of hdfc ergo I asked whether I can postpone the survey or not since bike was heating too much and riding bike may damage engine and it was communicated that I can do so.
When I talked to survey officer, I asked him to do survey when the parts of bike be available at showroom since driving bike for long was risky as engine was heating too much upon which he was ok with it.
On 15th may I enquired at KTM showroom sohna road about parts and I got to know that parts will be available on 16th may. So I called to surveyor and inform him that parts will be available by tomorrow so please let me know when he can come for survey. Surveyor informed me that I can ho for replacement and he will collect the bills and will process the claim.
When I called Surveyor today ms Ishita spoke to me and told that my claim is processed. When I enquired about the payment she told me that we have your cancelled cheque which I haven’t gave them till now. So I told this to Ms Ishita that I haven’t gave any details of my bank account after that immediately claim officer started conversion with me and told me that my claim is refused and it will not be processed since I didn’t submit my bike after claim. I explained him bike was risky for ride and I already spoke with surveyor and customer care for postponding survey dates but he keep on telling that he cannot process your claim.

This was very unprofessional behaviour. Please look into this matter

    Tow person has modified and cheating with me and given false commitment for mortgagee loan policy Ref. 20484464. the following persons was come to me and by force fully done me the ref. policy and as per terms. i have reqused to him cancel/ withdraw my policy with in 3 days of fro, received the policy.

      I received sms from hdfc bank that Rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 09/05/2019. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. Kindly deactivate and refund my money.

        Again, this is ridiculous. I have again paid online for examination fee of 13, 250 and again error occurs and amount got deducted from my a/c but not received by the examination center, i am fed up with you guys. I need my money back!!! One of the incidents happen on 8th of may 2019 has been resolved but 14th may 2019 is still pending.
        I called hdfc customer care 100 times for my refund. However, they do not have any answer for this issue. I am not satisfied with the services provided by hdfc for now. I am going to take legal action against you guys. Thats enough.

          As per the health policy the sum amount should provide when the time we need, apparently that can’t be happen from your side. I called many times for customer number but they didn’t response properly and told to email higher managers but till now my query has not be solved as per policy we make cashless payments to customers but, it’s all false and you people can’t make your promise as i had payed 2 lakhs for the hospital bills... I already lost faith and hope on your company..

            I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3877. I recently received a bill of amount rs.245000 /-.

            This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 3 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

            I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

              I owned credit card 552274xxxxxx9190 and due to company closer requested to settle all outstanding amount in 6 installments. All the installments were paid latest by april and assured from collection team as well as bank representative that the same now closed. Copies of collection receipts held with me.

              One month after making final payment got legal notice from some advocate from chennai demanding same amount within 15 days with legal fee and late charges.

              Talked with same banking credit card team, same answer case already closed in our system, payments received as demanded, and no satisfactory answer to resolve the same.

                I was offered a corporate credit card by the hdfc bank. I did apply for it and got it. I had specifically asked for no insurance to be issued on it but my instructions were ignored and it accumulated an amount of around 7k. I was asked to pay the pending amount even though i had not even set the initial pin code to activate the card. Now even after paying the amount said by the bank the initial otp to set the pin was not enabled.

                I request for a refund of the amount or enable the initial otp to set the pin.

                      I, nita joshi had a employee of tirathbai kalachand school. My salary a/c was opened by this school at your esteem organization at hdfc bank, palsikar colony branch - indore m. P. Which was opened with zero balance. Now i left this job from that school i checked my hdfc a/c as on 29.05.2019.                         I tried to add money to my paytm account via netbanking, but the transaction failed, yet the money was deducted from my account anyway. When will i get the money back? I got no information from the bank regarding the same. There is no information regarding the same on the internet either. Can you please some sort of a solution for this problem? The reversal of the amount deducted would be preferred.

                            I am a hdfc credit card holder. I have been told by hdfc representative vide mob no. [protected] that if i will take oneassist policy, my annual charge on credit card would be waived off. But now she is denying the same. I don't want to continue with this policy. They have cut 1899 rupees. I request you to please refund my amount back and deactivate this oneassist policy.

                              Hi,

                              I am facing issue with upi transaction services of hdfc bank since long time and i have contacted several times to the bank with evidence.

                              If i am calling customer service then they cut my call after hearing problem or shift to ivr again and again.

                              Request you to please help me on this issue.

                              Whenever there is a direct transaction is happening to my bank account i got sms to my registered mobile number but whenever there is a upi transaction is happening i am getting sms to my old mobile number.

                              Because of that i am not able to use any upi application for transaction.

                              I have also visited the branches but they say pls contact customer support and email them.

                              Customer support doesn't provide any resolution to me

                              I am now frustrated please help.

