[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag - adjustment entry | |||
Today i travelled from ahmednagar to pune and no toll plaza was visited. Still i got a debit message for fastag. Message - Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 190 for adjustment entry on 1/20/2020 6:30:41 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 60 - hdfc bank ltd. What is adjustment entry? Even if we didn't pass toll plaza can fastag be debited for just using highway? Was this information helpful? | |||

I have not yet travelled, but today got message Rs 300 deducted from my account, please help asap, looks like its fraud.
I have been charged 155rs as adjustment entry fee when i never used my fastag. I reached toll free number for hdfc fastag team it was worst service ever. They will give opening script and put ur call on hold forever. After multiple attempts i was able to get an agent who informed me to send email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com. I have sent email on 21st of july 2022. Email came with automatic reply that an agent will reach within 2 days. Still no response and am getting a message that my balance is going in minus. Please someone respond to this issue and fix it
