This is in reference to attached hdfc fastag application reference number hfr01131464 dated 25.12.2019 for mr. Tarun kumar chakraborty, i regret to inform you that inspite of repeated telephonic calls, trailing mail commitment and verbal assurance given by your customer care representatives on different occasions, the fastag is yet pending to get delivered to residential address.
Its quite surprising that on preceding week itself, its been communicated to us by customer care that fastag courier details to be shared latest by 12th january 2020 and the same will be delivered to residential address by mid of same week.
But surprisingly, i didn't hear back from you from last week when i am looking for the appropriate hierarchy for complain redressal.
If it makes sense to talk, let me know how your calendar looks.
If not, who is the appropriate person who take care of hdfc fastag delivery issue?