                                Now i am working in hdfc bank collection team. T1 location. I escalate one issue to my reporting boss. My senior scold me. Why your working properly, first you share to me, after that only you go to your boss. I am your senior like wise.

                                Please help what to do in that situation. I have problem with my seniors..
                                I love to work here, but this team is very worst. They told to do not work properly, and told you would not go to your boss directly.

                                  I have a salary account with hdfc my customer id is 73955780,

                                  I left my job due to some personal issue, lately i have been going through difficult time, i applied for my pf claim which i received, i applied for provident fund so that i can pay for my rent

                                  Now bank have taken 2800 ruppes (Approx) without even informing me, i have called customer service department several time and they have given me multiple excuses, rather than trying to fix the issue

                                  I called contact center few days ago, spoke to a girl (Ashwini), she assured me that she have logged a complaint with the help of her supervisor (Ajay) and i will be recieving call back in next 24 hour (Probably next morning), didn't received any call.

                                  Called again after 48 hrs, just to see what is going on, the moment i said its regarding complaint, they started giving excuses, like '
                                  You got connected to the wrong department,
                                  Not able to hear me,
                                  Disconnecting calls on hold,
                                  There was one guy who kept me on mute after listening to my complaint for almost 7-8 mins, i felt like he was waiting for me to disconnect the call and then he told me money will be back in my account in 7 days, he assured me on that.

                                  Also spoke to a guy (Vinayak) who told me the previous complaint was regarding something else & now he have logged a new complaint which will surely help me. No one knows what happened to the one which was already logged, when i asked him why i was not informed about charges, he told me that i have to register for instant alert (Now please explain me why you guys keep sending all this emails and text messages for loans and credit cards when i am not registered and have never asked for that)

                                  Now i don't know where to go, i have literally tried every thing, didn't expected this from you guys, i will close my account so that i don't to go through such experience in future and advise my dad to change his home loan and his personal account to some other bank

                                    I want highlight the mis-selling of the regalia first credit card which was issued to me in the month of march.
                                    I was informed by the sales person that i will be getting bogo on bookmyshow movie ticket booking which is not applicable in this card and another major mis-selling point was that there are no annual charges applicable on this card. I requested to surrender the card before as well not the request went unattended. And now i have been issued a statement with rs.1000/- annual charges.

                                    When i wrote an email to their customer care they replied me with the formula to calculate the annual charges rs. 1000.00 (+18% gst).

                                    This is an unfair ask on bank's behalf which is not at all justified.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am unable pay my personal loan due for this month (May'19) and i asked timeline when the collection agent called, and i committed them to pay by 27th of may (Monday), due to some personal issue i am unable to pay ontime, however i didn't pick the call too, since the last 10 days i am frequently getting calls from different collection agent in different number, i am really frustrated then i decided to not pick any call which i received from unknown number.

                                      Then i called the committed person around 2 o clock today (29th may) but him mobile is switched off, post that i went to floor, then the person called me and i picked asked him link to pay the due.

                                      But his response is different than the earlier, and he spoke me in a threatening manner.

                                      He directly say i have call record, and i will complaint in your hr, i will send collection agent to your home etc..

                                      I do not know what to say about the collection agent and i said him you can do whatever you want, but i agree, that i didn't pay as per my commitment, due to some reason.

                                      I request you to take necessary action on the respective person and i need the explanation.

                                      Fyi - i paid my due through nfet and provided transaction number to another collection agent.

                                      This is the collection agent number - [protected] where he made call.

                                        Hdfc bank customer id[protected] i submitted all requisite documents and forms at hdfc bank for deletion of existing second holder and adding another second holder in my account. These forms were submitted on 13th or 14th may 2019 at borivali west branch of hdfc bank. The lady told me it will be processed within 7 working days. I approached hdfc bank customer on 24th may to know the status as i wanted the thing processed for visa appointment dated 28.05.19. Today is 29th may more than 12 working days and no progress has been made. Neither my personal banker/not customer care is aware where is the process stuck. The lady from borivali branch had the guts to call me and ask why did you complain on the hdfc bank customer care. Hdfc bank has all the right to take howmuch ever time it needs but atleast give a strict date by when the request can be processed instead of keeping customers hanging. Number 1 bank in the country has these service standards.

                                        Multiple complaints made with Hdfc customer care dated 24.5.19 haven’t yet been reverted by them despite assuring revert within 2 working days. Is there a single person in the whole HDFC bank who takes responsibility of their work and has even little sense o[censored]nderstanding of customers urgency? 17 days and absolutely no clue I am having as regards why is it not happening. So honestly don’t give this standard copy paste replies that you will revert in three days. Because I am dead sure none of you HDFC bank employees mean what you say.
